<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic print order system, a photographic print order method, a coded information recording medium and a photographic print order sampler capable of simplifying the works of both an orderer and a photographic print making store, reducing mistakes and efficiently ordering the photographic print. <P>SOLUTION: A photographic film photographed by a professional photographer is developed and formed to a panel type or album type sample photograph, and also, a seal type coded information recording seal 9 on which a medium with coded orderer identification information for identifying the orderer such as students recorded can be stuck, and a photographic print order sheet 8 for every sample photograph with an area specified to stick the coded information recording seal are presented to the orderer, and then, the orderer looks at the sample photograph panel etc., and selects the photograph, and sticks his/her own coded information recording seal on the photographic print order sheet corresponding to the selected photograph, then, the photographic print order is accomplished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真を注文者が選択して注文する写真プリント注文システム、写真プリント注文方法及びコード化情報記録媒体並びに写真プリント注文用掲示物に関する。

【従来の技術】
学校が企画する修学旅行、運動会、入学式、卒業式等の行事では、記念となる写真を失敗なく撮影するために、学校が写真撮影業者に撮影を依頼する方法が用いられる。この方法の場合、写真撮影業者は行事に同行して生徒が万遍なく写るようにスナップ写真や集合写真等を撮影し、行事終了後に撮影した写真を見本として提示し、生徒が希望する写真を学校単位でまとめて注文し、ラボにて一括してプリントが作成される。

具体的には、例えば、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真を見本としてパネルに貼り付けて掲示したり、アルバム状に整理して回覧し、生徒は見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを閲覧して購入する写真を選択し、図１３に示すような写真プリント注文票１１に学校名や行事名、生徒名、注文年月日、写真の番号、枚数等の注文者や注文の内容を特定する情報を手書きで記入し、クラス単位や学校単位で一括して写真撮影業者に写真プリントの作成を依頼する。そして、写真撮影業者は回収した写真プリント注文票１１をラボ等のプリント生産店に送り、ラボでは写真プリント注文票１１に記載された注文内容を目視で読み取って手入力で集計し、集計した結果に基づいてプリントを作成し、生徒毎に仕分けして注文袋に入れて注文者に送付するという手順で写真プリントが提供される。

また、注文の集計作業に要する時間を短縮し、注文内容の入力ミスを防止するために、注文内容をマークシートを用いて指定する方法もある。例えば、特開平８−２９３００９号公報には、１回の記入で注文できる注文番号を記入する欄と、注文番号を記入する欄及び記入した注文番号に対応する注文枚数を記入する欄とからなる欄の、少なくとも２つの欄を持つ学校写真注文用マークシートが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、注文内容の手書きし、手作業で読み取りや集計を行う方法の場合、写真プリントの注文を行う生徒は、購入する写真の番号を写真プリント注文票に書き写さなければならないため、多数の写真を注文する場合などでは作業が繁雑となり、また、写真番号の書き写しの際に誤った番号を記載してしまう恐れがある。また、ラボ等のプリント生産店にとっては、クラス毎や学校毎に集められた多数の生徒の写真プリント注文票を目視により読み取って手作業で集計しなければならないため、注文の集計作業に時間がかかってしまい、読み取りミスや集計ミス等が生じる場合がある。特に、注文内容が乱雑に書き込まれている場合には、書かれている数字が読み取れないこともあり、このような場合は希望通りに写真プリントを提供することができなくなってしまう。

また、マークシートを用いる方法では、見本写真の枚数が多くなると見本写真の数に対応する多数のマークシート欄を設けなければならず、写真プリント注文票のサイズが大きくなってしまい、ＯＭＲ等の読み取り装置も大型化してしまうと共に、行事毎に写真プリント注文票を作り直さなければならないという問題もある。そこで、上記公報では、複数桁の各位０〜９までの整数列の注文番号を有する区分を複数設けて構成する方法が記載されているが、マークシートの構成を複雑にすると書き込み作業が複雑になり、記入ミスが起こりやすくなってしまう。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その主たる目的は、学校の生徒等の注文者及びラボ等の写真プリント生産店の双方の作業を簡便にしてミスを軽減し、効率的に写真プリント注文を実行することができる写真プリント注文システム、写真プリント注文方法及びコード化情報記録媒体並びに写真プリント注文用掲示物を提供することにある。

【問題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の写真プリント注文システムは、写真プリントを注文するために用いられる複数の見本写真が記録され又は貼付された写真プリント注文用掲示物と、少なくとも、前記写真プリントの注文者を識別するための注文者識別情報がコード化されて記録されたコード化情報記録媒体と、前記コード化情報記録媒体を貼付する領域が明示された前記見本写真毎の写真プリント注文シートとを少なくとも備えるものである。

本発明においては、前記コード化情報記録媒体は、裏面に粘着材が配設されたシール状に形成されていることが好ましい。

また、本発明においては、前記コード化情報記録媒体に、前記注文者識別情報が視認可能なように記録されている構成とすることができ、前記コード化情報記録媒体に、前記見本写真に対応した画像データ又は写真フィルムのコマに基づいて作成されるプリントの枚数、サイズ又は文字の挿入の有無を指定する情報が記録され、貼付された前記コード化情報記録媒体により、前記指定が特定される構成とすることもできる。

また、本発明においては、前記写真プリント注文シートは、前記見本写真に対応した画像データ又は写真フィルムのコマに基づいて作成されるプリントの枚数、サイズ又は文字の挿入の有無の指定に対応して領域が分割して形成され、前記コード化情報記録媒体が貼付された前記領域を識別することにより、前記指定が特定される構成とすることもできる。

また、本発明の写真プリント注文方法は、写真プリントを注文するために用いられる複数の見本写真が記録され又は貼付された写真プリント注文用掲示物と、少なくとも、前記写真プリントの注文者を識別するための注文者識別情報がコード化されて記録されたコード化情報記録媒体と、前記コード化情報記録媒体を貼付する領域が明示された前記見本写真毎の写真プリント注文シートとを用いた写真プリント注文方法であって、前記写真プリントの注文者に、前記見本写真掲示物と前記見本写真毎の写真プリント注文シートと前記注文者に対応する前記コード化情報記録媒体とを提供し、前記注文者により選択された前記見本写真に対応する前記写真プリント注文シートに貼付された前記コード化情報記録媒体をコード化情報読み取り手段を用いて読み取って注文を集計するものである。

このように、本発明は、プリントを依頼する注文者の識別情報をバーコード等のコード化情報記録媒体に記録し、貼付可能なシール状にして見本写真毎に設けられた写真プリント注文シートに貼付したり、見本写真近傍に設けられたホルダーに差し込むという簡単な方法を用いることにより、注文者は写真特定情報を手書き入力したり、複雑な構成のマークシートに記入する必要がなくなり注文作業が容易となり注文ミスの発生を防止することができると共に、ラボにとってもプリント特定情報を目視で読み取り手入力で集計する必要がなくなり、注文集計作業の負担を軽減し読み取りミスや集計ミスを防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る写真プリント注文システムは、その好ましい一実施の形態において、行事を主催する学校等と、行事に同行し写真を撮影する写真撮影業者と、注文に基づいて写真プリントを作成するラボとを少なくとも備え、ラボでは、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真のフィルムを現像してパネル状又はアルバム状の見本写真を作成すると共に、生徒等の注文者を識別する注文者識別情報（例えば、生徒手帳に記載された生徒番号等）をコード化して記録した媒体を貼付できるようにシール状にしたコード化情報記録シールと、該コード化情報記録シールを貼付する領域を明示した見本写真毎の写真プリント注文シートとを注文者に提供し、注文者は見本写真パネル等を閲覧して写真を選択し、選択した写真に対応する写真プリント注文シートに各自のコード化情報記録シールを貼り付けることにより写真プリントの注文を行うもの、又は、見本写真の近傍にホルダーを設け、注文者は各自のコード化情報記録シールを選択した見本写真に対応するホルダーに差し込むことにより写真プリントの注文を行うものであり、このようなコード化情報記録シールを用いることにより、注文作業を簡便にして注文ミスを防止すると共に、注文内容を自動的に読み取り可能とすることにより、読み取り作業や集計作業の負担を軽減しミスの発生を防止することができる。

【実施例】
上記した本発明の実施の形態についてさらに詳細に説明すべく、本発明の一実施例に係る写真プリント注文システム、写真プリント注文方法及びコード化情報記録媒体並びに写真プリント注文用掲示物について、図１乃至図１２を参照して説明する。図１は、本発明の一実施例に係る写真プリント注文システムの構成を模式的に示す図であり、図２及び図１２は、見本写真の掲示例を示す図である。また、図３は、写真プリント注文シート及びコード化情報記録シールの構成を示す図であり、図４乃至図１０は、そのバリエーションを示す図である。又、図１１は、写真プリント注文手順を示すフローチャート図である。

図１に示すように、本実施例の写真プリント注文システム１は、学校の行事に同行して写真を撮影する写真撮影業者３と、撮影した写真のフィルムを回収し、見本写真をプリントして見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを作成し、また、写真プリント注文シートを回収して注文を集計し写真プリントの数焼きを行うラボ４と、提供された見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを閲覧して注文を希望する見本写真に対応する写真プリント注文シートに注文者を識別する情報（以下、注文者識別情報と呼ぶ。）が記録されシール状に加工されたコード化情報記録シールを貼付して注文を行う注文者２とにより構成される。また、ラボ４には、写真プリント注文シートに貼付されたコード化情報記録シールの情報を自動的に読み取るコード化情報読み取り手段４ａと、フィルムを現像する現像手段４ｂと、フィルムからプリントを作成するプリント作成手段４ｃとを備えている。

なお、以下の説明では、注文者識別情報や写真プリント注文に付随する情報を記録するコード化情報記録媒体としてバーコードを例にして説明するが、コード化情報記録媒体は注文者識別情報をコード化された情報として記録可能なものであればよく、ＲＦＩＤ（ＲａｄｉｏＦｒｅｑｕｅｎｃｙＩｄｅｎｔｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎ）タグのようにＩＣに注文者識別情報を記録し電磁的手段を用いて情報の読み出しを行うものであってもよい。また、写真撮影を行う写真撮影業者３と写真プリントの作成を行うラボ４とを別々に構成しているが、写真撮影業者３にコード化情報読み取り手段４ａやフィルムの現像手段４ｂ、写真プリントの作成手段４ｃを有している場合にはこれらを別々に構成する必要はない。

また、図２（ａ）に示すように、ラボ４で作成されて学校等で展示される見本写真パネル５ａは、例えば、写真撮影業者３が撮影したフィルムから作成した見本写真６が一覧形式で表示され、各々の見本写真６にはその写真を特定する数字や文字、記号等（以下、写真識別番号７と呼ぶ。）が表示されている。また、見本写真６と写真識別番号７等に加えて、写真に関連する情報（例えば、行事のタイトルや写真を撮影した日時や撮影場所等）を表示する構成としてもよい。

なお、見本写真６の掲示方式は上記構成に限定されず、例えば、図２（ｂ）に示すように、ロール状のシートに見本写真６と写真識別番号７とを組にして焼き付けた見本写真シート５ｂや、図２（ｃ）に示すように、見本写真６と写真識別番号７とを組にしてアルバム状に整理した見本写真アルバム５ｃ等、任意の形態で掲示することができ、注文者２に応じて、例えば、大人数の生徒が参加する行事の場合は見本写真パネル５ａとし、少人数の生徒が参加する行事の場合は見本写真アルバム５ｃとする等、適宜選択することができる。

また、図３（ａ）に示すように、写真プリント注文シート８は、例えば、Ｂ５判サイズの台紙に、コード化情報読み取り手段４ａによる自動読み取りが可能なようにコード化情報記録シールを貼付する位置を明示したコード化情報記録シール貼付領域８ａと、注文する写真を特定する写真識別番号８ｂと、該写真識別番号を自動的に読み取るためにコード化した写真識別番号コード化情報８ｃと、注文する写真を一見して識別できるように縮小表示したサムネイル画像８ｄとが設けられている。なお、各々の写真について何枚のプリントが注文されたかを認識できるように各々のコード化情報記録シール貼付領域８ａに通し番号等が記載されていることが好ましい。

また、図３（ｂ）に示すように、写真プリント注文シート８に貼付するコード化情報記録シール９は、例えば、注文者２を特定する注文者識別情報（例えば、生徒手帳に記載された生徒番号や生徒番号に学校や学年、学級等を特定する情報を付加した番号等）をコード化して記録したバーコード１０にその注文者識別情報が認識可能に明示されている。このコード化情報記録シール９は台紙９ａから簡単に取り外すことができ、かつ、写真プリント注文シート８に簡単に貼り付けられ、容易に脱離しないように裏面が粘着性を有することが好ましい。なお、図の構成は例示であり、コード化情報記録シール９の構成、形状、枚数、配列等は任意に設定することができる。

そして、各々の注文者２が各自に配布されたコード化情報記録シール９を注文する見本写真に対応する写真プリント注文シート８に貼付することによりプリントの注文を行うことができるが、その際、同じ写真を複数枚注文する場合には、その見本写真に対応する写真プリント注文シート８にコード化情報記録シール９を必要枚数分だけ貼り付ければよい（図では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者が１枚、０００２の注文者が２枚注文する場合を示している）。

図３に示す構成は本発明の写真プリント注文シート８及びコード化情報記録シール９の基本構成であるが、例えば、図４に示すように写真プリント注文シート８を注文枚数（例えば、１枚用、２枚用等）毎に分割し、希望する枚数の領域にコード化情報記録シール９を貼り付け、コード化情報読み取り手段４ａで領域を認識することにより枚数を指定することもできる（図４では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者と０００２の注文者が各１枚、０００３の注文者が２枚注文する場合を示している）。

また、注文する枚数の他に注文する写真のサイズを特定する場合には、例えば、図５に示すように写真プリント注文シート８をサイズ（例えば、Ｌ判、２Ｌ判等）毎に分割し、コード化情報読み取り手段４ａで領域を認識することによりサイズを指定することもできる（図５では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者と０００２の注文者がＬ判で、０００３の注文者が２Ｌ判で注文する場合を示している）。

同様に写真の注文に関する他の条件（例えば、写真に予め定められた記念文字やワンポイントイラスト等を入れるか否か等、以下、文字入れ有り／無しと呼ぶ）を設定する場合には、その条件を選択できるように写真プリント注文シート８を複数の領域に分割する構成とすればよい。例えば、図６に示すように、サイズをＬ判又は２Ｌ判、文字入れの有り／無しを選択できるように写真プリント注文シート８を４つの領域に分割して、希望する条件の領域にコード化情報記録シール９を貼り付けることもできる（図６では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者と０００２の注文者がＬ判、文字入れ無しで、０００３の注文者がＬ判、文字入れ有りで、０００４の注文者が２Ｌ判、文字入れ無しで注文する場合を示している）。

また、図７（ａ）に示すように、１つの注文に対して複数のコード化情報記録シール９を貼付できるように写真プリント注文シート８を区分し、一方、図７（ｂ）に示すように、コード化情報記録シール９も注文者を指定するシール以外に、プリントサイズを指定するシールや文字入れの有り無しを指定するシールを設けておき、写真プリント注文シート８の各々の領域に注文者を指定するシールとプリントサイズを指定するシールと文字入れの有り無しを指定するシール等を貼付する構成とすることもできる（図７では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者が２Ｌ判で、０００２の注文者が２Ｌ判、文字入れ有りで注文する場合を示している）。

上記方法は、コード化情報記録シール９に１種類の情報のみを記録しておき、コード化情報記録シール９を貼付する写真プリント注文シート８を複数の領域に分割したり、複数のコード化情報記録シール９を貼り付けることによってプリント枚数やプリントサイズ、文字入れの有り／無し等の条件を設定する方法であるが、コード化情報記録シール９に複数の情報を記録することもできる。例えば、図８に示すように、コード化情報記録シール９をＬ判注文用と２Ｌ判注文用の２種類設け、各々のコード化情報記録シール９には注文者識別情報とプリントサイズの２種類の情報を記録しておき、例えば、０００１の注文者が写真番号０１０の写真を２Ｌ判で注文する場合は、２Ｌ０００１と記載されたコード化情報記録シール（下段のシール）を写真プリント注文シート８に貼り付けることもできる。同様に、図９に示すように、コード化情報記録シール９に注文者識別情報とプリントサイズと文字入れ有り／無しの３種類の情報を記録して４種類のシール（Ｌ判／文字入れ無し、Ｌ判／文字入れ有り、２Ｌ判／文字入れ無し、２Ｌ判／文字入れ有り）を設け、所望の注文に対応するコード化情報記録シール９を写真プリント注文シート８に貼付する構成とすることもできる。

また、コード化情報記録シール９には１つの情報のみを記録し、バーコード以外の方法で他の条件を設定することもできる。例えば、図１０に示すように、写真プリント注文シート８の各々のコード化情報記録シール貼付領域８ａ近傍に、貼付したコード化情報記録シール９で特定される注文者に関連する他の条件を設定する注文条件記入欄８ｅを設けマークシート等で他の条件を設定する構成とすることもできる（図１０では、０１０の写真を０００１の注文者がＬ判、文字入れ無しで、０００２の注文者が２Ｌ判、文字入れ無しで、０００３の注文者が２Ｌ判、文字入れ有りで注文する場合を示している）。

なお、コード化情報読み取り手段４ｂでコード化情報記録シール９の向きが限定される場合には、コード化情報記録シール９を上下左右で非対称となるように形成し（例えば、台形としたり突起を設ける等）、その形状に対応して写真プリント注文シート８のコード化情報記録シール貼付領域８ａを表示しておくことによって読み取りミスを防止することができる。

更に、上記構成は、コード化情報記録シール９を注文する見本写真６に対応する写真プリント注文シート８に貼付して注文を行う場合であるが、例えば、図１２（ａ）に示すように、見本写真パネル５ａの各々の見本写真６に対応する位置にホルダー１２を設け、注文を希望する見本写真６に対応するホルダー１２に各自のコード化情報記録シール９（この場合は裏面が粘着性を有する必要はない。）を差し込んで注文する構成とすることもできる。この場合において、注文の態様（例えば、注文枚数、注文サイズ、文字入れの有り／無し等）が複数の場合は、例えば、図１２（ｂ）に示すように、各々の見本写真６に複数のホルダー１２（図では１枚注文用のホルダーと２枚注文用のホルダー）を設け、注文の態様に応じて各々のホルダー１２にコード化情報記録シール９を差し込むようにすればよい。

次に、このような構成の見本写真パネル５ａ（又は見本写真シート５ｂ、見本写真アルバム５ｃ）、写真プリント注文シート８、コード化情報記録シール９を用いて、写真撮影業者３に写真撮影を依頼してから注文者２が所望のプリントを入手するまでの手順について、図１１のフローチャート図を参照して説明する。

まず、ステップＳ１０１で、注文者２（例えば、学校）は修学旅行、運動会、入学式、卒業式等の行事を計画し、その計画を写真撮影業者３に通知する。そして、ステップＳ１０２で、写真撮影業者３は行事に同行して生徒が万遍なく写るようにスナップ写真や集合写真を撮影する。なお、本実施例の写真プリント注文方法で利用する写真は写真撮影業者３が撮影したもののみとしてもよいが、学校関係者（例えば、生徒や同行する先生等）が撮影した写真も利用してもよい。

次に、ステップＳ１０３で、ラボ４は写真撮影業者３から撮影した写真のフィルムを回収し、回収したフィルムを現像手段４ｂを用いて現像し、プリント作成手段４ｃを用いて撮影順に見本写真６をプリントする。この見本写真６の裏面には、各々の見本写真６を特定するための写真識別番号７が印字され、更に、写真プリントを数焼きする際に見本写真６と同じプリントが得られるように、色調、濃度等のプリントデータが印字されることが好ましい。

なお、ここでは、フィルムカメラを用いて写真を撮影し、ラボ４にてフィルムを現像する構成としているが、写真撮影業者３がデジタルカメラを用いて写真を撮影し、写真の画像データを記録媒体に記録して、又は通信ネットワークを介してラボ４に送り、ラボ４では受信した画像データに基づいてプリント作成手段４ｃで写真プリントを作成する構成としてもよく、また、フィルムカメラとデジタルカメラを併用する構成としてもよい。

次に、ステップＳ１０４で、ラボ４は見本写真６を展示用シートに配列し、各々の見本写真６近傍に見本写真６の裏面に記載された写真識別番号７を記載して、図２に示すような見本写真パネル５ａを作成する。この見本写真パネル５ａには、必要に応じて、上述したホルダー１２や、学校名や行事名、撮影場所等の写真に関連する情報を記載してもよい。また、見本写真パネル５ａに代えて、又は見本写真パネル５ａと共に、見本写真６をロール状にプリントした見本写真シート５ｂや冊子状に整理した見本写真アルバム５ｃを作成してもよい。

次に、ステップＳ１０５で、ラボ４は必要に応じて写真プリント注文シート８とコード化情報記録シール９の作成を行う。この写真プリント注文シート８とコード化情報記録シール９は、通常、図３乃至図１０に示すような構成で一旦制作しておけばその後の注文でも利用することは可能であるが、例えば、見本写真６の数が多く、見本写真に対応する写真プリント注文シート８がない場合や、注文条件として予め定められた条件（例えば、写真番号、プリントサイズ、文字入れの有り／無し等）以外の条件（例えば、特別の画像処理を施したり、挿入する文字やイラストの種類を選択したり、写真の画像データをＣＤ−Ｒ等の記録媒体に記録する等の条件）を付加する場合には、新たに写真プリント注文シート８やコード化情報記録シール９を作成する。
