Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, for example, in a restaurant (restaurant, izakaya, fast food, etc.), a printer for cooking instruction slip output that prints out the order contents from the customer as a cooking instruction slip to the cook, More particularly, the present invention relates to a storage structure for recording paper stored in the printer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, wireless order data management devices are used in restaurants, pubs, hotels, and the like. An example of a wireless order data management apparatus will be described briefly. When a customer service representative receives a food order from a customer, each menu that has been ordered together with a table number and the like is input to a portable order input apparatus.
[0003]
The input order data is wirelessly transmitted from the order input device. The wirelessly transmitted order data is received by a wireless control device installed at each corner or the like in the store, and is output to a data management device that performs various data processing, centralized management, and the like. In the data management device, information such as the order data, a time when the order data is received, and a number for identifying a customer service representative are stored in a storage device.
[0004]
Then, a voucher for cooking instructions is printed out from a restaurant printer installed in the kitchen, and a cooking instruction is sent to the person in charge of cooking. On the other hand, a bill for accounting is printed out from another restaurant printer installed in the vicinity of the guest room, and this is handed to the customer by the customer service representative.
[0005]
The person in charge of cooking starts cooking according to the cooking instruction slip, and notifies the customer service representative when cooking is completed. Thereby, the customer service representative carries the cooking to the customer who has received the order and distributes it. (For example, refer nonpatent literature 1.)
Some of these restaurant printers use wireless or wired communication means as described above, and the cooking instruction slip restaurant printer that prints out the cooking instruction slip prints out the accounting slip as well. The accounting slip restaurant printer is basically the same in structure, and the only difference is the electrical control circuit that controls the printing contents so that the printing contents are output according to the application.
[0006]
Hereinafter, a wireless restaurant printer will be described as an example.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In conventional restaurant printers where the thermal head for printing and the platen roller, the movable blade and the fixed blade are separated by opening the replacement door when replacing the thermal roll paper as in the past, there is no particular holding of the thermal roll paper and the roll paper is stored. In the structure where the thermal roll paper placed in the indentation of the roll rotates by sliding on the outer circumference of the roll, when viewed from the printer module side during printing, the outer circumference of the roll of thermal roll paper against the feeding or pulling force of the thermal roll paper The load caused by the friction between this portion and the indented portion of the thermal roll paper installation portion (roll paper storage portion) on the restaurant printer main body side is large, and the motor that rotates the platen roller accordingly requires a stronger torque.
[0019]
In many cases, as a countermeasure, a rotating roller is used to reduce the frictional load on the contact area between the roll outer periphery of the thermal roll paper and the indented part of the thermal roll paper installation section (roll paper storage section) on the restaurant printer main body side. Sometimes it is provided. However, in this method, the number of components that rotate smoothly is increased, and when the thermal roll paper rotates on this roller, the roll itself sags.
[0020]
When this sag occurs, the thermal roll paper wound in a roll shape is in contact with the lower surface of the indented part of the thermal roll paper installation part (roll paper storage part) on the restaurant printer main body side by its own weight. The sagging tends to sag above the thermal roll paper.
[0021]
The restaurant printer according to the present invention is installed in a relatively small place such as a kitchen or a customer waiting room, and there is a store need to install it so that the installation space is minimized. Therefore, in FIG. 5, the installation space is small and the structure can be installed in a vertically long posture with the A side in FIG. 5 as the bottom surface, and considering the operability so that the heat-sensitive roll paper can be easily replaced, The door for heat-sensitive roll paper replacement | exchange is provided in the D surface side.
[0022]
For example, in a POS cash register system used in a convenience store or a supermarket, a similar thermal printer is incorporated in the POS cash register system, and this thermal printer is considered in consideration of operability and ease of installation. It is installed so that the B surface side in FIG. 5 is downward, and is provided so that the door for heat-sensitive roll paper replacement, that is, the D surface side is upward.
[0023]
As described above, the restaurant printer according to the present invention and the thermal printer incorporated and used in the POS cash register system as described above tend to appear to differ only in the installation posture. Due to the difference, the storage state of the heat-sensitive roll paper stored therein is different, and there are problems described below due to the storage state.
[0024]
The structure that opens the door upward when replacing the thermal roll paper, such as that found in thermal printers that are built into the POS cash register system, is sufficient even if the stored thermal roll paper sags. There is sufficient space, and the positional relationship between the thermal roll paper and the printer module for printing can be set in parallel in the horizontal direction, and the angle at which the thermal roll paper is conveyed can be made smaller than the vertical direction.
[0025]
This is because a slight lateral force is applied when the thermal roll paper whose lower surface is in contact is pulled, so that the load for feeding the platen roller of the printer module is reduced. In addition, since the portion of the thermal roll paper that is pulled angularly spreads upward from the vertical direction, the sagging can also be fanned upward without being restricted. Further, since there is no paper feed guide for the printer module at the upper apex portion of the thermal roll paper having the largest slack, the slack portion is not drawn.
[0026]
In the structure of the restaurant printer according to the present invention, as described above, there is a printer module having a print head above the thermal roll paper, and an auto cutter is attached in the vicinity of the paper discharge port of the printer module. In this auto cutter, a shearing type movable blade for cutting perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the thermal roll paper comes down almost vertically from the upper side of the thermal roll paper, and is fixed at the lower part of the thermal roll paper. It is structured to cut by engaging with the blade.
[0027]
The paper discharge port cut out after printing and the replacement door for the thermal roll paper are located on the front side of the restaurant printer (D-side in FIG. 5). Since the printer module is vertically arranged so that it can be opened and closed via the hinge part at the bottom of the D side of the printer body, when the printer module feeds the thermal roll paper, the replacement door (D side) from the vertical direction Since it pulls to the side, the force which draws a heat-sensitive roll paper to the replacement door (D surface) side is added.
[0028]
This reduces the slack space of the thermal roll paper and limits the amount of slack that can be tolerated. When the amount of sag exceeds the limit, the loose thermal roll paper becomes ineffective, and is finally sandwiched between the upper part of the thermal roll paper (on the replacement door side) and the thermal roll paper pulled from the printer module. When the sheet is fed into the sheet feeding port of the printer module and pulled from one side of the thermal roll paper, the sheet is rotated and fed, and the thermal roll sheet is pulled from both sides and cannot be rotated.
[0029]
In addition, the printer module tries to pull the thermal roll paper that cannot be rotated further from the paper feed port, but it is impossible for the roll of the thermal roll paper itself to enter the paper feed port. It becomes larger than the torque of the driving motor, and is completely locked.
[0030]
As a workaround for this mechanism, there is no problem if it is possible to provide a space that can sufficiently allow the thermal roll paper to sag. However, the sag is used as a measure to reduce the paper feeding load of the thermal roll paper. In addition to using the rotating roller, there is a possibility that when the user replaces the thermal roll paper, there is a possibility that the thermal roll paper with the slack is set in the roll paper storage section as it is. It is impossible to control.
[0031]
In addition, since the restaurant printer needs to be downsized as a product development for achieving a reduction in installation space, an increase in the space that can tolerate the slack is not a good idea in this case. This slack also eliminates the effect of the horizontal wall of the thermal roll paper installation part (roll paper storage part) that regulates the left and right direction of the thermal roll paper, and one side of the thermal roll paper (such as slips) that has been printed, cut, and discharged Only the end face part of the thermal roll paper will be crushed.
[0032]
This is because the heat-sensitive roll paper in a slack state is bent from one sheet to several sheets due to the force of forcibly regulating the lateral displacement, and the heat-sensitive paper strain cannot be withstood. In this way, it is impossible to set the thermal roll paper without sagging, especially when it is decided to change the thermal roll paper during busy periods, especially during busy periods, and printing was caused by the sagging. The end of the slip to be submitted to the customer may be bent, and the quality is insufficient. In addition, when the thermal roll paper is stored in a recess in the roll paper storage section so that the left and right ends of the thermal roll paper are regulated and the outer peripheral surface of the roll is in contact with the roll, it creates slack when the thermal roll paper is set. If this happens, it will not disappear until the next replacement.
[0033]
Therefore, the present invention is not a structure in which the roll outer peripheral surface of the thermal roll paper is brought into contact with the roll, but is held by passing a shaft fixed to the restaurant printer through the paper core portion of the thermal roll paper, and the holding structure is It is an object of the present invention to provide a restaurant printer capable of stable paper feeding, heat-sensitive roll paper exchangeability, and downsizing of the apparatus by being provided on the replacement door side.
[0034]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the restaurant printer of the present invention first provides a thermal roll paper holding part inside the replacement door so that the thermal roll paper can be easily seen visually when replacing the thermal roll paper. Yes, and reduced the cause of incorrect operation.
[0035]
In other words, a component that integrates a sufficiently strong arm inside the replacement door, a shaft that passes through the paper core of the thermal roll paper, and a pedestal that supports the arm is fixed to the frame of the replacement door with a single rotating shaft. In addition, the structure is rotatable. Furthermore, an arm with sufficient strength, a shaft that passes through the core of the thermal roll paper, and a pedestal that supports the arm were urged by a spring and attached inside the replacement door when no thermal roll paper was installed. It is pressed against the platen roller, and when it is mounted, it is pushed back by its own weight of the heat-sensitive roll paper, and is in close contact with the frame of the replacement door. With such a structure, unused thermal roll paper can be easily inserted into the shaft and installed.
[0036]
When installing the thermal roll paper, the shaft that passes through the paper core of the thermal roll paper is in a cantilevered state, but when you actually print by closing the replacement door, the shaft is held by the restaurant printer body side Has a structure in which it can be held at both ends. Also, when the replacement door is closed, the integrated arm with sufficient strength that is in close contact with the thermal roll paper's own weight, the shaft that passes through the core of the thermal roll paper, and the base that supports the arm are also fixed. Was constructed to be a completely fixed shaft.
[0037]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0038]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a restaurant printer apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof. This restaurant printer device is a data output device used in restaurants, taverns, hotels, fast food, etc., and is a data output device in a device constituting part of the order data management device. First, the overall configuration of this order data management device, And the example of its use is demonstrated roughly.
[0039]
Taking a wireless order data management device as an example, an example of its use will be described. The restaurant printer of the present invention is not limited to the wireless type, and can be applied to a wired type.
[0040]
When the customer service representative receives a food order from a customer, each of the ordered menus is input to the portable order input device together with the table number and the like. The input order data is wirelessly transmitted from the order input device. The wirelessly transmitted order data is received by a control device installed at each corner or the like in the store, and is output to a restaurant printer which is a data management device that performs various data processing and centralized management. In the data management device, information such as the order data, a time when the order data is received, and a number for identifying a customer service representative are stored in a storage device.
[0041]
Then, a voucher for cooking instructions is printed out from a restaurant printer installed in the kitchen, and a cooking instruction is sent to the person in charge of cooking. An accounting slip is printed out from another restaurant printer, which is handed to the customer by the customer service representative. The person in charge of cooking starts cooking according to the cooking instruction slip, and notifies the customer service representative when cooking is completed. Thereby, the customer service representative carries the cooking to the customer who has received the order and distributes it. In addition to the wireless method described above, there is an electromagnetic induction type order input device that transmits and receives order data using an electromagnetic induction coil.
[0042]
The restaurant printer device used as described above is sent from a storage device that stores information such as the order data, the time when the order data is received, and a number for identifying a customer service representative in the data management device. The received information is received wirelessly, and a slip is output for a cooking instruction in accordance with an instruction from the storage device. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, not only the thermal roll paper conveyance failure and the bending of the left and right end faces of the printing slip due to the roll slack that may occur when the thermal roll paper is set, but also the rotation of the thermal roll paper during printing is prevented. The load could be reduced, which provided sufficient margin for the motor torque required to drive the platen roller. This leads to stabilization of the printing position and has an effect of reducing the power consumption of the motor. Further, by holding the paper core of the heat-sensitive roll paper, there is an effect that the heat-sensitive surface is prevented from being damaged without coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the heat-sensitive roll paper.
