本発明は、田畑を荒らしたり人体に危害を加えるタヌキやイノシシなどの動物を捕獲するための捕獲器に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
田畑を荒らしたり人に危害を加えるタヌキやイノシシなどの動物を捕獲するための捕獲器には様々なものが市販されている。

一般的な捕獲器は、動物を収納する本体に動物を導入するための導入口を設け、この導入口を開閉する扉を本体に対して水平回動若しくは上下回動自在に設け、この扉は導入口を塞ぐ方向にバネによって付勢された構成とし、導入口を開けた状態で扉を一旦係止して動物が本体内に侵入するのを待ち、本体内に動物が侵入して本体内に配したエサを動物がつついた瞬間に、前記扉の係止状態を解除してバネの弾性作用によって扉を回動させ、この扉で導入口を閉塞することで侵入した動物を捕獲できるように構成している。

この捕獲器によれば、本体内に動物が侵入し、エサをつついた瞬間に動物の逃げ道を断つことができるため、動物が本体内に入った状態で扉を閉じることができれば、動物を良好に捕獲することができると考えられる。

ところで、この種の捕獲器は、本体内におびき寄せられた動物がエサをつついた瞬間に即座に導入口を閉塞できるように、本体に対して扉を非常に強力なバネによって閉じ付勢している。

そのため、本体内にエサをしかけて扉を開けた状態とするには、この強力に閉じ付勢された扉を手で思い切り強く開き動させなければならず、よって、エサをしかけるのに非常に手間がかかり、また、強い力も必要とするという問題点がある。

また、扉は本体に対して強力に閉じ付勢されているため、扉を開き動させてエサをしかける際に、仮に手を滑らせるなどすると、扉に手を挟んでしまいかねない懸念も有する。

一方、本体に対する扉の閉じ付勢の強さは、人の手で扉を動かせる程度の強さに設定される必要があるため強く設定するのにも限界があり、そのため、本体1内に捕獲された動物が、扉の閉じ付勢以上に力のある動物であった場合には、激しく暴れることで扉を押し開いて本体外へ逃げてしまうという問題点があった。

また、導入口を閉塞する扉は、前述のように、本体に対して回動動作して導入口を閉塞する構成のため、動物がエサ取付部をつついてから導入口を閉塞するまでに、扉が回動動作する分、導入口が閉塞されるまで時間がかかってしまう。

そのため、警戒心が強く素早い動きをする野生の動物等は、エサをつついた瞬間に異変に気づき、扉が閉まり切る寸前で扉と導入口との隙間に体の一部を挟み、そのまま本体内から逃げてしまうという問題点があった。

本発明は、強力なバネで付勢した閉塞板を回動させる等して本体の導入部を閉塞するのではなく、自重を利用して下方へスライド移動(スライド落下)する閉塞板で前記導入部を閉塞するため、動物がエサをつついた瞬間に即座に導入部を閉塞板で閉塞できることは勿論、閉塞板を開けて本体内にエサをしかける作業を強い力を必要とせずに極めて簡単且つ安全に行うことができ、しかも、簡易な構成であるためコスト安且つ容易に設計実現することができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的な捕獲器を提供することを目的としている。

タヌキやイノシシなどの動物を捕獲するための捕獲器において、前記動物を収納する本体1に前記動物を本体1内へ導入するための導入部2を設け、この導入部2を閉塞するための閉塞板3を前記導入部2に対して上下方向にスライド移動自在に設け、この閉塞板3は、上方に位置した際には導入部2が開放状態となり、下方へスライド移動した際にはこの導入部2が閉塞状態となるように構成し、前記本体1には、前記閉塞板3を上方に位置した状態で係止する係止部5を設け、本体1内に侵入した動物が前記本体1内に設けたエサ取付部4を可動させた際に、前記係止部5による前記閉塞板3の係止状態が解除されてこの閉塞板3が自動的に下方へスライド移動し前記導入部2を閉塞状態とする係止解除機構6を設けたことを特徴とする捕獲器に係るものである。

好適と考える本発明の実施の形態(発明をどのように実施するか)を、図面に基づいてその作用効果を示して簡単に説明する。

また、例えば、前記係止杆5Aの先端部を前記係止部5とし、前記閉塞板3をこの係止杆5Aの先端部の係止部5で支承することで前記閉塞板3を前記本体1の導入部2を開口した位置で係止し、前記本体1内にこの導入部2から侵入した動物が前記エサ取付部4を引動した際に、この引動動作に連動して前記係止杆5Aが後退動することで前記閉塞板3から前記係止杆5Aの先端部の係止部5が抜脱して前記係止状態が解除され、前記閉塞板3が自動的に下方へスライド移動して前記導入部2を閉塞状態とするように構成すれば、極めて簡単な構成により、本体1の導入部2を開口した位置で閉塞板3を係止状態とすることができ、また、この係止状態を解除して閉塞板3で導入部2を閉塞することができ、更に、本体1内に侵入する動物は警戒心が極めて強い状態となっていると考えられ、そのため、前記動物はエサ取付部4から早くエサを取って本体1外へ逃げようとすると考えられることから、エサ取付部4を前記動物が確実に引動して閉塞板3の本体1上部位置における係止状態を確実に解除して導入部2を閉塞板3で確実に閉塞できることとなるなど、一層実用的となる。
