Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the electric power by the induction heating is supplied to the upper molten metal part and the skull part adhering to the inner wall surface of the melting furnace.
The electric power supplied to the molten metal part is effectively used for heating the molten metal, but the electric power to the skull part is absorbed from the crucible surface to which it is attached, and is not used for heating the molten metal.
In such a molten state, there is a problem that the skull on the crucible bottom side becomes thick.
[0008]
Dissolution with a large amount of skull has, for example, the following problems.
(1) Of the charged materials to be melted, the ratio of molten metal becomes low, and the melting efficiency deteriorates.
(2) When smelting an alloy, the composition becomes different from the target ratio depending on the skull portion. Further, the additive may not be melted effectively.
[0009]
By the way, the frequency of the high-frequency power supplied to the induction heating coil and the amount of skull generated have the following relationship.
In the following description, the case of a large induction heating melting furnace and the case of a small induction heating melting furnace will be described separately with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged side view showing a state of the skull separated from the melting furnace main body.

[0017]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems (problems). When a power supply having a frequency of about 1 kHz or more is used as a power supply for melting a metal to be melted, skull, which is an unmelted portion, is reduced, and melting efficiency is improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide an induction melting furnace capable of producing an alloy composition ratio accurately.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The induction heating melting furnace according to the present invention has a side wall formed in a vertical direction by arranging a plurality of conductive segments in a circumferential direction so as to be insulated from each other. In an induction heating melting furnace comprising: a melting furnace main body that accommodates the molten metal in a coolable manner; and an induction heating coil that is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the side wall and that induction-heats the metal to be melted accommodated in the melting furnace main body. A first power supply for melting the metal to be melted having a frequency of 1 kHz or more, and a lower frequency than the power from the first power supply, formed to stick to the inner peripheral surface of the side wall. A second power supply having a frequency capable of penetrating the coagulated material, wherein the power from the first power supply for melting the metal to be melted and the power from the second power supply are superimposed and the induction heating is performed. It was configured to supply to the coil.
[0019]
With this configuration, even in the case of a small induction melting furnace, power of a frequency lower than the frequency of the power can be superimposed and supplied to the induction heating coil separately from the power for melting the metal to be melted. In addition, the electromagnetic force can be supplied to the molten metal in the melting furnace main body without being blocked by the solidified matter attached to the inner wall surface of the melting furnace.
This makes it possible to provide an induction melting furnace that has good melting efficiency and can accurately manufacture the composition ratio of the alloy.
[0020]
The induction heating melting furnace according to claim 2 has a configuration in which the frequency of the power from the second power source is one-tenth or less of the frequency of the power from the first power source.
[0021]
With such a configuration, it is possible to supply power to the induction heating coil by cutting off the influence of the mutual frequency power from the first power supply and the second power supply.
[0022]
The induction heating melting furnace according to claim 3 is configured such that the frequency of the electric power from the second power supply is the frequency of the commercial electric power.
[0023]
With this configuration, the cost of the second power supply can be reduced.
[0024]
The induction heating melting furnace according to claim 4 is configured such that this circuit is coupled to a load via a transformer as a circuit for supplying electric power from the second power supply to the induction heating coil.
[0025]
With this configuration, the resonance current of the second power supply can be reduced.

For example, in the above embodiment, an example of the power supply circuit for supplying the induction heating coil is shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, but the feature of the present invention is that the first power supply for melting the metal to be melted and the first power supply Since the second power supply having a lower frequency than the first power is attached, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to such a circuit configuration.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
Since the induction heating melting furnace of the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following excellent effects.
(1) As described in claim 1, in the induction heating melting furnace, a first power supply for melting the metal to be melted having a frequency of 1 kHz or more, and a frequency lower than the power by the first power supply. A second power source having a frequency capable of penetrating the solidified material formed so as to stick to the inner peripheral surface of the side wall, and a second power source for melting the metal to be melted, and a second power source. When configured so that the power from the power supply is superimposed and supplied to the induction heating coil, even in the case of a small induction melting furnace, apart from the power for melting the metal to be melted, a frequency lower than the frequency of the power is used. Electric power can be superimposed and supplied to the induction heating coil. As a result, the electromagnetic force can be supplied to the molten metal in the melting furnace main body without being shielded by the solidified matter attached to the inner wall surface of the melting furnace.
(2) This makes it possible to provide an induction melting furnace that has a high melting efficiency and can accurately manufacture the composition ratio of the alloy.
[0037]
(3) As described in claim 2, when the frequency of the power from the second power supply is configured to be 1/10 or less of the frequency of the power from the first power supply, the first power supply and the second power supply It is possible to supply power to the induction heating coil by cutting off the influence of the mutual frequency power from the second power supply.
[0038]
(4) As described in claim 3, when the frequency of the electric power from the second power supply is set to the frequency of the commercial power, the cost of the second power supply can be reduced.
[0039]
(5) As described in claim 4, as a circuit for supplying power from the second power supply to the induction heating coil, if this circuit is coupled to a load via a transformer, The resonance current can be reduced.
