Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner having a function of removing dust attached to a filter, and more particularly, to an air conditioner having a simple dust removing means having a structure that can be manually operated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The air suction port of the air conditioner (indoor unit) is provided with a filter that removes particularly coarse dust in the air. The dust accumulates on the filter in proportion to the operation time of the air conditioner. If the amount of dust increases, the heat exchange efficiency decreases, so it is necessary to clean the filter appropriately.
[0003]
Generally, a detachable air filter is provided as in
[0004]
However, since a normal air conditioner is installed at a high place in a room, it is difficult for an elderly person or a woman to attach / detach a filter, so that there is a problem that a cleaning operation is easily avoided.
[0005]
Therefore, for example, an air conditioner with a cleaning device that automatically cleans a filter as disclosed in

Further, as another method, for example, Patent Document 4 proposes a method in which a filter is stretched between take-up cylindrical rollers, and dust attached to the filter is removed together with the filter winding operation.
[0010]
However, according to Patent Literature 4, the filter to which dust adheres is wound up and stored in the filter storage unit, and thus the filter is disposable. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a large number of filters in advance, which results in high costs and burdens the customer. In addition, the filter housings (the feeding side and the winding side) must be provided on both sides of the housing, which increases the size of the entire indoor unit, which is against the miniaturization.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to easily remove dust attached to a filter surface, to store the removed dust for a long period of time, and to easily collect the dust. Another object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner provided with dust removing means that can be compactly stored in a housing.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention includes an indoor unit housing having an air suction unit and an air blowing unit, and includes an air passage connecting the air suction unit and the air blowing unit in the indoor unit housing. A heat exchanger and a blower are arranged in the air conditioner, and a filter for catching dust in the air is provided on the front surface on the upstream side of the heat exchanger. It is characterized by comprising a dust removing section having dust removing means, and a guide rail capable of moving the dust removing section in a predetermined direction.
[0014]
According to this, not only can the dust attached to the filter be removed by simply sliding the dust removing portion left and right while the filter is installed, but also the removed dust can be stored in the dust removing portion. You can keep.
[0015]
As a more preferred aspect, the dust removing section has a first dust removing means for scraping dust attached to the back surface of the filter and a base cover having a storage space for dust scraped by the first dust removing means, A second cover for scraping dust attached to a surface of the filter; a top cover disposed opposite to the base cover with the filter interposed therebetween; and the dust removing portion holds the filter. In this state, it is provided movably along the guide rail.
[0016]
It is preferable that the base cover and the top cover are connected to each other via a hinge so as to be openable and closable, and the dust removal unit is detachably provided on the indoor unit housing. According to this, it is possible to easily remove the dust stored in the dust removing unit, and it is also possible to remove the dust removing unit and wash it by washing with water or the like.
[0017]
A guide portion supported by the guide rail is provided on a back surface of the base cover. According to this, the dust removing section can be reliably slid along the guide rail disposing direction.
[0018]
It is preferable that the top cover is provided with a grip portion that is gripped by a hand or the like when the dust removing portion is manually slid. According to this, it is possible to easily slide the dust removing portion left and right with the grip portion.
[0019]
The first and second dust removing means are provided on a brush stand which is provided upright at a predetermined height from the base of each cover toward the filter, and provided on the brush stand toward a filter surface of the filter. And an inclined brush that is inclined in a direction away from each other in the sliding direction from the center toward both ends. According to this, the flocking brush comes to pierce the filter surface at an acute angle, and the effect of scraping out dust attached to the filter surface is enhanced.
[0020]
In addition, in order to make it easy to wash | clean a flocking brush, it is preferable that each said brush stand is provided in the said each cover so that attachment or detachment is possible.
[0021]
The indoor unit housing has a front panel attached to cover the front from the top of the filter as the air suction unit, and the front panel includes a double door that has a door stop surface substantially in the center, The top cover is provided with a locking portion for locking the front panel in a closed state. According to this, since the dust removing means is held between the double-opened front panels, it is possible to prevent the depth dimension of the indoor unit housing from increasing.
[0022]
It is preferable that a locking claw locked by the locking portion is provided on each door stop surface of the front panel.
[0023]
In order to use the dust removing portion as a locking member for the front panel, it is necessary to reliably know the position of the dust removing portion. Therefore, a fixing means is provided between the guide rail and the dust removing portion for fixing the dust removing portion at a locking position with respect to the front panel.
[0024]
The indoor unit housing includes a filter receiving portion for holding the filter along the suction surface of the heat exchanger, and a filter holding portion formed above the filter receiving portion so as to face the filter receiving portion. One end of the filter receiving portion and the filter holding portion is open, and the filter is inserted from the open end and held in the indoor unit housing. According to this, attachment and detachment of the filter can be performed easily and reliably.
[0025]
The filter includes at least two filter members arranged along a suction surface of the heat exchanger, and a connecting member that joints the filter members to each other, and the filter members are connected via the connecting members. Are connected and arranged in parallel along the suction surface of the heat exchanger. According to this, the filter can be divided, and the cleaning property is improved.
[0026]
At least one of the dust removing portion and the filter is preferably made of a material to which an antibacterial agent or a fungicide is added.
[0027]
