本発明は、室内色と室外色が異なるクラッドサッシのキャップ類等の端末部品にあって、サッシ室内色と室外色との色調のコーディネイトが容易で外観意匠に優れ、水密・気密性等の機能付加が可能なクラッドサッシ用色合わせ部品の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
アルミ形材等の金属製のサッシでは熱伝導率が高く、断熱性に劣ることから室内側に結露する不具合も発生しやすい。
そこで室内側に断熱性の高い樹脂部材を結合させたクラッドサッシ(複合サッシ)が提案されている。
この場合に金属部と樹脂部の結合方法が問題になり、室内側も美観を向上させたネジ結合方法(特開平10−317807号公報)や樹脂カバー構造(特開2002−180754号公報)が提案されている。

しかし、アルミ形材と樹脂形材との組み合わせだけでは、障子のコーナー部等の突き合わせ加工が困難な場合も多い。
そこで、端末処理として各種キャップ類が必要となる。
ところが、このようなキャップ類は質内部と室外部の両方にまたがって取り付けられることになるので、室内側と室外側に色分けする必要がある。
従来は塗装にて色分けしたり、キャップの意匠として全く別の色調にしたりして対応していた。

しかし、塗装による色分けでは部分塗装になるのでコストアップの要因となる。
また、塗装が可能な樹脂材料は非常に限られているので材質の選択肢が極めて制限される。
障子とサッシ枠との間にシール部が必要となり、キャップ類等の端末部品においてもシールラインの形成が要求される場合があるが、キャップ類を硬質樹脂材で成形するとシール機能が不充分であり、一方、軟質系の樹脂で成形すると強度が不充分となる問題もあった。

本発明は、上記技術的課題に鑑みて、室内色と室外色が異なるクラッドサッシのキャップ類等の端末部品において、室内色と室外色との色分けが容易でシール機能等の付加が可能なクラッドサッシ用色合わせ部品を提供することを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係るクラッドサッシ用色合わせ部品の構造例について、以下図面により説明する。
図4は、本発明に係る色合わせ部品を適用した部位を示す全体図である。
図4に示すような突合障子40a、40bと両袖障子40c、40dの4枚戸からなる引き違い障子においては、突合わせ部等にキャップ10a、10b等が必要になる。
なお、本発明に係る色合わせ部品は、クラッドサッシ全般に適用され、障子戸に限定されるものではない。

図3は突合せ部分を上方から見たキャップ付近の拡大図である。
キャップは左右の突合框31a、31bそれぞれに設けられている。
突合框31a、31bの室外側はアルミ形材41a、41bで形成されている。
室内側から樹脂形材44a、44bがアルミ形材に連結されたクラッドサッシ構造となっている。
従って室外側に色調は、アルミ形材に施され、室内側の色調は樹脂形材に施される。
この場合にアルミ形材と樹脂形材との色調を合わせることもあるが、一般的には色調を異ならせることで室内外色がコーディネートされている。
コーナー部のキャップ10a、10bは室内側と室外側との両方にまたがって設けられることになる(図2の側面図参照)。

図2に示すように、突合框31a下端に嵌合されたキャップ10aの室外側から垂下されたキャップ垂下片14は、障子下框41a室外側から垂下された障子下框垂下片42に連続する形状で設けられて、障子スライド溝43に嵌入した構造になっている。
図1に示すように、キャップ10aには突合框31aの下端を覆う蓋部13と、蓋部13の室外側から垂下されているキャップ垂下片14と、蓋部13中央付近から上方へ設けられ突合框31aに嵌入する嵌入部19と樹脂形材44aを支持するホルダー部20が形成されている。
また、障子突合せ位置にはキャップ突合部芯材17が形成されている。
キャップ垂下片14の室内側には下枠とのキャップタイト部16が設けられ、障子スライド溝43の室内側側壁に摺接している。
キャップ10aのベース部材12は硬質樹脂で成形されていて、蓋部13、嵌入部19、ホルダー部20、キャップ垂下片14の室内側及び突合せ部芯材17を構成している。
硬質樹脂からなるベース部材は、室内側に露出していて樹脂形材に施された室内色に合わせた近似色となっている。
室外側には軟質部材11が固着されていて、キャップ垂下片14室外側、キャップ突合部のタイト部18a及び下枠とのキャップタイト部16を構成している。
軟質部材11は、室外側に露出し室外色が施されたアルミ形材の室外色に合わせた近似色となっている。
これにより、キャップは室内外色に色分けされコーディネートされている。

下枠とのキャップタイト部16は、キャップ垂下片14の硬質樹脂部分を室外側と室内側を貫通して設けられている貫通孔15を通り、キャップ垂下片14の室外側の軟質樹脂まで一体で成形されている。
即ち、キャップ垂下片14には軟質部材11の一部で室内側にタイト部16を設けて、内障子スライド溝43の室内側側壁に摺接させて、下枠1とキャップ10aの間をシールしていることになる。

また、キャップ突合部芯材17の表面に形成した突合部のタイト部18aは、突合せ相手のキャップ10bの突合部のタイト部18bと当接することで障子突合せ部分のシールを行う。
これにより、突合框31a、31bからキャップ10a、10bにかけての突合せ部分はシールされる。
このように、突合框下部のコーナー部のシールは良好に実現され、水密、気密性に優れた構造となっている。

剥がれる恐れのある塗装を実施することなく、安価に室内外の色調に合わせてコーディネートでき、ベース部材の材質もその部品に要求される強度、耐候性、成形性、価格に応じ多種多様な種類の中から自由に選択することが可能になる。
