Description

【0001】
これらの接着剤の内、SIS(スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン)、SBS(スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン)これらの水添物等のゴム系接着剤、エチレン−酢酸ビニル系接着剤が好適に用いられる。
【0010】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet used as a waterproof sheet for a bed, a futon, a seat for a wheelchair, an automobile, and the like of an elderly person, a cared person, or a child.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a waterproof sheet called an incontinence pad or a bed sheet has been formed by laminating a backing material such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric and a film such as vinyl chloride. Such waterproof sheets did not allow the passage of moisture but did not have any breathability. In addition, in order to impart air permeability, a microporous film formed by stretching a film obtained from a resin composition obtained by blending an inorganic filler with a polyolefin resin instead of a conventional film such as vinyl chloride A waterproof sheet using a film has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-31993
However, when the waterproof sheet is used as a waterproof sheet by laying it on a bed or a futon, when an elderly person, a cared person, a child, or the like moves on the sheet, the sheet is displaced from the body of the cared person, resulting in incontinence. When this is done, there are problems such as not fulfilling the role of the waterproof sheet, or being wrinkled and causing bedsores. In order to avoid these problems, it is necessary to constantly lift the cared person to correct the positional deviation and to smooth the wrinkles, and the burden on the carer is very large.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a waterproof sheet that solves such problems, has waterproofness, has moisture permeability to prevent stuffiness, and does not cause displacement during use. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
First aspect of the present invention, the breathable base material made of a nonwoven fabric, a laminate moisture-permeable film moisture permeability is 200~10000g / m 2 · 24hr are laminated, is non-slip processing by resin It is a waterproof sheet.
The invention according to claim 2 is the waterproof sheet, wherein the moisture-permeable film is an elastomer-based moisture-permeable film.
The invention according to claim 3 is a waterproof sheet having a coefficient of friction with Kanakin No. 3 cloth of 0.8 or more.
[0007]
The nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has air permeability, and may be any nonwoven fabric as long as it is made of fibers. As the fibers, those conventionally used for nonwoven fabrics can be used, and examples thereof include natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and mixed fibers thereof. Examples of the natural fibers include fibers made of pulp, silk, wool, cotton, hemp, and the like. Examples of the synthetic fibers include polypropylene resins, polyethylene resins, rayon, polyester resins, and polyamide resins. And fibers made of polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, polyacryl-based resin and the like.
[0008]
The moisture permeable film used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an elastomer resin film. Examples of the elastomer-based resin include polyamide-based, polyester-based, and polyurethane-based resins.
The moisture permeability of the moisture-permeable film is 200~10000g / m 2 · 24hr. If the moisture permeability is less than 200g / m 2 · 24hr, there is discomfort Te stuffiness during use, exceeds 10000g / m 2 · 24hr, waterproof deteriorates, no longer express the function as a waterproof sheet.
The method for producing the moisture-permeable film is not particularly limited, and the film is formed by an ordinary film forming method. For example, a T-die method, an inflation method and the like are suitably used.
[0009]
The method for laminating the nonwoven fabric and the moisture permeable film is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a lamination method using a hot melt adhesive, a solventless dry lamination method, a solvent dry lamination method, an extrusion lamination method, and a heat lamination method. Is mentioned. Among them, a lamination method using a hot melt adhesive is preferable. The hot-melt adhesive is not particularly limited, but a hot-melt adhesive such as polyamide-based, polyolefin-based, rubber-based, and ethylene-vinyl acetate-based is used. Among these adhesives, rubber-based adhesives such as SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene), SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) and hydrogenated products thereof, and ethylene-vinyl acetate-based adhesives are preferably used.
[0010]
Known resins can be used as the resin for performing the non-slip processing. Examples of the resin include an acrylic resin, a polyurethane resin, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin. A known method can be used as the method of non-slip processing, for example, a method of applying the above resin in a dot shape by a gravure method or the like.
[0011]
The coefficient of friction of the waterproof sheet with respect to Kanakin No. 3 cloth is preferably 0.8 or more. If it is less than 0.8, it is not preferable because it is too slippery and it becomes difficult to prevent the sheet from shifting.
The coefficient of friction was measured by attaching the waterproof sheet to a sliding piece, attaching the above Kanakin No. 3 cloth to a test table, and measuring the friction coefficient according to JIS K 7125.
[0012]
