Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention removably covers the flexible insertion portion with an outer sheath so that the flexible insertion portion inserted into the body does not directly come into contact with waste fluid in the body, so that only the outer sheath can be disposable. The present invention relates to an endoscope with a mantle sheath.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an endoscope with an outer sheath, a channel tube for passing a fluid, a treatment tool or the like is provided on the outer sheath side because it comes into contact with contaminants in the body, and is used for air supply, water supply, and suction (through insertion of the treatment tool). A multi-lumen channel tube is used to combine these channels so that they do not fall apart.
[0003]
One end of such a multi-lumen channel tube is open at the distal end of the mantle sheath, and the other end is passed through a branch located at the proximal end portion of the mantle sheath and is drawn out therefrom long, thus obtaining a multi-lumen channel tube. In the portion near the base end, there is formed a side hole communicating with a branch hole (treatment instrument insertion hole) formed in the branch portion (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-4-325138, FIG.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional endoscope with a sheath, the multi-lumen channel tube is branched at a portion of the multi-lumen channel tube so that the side hole formed near the base end always faces the branch hole. It is joined to the part.
[0006]
Such a structure does not pose a particular problem when a branch hole (treatment instrument insertion hole) is provided in the outer sheath as in the endoscope with the outer sheath described in Patent Document 1.
[0007]
However, when adopting a configuration in which such a branch hole (treatment instrument insertion hole) is provided not on the outer sheath side but on the flexible insertion portion side (the base end of the flexible insertion portion or the operation portion connected thereto). Since the multi-lumen channel tube needs to be configured to be detachable from the branch portion, it cannot be joined as in the prior art.
[0008]
Therefore, when the flexible insertion portion or the bending portion of the endoscope is bent in an unspecified direction along with the insertion operation into the body, the multi-lumen channel tube rotates around the axis in the branch portion, and the A state in which the position of the hole no longer faces the branch hole (treatment instrument insertion hole), which hinders the insertion of the treatment tool from the branch hole (treatment instrument insertion hole) into the treatment instrument insertion hole of the multi-lumen channel tube. Become.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention provides an endoscope with a sheath sheath in which a branch portion through which a portion near the base end of the multi-lumen channel tube can be inserted and removed is arranged at a position on the base end side of the flexible insertion portion. It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope with a sheath that can smoothly and smoothly insert a treatment tool from a branch hole in a branch portion into a treatment tool insertion hole of a multi-lumen channel tube without being caught.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an endoscope with an outer sheath according to the present invention has a multi-lumen channel tube inserted and arranged in an outer sheath detachably covered with a flexible insertion portion of the endoscope. A channel guide through which the multi-lumen channel tube is passed is provided in the flexible insertion portion in a state where the distal end of the channel tube is attached to the distal end of the outer sheath, and the outer sheath is covered with the flexible insertion portion. A branch portion through which a portion near the base end of the lumen channel tube can be inserted and removed is disposed at a position on the base end side of the flexible insertion portion, and is provided on a side wall surface of the multi-lumen channel tube located in the branch portion. Is formed with a side hole communicating with one of the holes in the multi-lumen channel tube. In an endoscope with an outer sheath having a branch hole formed at a position facing a side hole of the tube, a rotation stopping means for preventing the multi-lumen channel tube from rotating around the axis at the branch portion is branched from the multi-lumen channel tube. It is provided in the section.
[0011]
In addition, even if the rotation stopping means is composed of a slit formed in the multi-lumen channel tube in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and a slit engaging member provided in the branch portion so as to engage with the slit. Good.
[0012]
Further, the slit engaging member may be slidably disposed at the branch portion, and the engagement with the slit may be released by sliding the slit engaging member.
[0013]
Further, the slit is formed at a position that does not interfere with a hole that is not in communication with the side hole of the multi-lumen channel tube, and the hole that is in communication with the side hole of the multi-lumen channel tube is formed as a side hole. It may be closed between the slits.
