TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a self-propelled or towed compost disperser, and more particularly to a compost disperser that drops compost onto a disperser provided below a rear end of a packing box and disperses the compost.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-5-30806 A replaceable guide plate is provided in the periphery of a pair of left and right horizontally rotatable spray devices provided below and below a packing box. A technique is described in which the spraying direction and the spraying density can be changed.
This guide plate is fixed around the spray blades, and it is necessary to change the guide plate according to each spray direction to change the spray direction, so change the spray width and spray direction during spraying work It was troublesome.
[Patent Literature 2] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Hei 7-51850 and Patent Literature 2 disclose a method of changing the rotation state of a pair of left and right horizontally rotatable spraying devices provided below the back of a packing box to change the state of spreading compost. A technique is described in which each mode of wide, narrow, right-sided, and left-sided spraying can be selected.
This technology has a configuration in which a guide member is attached to the right side plate when compost is to be discharged to the left side, and a guide member is attached to the left side plate when the compost is to be released to the right side. Similarly, the guide member had to be replaced on the left and right according to the spraying direction.
That is, the techniques described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 change the spray width and the spray direction by regulating and guiding the compost scattered over a wide area from the opening of the packing box by a fixed amount laterally or centrally. This is a technique, and it is impossible to perform spraying in the lateral direction of the spraying device. For example, when spraying while running between orchard rows, the spraying to the tree roots has been insufficient.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a compost dispersing apparatus which can easily change the direction of dispersing compost and which can disperse the compost in a lateral direction.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The compost 3 is dropped on the spraying device 2 provided below the packing box 1, and the compost is sprayed forward or rearward of the body 5 by a plurality of horizontally rotatable spraying wings 4 supported by the spraying device 2. In the vehicle, a horizontal plate 7 is provided in parallel with the lower surface of the spraying wing 4, and the horizontal plate 7 has an arc-shaped guide plate having a partial opening A shaped along the rotation trajectory outer peripheral edge 4 a of the spraying wing 4. 8 and the guide plate 8 is configured to be horizontally rotatable about the rotation axis 6 of the spray blade 4 so that the direction of the opening A of the guide plate 8 can be changed by at least 90 degrees in the right and left directions. Compost sprayer.
[0005]
Function and effect of the present invention
A compost 3 is dropped on a spreading device 2 provided below the packing box 1, and the compost is spread by a plurality of horizontally rotatable spreading wings 4 supported by the spreading device 2 to the front or the rear of the body 5. In the spraying vehicle, a horizontal plate 7 is provided in parallel with the lower surface of the spraying wings 4, and the horizontal plate 7 has an arc-shaped guide having a part opening A in a shape along the rotation trajectory outer peripheral edge 4 a of the spraying wings 4. Since the plate 8 is set up, the compost falling below the horizontally rotating spray blades 4 can be received by the horizontal plate 7 and the guide plate 8 can be horizontally rotated about the rotation axis 6 of the spray blade 4. Therefore, the direction in which compost is sprayed from the opening A can be easily changed without replacing the guide plate 8 with a simple structure. In addition, since the direction of the opening A of the guide plate 8 can be changed at least in the range of 90 degrees to the left and right, the spraying device 2 can be sprayed in the lateral direction, and compost is sprayed on the root of a fruit tree or the like. The spraying direction can be easily changed according to the travel between the fruit tree rows, and efficient spraying according to the work form is possible. Furthermore, it is also possible to perform a spreading operation without the traveling device stepping on the spread compost.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The compost application vehicle shown in FIG. 1 is a self-propelled application vehicle, in which an operation unit 11 and a motor 12 on which a worker can perform an application operation and a traveling operation are mounted on a front frame 10, and a rear thereof. Is provided with a packing box 1 having a bottom surface formed of a conveyor belt 13 and capable of sending compost backward. A pair of left and right traveling devices 14 driven from the prime mover 12 via a transmission 30 are provided below the packing box 1, and the traveling devices 14 are a front driving sprocket 15, a rear tension wheel 16, and a plurality of grounding rollers. The crawler belt 18 is wound around the wheel 17. Below the packing box 1, there is provided a spraying device 2 for spreading the compost 3 falling from the packing box 1 over a wide area by driving the conveyor belt 13 backward at a very low speed. Reference numeral 19 denotes a seat on which an operator sits, and reference numeral 20 denotes a side clutch lever for steering operation. In the upper rear part of the packing box 1, the upper part or the front part of the horizontal beater 21 laid horizontally is covered with a cover 22 so that the compost 3 does not fly around.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 2, the configuration of the spraying device 2 of the present invention is such that the driving of the prime mover 12 is connected to the input shaft 25 of the spraying device 2 via a transmission mechanism (not shown) provided on one side of the left and right sides of the packing box 1. The input is transmitted to the rotating shaft 6 via the bevel gears 26 and 27. The spreading wing 4 is attached to the upper end of the rotating shaft 6 with a bolt 28, and the drive input to the input shaft 25 causes the spreading wing 4 to rotate in the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the spreading wing 4 is rotated clockwise. It is made to let. A horizontal plate 7 approaching the lower surface of the spray wing 4 is provided below the spray wing 4, and a guide plate 8 erected integrally from the horizontal plate 7 is provided. For this reason, the structure of the guide plate 8 is simple, and the rotation load of the guide plate 8 that is integrally provided upright from the horizontal plate 7 is small, and compost is clogged in the rotation part, causing rotation failure. Nor. The guide plate 8 has a shape higher than the height of the spray blades 4 along the outer peripheral edge 4 a of the rotation trajectory 4 a of the spray blades 4, and the horizontal plate 7 and the guide plate 8 integrally rotate about the rotary shaft 6 in the horizontal direction. Is possible. The guide plate 8 is partially provided with an opening A, and the spray angle of the compost 3 sprayed by the rotating spray blades 4 is regulated to a fixed angle. A gear 23 is attached to the center of the lower surface of the horizontal plate 7, and a gear 24 fitted to the gear 23 is driven by a motor M, and the horizontal plate 7 is rotatable around the rotation shaft 6. . The motor M can rotate forward and backward, and the opening A can be directed in any direction.
[0008]
Next, the spraying mode will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. FIG. FIG. 3 shows an example in which a single spraying device 2 is used below the rear end of the packing box 1. The compost discharged from the opening A of the guide plate 8 is spread in the area C by the spray wings 4 rotating clockwise. By driving the motor M from this state to direct the opening A to the right or left of the body 5, the spreading direction of the compost becomes the range of R or L. In this manner, the spray direction can be easily changed while the spray angle of the compost is kept constant, and efficient spread of the compost according to the work mode can be performed.
[0009]
FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show the spraying device 2 of the present invention arranged in a pair on the left and right sides. A branch plate 29 provided at the center of the left and right spraying devices 2 and 2 acts to distribute and guide the compost falling to the center to the inside of each of the left and right guide plates 8, and the other components are the spraying device shown in FIG. The configuration is the same as that of the second embodiment, and each guide plate 8 is rotatable integrally with the horizontal plate 7. That is, the directions of the opening portions A of the left and right spray devices 2 can be respectively changed, and by changing the spray direction of the pair of spray devices 2, the spray width can be adjusted from the narrow spray D to the wide spray E. . In addition, for example, the guide plate 8 is rotated so that the outer spray line SR sprayed from the right opening AR in FIG. 4 is substantially parallel to the traveling direction of the machine 5, and the compost sprayed from the left opening AL is slightly machined. If the spraying is performed in the leftward direction, the spraying operation can be performed toward the left side of the machine body 5.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, if the left and right openings AL and AR are directed to the side of the outside of the machine, the spraying in both the left and right directions is possible. In this spraying mode, even when the machine is run back and forth. Spreading work in various spraying forms is possible without the traveling device 14 stepping on the compost spread on the ground.
Note that the present invention is not limited to a riding type spreader in which a worker rides on the machine body 5 to perform work, and the same effect can be exerted when used in a walking type spreader.
