TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hydraulic control circuit for an automatic transmission, and more specifically, to stably and maintain a hydraulic pressure level supplied to a servo mechanism (clutch, brake) provided in a hydraulic control device for the automatic transmission. About technology.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional technique related to the present invention, a technique related to a hydraulic control device described in JP-A-2002-213590 is known. The technology described in this publication is a hydraulic control circuit for a transmission, in which hydraulic pressure is generated in a hydraulic circuit by an oil pump to supply hydraulic oil to a predetermined hydraulic pressure necessary portion including a heat exchanger. The device has an oil temperature detecting means for detecting the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil, and controls the driving force of the oil pump according to the oil temperature to change the flow rate of the hydraulic oil circulated to the heat exchanger. There is disclosed a technique for controlling supply of an appropriate hydraulic oil to a portion requiring hydraulic pressure by a pump means.
[0003]
In addition, in addition to the above-described oil temperature control in hydraulic control of the servo mechanism, measures have been taken to increase the capacity of the oil pump so as not to generate a hydraulic pressure fluctuation in the hydraulic circuit itself.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-213590
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described prior art, since the amount of hydraulic pressure supplied to a specific part in the hydraulic circuit is controlled by the oil temperature, it is essential to dispose a temperature sensor in the hydraulic circuit, and the oil temperature is controlled by the hydraulic pressure. It is necessary to incorporate a control program for oil temperature response in the electronic control unit in order to reflect the control. As described above, it is necessary to newly provide a configuration for reflecting the oil temperature in the hydraulic control in the hydraulic circuit, and there is a technical problem that the cost of the hydraulic control portion of the automatic transmission increases.
[0006]
Furthermore, the method of increasing the capacity of the oil pump itself has not solved the problems of high manufacturing cost of the oil pump and a large space occupied by the oil pump.
[0007]
The present invention provides a new automatic control system capable of performing accurate hydraulic control with a cost-effective and simple configuration in comparison with the hydraulic control circuit, which is an inherent problem of the hydraulic control circuit of the automatic transmission according to the related art described above. It is a technical object to provide a hydraulic control circuit for a transmission.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken to solve the above-mentioned problem are, as described in claim 1, an oil pump disposed in a hydraulic circuit of an automatic transmission and a line pressure in the hydraulic circuit connected to the oil pump. A control valve that regulates the line pressure to produce clutch pressure, a shift valve that regulates the shift of the automatic transmission by introducing the clutch pressure regulated by the control valve, and introduces the clutch pressure A hydraulic control circuit for an automatic transmission having a servo mechanism that includes a hydraulic circuit component connected to a hydraulic circuit between a regulator valve and a control valve. A cut valve was provided between them. "
[0009]
According to the above configuration, as a result of the line pressure generated by the regulator valve supplying the hydraulic pressure required by the servo mechanism, the cut valve functions even if there is a drop in the hydraulic pressure level, and the hydraulic pressure level in the hydraulic circuit is reduced. Since the hydraulic pressure level required for the servo mechanism to function can be maintained, a series of operations from the start-up of the servo mechanism to control (clutch and brake disengagement control by the servo mechanism) can be performed smoothly and accurately. Now you can do it.
[0010]
According to a second technical measure taken to solve the above-described problem, a second aspect of the present invention provides a cut valve which operates by a balance between the elastic force of the elastic body and the line pressure when the valve body is urged by the elastic body. I did it. "
[0011]
With the above configuration, the cut valve operates according to the hydraulic pressure fluctuation in the hydraulic circuit, which is advantageous in terms of cost that does not require electrical control, and realizes a hydraulic control circuit that does not require a significant design change of the hydraulic circuit. You can now.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Since the hydraulic control circuit of the automatic transmission is already well-known, a portion of the hydraulic control circuit which is characteristic of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a part of a typical hydraulic circuit of an automatic transmission, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a hydraulic pressure fluctuation and a time transition for explaining the operation of the present invention.
[0013]
In FIG. 1, an oil pump 2 is connected to a hydraulic circuit 1. A hydraulic pressure generated by the oil pump 2, that is, a pump pressure P is introduced into a
[0014]
In this embodiment, an oil cooler 7 is disposed in a hydraulic circuit 1 formed between the
[0015]
Although the oil cooler 7 has been described as an example of the hydraulic circuit component connected to the hydraulic circuit 1 in the above-described embodiment, not only the oil cooler 7 but also the parts requiring lubrication in various parts of the automatic transmission are subject to the hydraulic circuit component. It becomes. In addition, as a target of the hydraulic circuit component, a part connected to the hydraulic circuit to which the line pressure PL is supplied and consuming a constant hydraulic pressure or oil amount is also a target component of the hydraulic circuit component.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
[0017]
Before describing the operation of the present embodiment, the hydraulic fluctuation phenomenon occurring in the hydraulic circuit and the control up to now will be described. In automatic transmissions, hydraulic pressure is supplied to servo mechanisms such as clutches and brakes provided inside, and the operation of gear elements is controlled by engaging and disengaging the servo mechanisms, and appropriate gear shifting is performed according to speed and throttle opening. Creating steps is well known. When hydraulic control is applied to the servo mechanism, a large amount of hydraulic pressure is supplied as initial control, and the internal piston element strokes at a stroke until immediately before the servo mechanism operates, and then hydraulic control for controlling the servo mechanism is performed. You. That is, in the initial state of the operation of the servo mechanism, pre-charge (supply of a large amount of hydraulic pressure to reduce a useless stroke of the servo mechanism) is performed, and thereafter, hydraulic control for controlling the servo mechanism is applied. In the hydraulic circuit, a hydraulic supply amount of 15 to 20 (liter / minute) is generally required at the precharge stage, and about one tenth of the hydraulic supply amount is required at the servo mechanism control stage after the precharge stage. Needed. If the precharge is performed during low-speed running, the line pressure PL decreases, and this decrease in hydraulic pressure causes a malfunction of the control valve 4 and the shift valve 5 in the hydraulic control circuit. This temporary drop in hydraulic pressure occurs in the range of 100 to 200 milliseconds. To solve this problem, temporarily increase the engine speed and temporarily increase the discharge hydraulic pressure, and the flow rate for precharging. Measures have been taken to reduce the volume and increase the displacement of the oil pump.
[0018]
FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic circuit and time.
[0019]
In FIG. 2, a characteristic line A indicates a change in the line pressure PL in the hydraulic circuit 1 according to the present embodiment. The characteristic line B shows the servo pressure SV in the servo mechanism 6. The drop of the line pressure PL (characteristic line A) is from the start to the rise of the line pressure PL in the area 1 due to the above-described precharge, and the rise area 2 after the completion of the precharge is not controlled by the servo mechanism 6. This is an area where the state shifts from the engaged state to the engaged state. Note that the characteristic line A of the line pressure PL in FIG. 2 represents a change in oil pressure in a state where the cut valve 7 is already provided in the hydraulic circuit 1. Further, the rise of the servo pressure SV (characteristic line B) in the area 1 indicates a change in the oil pressure in the servo mechanism 6. In the
[0020]
The hydraulic pressure fluctuation in the hydraulic circuit is caused by the operation of the cut valve 7, and in order to minimize both of the hydraulic pressure fluctuations, the line pressure PL is temporarily supplied from the hydraulic circuit 1 to which the line pressure PL is constantly supplied. For example, a portion that has no effect in the hydraulic circuit even if the supply of the hydraulic pressure is interrupted for 1 second or less) is selected. For example, even if the lubrication system and the cooling system are temporarily shut off, the operation of the transmission will not be affected. Further, by temporarily shutting off the supply of the hydraulic pressure to the cooling and lubrication system, it is possible to shorten the hydraulic pressure filling time of the servo mechanism 6, that is, the precharge time.
In FIG. 2, a characteristic line C shown by a broken line shows a pressure change of the line pressure PL without the cut valve 7, and a characteristic line D shows a pressure change of the servo pressure SV without the cut valve 7. It is a thing.
[0021]
Although the present embodiment has been described using a balance type valve using spring force and hydraulic pressure as the cut valve, a solenoid valve may be used instead of the pressure balance type valve. When a solenoid valve is used, a pressure sensor is arranged in the circuit where the line pressure PL is generated so that the solenoid valve operates according to the actually measured pressure, or the solenoid valve is controlled by control logic. It is also possible. Controlling the solenoid valve by control logic means that the operation timing of the solenoid valve is programmatically and sequentially processed irrespective of the oil pressure in the circuit where the line pressure PL is generated.
[0022]
The above embodiment is merely an example to which the present invention is applied, and the present invention is applied to all embodiments to which the concept of the present invention is applied.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cut valve is provided between the hydraulic circuit adjusted to the line pressure PL and the hydraulic circuit components such as the cooling unit and the lubricating unit. The amount of drop in the line pressure PL can be suppressed, and as a result, the time for filling the hydraulic pressure into the servo mechanism can be reduced, and so-called variations due to individual differences in the servo mechanism can be suppressed.

FIG. 2 is a hydraulic characteristic diagram showing a hydraulic pressure fluctuation in a hydraulic circuit employing a cut valve according to an embodiment of the present invention and a hydraulic pressure variation in a hydraulic circuit not employing a cutback valve.
