【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、家庭から排出されるゴミを所定場所に一時的に収集して置く為の折畳ゴミ置き場に関する。

【従来の技術】
家庭用から排出される生ゴミや通常ゴミは、一般的に各家庭でポリエチレン製のゴミ収納袋に袋詰めされて、各町内ごとに決められた所定の日に所定の場所に集められ、これをゴミ回収車が来て持ち去るようになっている。

団地等ではその一角に団地内の家庭から排出されるゴミの為にゴミ置き場を設け、持ち込まれたゴミ入ポリ袋が散乱しないように管理しているが、個建てやアパート等、一般家庭から排出されるゴミ入ポリ袋は、ゴミ専用の公共のゴミ置き場が確保できないことから、ゴミ収集日に街路の片隅をゴミ置き場とし山積みにして集められている。

この為、ゴミ収集日の街の景観が損なわれるばかりでなく、カラスや野良猫が生ゴミを収納したゴミ袋を食い破って中身が路上に散乱し、悪臭や衛生問題の発生等、動物によるゴミ公害を引き起こしている。

これらの問題解決のため、これまで実用新案出願公開昭63−148601、平4−40002、実開平4−121901、実開平5−5701、実開平5−37701、実開平5−42201、実開平7−13801、特開平8−310601、及び登録実用新案第3056809号公報、特願2002−075936、さらに特願2002−336383等で、ゴミ箱やゴミ置き場の各種の提案がなされたが、いずれも構造が複雑であるとともに手を汚さずに極めて簡便に取り扱えるものはなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、手を汚さずに女子供でも極めて簡便に取り扱え、ゴミ入りポリ袋の投入及び回収が容易にでき、路上の収集場所に山積されるゴミ入ポリ袋の動物等によるゴミ散乱公害から守り、街の景観を損なうことを無くすために役立つ、折畳ゴミ置き場とすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記の問題を解決する手段として、2枚の四角い枠材をX字型に交差させるとともに前記X字型に交差する部分を、各々軸継手で止めて折畳み可能に組み立てた支持枠体内に、頂面を開口するとともに前面の左右側辺ならびに底辺を開放して前面を開閉可能にネット材を用いて縫製した四角い箱型を呈する容器状の被覆体を嵌め込み、前記被覆体の前面と後面の各上辺を前記支持枠体における上側の前辺と後辺にそれぞれ固定し、又、伸縮自在の帯部材をその両端を前記支持枠体の上側の前辺両端にそれぞれ固着して前記支持枠体の上側の前辺に沿って配置し、更に、前記被覆体の開口した頂面を前記帯部材とこれに対峙する前記支持枠体の上側の後辺との間に多数の紐材からなる蓋部材を一定間隔を保ち並べて架設してなる蓋体で覆い、且、前記蓋体における前面の下辺に沿って開閉用の棒部材を施してなり、簡単に投入口及び回収口が得られるようになっており、従来のように重い蓋を開ける必要がなく容易にゴミ入りポリ袋の投入及び回収ができる。

特にネット自体に枠部材がなく、X字型に交差して組み立てられている枠材は、継手の働きで容易に広げたり畳んだりでき、折畳ゴミ置き場には最適であり、しかも従来のものとは異なり、取り扱いが極めて簡便で、ゴミ入りポリ袋の投入及び回収が容易になる。

又、前記2枚の四角い枠状をX字型に交差する軸継手にバネ部材を施して前記各枠材を互いに拡開する方向へ付勢し、且、前記支持枠体における上側の前辺に取手付止め具を設けることができる。

又、3枚の四角い枠材を用い、1枚を後面、他の2枚を対向する左右側面に配置するとともに、前記後面と左右側面とを各々蝶番で継いだ支持枠体内に、頂面を開口するとともに前面の左右ならびに下辺を開放して前面を開閉可能にネット材を用いて縫製した四角い箱型を呈する容器状の被覆体を嵌め込み、前記被覆体を前記支持枠体に固定するとともに、伸縮自在の帯部材をその両端を前記左右側面に位置する支持枠体の各上辺の前方にそれぞれ固着して支持枠体の上辺の前方に配置し、更に、前記被覆体の開口した頂面を前記帯部材とこれに対峙する前記後面の支持枠体の上辺との間に多数の紐材からなる蓋部材をを一定間隔を保ち並べて架設してなる蓋体で覆い、且、前記被覆体における前面の底辺に沿って開閉用の棒部材を施すことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の折畳ゴミ置き場の実施の形態につき添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

図1乃至図5は本発明における折畳ゴミ置き場についての第1の実施の形態を示すものであり、パイプ材からなる2枚の四角い枠材1a,1bをX字型に交差させるとともに前記X字型に交差する部分を、各々軸継手2,2で止めて折畳み可能に組み立てた支持枠体1内に、頂面3を開口するとともに前面4の左右両辺と下辺を開放して前面4を下方側から上方へ開放可能になるようネット材を縫製した四角い箱型を呈する容器状の被覆体5を上から嵌め込み、前記被覆体5の前面上辺4aと後面上辺6を、各々前記支持枠体1における枠材1aの上辺枠7(前方)と枠材1bの上辺枠8(後方)に紐を用いて固定し、又、横長の平織ゴム(幅2cm〜3cm程度の平打ちをしたゴム紐)からなる伸縮自在の帯部材9を、その両端を前記枠材1aの上辺枠7左右両端に、例えば帯部材取付金具10,10(図1参照)で止め、各々固着して前記枠材1aの上辺枠7に沿って配置し、更に、前記被覆体5の開口した頂面3を帯部材9とこれに対峙する前記枠材1bの上辺枠8との間に多数の紐材からなる蓋部材11aを一定間隔に保って並べて架設してなる蓋体11で覆っている。

また、簡単に投入口12及び回収口13が得られるよう前記被覆体5における前面4の底辺に重り兼用の止め金付取手14aを有する開閉用棒部材14を、又、被覆体5における後面底辺6aに重り用の棒部材15を施し、更に、前記被覆体5における左右両側に多数のフック付棒部材16,16を設けている。

そして、前記第1の実施の形態は、未使用時には枠部材1a,1bとからなる支持枠体1を畳んで置き、使用時に支持枠体1の枠材1a(前方)上辺枠7と枠材1b(後方)上辺枠8とを前後に広げると支持枠体1が軸継手2,2を中心として開き、同時に四角い被覆体5が開いて折畳ゴミ置き場が形成される。ゴミを投入するには、前記帯部材9を手で握り軽く持ち上げると上へ伸び、開口した頂面3を覆う紐材からなる蓋部材11aで形成される蓋体11が図1に示す破線の方向へ、即ち上方又は後方斜め上方へ開き、投入口12が得られ、手を離すと帯部材9が元に戻り投入口12が閉じる。

又、支持枠体1の枠材1b下辺枠両端8a,8aの止め金17,17に止めてある前記開閉用棒部材14の止め金付取手14aを握って持ち上げ、この開閉用棒部材14を枠材1aの上辺枠7へ止めると被覆体5がめくり上がり、回収口13が確保される(図2参照)。

更に、前記開閉用棒部材14を、支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7から外し被覆体5の網目をフック付棒部材16,16のフック16a…16aに引っ掛るようにしながら下に降し、元の止め金17,17に戻す(止める)と、下に降りた被覆体5の網目がフック付棒部材16,16の多数のフック16a…16aに引っ掛かり、即ち、戻す(止める),引っ掛ける2つの作用で被覆体5は、左右のフック付棒部材16,16に固定し、回収口13が閉じるようになっている。

従って、前記開口前面4を構成する被覆体5の左右両側下2/3と底辺部分は縫い合わせないようにする。更に、重りを兼ねた開閉用棒部材14及び重り用棒部材15は、前記支持枠体1を広げたとき文字通り重りの役目を果たし、スムーズに被覆体5が開き、折畳ゴミ置き場を形成させるのに役立つ。

尚、支持枠体1の折り畳みは、支持枠体1の枠材1a(前方)上辺枠7と枠材1b(後方)上辺枠8とを両手で握り折り畳む(図3参照)。又、伸縮自在の帯部材9は軽く手で持ち上げられる程度の軽い伸縮性のものを使用する。

前記紐材でなる開口頂面3の蓋部材11aは、特に材料にはこだわらないが、例えば耐久性があり伸縮性に富むアクリル撚糸(太さ0.4cm〜0.6cm程度)がよく、これをコイル状に巻き形状記憶加工したものを使用するのが望ましい。尚、前記被覆体5には、アクリル撚糸等伸縮性のある合成繊維撚糸のネット材を用いてもよい。

又、全体がほぼ箱形に形成された本発明である折畳ゴミ置き場の大きさは、例えばSサイズH90cm〜100cm×W120cm〜140cm×D60cm〜65cm、MサイズH90cm〜100cm×W140cm〜160cm×D65cm〜70cm、LサイズH90cm〜100cm×W160cm〜180cm×D70cm〜75cm程度とし、ゴミの出る量によってSサイズ、Mサイズ、又はLサイズを用い、ゴミが大量に出る地域ではMサイズ又はLサイズを2台並べて使用するなど、その地域によってサイズ及び台数を選択できる。又、枠材のパイプの直径は2.0cm〜2.5cm程度のものを使用する。

更に、帯部材9には、例えば丸織ゴム(直径0.6cm〜0.8cm程度の丸打ちしたゴム紐)を使用することもできるが、前記平織ゴム及び丸織ゴム等の帯部材9は、直射日光が照射する屋外に放置すると劣化が早く、耐久年数が6ヶ月程度なので、6ヶ月程度ごとに劣化した平織ゴム及び丸織ゴム等の帯部材9だけを交換することにより、極めて経済的に効率よい運用を図ることができる。

図4は帯部材9に平織ゴムを、又、図5は帯部材9に丸織ゴムを用いた場合の交換手段の一例を挙げたものであり、予め蓋体11を構成する紐材である蓋部材11aに輪(ワッカ)20部分を形成しておき、この輪(ワッカ)20部分に帯部材9を順次挿通させて、その先端を開閉式の帯部材取付金具10に取り付ける構成になっている。又、帯部材9を取り外すには、帯部材取付金具10を開放して帯部材9の噛着を解除し、蓋体11を構成する紐材、即ち蓋部材11aの輪(ワッカ)20部分から帯部材9を順次抜き取ればよい。尚、帯部材取付金具10は接続金具10aで支持枠体1を形成する枠材1aに取り付ける。

更に、図6及び図7に示すように、平織ゴム(図6参照)及び丸織ゴム(図7参照)の帯部材9の先端及び各紐材である蓋部材11aの輪(ワッカ)20部分は互いの挿通を容易にするため比較的薄い糊材で固めておくとよく、特に帯部材9の先端については糊の持続性が短い澱粉系の糊材が好適であり、又、高分子の合成樹脂製紐である蓋部材11aの輪(ワッカ)20部分については、糊の持続性が長い例えばアクリルなど蓋部材11aの素材に合致した合成樹脂を溶剤に溶かした糊材を用い、前記糊材を噴霧付着させて固めるのが好ましい。

尚、前記四角い枠材1a,1bにパイプ材を用いたが、例えば端面L字型のアングル材を用いてもよく、又パイプ材及びアングル材にはアルミニューム、ステンレス、スチール、チタン等をはじめその他の金属材を使用することができる。

図8及び図9は本発明における第2の実施の形態を示すものであり、全体の構成は前記第1の実施の形態とほぼ同様であるが、支持枠体1を形成する2枚のパイプ状の枠材1a,1bがX字型に交差する軸継手2,2部分にバネ部材21,21を施し、且、支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7の中央部に取手付止め具22を設けてある。そこで前記取手付止め具22を手で解除すると、バネの働きで自動的に支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7と枠材1b上辺枠8とが互いに開き、折畳ゴミ置き場が形成される(図8参照)。

尚、バネ部材21,21の力が強すぎると支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7と枠材1b上辺枠8とを広げる際に危険を伴うので、広げるのに程よい力のバネ部材21,21を用いる。支持枠体1を折り畳む場合は手前の支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7を手で押し、支持枠体1の枠材1a上辺枠7に取り付けてある取手付止め具22を枠材1bの上辺枠8中央部に引っ掛けて止めるようになっている(図9参照)。

図10乃至図13は本発明についての第3の実施の形態を示すものであり、パイプ枠材でなる3枚の四角い枠材を用い、1枚を後壁用枠材1c、他の2枚を対向する左右側壁用枠材1d,1dとし、前記左右側壁用枠材1d,1dの前方縦枠中央部に握り23,23を取り付け、前記後壁用枠材1cと左右両側壁用枠材1d,1dとを、各々蝶番24,24又はバネ付蝶番24a,24aで継いだ支持枠体1内に、頂面3を開口するとともに前面4の左右両辺と下辺を開放して前面を下方側から上へ開放可能になるようネット材を縫製した四角い箱型を呈する容器状の被覆体5を上から嵌め込み、前記被覆体5を紐で各々の枠部材1c及び枠部材1d,1dに結んで止め、又、伸縮自在の帯部材9の左右両端を、対向する左右両側用枠材1d,1dの上辺前端を結ぶ態様に帯部材取付金具10,10で止め、更に、開口頂面3を多数の紐材でなる蓋部材11aを前記帯部材9と長手方向に向き合う後壁用枠材1cの上辺枠25とを結ぶ縦方向に一定間隔を保ち蓋部材11aを並べて架設した蓋体11で覆い、且、開口前面4にするため前記左右側辺及び底辺を縫い合わせず、被覆体5底辺に取手26を有する開閉用棒部材14を施し、更に、左右両側壁用枠材1d,1dの前方縦枠に多数のフック16a,16aを取り付けてなる。
