Abstract
Description
【0001】
PPE(ポリフェニレンエーテル)/変性PPE:8重量部

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multilayer resin pipe used for an air or cooling water circuit.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Conventionally, as a resin pipe of this type, the technique of Patent Document 1 is known. The resin pipe includes an inner tube layer made of a resin obtained by mixing a polyphenylene sulfide or an aromatic polysulfide resin (hereinafter, abbreviated as PPS resin) which is a modified product thereof and a polyamide (eg, nylon 6), and an outer tube layer made of a polyamide. Are laminated. In this resin pipe, the PPS resin is used for the inner tube layer to exhibit resistance to an antifreeze (LLC) containing ethylene glycol as a main component (LLC resistance), and the outer tube is further added to the inner tube layer by adding polyamide. Increases adhesion to layers.
[0003]
When used for automotive water pipes, the above resin pipes must be resistant not only to antifreeze liquid resistance and mechanical strength but also to snow melting agents sprayed to prevent roads from freezing. And
[0004]
However, because the polyamide used for the outer pipe layer of the above pipe has excellent mechanical strength, it has poor snow-melting salt resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as adding a new one, which hinders cost reduction.
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-300844
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and has as its object to provide a multilayer resin pipe used in an air or cooling water system circuit which is low in cost and has excellent snow melting salt resistance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Their Functions and Effects]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems,
In a multilayer resin pipe used for an air or cooling water system circuit, a flow path is formed, and an inner pipe layer formed of a first resin material and a second resin material disposed on an outer peripheral side of the inner pipe layer. And an intermediate layer made of a third resin material, which adheres the inner tube layer and the outer tube layer tube to each other, and the second resin material is made of syndiotactic-polystyrene. Characterized in that it is a resin having
[0007]
The resin pipe according to the present invention has a three-layer structure including an inner tube layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer tube layer, and is used for an air or cooling water system circuit. Since the outer tube layer is formed from SPS or a modified SPS into which a polar functional group reactively adhering to polyamide has been introduced, it has excellent snow melting salt resistance. Further, since the inner tube layer constitutes the flow path, it is necessary that the inner pipe layer be made of a material having resistance to the fluid. For example, when the fluid is an antifreeze, SPS, modified SPS or PPS resin is used. Can be. In this case, SPS is preferable because it is cheaper than PPS resin.
[0008]
The intermediate layer is formed of a third resin material and has an action of bonding the outer tube layer and the inner tube layer. When the modified SPS is used for the inner tube layer or the outer tube layer as the third resin material, polyamide can be used. Polyamide reacts and adheres to polar functional groups and thus joins with the modified SPS forming the outer or inner tube layer.
[0009]
Further, as the third resin material, a material obtained by mixing a first resin material forming the outer tube layer and a second resin material forming the inner tube layer can be used. That is, when SPS or modified SPS is used for the outer tube layer and PPS resin is used for the inner tube layer, a material in which SPS and PPS resin are mixed can be used. In addition to the function of the adhesive, the intermediate layer may have a thickness not less than the thickness required for the adhesive to enhance the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the intermediate layer.
[0010]
Another embodiment of the present invention is a multilayer resin pipe used for an air or cooling water circuit, which constitutes a flow path and has an inner pipe layer formed of a first resin material and an outer peripheral side of the inner pipe layer. An outer tube layer disposed from the second resin material, a first adhesive layer adhered to the inner tube layer and formed from the third resin material, and the first adhesive layer and the outer tube layer are adhered to each other. An intermediate layer having a second adhesive layer formed of a fourth resin material and adhering the inner tube layer and the outer tube layer tube, wherein the first resin material is a PPS resin; The second resin material is a modified SPS, the third resin material is a material obtained by mixing a PPS resin and a polyamide, and the fourth resin material is a resin pipe made of a polyamide. .
[0011]
In this aspect, the intermediate layer is composed of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, and the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are melt-bonded by containing the respective materials, or The second adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are bonded to each other by reaction, and are also melt-bonded or reactively bonded to the outer or inner tube layer. Thereby, each layer can be firmly joined.
[0012]
Another aspect of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a resin pipe, wherein the first resin material, the second resin material, the third resin material, and the fourth resin material are annularly and laminated almost simultaneously. By extruding the inner tube layer, the intermediate layer and the outer tube layer. According to the present manufacturing method, a resin hose having high adhesion strength of each layer can be suitably manufactured.
