Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an apparatus for selectively removing materials (such as synthetic resin) which are not liable to be mixed in a rough tea production process and which are susceptible to heat and tend to be softened by heat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A sorting apparatus corresponding to each of the objects to be sorted and removed from the tea leaves during the crude tea manufacturing process is selected by utilizing the difference in color, size, specific gravity, charge degree, and the like of the object. Conventionally, objects to be sorted and removed (objects to be sorted) have been sticks (tea stems), kebabs (peel of tea stems), and chunks of tea generated during the crude tea production process. There has been invented a device for selecting materials (for example, metal) that should not be mixed into tea leaves (for example, see Patent Document 1). However, an apparatus for separating thermo-softening resins from tea leaves has not been put to practical use other than an apparatus for sorting by size, specific gravity, and color difference.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-20663
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If a plurality of types of conventional sorting devices are prepared, facility costs and maintenance costs are incurred, and there is a problem that tea manufacturing costs increase. An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus that selectively removes substances (especially, resins and the like that are easily softened by heat) that must not be mixed in a crude tea production process.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first means of the tea-making sorting apparatus of the present invention is a conveying means for transferring tea leaves, a heating means for heating a transfer surface of the conveying means to an arbitrary temperature, and a dropping position of a sorting object after transfer. And branching means for dividing. The second means is constituted by a transport means for transporting the tea leaves, a heating means for heating the transport surface of the transport means to an arbitrary temperature, and a branching means for sorting according to the drop position of the sorting object after the transport. A plurality of tea-making sorters are continuously provided.
[0006]
The third means uses a belt conveyor as the transport means of the first or second means. The fourth means uses a horizontal drum as the transport means of the first or second means. The fifth means is provided with a plurality of grooves on the transfer surface of the transfer means of the first, second, third or fourth means, and with a scraper provided with a groove that meshes with the grooves.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First Embodiment A case in which a belt conveyor is used as a transport unit will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a vibrating conveyor, which transports the tea leaves 10 to the end while leveling them. Reference numeral 2 denotes a metal belt conveyor, which is installed at a position where the tea leaves 10 naturally fall from the vibrating conveyor 1. In the present embodiment, the belt conveyor 2 is made of metal, but heat-resistant resin, ceramic or the like may be used. Inside the belt conveyor 2, an electric heater 3 as a heating means for heating the transfer surface to an arbitrary temperature is held at an appropriate position. If the transfer surface can be heated to an arbitrary temperature, a heating means may be provided outside the belt conveyor 2 such as heating from above with a halogen lamp. Reference numeral 4 denotes a temperature sensor which measures the back surface temperature of the belt conveyor 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a temperature controller for adjusting the amount of heat of the electric heater 3 so that the surface temperature of the belt conveyor 2 becomes a desired temperature. Reference numeral 6 denotes a branching means. In this embodiment, a mountain-shaped branch plate is used, and the position of the branch plate 6 can be moved. Reference numeral 7 denotes a metal brush (not limited to a brush but may be a scraper or the like that can be scraped off), and scrapes off the substances attached to the belt conveyor 2. Reference numeral 8 denotes an electrode, which is provided above the vicinity of the position where the tea leaves 10 fall from the belt conveyor 2. Reference numeral 9 denotes a collection box for sorting objects. A conveyor 11 conveys the tea leaves 10. Reference numeral 12 denotes an exhaust hood, and reference numeral 13 denotes an exhaust fan. When an object to be sorted generates an odor due to heat, the odor is removed. In the present embodiment, three sets are provided with a drop, but there is no problem even if only one set is provided.
[0008]
When the tea leaves 10 are supplied to the above-described apparatus, if there is an object to be softened by heat in the tea leaves 10, the object to be sorted is softened by the heated transfer surface and easily adheres to the belt surface. , The friction increases. Although the tea leaves 10 fall naturally, the sorting object falls at the end drop position of the belt conveyor 2 toward the traveling direction of the conveyor belt 2 that is inverted from the position of the tea leaves 10 that fall naturally. The tea leaf 10 and the sorting object are separated by the branch plate 6 whose position is adjustable, the tea leaf 10 is sent to the next step, and the sorting object is collected outside the machine (the collection box 9 in this embodiment).
[0009]
The tea leaves 10 that have passed through the belt conveyor 2 fall naturally and ride on the next belt conveyor 2 and receive the same operation as described above, but if the temperature setting is changed with that of the belt conveyor 2 (to increase the later belt conveyor 2). ), It is possible to cope with the difference in the physical properties of the heat-softening sorting object, and it is possible to collect a plurality of kinds of sorting objects.
[0010]
The metal belt conveyor 2 is charged. The tea leaves 10 passing through the belt conveyor 2 are charged by the metal brush 7 and the separate electrode 8, and the sorting object which is easily charged and has a heat softening property is sorted and collected by the branch plate 6. Tea leaves have a 4-5% moisture content. B. Therefore, even if it is charged, it is not attracted to the belt conveyor 2 but passes through to the conveyor 11. However, those containing little moisture other than the tea leaves 10 are easily charged, are attracted to the belt conveyor 2, pass over the branch plate 6, are scraped off by the metal brush 7, and fall into the collection box 9. Although the sorting object can be collected without adding the action by the charge, it is effective to add the action by the charge. Normally, when no charging is performed, the metal brush 7 need not be made of metal.
[0011]
Second Embodiment A case where a drum is used as a transport unit will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 21 denotes a vibrating conveyor, which moves to the end while leveling the tea leaves 30. A rotatable drum 22 is provided at a position where it naturally falls, and has a structure in which an electric heater 23 as a heat source is held at a fixed position. The drum 22 is made of a metal, a heat-resistant resin, a ceramic, or the like, but is preferably a metal in consideration of heat conductivity. Heating may be performed from the outside, not from the inside. The scraper 24 has a function of scraping the sorting object D which has softened and adhered to the heating drum 22. A drive motor 25 rotates the drum 22. Reference numeral 26 denotes a temperature sensor for measuring the surface temperature of the drum. Reference numeral 27 denotes a temperature controller for adjusting the amount of heat of the electric heater 23 so that the surface temperature of the drum 22 becomes a desired temperature. Reference numeral 28 denotes a branch plate for guiding the tea leaves 30, the angle of which is adjustable. Reference numeral 29 denotes a collection box for sorting objects D. Reference numeral 32 denotes an exhaust hood, and reference numeral 33 denotes an exhaust fan. When an odor is generated from the sorting object, the generated odor is removed.
[0012]
The tea leaves 30 that have fallen naturally from the end of the vibrating conveyor 21 fall onto the drum 22 and fall onto a conveyor chute 31 that conveys to the next process while sliding down the surface. At this time, if a sorting target D such as a synthetic resin which is softened by heat and easily adheres to the tea leaves 30, the tea leaves 30 easily adhere to the drum 22, so that the tea leaves 30 pass through the angle-adjustable branch plate 28. Then, it is scraped off by the scraper 24 on the collection side and stored in the collection box 29.
[0013]
As in the first embodiment, when an electrode is also provided in the second embodiment, a charging action can be expected.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the temperature controllers 5 and 27 used in the first and second embodiments have an electric heater so that when the temperature is set by a dial type, the measurement results of the temperature sensors 4 and 26 become the set temperature. 3 and 23 are adjusted.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, if a groove is provided on the transfer surface of the transfer means 22, the sorting target object is more likely to adhere to the transfer surface than when the transfer surface is flat, and a groove that meshes with the groove is also formed on the scraper 24. When provided, it becomes easier to remove the sorting target substances adhered to the transfer surface. This is the same not only in the second embodiment but also in the first embodiment.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
With a simple and inexpensive apparatus, it is possible to sort objects to be sorted such as thermosoftening synthetic resin, so that the production cost is not so high and the maintenance can be performed easily.
