BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
<First Embodiment>
Next, a transmission test apparatus according to the present invention will be specifically described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram according to the present invention.
[0015]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 31 denotes a transmission under test (hereinafter, referred to as a specimen) having an input shaft 31a and output shafts 31b and 31c. Reference numeral 32 denotes a motor for providing simulation power as a driving source, and reference numerals 33 and 34 denote motors for providing simulation power as loads. Reference numerals 35, 36 and 37 are control inverters for the motors 32, 33 and 34, respectively. Reference numerals 38 and 39 denote torque meters which are attached to the output shafts 33a and 34a of the motors 33 and 34, respectively. Reference numerals 40 and 41 denote connection shafts that connect the output shaft 31b of the specimen 31 and the torque meter 38 and the output shaft 31c of the specimen 31 and the torque meter 39, respectively.
[0016]
An input shaft 42a is connected to the output shaft 32a of the motor 32, and an output shaft 42b is connected to the input shaft 31a of the specimen 31.
When the torque transmitted from the input shaft 42a to the output shaft 42b reaches a predetermined value before it is determined that the torque is abnormal, the protection device 42 is configured not to transmit the torque equal to or more than the predetermined value. I have.
More specifically, for example, a configuration is adopted in which clutch means is employed, and slip occurs when the transmission torque between the input / output shafts 42a and 42b reaches the predetermined value.
[0017]
Next, the operation of the configuration of FIG. 1 will be described.
First, the inverters 35, 36, and 37 apply drive torque to the output shafts 32a, 33a, and 34a of the motor 32 for obtaining the simulated torque of the drive source (engine) of the specimen 31 and the motors 33 and 34 for obtaining the simulated torque as loads. To provide power. As a result, a predetermined torque is transmitted to the input shaft 31a and the output shafts 31b and 31c of the test sample 31, and the test of the test sample 31 is performed by measuring the torque meters 38 and 39.
Now, if a lock phenomenon occurs in any of the shafts 31a, 31b, 31c due to a defect of the test piece 31, the transmission torque between the input / output shafts 42a, 42b of the protection device 42 increases, and the test piece 31 and its peripheral members There is a possibility that a defect such as breakage of the device may occur.

[0019]
In FIG. 2, an output shaft 32 a of a motor 32 simulating a driving source (engine) is directly connected to an input shaft 31 a of a test sample 31.
Reference numeral 50 denotes a current detector. A control inverter 35 for the motor 32 that obtains simulated power of a drive source detects a supply current to the motor 32 and estimates a torque of the motor 32 from the detected current.
Incidentally, the current supplied to the motor 32 has a correlation with the output torque of the motor 32 and the current is proportional to the torque, so that one can be estimated from the other.
By estimating the torque, when the detected current reaches a predetermined value in a stage before the occurrence of the trouble, an abnormal state is notified by a buzzer, a warning light, or the like. At the same time, the power supply to the motor 32 is stopped to protect the motor 32, the specimen 31 and other peripheral members.
[0020]
<Modification 1>
The connecting shafts 40 and 41 interposed between the output shaft 31b of the test piece 31 and the torque meter 38 and between the output shaft 31c and the torque meter 39 have a rigidity such that the resonance frequency is not twisted during the transmission test. Formed.
[0021]
<Modification 2>
Use permanent magnet type motors for simulated power torque and simulated load torque motors.
[0022]
<Modification 3>
The specimen is a transmission for a 4WD vehicle. For this purpose, a total of four load simulation motors and torque meters are required on two pairs of output shafts.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect, the torque applied to the specimen from the motor simulating the power of the driving source abnormally increases, and the torque of the driving source is increased before exceeding the limit at which the specimen is destroyed. The power transmission from the motor simulating the power to the specimen can be accurately restricted to an allowable range.
[0024]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to observe an abnormal torque state of the first motor that directly applies the simulated power as a drive source to the specimen 1 without using an expensive torque pickup. At this time, a warning is issued by a buzzer, a warning light, or the like, and the supply of electric power to the first motor can be stopped accurately, so that power transmission from the first motor to the specimen can be cut off.
[0025]
According to the third aspect, since the output shaft and the input shaft in the specimen are parallel, the arrangement occupied by the entire apparatus can be made compact.
[0026]
According to the fourth aspect, it is possible to accurately prevent the connection shaft from being damaged by receiving an abnormal stress due to the resonance action.
