【0052】
<変形例>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an engine-driven heat pump including an engine and a refrigerant circuit including a compressor driven by the engine. In particular, the present invention relates to an improvement for significantly reducing pressure loss in a refrigerant circuit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an engine-driven heat pump represented by a GHP (gas heat pump) has been known. The GHP includes a gas engine and a refrigerant circuit that circulates a refrigerant by a compressor (compressor) that receives the power of the gas engine, as shown in
[0003]
FIG. 7 shows a refrigerant circuit in a conventional GHP. As shown in this figure, the refrigerant circuit includes a refrigerant compressor a, an outdoor heat exchanger b, and a plurality of indoor heat exchangers c, c,. The connection states of the two heat exchangers b and c are switched between the discharge side and the suction side of the refrigerant compressor a by the four-way valve d. That is, switching between the cooling operation and the heating operation can be performed by switching the refrigerant circulation direction using the four-way valve d. Note that the arrows in FIG. 7 indicate the refrigerant circulation direction during the heating operation.
[0004]
Further, an accumulator f is provided in a suction line e of the refrigerant compressor a (a refrigerant pipe from the four-way valve d to a suction part of the refrigerant compressor a), and the accumulator f separates the refrigerant into gas and liquid. Only the gas refrigerant is drawn into the refrigerant compressor a.
[0005]
Further, in this type of GHP, an auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g is provided upstream of the accumulator f in the suction line e. The refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g performs heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing through the suction line e and the engine cooling water during the heating operation, and provides heat of the engine cooling water (engine exhaust heat) to the refrigerant. Thus, the degree of superheat (superheat) is given to the suction refrigerant, thereby improving the heating capacity. In FIG. 7, h is a supply pipe for supplying engine cooling water to the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g, and i is a return pipe for returning engine cooling water from the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g.
[0006]
Further, it is not necessary to recover the exhaust heat of the engine during the cooling operation (there is no need to perform heat exchange in the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g), so that the refrigerant flowing through the suction line e bypasses the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g. It has been proposed to provide a bypass pipe j. One end (upstream end) of the bypass pipe j is connected between the four-way valve d in the suction line e and the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g, and the other end (downstream end) is connected to the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g in the intake line e and the accumulator. f. The bypass pipe j is provided with an electromagnetic valve k. During the heating operation, the electromagnetic valve k is closed to allow heat exchange in the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g to recover engine exhaust heat. During the cooling operation, the solenoid valve k is opened so that part or all of the refrigerant bypasses the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this type of refrigerant circuit, the pressure loss in the circuit has a great effect on the performance. In particular, in the suction line e, the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g and the bypass pipe j that bypasses the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g There are many factors that cause such pressure loss, and it has been a major problem to reduce the pressure loss in the suction line e.
[0009]
As means for reducing this pressure loss, the bypass pipe j is not required by not providing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g, or the bypass pipe j is not provided even if the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g is provided. Can be considered.
[0010]
However, unless the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g is provided, the exhaust heat of the engine cannot be effectively recovered, and the advantage peculiar to GHP such as the effective use of the exhaust heat of the engine cannot be obtained. Further, when the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g is provided and the bypass pipe j is not provided, all the refrigerant flows through the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator g even during the cooling operation, which also leads to a reduction in pressure loss. Absent. In particular, in recent years, in order to further increase the efficiency of recovering engine exhaust heat, it has been noted that a plate heat exchanger having a high heat exchange efficiency and a compact size is employed as the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g. Since the vessel has particularly large pressure loss, the bypass pipe j is indispensable.
[0011]
In consideration of these points, the inventors of the present invention consider, among the pressure losses of the respective parts in the suction line e, particularly the part where the downstream end of the bypass pipe j is connected to the outlet pipe of the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator g. And found that the pressure loss at the downstream end of the bypass pipe j was reduced, leading to the present invention.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object thereof is to provide an engine-driven heat pump having a refrigerant auxiliary evaporator for recovering engine exhaust heat in a compressor suction line of a refrigerant circuit. An object of the present invention is to improve the refrigerating capacity by greatly reducing the pressure loss in a suction line without eliminating a refrigerant auxiliary evaporator and a bypass pipe.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
-Summary of the invention-
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an outlet port for discharging a gas refrigerant toward a compressor as a port of an accumulator (gas-liquid separator), which is a device constituting a refrigerant circuit of an engine-driven heat pump, and a discharge port. An inflow port into which the refrigerant having passed through the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator for heat recovery flows, and an inflow port into which the refrigerant flowing through the bypass flow path bypassing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator flows. This allows the refrigerant bypassing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator to directly flow into the accumulator without merging with other pipes, thereby reducing the pressure loss at the downstream end of the bypass flow path.
[0014]
-Solution-
Specifically, an engine-driven heat pump having a refrigerant circuit in which an accumulator is provided in a suction line of a refrigerant compressor and an auxiliary refrigerant evaporator for recovering engine exhaust heat is provided upstream of the accumulator. And The engine-driven heat pump is provided with a bypass passage for allowing the refrigerant flowing through the suction line to flow by bypassing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator. An accumulator provided with a communication port through which the refrigerant flowing through the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator flows and a communication port through which the refrigerant flowing through the bypass flow path flows are provided separately.
[0015]
According to this specific matter, most or all of the refrigerant flows through the bypass flow path during operation in which it is not necessary to recover engine exhaust heat (for example, during cooling operation). Will flow directly into the accumulator, which is a relatively large space, without joining other pipes. Therefore, almost no pressure loss occurs at the downstream end of the bypass flow path. Conventionally, since the downstream end of the bypass flow path is connected to the pipe between the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator and the accumulator, a large pressure loss has occurred at a portion where the refrigerant joins. According to the present invention, the cause of the pressure loss can be completely eliminated, and the pressure loss in the suction line is significantly reduced without eliminating the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator and the bypass circuit, thereby improving the refrigerating capacity. be able to. Further, at the time of manufacturing the refrigerant circuit, it is not necessary to connect the downstream end of the bypass flow passage to the outlet side pipe of the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator, so that the operation can be simplified.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, as the port of the accumulator, which is a device constituting the refrigerant circuit of the engine-driven heat pump, the gas passes through the outflow port for discharging the gas refrigerant toward the compressor, and the refrigerant auxiliary evaporator for exhaust heat recovery. And an inflow port through which a refrigerant flowing through a bypass flow path bypassing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator flows. This allows the refrigerant bypassing the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator to directly flow into the accumulator without merging with other pipes, thereby reducing the pressure loss at the downstream end of the bypass flow path. For this reason, it is possible to improve the refrigerating capacity with a significant reduction in pressure loss. Further, during the operation of manufacturing the refrigerant circuit, the operation of connecting the downstream end of the bypass flow passage to the outlet side pipe of the auxiliary refrigerant evaporator becomes unnecessary, so that the operation can be simplified, and the engine-driven heat pump can be simplified. Can also reduce the production cost.
