Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel which prevents an inconvenience caused by repellent force of an engaging spring even if the engaging spring is abutted on each of right and left stiles.
SOLUTION: Each of the right and left stiles 1 has a sound insulation plate mounting portion 12 and a support fitting portion 11, and a bearing portion 4 is arranged between a portion of the support fitting portion 11, on which at least the engaging spring 5 abuts, and a flange 201 of a support 20. Thus the resilient force of the engaging spring 5 is borne by the bearing portion 4, and therefore deformation of the support fitting portion 11 due to the resilient force of the engaging spring 5 is suppressed, to thereby prevent looseness of the sound insulation panel and slipout of the engaging spring 5.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sound insulation panel which is installed on a side edge of a road such as a road or a railroad to prevent noise, and in which a frame is formed around a periphery of a sound insulation plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various inventions have been made for a sound insulation panel formed by attaching a frame around a sound insulation plate, and such a sound insulation panel uses a light-transmitting plate as the sound insulation plate, in particular, to provide a surrounding view and Many things that can secure lighting have been used. The sound insulation panel is installed on the side edge of the road, and prevents the sound insulation panel from scattering and falling and causing a secondary disaster, especially when the sound insulation panel falls off the pillar due to a vehicle collision on an elevated road etc. For this reason, the sound insulation panel is connected to the support or the retaining wall with a rope for preventing the fall, and even if the sound insulation panel falls off from the support, the scattering or the fall prevention rope prevents the scattering and the fall. I have.
[0003]
Such a rope for preventing fall is generally inserted and installed in the hollow portions of the left and right frames of the sound insulation panel or the eyebolts attached to the left and right frames after the installation of the sound insulation panel, but depending on the installation condition of the sound insulation wall, For example, when one end of the sound insulation panel is inserted between the flanges of the H-shaped steel column and attached, there is almost no space between the flange or the wave of the column and the sound insulation panel. An example is disclosed in which a hollow portion is opened to the column side to facilitate attachment of a rope for preventing falling.
[0004]
For example, in FIG. 7 of Patent Literature 1, an L-shaped wire guide having a wire through hole through which a wire is inserted is fixed to upper and lower ends of a frame main body whose support side is open so as to close a wire housing space. A translucent soundproof panel is disclosed.
[0005]
Further, in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 2, a wire insertion portion is provided in a vertical frame material having a concave outer surface and an open support side, and a notch is provided at both ends of a horizontal frame material through which a fall prevention wire is inserted. A transparent soundproof plate is disclosed.
[0006]

JP-A-8-209634
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in both Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, the left and right frames are inserted between the flanges of the column having the H-shaped cross section, and the locking spring is fitted into the gap between the left and right frames and the column flange. When it is fixed to the box, it is assumed that the locking spring is in contact with the upper and lower frames or the horizontal frame material that is formed in a box shape and has relatively high strength. No measures are taken to prevent problems such as deformation due to repulsion.
[0009]
In the installation of a soundproof wall, a large locking spring may be fitted because the distance between the flanges of the support having the H-shaped cross section is wide and the distance between the sound insulation panel and the flange of the support is wide. In order to prevent the spring from coming off, the spring may be fitted deep enough to abut on the left and right frames below the upper and lower frames or the horizontal frame material. If the locking springs come into contact with the left and right frames that are not specifically designed to counter the repulsive force of the locking springs, deformation and the like will occur and the locking force of the locking springs will decrease, and the sound insulation panel will be damaged. There is a danger of rattling and falling off of the locking spring.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has as its object to provide a sound insulation panel that can prevent a problem caused by a repulsive force even when locking springs abut on left and right frames. It is.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the sound insulation panel according to the present invention is formed by attaching a frame body to either the left or right or top and bottom of the sound insulation plate, and inserting the left and right frame bodies between the flanges of the column having the H-shaped cross section. A sound insulation panel in which a locking spring is fitted in a gap between a body and a flange of a support and is fixed to the support, wherein the left and right frames are between a sound insulation plate mounting portion to which a sound insulation plate is mounted and a flange of the support. And a support portion for supporting the repulsive force of the locking spring when the sound insulation panel is attached to the support column, and the support portion is engaged with at least the support column insert portion. The spring is provided at a position where the spring contacts.
[0012]
According to the present invention, the left and right frame members are provided with the sound insulation plate mounting portion and the support fitting insertion portion, and the support portion is provided at a position where the locking spring of the support fitting insertion portion comes into contact, so that the support member is locked. By supporting the repulsive force of the spring, the deformation of the strut insertion portion due to the repulsive force of the locking spring is suppressed, and it is possible to prevent the sound insulation panel from rattling and the locking spring from falling off.
[0013]
In addition, if the supporting portion is provided with a supporting portion forming member slidably in a vertical direction in a mounting groove formed in the left and right frame bodies, the locking spring comes into contact with the left and right frame members. The vertical position of the support portion can be adjusted according to the position, which is preferable.
[0014]
Still further, if the support portion has a support portion forming member attached thereto using a ridge attachment groove formed in one of the upper and lower frames, the ridge attachment groove relating to the fixing of the sound insulation plate is a support portion. Can be also fixed, and the structure related to the fixing of the supporting portion is simple and preferable.
[0015]
The support fitting portion has a substantially U-shaped cross-section, and is open at one side opposite to the sound insulation plate mounting portion to form an opening, and the support portion retains the shape of the opening. It is preferable that the opening is provided on the same side as the opening, since the provision of the supporting portion can reduce the complexity of inserting the rope for drop prevention.
[0016]
In addition, the left and right frame members are provided with a screw mounting portion integrally, and if the upper and lower end surfaces of the left and right frame members are inclined as long as at least one of the upper and lower frames can be attached by abutting. It is preferable because it can cope with the gradient and the formation of the sound insulation panel to be installed at the location with the gradient is easy.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are explanatory diagrams showing an embodiment according to the present invention. First, in FIG. 1, the left and right frames 1 and the upper and lower frames 2 are assembled to the sound insulating plate 3 to form a sound insulating panel in which a frame is attached around the sound insulating plate. Each of the left and right frame bodies 1 and the upper and lower frame bodies 2 is provided with an opening groove M into which an end of the sound insulating plate 3 can be inserted, along the longitudinal direction of the frame body. The sound insulating plate 3 is integrated with the left and right frames 1 and the upper and lower frames 2 by attaching the surrounding frames while the portion is inserted.
[0018]
(B) is an explanatory view showing the details of the mounting portions of the left and right frame bodies 1 and the upper and lower frame bodies 2. The left and right frame bodies 1 are integrally provided with a sound insulating plate mounting portion 12 having an opening groove M into which the sound insulating plate 3 can be inserted, and a column fitting portion 11 inserted into a column to form a soundproof wall. Things. Further, a screw mounting portion 13 is provided integrally with the sound insulating plate mounting portion 12. The upper and lower frame 2 is formed in a box shape, and a notch 21 is formed in a portion facing the column fitting insertion portion 11 at the end, and a notch 21 communicating with the vertical direction is provided. Further, a screw hole 22 is formed on a surface facing the sound insulating plate mounting portion 12. A tool hole 23 is formed on the outer surface of the surface on which the screw hole 22 is formed. The left and right frame bodies 1 and the upper and lower frame bodies 2 are abutted so that the positions of the screw mounting portion 13 and the screw holes 22 match, and the screws B inserted into the screw holes 22 are screwed by a tool inserted through the tool holes 23. The left and right frames 1 and the upper and lower frames 2 are firmly fixed by being screwed to the mounting portion 13.
[0019]
By fixing the left and right frame members 1 and the upper and lower frame members 2 by such a method, in addition to the effect of easily coping with the above-described gradient, the screw B is screwed into the screw mounting portion 13 formed integrally with the left and right frame members 1. It can be worn and the fixation is strong. Since the screw holes 22 are formed in one surface of the box-shaped upper and lower frame 2, the screws B are fixed to the surface, and a part of the left and right frames is protruded as in the conventional method. Compared with the method of fastening the projecting portion with a rivet or the like, the degree of occurrence of fatigue in the portion where the screw or rivet is fastened can be reduced.
[0020]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the mounting of the sound insulation panel having the above-described configuration to a support. The two upright columns 20 are formed of H-shaped steel, and the sound insulation panel 10 is mounted between the flanges 201. As shown in a), the locking spring 5 is inserted together with the sound insulation panel 10, and the sound insulation panel is inserted. Since the locking spring 5 is fitted in the gap between the flange 10 and the flange, the sound insulation panel 10 is pressed against the support 20 as shown in (b) due to the repulsive force of the locking spring 5 and is fixed without rattling or the like. You.
[0021]
Here, the support portion 4 is provided in advance in at least the portion where the locking spring 5 comes into contact with the support fitting insertion portion 11 of the sound insulation panel 1 inserted between the flanges 201 of the support 20, so that the support fitting insertion can be performed. Even if the portion 11 is configured to be possibly deformed by the repulsive force of the locking spring, the repulsive force is supported by the support portion 4 and the occurrence of troubles due to the deformation of the column insertion portion 11 can be prevented. .
[0022]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the support section in the AA cross section of FIG. The right and left frames 1 have a U-shaped cross section, and the support fitting portion 11 has an opening which is opposite to the sound insulating plate mounting portion 12 and has one open end. The forming member 4A is attached. The support portion forming member 4A is formed in a rectangular shape in cross section with the same side as the opening 111 of the column fitting insertion portion 11 being opened to form a space portion 4A2 through which a rope for drop prevention can be inserted. The intermediate portion is in contact with the sound insulating plate mounting portion 12, and furthermore, the reinforcing material 4A1 is inserted, so that the shape of the U-shape is enhanced. Since the U-shaped front ends are joined to the U-shaped front ends that are the longest from the U-shaped bases that serve as fulcrums when the support fitting insertion portion 11 is deformed, The stress applied to the support portion forming member 4A can be reduced, and the risk of deformation of the support portion forming member 4A and the support column insertion portion 11 can be reduced.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a method of forming the support portion 4. A mounting groove 112 is engraved in the support fitting insertion portion 11 of the left and right frame 1, and a fitting portion 4A3 formed in the support forming member 4A is fitted into the mounting groove 112, so that the support forming member 4A is fitted with the support. It is slidably mounted in the insertion portion 11 in a vertical direction. In this manner, the support portion forming member 4A is slidably mounted in advance in the mounting groove 112 of the column fitting insertion portion 11, and the upper and lower frame members 2 are abutted on the left and right frame members 1 and fixed with screws or the like, so that they can be transported or installed. The upper and lower frames 2 can prevent the support portion forming member 4A from dropping out of the mounting groove 112 at the time or the like, and move the support portion forming member 4A in the vertical direction according to the position where the locking spring 5 abuts during installation. It is possible to cope with the locking springs 5 having various shapes or sizes.
[0024]
The left and right frames 1 may be made of a metal bending material or the like. However, since it is necessary to form a complicated continuous cross-sectional shape having the support fitting insertion portion 11 and the sound insulating plate mounting portion 12, aluminum, steel, It is preferable to use a metal extruded material such as stainless steel, and an aluminum extruded material that is lightweight and can increase strength can be suitably used. In addition, it is preferable to use a metal extruded die such as aluminum because the support section forming member 4A also needs to form a complicated cross-sectional shape having the fitting section 4A3 and the like. The height h in the up-down direction may be set according to the length in the up-down direction of the portion where the locking spring 5 comes into contact with the column fitting insertion portion 11, and is preferably about 10 to 100 mm, more preferably about 20 to 100 mm. It is about 50 mm.
[0025]
FIGS. 5 and 6 show another embodiment of the method of forming a supporting portion according to the present invention. In FIG. 5, the left and right frames 1 and the upper and lower frames 2 are formed as shown in FIG. The upper and lower frame 2 are provided with an opening groove M into which the end of the sound insulating plate 3 is inserted, and a ridge mounting groove 24 for attaching a ridge for preventing the inserted sound insulating plate 3 from being detached. Is engraved. A notch 21 is provided at an end of the upper and lower frame 2 to insert the frame for drop prevention. The ridge for preventing the sound insulating plate from being detached is provided at a position where the sound insulating plate 3 is inserted into the opening groove M, and the ridge mounting grooves 24 near both ends of the upper and lower frame members 2 that come into contact with the left and right frame members 1 are provided. Almost nothing is installed.
[0026]
The one supporting portion forming member 4B has a width substantially equal to the width of the opening of the column fitting insertion portion 11 of the left and right frame 1, and has an opening at one end in the width direction when attached to the ridge mounting groove 24. It has a cross-sectional shape provided with a mounting groove 4B1 and a locking portion 4B2 so as to close the opening of the groove M. Further, the support portion 4 is also provided with a notch 4B3 so as not to hinder the insertion of the rope for drop prevention. The mounting portion 4B1 and the locking portion 4B2 are fitted into the opening groove M of the upper and lower frame members 2, and are slid and fitted into the column fitting insertion portions 11 of the left and right frame members 1 to provide the support portion 4B. .
[0027]
FIG. 6 is a side view of the sound insulating panel 10 showing a state in which the support part forming member 4B is attached. The rope for drop prevention inserted through the notches 21 and 4B3 is further attached to the left and right frame bodies 1. The sound insulation panel 10 is prevented from falling by being inserted through the attached eyebolt E. The support portion forming member 4B is fixed by fitting the mounting groove 4B1 into the ridge mounting groove 24. However, the support portion is formed by closing the opening of the opening groove M with the locking portion 4B2. The forming member 4B is more firmly fixed. Since the support portion forming member 4B is located in the support column insertion portion 11 of the left and right frame 1, the repulsive force of the locking spring can be supported by the support portion forming member 4B. In the present embodiment, the support portion forming member 4B is provided at the upper end of the left and right frame 1, but may be provided at a position apart from the end.
