TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides an auxiliary burner which is disposed in close proximity to a grate on which an incineration object is placed and burns, and which assists combustion of the incineration object on the grate, and is generated by combustion of the incineration object on the grate. A method of operating a burner in an incinerator including a reburn burner that is disposed in a passage of a combustion gas and performs secondary combustion of the combustion gas, and incineration including a control unit that controls operations of the auxiliary burner and the reburn burner The present invention relates to a burner operation control device in a furnace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the above incinerator (for example, a stoker furnace), the objects to be incinerated on the grate provided in the incineration treatment zone in the furnace are usually placed under the grate under the atmosphere temperature (about 900 ° C.) in the furnace. Although it burns with the supplied primary combustion air, for example, in the case of a flame-retardant incineration object such as dust having a high moisture content, an auxiliary burner is provided near the grate to assist combustion. . Further, in order to burn and remove harmful components and the like in the combustion gas generated by combustion of the incineration object, a reburn burner for secondary combustion of the combustion gas is provided in a passage of the combustion gas (for example, see Patent Document 1). ).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-82719 A (FIG. 1)
[0004]
By the way, in an incinerator provided with the above-mentioned combustion burner and reburn burner, conventionally, when the temperature inside the furnace is raised to the combustible temperature (about 600 ° C.) of the incineration object put into the furnace, the above-mentioned combustion burner and reburn burner are used. At the same time to raise the furnace temperature with the set temperature rising characteristic (see the broken line curve T1 in FIG. 6). Specifically, both burners are composed of oil burners using heavy oil or kerosene as fuel, and after the oil amount to the auxiliary burner reaches a maximum (the oil amount adjustment valve of the auxiliary burner is fully opened), the oil of the reburn burner is increased. The amount of combustion was adjusted by adjusting the amount adjustment valve. Also, when the incineration of the incineration target is completed and the furnace temperature is lowered from the combustible temperature, the auxiliary burner and the reburn burner are ignited simultaneously, the combustion amount of both burners is adjusted, and the furnace temperature is set and lowered. It was going down by the characteristic.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the auxiliary burner and the reburn burner were simultaneously ignited when the incinerator was started up or shut down, and thus had the following problems.
First, the furnace temperature rises more than necessary due to the ignition of both burners, and the furnace temperature greatly deviates from the set temperature characteristics (the set temperature rise characteristics and the set temperature decrease characteristics) to the high temperature side. (See the solid curve in FIG. 6).
Second, the life of the grate has also been shortened due to the longer time the grate is exposed to the long flames of the auxiliary burner.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to prevent waste of fuel consumption due to deviation from a set temperature characteristic at the time of starting an incinerator and to extend the life of a grate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for operating a burner in an incinerator and a control device for operating the burner in the incinerator, which enables the operation.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first characteristic configuration of a method of operating a burner in an incinerator for achieving the above object is to raise the temperature in the furnace to a combustible temperature with a set temperature rising characteristic as described in claim 1 of the claims. In this case, only the reburn burner is ignited, and the combustion amount of the reburn burner is adjusted so that the furnace temperature rises with the set temperature rising characteristic, and the furnace temperature is shifted from the set temperature rising characteristic to a lower temperature side. When it comes off, the auxiliary combustion burner is ignited in addition to the reburn burner, and the combustion amounts of both the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner are adjusted so that the furnace temperature rises with the set temperature increase characteristic. .
[0008]
That is, when starting up the incinerator, first, only the reburn burner is ignited, the amount of combustion of the reburn burner is adjusted, and the temperature in the furnace is raised to the combustible temperature with the set temperature rising characteristic. When the combustion amount is insufficient only by the combustion of the reburn burner and the furnace temperature deviates from the set temperature raising characteristic to a low temperature side, the auxiliary burner is ignited in addition to the reburn burner, and the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner are ignited. Are adjusted to increase the in-furnace temperature to a combustible temperature with the set temperature increasing characteristics. As a result, when only the reburn burner ignites and the auxiliary burner is not ignited, the grate in the incinerator is not exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner, so that the grate is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner. Time is shortened.
[0009]
Therefore, when starting up the incinerator, waste of fuel consumption due to deviation from the set temperature characteristic does not occur, and the length of time the grate in the incinerator is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner is shortened to reduce the length of the grate. Provided is a method for operating a burner in an incinerator that can have a longer life.
[0010]
The second feature is, in addition to the first feature, when the furnace temperature is lowered from a combustible temperature with a set temperature-lowering characteristic, in addition to the first feature, as described in claim 2. By igniting both burners and the auxiliary combustion burner, the combustion amounts of both the reburn burner and the auxiliary combustion burner are adjusted so that the furnace temperature falls at the set temperature lowering characteristic, and the furnace temperature is reduced to the set temperature lowering temperature. When the temperature deviates from the characteristic to the high temperature side, the combustion of the auxiliary combustion burner is stopped, and the amount of combustion of the reburn burner is adjusted so that the furnace temperature falls at the set temperature lowering characteristic.
[0011]
That is, when the incinerator is shut down, first, both the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner are ignited, the combustion amounts of both burners are adjusted, and the in-furnace temperature is lowered from the combustible temperature with the set temperature lowering characteristic. Then, when the combustion amount becomes excessive due to the combustion of both burners and the furnace temperature deviates from the set temperature lowering characteristic to the high temperature side, only the combustion of the auxiliary combustion burner is stopped, and the combustion amount of the reburn burner for continuing the combustion is reduced. By adjusting the temperature, the furnace temperature is decreased at the set temperature decreasing characteristic. As a result, when only the reburn burner ignites and the auxiliary burner is not ignited, the grate in the incinerator is not exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner, so that the grate is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner. Time is shortened.
[0012]
Therefore, even when the incinerator is shut down, waste of fuel consumption due to deviation from the set temperature characteristic does not occur, and the time during which the grate in the incinerator is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner is shortened. A preferred embodiment of a method for operating a burner in an incinerator that can extend the life is provided.
[0013]
A first characteristic configuration of an operation control device of a burner in an incinerator for realizing the above object is as described in claim 3 of the appended claims, wherein the control means sets the in-furnace temperature to a set temperature rising characteristic. When the temperature is raised to the combustible temperature, only the reburn burner is ignited to adjust the combustion amount of the reburn burner. When it is deviated from the above, the ignition control of the auxiliary burner in addition to the reburn burner is performed to perform the combustion control for adjusting the combustion amount of both the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner.
[0014]
That is, when starting up the incinerator, the combustion control executed by the control means first ignites only the reburn burner, adjusts the amount of combustion of the reburn burner, and enables combustion in the furnace with the set temperature increasing characteristics. Raise to temperature. Then, when the combustion amount is insufficient in the combustion amount adjustment of the reburn burner and the furnace temperature deviates from the set temperature raising characteristic to a low temperature side, the auxiliary burner is additionally ignited in addition to the reburn burner, and the reburn burner is activated. The combustion amounts of both the auxiliary burners are adjusted, and the furnace temperature is increased to the combustible temperature with the set temperature increasing characteristics. As a result, when only the reburn burner is ignited and the auxiliary burner is not ignited, the grate in the incinerator is not exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner. Exposure time is shorter.
[0015]
Therefore, when starting up the incinerator, waste of fuel consumption due to deviation from the set temperature characteristic does not occur, and the length of time the grate in the incinerator is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner is shortened to reduce the length of the grate. It is possible to provide a burner operation control apparatus in an incinerator in which the life can be extended and the automatic operation is performed by the control means to reduce the operation burden on the operator.
[0016]
According to a second feature of the present invention, in addition to the first feature, the control means reduces the furnace temperature from the combustible temperature at a set temperature-lowering characteristic in addition to the first feature. Then, the burners of the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner are ignited to adjust the combustion amounts of both the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner, and the furnace temperature is set by adjusting the combustion amounts of both the burners. When the temperature deviates from the temperature drop characteristic to the high temperature side, the operation of the auxiliary burner is stopped, and the combustion control is performed to adjust the combustion amount of the reburn burner so that the furnace temperature falls at the set temperature drop characteristic. .
[0017]
That is, when the incinerator is shut down, the combustion control executed by the control means first ignites both burners of the reburn burner and the auxiliary burner, adjusts the combustion amounts of both burners, and sets the furnace temperature to the set temperature. It is lowered from the combustible temperature by the characteristic. Then, when the combustion amount becomes excessive due to the combustion amount adjustment of the two burners and the furnace temperature deviates from the set temperature lowering characteristic to the high temperature side, only the combustion of the auxiliary combustion burner is stopped to continue the combustion. The amount of combustion is adjusted, and the furnace temperature is decreased according to the set temperature decreasing characteristics. As a result, when only the reburn burner is ignited and the auxiliary burner is not ignited, the grate in the incinerator is not exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner. Exposure time is shorter.
[0018]
Therefore, even when the incinerator is shut down, waste of fuel consumption due to deviation from the set temperature characteristic does not occur, and the time during which the grate in the incinerator is exposed to the flame of the auxiliary burner is shortened. A preferred embodiment of a method for operating a burner in an incinerator in which the life can be extended and the automatic operation is performed by the control means to reduce the operation burden on the operator is provided.
[0019]
