<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which is excellent in fitting around waist and leg openings, offers a good fitting, and prevents leakage from the leg openings infallibly. <P>SOLUTION: This disposable diaper is a foldout one and comprises a waistband part 10 continuously formed on both side edges of a back side part A, a band attaching part 11 at least formed on one of the edges with which the left and right waistband parts 10 could be attached, and a diaper attaching part 12 formed on both sides of a front side part B with which the front side part B could be attached to the left and right waistband parts 10 when putting on the diaper. 本発明は、ウエスト及び脚廻りのフィット性に優れており、良好なフィット感が得られると共に脚廻りからの漏れを確実に防止することのできる使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、展開型の使い捨ておむつとして、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート、及びこれら両シート間に介在する液保持性の吸収体を有し、使用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部及び背中側に位置する背側部が形成されているおむつが広く用いられており、展開型の使い捨ておむつの中でも大人が立ったまま装着可能なものとして、上記背側部の左右両側縁にそれぞれウェストバンド部が連設され、左右の該ウェストバンド部の少なくとも何れか一方における先端部にバンド止着部が設けられ、該バンド止着部により左右の該ウェストバンド部を着用者の腹側において止着することができるようになしてあるものが知られている（特許文献１参照）。

また、このようなウエストバンド部を有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、着用者に対するフィット性を高めるべく脚廻りに配されるレッグ部にレッグ部弾性伸縮部材を配することも行われている（特許文献２参照）。
しかし、ウエストバンド部を有する従来の使い捨ておむつにおいては、その形態や装着方式の特性上、股上の長さによってレッグギャザーの周長が決まってしまうといった制約などから、脚廻りに配されるレッグ部にレッグ部弾性伸縮部材を配するのみでは、ウエスト及び脚廻りの十分なフィット性と、脚廻りを過度に締め付けない良好なフィット感とを両立させることは難しい。
尚、ウエストバンド部を有する使い捨ておむつとして、おむつ周方向のフィット性を向上するべく、ウェストバンド部に弾性伸縮部を設けたものが提案されているが（特許文献２参照）、おむつ長手方向に伸縮する弾性伸縮部をウエストバンド部に設けて、ウエスト及び脚廻りのフィット性を高めたおむつは知られていない。

本発明は、長手方向の一方の部位の両側縁部に、それぞれウエストバンド部が連設されており、左右の該ウエストバンド部の少なくとも何れか一方における先端部にバンド止着部が設けられており、長手方向の他方の部位の両側部におむつ止着部が設けられており、前記バンド止着部により、左右の該ウエストバンド部を着用者の腹側又は背側において止着し、前記おむつ止着部により、前記他方の部位を左右の前記ウエストバンド部に止着して着用するようになしてある展開型の使い捨ておむつであって、左右の前記ウエストバンド部が、それぞれ、少なくとも前記おむつ止着部を止着する部位に、おむつ長手方向に伸縮する弾性伸縮部を有している使い捨ておむつを提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明の一実施形態としての使い捨ておむつ１は、立ったままでも装着することができるタイプの成人用のおむつであり、図１に示されるように、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面シート３、及びこれら両シート２，３間に介在する液保持性の吸収体４を有しており、実質的に縦長に形成されている。使い捨ておむつ１は、使用時に着用者の背中側に位置する背側部（長手方向の一方の部位）Ａ及び腹側に位置する腹側部（長手方向の他方の部位）Ｂを有している。

吸収体４は、表面シート２及び裏面シート３により挟持・固定されており、吸収体４の周縁部におけるウエスト部５とレッグ部６には、おむつ着用者に各部位をフィットさせるためのウエスト部弾性部材５１及びレッグ弾性部材６１が設けられている。
また、使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向左右両側には、それぞれ立体ガード７が形成されている。立体ガード７の自由端には立体ガード弾性部材７１が配されて、ギャザーが形成されている。

背側部Ａの左右両側縁には、それぞれウェストバンド部１０，１０が連設されており、左右の該ウェストバンド部１０，１０の少なくとも何れか一方における先端部には、バンド止着部１１が設けられており、該バンド止着部１１により、図２及び図３に示されるように、左右の該ウェストバンド部１０ａ，１０ｂを着用者の腹側において止着することができるようになしてある。

また、腹側部Ｂの表面シート２側における両側部には、図３に示されるように、連結した状態のウエストバンド部１０に腹側部Ｂを止着させるためのおむつ止着部２０，２０が設けられている。
各部材は、従来の使い捨ておむつに使用されている公知の材料を特に制限なく用いて形成することができる。

両ウェストバンド部１０は、それぞれ、おむつ長手方向に伸縮する弾性伸縮部１２を有している。
弾性伸縮部１２は、おむつ止着部２０を止着させる部位に設けられているが、おむつ止着部２０を止着させた部位の周囲に十分な変形領域を確保し、脚廻りのフィット性向上効果が確実に発現されるようにする観点から、おむつ幅方向の幅Ｗ１（図１参照）が、おむつ止着部２０の幅Ｗ２（図１参照）よりも大きいことが好ましく、おむつ長手方向の長さＬ１（図１参照）が、おむつ止着部２０の長さＬ２（図１参照）よりも大きいことが好ましい。同様の観点から、前記幅Ｗ１と前記幅Ｗ２の比（Ｗ１／Ｗ２）は１．５〜１０が好ましく、前記長さＬ１の前記長さＬ２の比（Ｌ１／Ｌ２）は１．５〜５が好ましい。
尚、腹側部Ｂの両側それぞれに２つのおむつ止着部が設けられている場合における、おむつ止着部の長さ及び面積は、前記２つの止着部間に位置する領域を含めた値とする。

また、弾性伸縮部１２の面積は、それぞれ対応するおむつ止着部２０の面績の２〜５０倍であることが好ましく、弾性伸縮部１２の面積は８ｃｍ^２以上であることが好ましい。

弾性伸縮部１２は、以下の条件▲１▼及び／又は▲２▼を満たすものであることが、フィット性の向上の観点から好ましい。前記弾性伸縮部１２は、単一又は複数の層からなるシートを用いて形成することができる。

＜５０％伸張時の応力の測定方法＞
おむつ長手方向に対応する方向の応力を測定する場合には、弾性伸縮部１２（又は弾性伸縮部１２形成用のシート材）を、おむつの長手方向に１００ｍｍ、おむつの幅方向に２５ｍｍの寸法に切り出し、これを試験片とする。おむつ幅方向に対応する方向の応力を測定する場合には、弾性伸縮部１２（又は弾性伸縮部１２形成用のシート材）を、おむつの長手方向に２５ｍｍ、おむつの幅方向に１００ｍｍの寸法に切り出し、これを試験片とする。
得られた試験片を、引張り試験機〔（株）オリエンテック社製、テンシロンＲＴＣ−１１５０Ａ〕のチャック間に固定し、該試験片を、その長手方向に、初期チャック間距離（自然長）３０ｍｍ、引張り速度３００ｍｍ／ｍｉｎ、最大歪み３０ｍｍ（歪み量１００％）の条件で伸張させ、ヒステリシス曲線を得る。
得られたヒステリシス曲線から、歪み量５０％を与えたとき（１５ｍｍ歪ませたとき）の応力を求め、その値を５０％伸張時の応力とする。

＜破断点伸度の測定方法＞
おむつ長手方向に対応する方向及びおむつ幅方向に対応する方向の破断点伸度を測定する場合には、それぞれ、同じ方向の５０％伸張時の応力を測定する場合と同様にして試験片を得る。
そして、得られた試験片を、引張り試験機〔（株）オリエンテック社製、テンシロンＲＴＣ−１１５０Ａ〕のチャック間に固定し、該試験片を、その長手方向に、初期チャック間距離（自然長）３０ｍｍ、引張り速度３００ｍｍ／ｍｉｎの条件で引っ張り、破断した時の伸度を破断点伸度とする。尚、自然長の２倍の長さまで伸張させた時点で破断した場合の伸度は１００％である。

弾性伸縮部１２を構成するシートは、おむつ長手方向に対応する方向の５０％伸張時の応力が５０〜２５０ｃＮ、特に１００〜２００ｃＮであることが好ましい。また、おむつ長手方向に対応する方向の破断点伸度が５０〜３００％、特に１００〜２００％であることが好ましい。

本実施形態における弾性伸縮部１２は、エラストマー材料からなるシートの片面又は両面に、おむつ長手方向に伸張可能な繊維集合体を積層して一体化してなる積層シートからなる。
エラストマー材料としては、天然ゴム、ブタジエン、イソプレン等の合成ゴム等が好ましく用いられる。エラストマー材料からなるシートとしては、エラストマー材料をフィルム化して得られる弾性フィルム、エラストマー材料からなる弾性繊維を、ネット状に成形したり不織布化したシート等が好ましく用いられる。おむつ長手方向に伸張可能な繊維集合体としては、スリットの形成等の２次的な加工を施さなくてもそれ自体伸張性を有する不織布、例えばスパンデックスからなる不織布等や、それ自体は伸張性を有しないものにスリットの形成等の２次的な加工により伸張性を付与したもの等を用いることができる。

弾性伸縮部１２は、少なくとも裏面シート側の面が、機械的ファスナーの凸部材が直接係合可能な材料からなることが好ましい。そのようなシート材としては、不織布、例えばサーマルボンド不織布、ニードルパンチ不織布、スパンレース不織布等が挙げられる。また、左右のウェストバンド部１０，１０は、弾性伸縮部１２以外の部位、特にバンド止着部を止着させる部位においても、少なくとも裏面シート側の面が、機械的ファスナーの凸部材を直接係合可能なシート材からなることが好ましい。
バンド止着部１１及びおむつ止着部２０，２０は、その表面に多数の錨形や鉤形のオス型係合部材が配された機械的ファスナーの凸部材により形成されていることが好ましく、機械的ファスナーの凸部材としては、例えば「マジックテープ（登録商標）」（クラレ社製）、「クイックロン（登録商標）」（ＹＫＫ社製）、「マジクロス（登録商標）」（カネボウベルタッチ社製）等の市販品を用いることができる。

使い捨ておむつ１を着用するには、先ず、図２に示すように、着用者３０の背側に背側部Ａを当接させ、両ウエストバンド部１０ａ，１０ｂを着用者３０の腹側にもってくる。そして、一方のウエストバンド部１０ａを、他方のウエストバンド部１０ｂに重ねるようにして、一方のウエストパンド部１０ａの先端部に設けられたバンド止着部１１を、他方のウエストバンド部１０ｂの裏面シート側に係合止着する。そして、腹側部Ｂを着用者３０の股間に沿って腹側に引き上げ、図３に示すように、おむつ止着部２０，２０を、両ウエストバンド部１０，１０それぞれの弾性伸縮部１２上に係合止着する。
本実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、着用者３０の腹側に前記背側部Ａを当接させ、両ウエストバンド部１０，１０を着用者３０の背側において止着して装着することもできる。
本実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、このようにして容易に装着することができる。

本実施形態の使い捨ておむつによれば、ウエストバンド部におむつ長手方向に弾性伸縮する弾性伸縮部１２を有し、該弾性伸縮部１２におむつ止着部２０を止着して着用するようになっているため、脚廻りに良好なフィット感が得られ、脚廻りからの漏れを確実に防止することができる。
即ち、従来の一般的なおむつは、脚を閉じた状態で上半身を起こすような動作をした場合、おむつが脚に挟まれて引っ張られ、ズレが生じ、その結果、脚廻りに隙間が生じ易い。しかし、本実施形態のおむつにおいては、弾性伸縮部１２が、おむつが引っ張られる変位を吸収し、ズレを生じることが防止され、脚廻りも良好なフィット感を維持できる。また、立ったり座ったり等の姿勢の変化に伴い腹囲も変化するような場合は、図４に示すように、Ｆ１とＦ２、あるいはＦ１とＦ３の合成ベクトル方向に力がかかるが、弾性伸縮部１２の働きで腹囲の変化がＦ１，Ｆ２及びＦ３の各ベクトル方向に分離、吸収されるので、腹部の圧迫も生じにくい。

本発明の展開型の使い捨ておむつは、上述した実施形態に制限されず、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更が可能である。
例えば、上記実施形態における、ウエスト部弾性伸縮部材５１、レッグ弾性伸縮部材６１及び立体ガード７は、それぞれ省略することができる。
また、上記実施形態におけるウエストバンド部１０は、その基端部１３側に、おむつ幅方向に伸縮する弾性伸縮部１５を有するものであったが、おむつ幅方向に伸縮する弾性伸縮部１５は省略することもできる。
また、上記実施形態におけるウエストバンド部１０においては、その延出方向の一部のみに弾性伸縮部１２が形成されていたが、ウエストバンド部１０の延出方向の中央より基端１３側の半分を弾性伸縮部１２としたり、ウエストバンド部１０の全体を弾性伸縮部１２とすることもできる。

本発明の使い捨ておむつは、ウエスト及び脚廻りのフィット性に優れており、良好なフィット感が得られると共に脚廻りからの漏れを確実に防止することができる。
