Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outer bag for an infusion bag for hermetically packaging an infusion bag and a bag-forming base material for forming the outer bag for the infusion bag.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to reseal the outer bag 60 once opened, for example, the opening of the opened outer bag 60 is sealed by welding using a welding jig, or sealed by sandwiching with a stopper or the like. However, as shown in FIG. 9, since the cut end of the opened outer bag 60 is usually meanderingly curved, it is possible to secure a sufficient welding allowance and a pinching allowance. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to reliably reseal the opened mouth portion of the outer bag 60 over the entire width thereof.
[0006]
Such a problem of resealing margin can be solved by increasing the bag length of the outer bag 60 in advance in consideration of the meandering curve of the cut edge of the opened outer bag 60. If the length is longer, the workability of storing the
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an outer bag for an infusion bag and an outer bag for such an infusion bag, which can reliably secure a sufficient resealing allowance at an opening formed by opening the bag without increasing the bag length. An object of the present invention is to provide a bag-forming base material for forming an outer bag.
[0008]
Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects
In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to
[0009]
As described above, the outer bag for an infusion bag has a multi-layer sheet forming itself, which has a tear layer provided with a tear property in a direction orthogonal to a drawing direction from a raw roll. Since the tear layer is used so that the tearing direction of the tear layer coincides with the opening direction, the cut at the time of opening is substantially linear, and the cut is meandering like a conventional outer bag for an infusion bag. There is no. Therefore, in the outer bag for an infusion bag, a sufficient resealing margin required at the time of resealing can be surely secured without making the bag length unnecessarily long.
[0010]
As described above, the outer bag for an infusion bag is preferably sealed at its mouth until the infusion bag is sealed and packaged to prevent foreign matter and dust from entering the bag. A bag-forming substrate formed by a long strip-shaped multilayer sheet having a gas barrier layer and continuously connected with an outer bag for an infusion bag for hermetically sealing and packaging an infusion bag, wherein the multilayer sheet is an original sheet. It has a tear layer to which a tear property is given in a direction perpendicular to the unwinding direction from the anti-roll, and each of the transfusion bag outer bags connected to each other has a respective unsealing direction in the multilayer sheet. The bag-forming base material of the invention according to
[0011]
In the case of a bag-forming base material formed by a multilayer sheet having a tear layer provided with a tearing property in a drawing direction from a raw roll, that is, in the opening direction of the outer bag for an infusion bag and in the multilayer sheet. In order to match the tearing direction of the tear layer, in the case of a bag forming base material in which the sides of adjacent outer bag for infusion bags are connected to each other, the outer bag for infusion bag connected to both sides is connected. A step of separating the outer bag for the infusion bag from the bag-forming base material by sequentially cutting the boundary portion (side portion), and a sealing portion (of the bag-forming base material) sealing the mouth of the outer bag for the infusion bag. A step of forming a mouth by cutting off one side edge portion) is required. In this bag-forming base material, the bottom side of the adjacent one of the outer bags for the infusion bag and the outer bag for the other infusion bag are used. The mouth side of the bag must be interconnected Therefore, by successively cutting the boundary portion of both connected transfusion bag outer bags, separation of the transfusion bag outer bag from the bag-forming base material and formation of a mouth portion for the transfusion bag outer bag. Can be performed simultaneously.
[0012]
In particular, when the tear layer of the multilayer sheet is formed of a high-density polyethylene film stretched in a uniaxial direction as in the bag-forming base material of the invention according to claim 3, good linear tear property is secured. can do.

In addition, when a bag-forming base material is manufactured using a multilayer sheet having a tear layer provided with a tear property in a drawing direction (longitudinal direction) from a raw fabric roll, adjacent side portions of the outer bag for an infusion bag are formed. When trying to prevent foreign matter or dust from entering the bag until the transfusion bag is sealed and packaged, the mouth of each transfusion bag outer bag connected to each other is sealed. In order to stop, not only one side edge portion serving as a bottom portion but also the other side edge portion serving as a mouth portion of the bag forming base material are heat-sealed together. Accordingly, by sequentially cutting the boundary portions (side portions) of the two connected transfusion bag outer bags, the mouth of the transfusion bag outer bag separated from the bag forming base material was sealed. In order to seal and package the infusion bag, the sealing portion (the other side edge portion of the bag forming base material) sealing the mouth of the separated outer bag for the infusion bag is separately provided. The mouth must be formed by resection.

[Table 2]
[0030]
When the outer bag for an infusion bag is formed by such a double bag, the gas barrier layer must be provided at least on the inner sheet side, but the tear layer is provided on one of the inner sheet and the outer sheet. In this case, both the interior sheet and the exterior sheet may be provided with a tear layer. In particular, when the tear layer is provided on both the interior sheet and the exterior sheet as in Examples 7 to 12, compared with the case where the tear layer is provided only on one side of the interior sheet or the exterior sheet. In addition, the load at the time of rupture is reduced, the rupture can be easily performed, and the effect of improving the straight tearability is obtained.
[0031]
Also, when the outer bag for the infusion bag is formed of a double bag, as in the case of the single bag, in order to maximize the linear tear property of the tear layer, it is necessary to use Examples 6, 8, 10 and 10. , 12, it is desirable to form a tear layer at a position adjacent to the unstretched film forming the sealant layer or the like.
[0032]
In addition, since the tear layer has poor bending resistance and easily generates pinholes due to bending, if a tear layer is laminated on the gas barrier layer, if a pinhole occurs in the tear layer, the tear layer may be damaged with respect to an adjacent gas barrier layer. This will cause the generation of pinholes. Therefore, from the viewpoint of protecting the contents, it is preferable that the tear layer is not directly laminated on the gas barrier layer as in Examples 1 to 3.
