Vc=(vu+vv+vw)/3 …(1)
【0023】
また、インバータのグランド電位をvn_gとすると、1キャリア周期におけるコモンモード電圧は、vn_g+Vdc0→vn_g+2Vdc0/3→vn_g+Vdc0/3→vn_g→vn_g+Vdc0/3→vn_g+2Vdc0/3→vn_g+Vdc0のように変化する。
【0024】

(Equation 1)
Vc = (vu + vv + vw) / 3 (1)
This neutral point voltage Vc becomes a common mode voltage.

FIG. 14 shows, in order from the top, a DC voltage Vdc applied to the inverter, a common mode voltage (neutral point voltage) Vc, voltage command values vu *, vv *, vw *, and a phase voltage value output from the
[0023]
When the ground potential of the inverter is vn_g, the common mode voltage in one carrier cycle changes from vn_g + Vdc0 → vn_g + 2Vdc0 / 3 → vn_g + Vdc0 / 3 → vn_g → vn_g + Vdc0 / 3 → vn_g + 2Vdc0 / 3 → vn_g + Vdc0.
[0024]
Since the intermediate potential Vn and the ground potential vn_g of the inverter are substantially constant, it can be seen that the common mode voltage changes abruptly by Vdc0 / 3 every time the switching elements T1 to T6 constituting the inverter perform a switching operation. . Such a change in the common mode voltage causes a leakage current, which causes radiation noise affecting other devices and itself.
[0025]
On the other hand, in the motor control device according to the first embodiment, in order to reduce the change in the common mode voltage, when the phase voltage values vu, vv, vw are all at the high level, the DC voltage supply device The DC voltage supplied from the DC

Here, the state in which the phase voltage values vu, vv, vw are all at the High level means that the switching elements T1, T3, T5 constituting the upper arm of the
[0027]
Further, considering the voltage Vdc supplied from the DC power supply to the PWM inverter to Vdc0 and considering each phase voltage value with an intermediate potential of the DC power supply voltage as a reference (ground), for example, the switching element T1 is turned on and the switching element T2 Is off, the U-phase voltage vu becomes + Vdc0 / 2. Conversely, if the switching element T1 is off and the switching element T2 is on, the U-phase voltage vu becomes -Vdc0 / 2. Accordingly, the state of the high level of the phase voltage value described above is a state where the positive voltage is applied, and the low level can be expressed as a state where the negative voltage is applied.

Therefore, when all the phase voltage values vu, vv, vw change from the high state (voltage vector V7) to the other state, and when all the phase voltage values vu, vv, vw are not high, the phase voltage values vu, vv, vw are all high.
