Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the external tool attaching / detaching tool for the sensor shown in FIG. 9 described above, if the shape of the arc-shaped engaging claw 61 is increased to reliably prevent the falling, the resistance when the bottom plate 33 is fitted and locked increases. I was Conversely, if the shape of the arc-shaped engaging claw 61 is reduced in order to easily engage and lock the bottom plate 33, when the operator removes his hand, if the balance of the outer cover attaching / detaching tool is not well-balanced, the fall will occur. There was a greater risk of doing so.
[0008]
In the sensor attachment / detachment tool shown in FIG. 10, when the cross-sectional shape of the support 12 is large, the frictional force between the support 12 and the sensor main body 32 is weakened, and the rod is rotated. Also, there was a risk of idling. Conversely, when the cross-sectional shape of the support 12 is small, the resistance when the support 12 is fitted into the sensor main body 32 is large.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to be able to attach and detach a plurality of types of the sensor main bodies having bottom plates having different outer diameters, and to attach to the sensor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a detector attaching / detaching tool which can be easily engaged, can generate a sufficient transmission torque at the time of attaching / detaching work, and is hardly dropped during the operation.

[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 includes a hard resin or wooden rod 11 and a support 12 made of elastically deformable rubber or soft resin. A substantially cylindrical opening 13 is provided in the upper part of the support body 12, and two engagement steps of a lower engagement step 15 of an upper engagement step 14 are provided on an inner peripheral surface of the opening 13. Thus, the diameter of the side surface of the upper engaging step 14 is larger than the diameter of the side surface of the lower engaging step 15. Also, eight grooves 16a to 16h are provided in the upper peripheral portion of the support 12 in the radial direction, and the upper peripheral portion is equally divided in the circumferential direction, thereby forming eight divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h. are doing. The upper engaging step 14 of each of the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h is provided with a press contact portion 21 and an engaging portion 22 on the upper engaging step 14, and the lower engaging step 15 is provided with a press contact portion 23 and an engaging portion 24 on a side surface thereof. Each of the engaging steps 14 and 15 has a structure in which bottom plates of different sensors having different outer diameters are fitted. Here, in each of the engaging steps 14 and 15, the press contact portions 21, 23 and the engaging portions 22, 24 are provided so as to be alternately adjacent to each other in the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h. Further, as shown in the top view of FIG. 2, each of the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h has a lower engagement with the divided peripheral portions 17a, 17c, 17e and 17g in which the press contact portion 21 is provided on the side surface of the upper engagement step 14. A locking portion 22 protrudes from a side surface of the joint 15, and a locking portion 23 is provided on a side surface of the upper engaging stage 14. Has a pressure contact portion 24 protruding therefrom. For example, as shown in the cross-sectional view of C-O shown in FIG. 4A, the side surface of the lower engaging step 15 of the divided peripheral portion 17a is a circular arc-shaped plate having a thickness of about 2 mm, and the front end side surface is viewed in plan. The locking portion 24 is formed so as to be disposed slightly inside from the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate to be fitted with. Further, a press contact portion 21 circumscribing the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate to be fitted is formed on the side surface of the upper engagement step 14. Here, the upper outer edge of the locking portion 24 is chamfered. Further, as shown in the cross-sectional view of DO in FIG. 4B, the press-contact portions 23 are provided on the side surfaces of the lower engaging step 14 at the divided peripheral portions 17b and 17h adjacent to the divided peripheral portion 17a. The engaging portion 22 is provided on the side surface of the upper engaging step 14 so as to protrude therefrom. The shapes of the press contact portion 23 and the engaging portion 22 are substantially the same as those of the press contact portion 21 and the engaging portion 24.
[0016]
The sensor comprises a base part 31 and a sensor main body 32 as shown in FIG. The base portion 31 is fixed to the ceiling 5 with screws or the like, and the sensor main body 32 is fixed to the base portion 31. As a configuration for fixing the both, as shown in FIG. 7, a male screw 41 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 31 and a female screw 42 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper part of the sensor main body 32. Is screwed. As another configuration, as shown in FIG. 8, a long hole 43 in the rotation direction when the support 11 is attached to the base portion 31, and an insertion hole 44 larger than this at one end of the long hole 43. A plurality of perforations are provided, a locking member 45 is provided at a position of the sensor main body 32 corresponding to the insertion hole 44, and the locking metal member 45 is inserted into the insertion hole 44 and rotated, whereby the sensor main body is rotated. There is a configuration in which 32 is attached to the base portion 31.
[0017]
A sensor (not shown) for sensing heat or smoke is incorporated in the sensor main body 32. Further, the sensor main body 32 is provided with an external cover 34 for preventing dust and the like from entering the sensor from the outside. The outer cover 34 has a cylindrical shape, a circular bottom plate 33 is provided at the lower end, and a vertical frame member 35 integrally formed with the bottom plate and holding the bottom plate 33 in the vertical direction on the side surface; An annular horizontal frame strong member joined to this and reinforced in the horizontal direction is provided. A dust screen 36 is provided inside the outer cover 34.
[0018]
Hereinafter, an operation of removing the sensor main body 32 from the base portion 31 will be described. First, the operator grasps the rod 11 of the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 and stands on the floor below the sensor main body 32. Next, the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 is disposed immediately below the sensor main body 32 such that the opening 13 of the support 12 covers the bottom plate 33 of the sensor main body 32 to be engaged. In this state, the operator pushes up the rod 11 in the vertical direction. In the case of the bottom plate 33 having a small diameter, as shown in the cross-sectional view taken along the line EOF of FIG. 2, the locking portion 24 of the lower engaging step 15 gets over the bottom plate 33 by elastic deformation. As a result, it is hooked on the bottom plate 33. Further, the front end side surfaces of the pair of press-contact portions 23 formed at opposing positions of the side surfaces of the lower engagement step 15 come into contact with the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33, so that the bottom plate 33 is sandwiched from both sides. On the other hand, in the case of the bottom plate 33 having a large diameter, as shown in the cross-sectional view taken along the line EOF of FIG. 33, and is hooked on the bottom plate 33. Further, the front end side surfaces of the pair of press contact portions 21 protruding at the opposing positions of the side surfaces of the upper engagement step 14 come into contact with the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33 to sandwich the bottom plate 33 from both sides. . When the operator rotates the rod 11 in the state in which the support portion 12 and the sensor main body 32 are engaged in this manner, when the operator rotates the rod body 11, the frictional force between the tip side surfaces of the press contact portions 21 and 23 and the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33. Accordingly, the torque of the rod 11 is transmitted, and the sensor main body 32 also rotates without idling. Here, even if the engagement structure between the sensor main body 32 and the base portion 31 is a screw engagement between the female screw 41 and the male screw 42 as shown in FIG. 7, the locking fitting 45 as shown in FIG. Even when the sensor body 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 44, the sensor body 32 is detached from the base portion 31 by rotating the sensor body 32 with the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1. Then, when the worker holds the sensor main body 32 by hand and the worker pulls the rod 11, the engagement between the support portion 12 and the sensor main body 32 is released.
[0019]
Conversely, the operation of attaching the sensor main body 32 to the base portion 31 is as follows. In a state where the sensor main body 32 is previously fitted in the engagement step that matches the diameter of the support 12, the operator grasps the rod 11 and places the sensor main body 32 directly below the base 31 on which the sensor main body 32 is attached to the ceiling 5. To be placed. Here, if the engagement structure between the sensor main body 32 and the base part 31 is as shown in FIG. 7, the sensor main body 32 is rotated by the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 so that both screws are screwed together. Move. In addition, in the case of the one shown in FIG. 8, the detector main body 32 is rotated after the locking fitting 45 is inserted into the insertion hole 44. In this manner, the sensor main body 32 is attached to the base portion 31 by rotating in the opposite direction to the above-described direction. Then, when the worker pulls the rod 11, the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 is released from the sensor main body 32.
[0020]
Here, on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 13 of the support portion 12, two engagement stages having different diameters of an upper engagement stage 14 and a lower engagement stage 15 are provided, and separate sensing stages having different outer diameters are provided. It has a structure in which the container body fits. Therefore, two types of sensors having different outer diameters can be attached and detached by one sensor attaching / detaching tool 1.
[0021]
The tip side surfaces of the press contact portions 21 and 23 of each of the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h are shaped to circumscribe the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33, and the upper portion of the upper outer edge is chamfered. Therefore, the contact friction between the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33 and the press-contact portion 15 when the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 is pushed up is small. The tip side surfaces of the locking portions 22 and 24 are formed so as to be slightly inside the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33. For this reason, the engaging portions 22 and 24 easily get over the bottom plate 33 due to elastic deformation, and are in a state of being hooked on the bottom plate 33. Further, the upper peripheral portion of the support 12 is divided into the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h by the grooves 16a to 16h. With respect to the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h, only one of the pressure contact portions 21, 23 or the locking portions 22, 24 is provided on the side surface of each of the engagement steps 14, 15. Therefore, when the support body 12 and the sensor main body 32 are engaged with each other, the divided peripheral portions 17a to 17h can be elastically deformed independently without much influence from each other. With the above configuration, the support portion 12 of the sensor attaching / detaching tool 1 and the sensor main body 32 can be engaged with a small resistance. Conversely, both can be disengaged with a small resistance.
[0022]
When the support portion 12 and the sensor main body 32 are engaged with each other, the press contact portions 21 and 23 sandwich the bottom plate 33 from the opposing positions of the side surfaces of the engagement steps 14 and 15. Therefore, when the support 12 rotates, a frictional force acts reliably between the two, and the torque is transmitted. Further, when the support 12 rotates, the press contact portions 21 and 23, which are elastic members, are deformed by the frictional force with the outer peripheral end surface of the bottom plate 33, thereby increasing the adhesion between the two and further increasing the frictional force. As a result, torque can be easily transmitted.
[0023]
Further, when the support portion 12 and the sensor main body 32 are engaged, the locking portions 22 and 24 are hooked on the upper surface of the bottom plate 33 even if the operator releases his / her hand. Will not fall. In particular, since the four locking portions 22 and 24 and the press contact portions 21 and 23 are alternately adjacent to each other, the balance in a state where the operator has released his hand is good, and it is difficult to drop.
[0024]
Further, the locking portion 2 is provided on the side surface of the lower engaging step 15 of the divided peripheral portion 17 in which the press contact portion 21 is provided on the side surface of the upper engaging step 14, and the locking portion 22 is provided on the side surface of the upper engaging step 14. A press contact portion 23 is provided on the side surface of the lower engaging step 15 of the divided peripheral portion 17 provided with the pressure contact portion 23. That is, there is no locking portion in both the upper engaging step 14 and the lower engaging step 15 in one divided peripheral portion 17. For this reason, when the support 12 is manufactured using a mold, the step of removing the mold is facilitated, and the productivity is improved.
[0025]
Note that the number of divided peripheral portions having the locking portions and the pressure contact portions of the respective engagement steps may not be eight in total as in the present embodiment. Even if these numbers are small or large, the sensor body can be attached and detached by transmitting torque by rotating the sensor attaching and detaching tool. Further, the number of the locking portions and the number of the press contact portions may not be the same. For example, if the number of projecting locking parts is larger than the number of pressure contact parts, the generated transmission torque will be small, but the balance when the operator releases his hand is good and the sensor attachment / detachment tool is difficult to drop. Can be manufactured. In addition, even if each of the engagement stages is provided with a divided peripheral portion provided with neither a locking portion nor a press-contact portion, the function of the sensor attaching / detaching tool is not significantly reduced. Further, if three or more engagement stages are provided, it is possible to attach and detach various types of sensors having outer diameters corresponding to the number of stages.
[0026]
