TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pile with a large-diameter support plate and a pile head joint structure thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the basic configuration of a pile is determined only from the manufacture and construction of the pile alone, and the part that is not always satisfactory in terms of building the upper structure and the joint structure after the pile is constructed There is. At present, the connection between the pile and the foundation slab to be built on top of the pile uses a pile with an end plate of the same diameter as the outer diameter of the steel pipe, and welds or mechanically joins reinforcing steel to this end plate, or A reinforcing bar is welded and fixed to the steel pipe side surface of the pile head, and the other end of the reinforcing bar is fixed in the foundation slab.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique has the following problems.
[0004]
In recent years, the ultimate strength design that prevents the destruction of buildings in the event of a large earthquake has tended to be adopted in many cases, and in the basic field, the production of reinforced piles using steel pipes and the like that can respond to this and the development of construction methods have been actively performed. I have. However, regarding the connection between the pile and the foundation slab to be built on the pile, since the concrete of the foundation slab has a compressive strength of only about 20 to 30% of the pile, the axial force and bending moment generated in the reinforced pile are reduced. At present, proper design and efficient construction have not been made, as it is difficult to support only the bearing pressure of the foundation slab of the same area as the pile, and it requires a large number of joining reinforcing bars to reinforce it. is there.
[0005]
The method of welding or screwing the reinforcing bar to the upper end of the pile within the outer diameter of the steel pipe is not possible because the core of the reinforcing bar cannot be fixed just above the steel pipe, so the eccentricity between the reinforcing steel and the steel pipe is required. Since a large out-of-plane bending moment is generated, the steel pipe may be bent outward and yield fracture or the foundation slab on the side of the pile head may fail before the reinforcing bar sufficiently exerts the tensile performance.
[0006]
The method of welding the reinforcing bar to the top of the pile within the outer diameter of the steel pipe is to reduce the eccentricity by bringing it closer to the steel pipe. In order to resist the bending moment caused by eccentricity, it is necessary to reinforce the reinforcing bar which requires a great deal of labor and cost, such as fixing the reinforcing steel to the lower surface of the end plate in advance and fixing it to the concrete part of the pile It becomes.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by developing a pile with a large-diameter support plate and a pile head joining structure.
[0008]
【Example】
Here, one embodiment of a pile with a large-diameter support plate and a pile head joining structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows a male screw 13 of a reinforcing bar 12 fixed in a foundation slab, which is screwed onto the upper surface of a pile 2 provided with a large-diameter support plate 5 provided with a female screw 10 according to the first and third aspects of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state where the nut 14 is attached to the support plate 5 by tightening the nut 14. The pile 2 provided with the large-diameter support plate 5 has an outer diameter larger than the steel pipe 3 at the upper end of the steel pipe 3 of the steel pipe-wound concrete pile 2 composed of a steel pipe 3 covering the outside and a concrete section 4 having a hollow section. Shows an example in which a large-diameter support plate 5 provided with a female screw 10 and having substantially the same shape as the inner diameter of the pile 2 and provided with a female screw 10 is positioned directly above the steel pipe 3 and integrated. The female screw 10 is an example in which the female screw 10 penetrating the large-diameter support plate 5 is formed. However, a female screw formed to an intermediate thickness of the large-diameter support plate 5 may be used. When a large number of rebars 12 are attached, female screws 10 are provided on the large-diameter support plate 5 not only directly above the steel pipe 3 but also inside and outside the steel pipe 3. An example is shown in which welding between the large-diameter support plate 5 and the steel pipe 3 is performed by using a backing metal 9, and forming a groove-shaped groove 7 at the end of the steel pipe 3 and performing full penetration welding 8. . A round bar or a deformed bar is used for the reinforcing bar 12 fixed in the base slab. To prevent eccentricity, the male screw 13 of the deformed reinforcing bar 12 is screwed to the female screw 10 provided immediately above the steel pipe 3. An example is shown in which the nut 14 is fastened and fixed to the large-diameter support plate 5. The reinforcing bar 12 may be fixed to the large-diameter pressure plate 5 by screwing the male screw 13 to the female screw 10 without using the nut 14 or by injecting grout material into the screw portion of the female screw 10 and the male screw 13. .

[0011]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which a reinforcing bar 15 fixed in the foundation slab is welded to the upper surface of the pile 1 on which the large-diameter support plate 5 according to the second, fourth and fifth aspects of the present invention is attached. It is a top view. The steel pipe pile 1 to which the large-diameter support plate 5 is attached is integrated with a large-diameter support plate 5 having an outer diameter larger than the steel pipe 3 and an inner diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the steel pipe 3 by welding at the upper end of the steel pipe 3, and An example is shown in which the reinforcing plate 6 is radially arranged on the lower surface of the large-diameter support plate 5 and approximately in the middle between the reinforcing bars 15. In addition, as long as there is no obstacle in the manufacture and construction of the steel pipe pile 1, the plane shape of the large-diameter support plate 5 may adopt a circle instead of a ring. The backing plate 9 is used for welding the large-diameter support plate 5 and the steel pipe 3, and a J-shaped groove 11 is formed at the end of the steel pipe 3 to perform full penetration welding 8. 6 shows an example in which fillet welding is performed on the lower surface of the large-diameter support plate 5 and the side surface of the steel pipe 3. The rebar 15 fixed in the base slab is made of round bar or deformed steel. In order to prevent eccentricity, the core of the steel pipe 3 and the core of the deformed rebar 15 are welded immediately above the steel pipe 3. An example is shown. By arranging the reinforcing bars 15 inside and outside the steel pipe 3, the strength of the pile head joint can be further increased. In addition, there is also a method in which soil cement or concrete is provided on the inside and outside of the steel pipe pile 1 at the site to construct the steel pipe pile 1.

【The invention's effect】
The pile with a large diameter support plate and the pile head joint structure according to the present invention have the following specific effects.
[0014]
Axial forces and bending moments generated on piles are reduced to an appropriate bearing pressure equal to or less than the allowable compressive strength of concrete on the foundation slab through a large-diameter bearing plate with a circular or polygonal shape that uniformly disperses. It is possible to design an economical and high-strength pile head joint.
[0015]
The upper end of the large-diameter support plate can be secured without eccentricity of the reinforcing bar directly above the steel pipe by securing an appropriate end gap, preventing cracking of the steel plate and increasing the eccentricity between the reinforcing bar and the steel pipe. No out-of-plane bending moment is generated, and a steel pipe joint with high seismic resistance can be constructed without bending the steel pipe outward and breaking the foundation slab on the side of the pile head.
[0016]
The reinforcements joining the lower surface of the large-diameter support plate and the side of the steel pipe can transmit the axial force and bending moment generated on the pile not only from the upper surface of the steel tube but also from the side of the steel tube to the foundation slab via the large-diameter support plate. It becomes possible.
