住宅等の建物の開口部を開閉するドアとして、縦框材と横框材とを矩形枠状に組立て、この矩形枠の内側に面材(鏡板)をはめ込む形式のドアが知られている。このようなドアの一例として、特許文献1に記載のものが知られている。この特許文献1では縦框材と横框材とを矩形枠状に組立てるとともに、縦框材と横框材に連なる嵌合孔を形成し、該嵌合孔に跨り嵌入されるやといざねをもって結合一体化せしめることで、縦框材と横框材とを接合している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のドアでは、縦框材と横框材とはそれぞれ合板や角材等の中実な材料で形成されている。そこで、材料コストや框材の重量軽減を目的として、縦框材および横框材を、例えば樹脂による押出成形で中空に形成することが考えられるが、この場合、縦框材と横框材に連なる嵌合孔を形成した場合、框材が中空であるので、嵌合孔の深さが浅くなって十分でなく、このため、やといざねが嵌合孔にしっかりと嵌入できず、よって、縦框材と横框材とを確実に接合し難いという問題ある。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、中空の縦框材と横框材とを確実に接合することができるドア構造を提供することを課題としている。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、例えば図1〜図6に示すように、ドア1の外周部を構成する縦框材2と横框材3とを直角に接合してなるドア構造であって、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1(a)、(b)にそれぞれ示すように、本発明に係るドア構造を備えたドア1は、格子入板戸であり、2本の縦框材2と2本の横框材3とを矩形枠状に組立てた枠体4の内側に格子状に面材5をはめ込んだ構造となっている。ここで、図1(a)に示すドアは面材5が合板で形成されたものであり、図1(b)に示すドアは面材5がガラス板で形成されたものである。

前記縦框材2と横框材3とは、それぞれセルロース系微粉粒と樹脂とを混合して押出成形した中空材で形成されており、内部にはそれぞれ複数の中空部2a…,3a…を有している。縦框材2と横框材3とは、縦框材2かちとなるように、直角に接合されている。つまり、縦框材2の端部側面に、横框材3の端面が接合部材6を介して接合されている。

一方、縦框材2の側面には凹溝12が上下方向に沿って形成されている。この凹溝12は接合部材6の凸条10が嵌合するものであり、断面矩形状に形成されている。また、凹溝12の対向する内側面には、それぞれ細かい多数の突起が凹溝12の長手方向に延在するようにして形成されている。
そして、縦框材2の凹溝12に、凸条10が嵌合しており、この状態において、凹溝12の側面の突起が、凸条10の側面の突起間に係合することによって凹溝12と凸条10の嵌合が強固なものとなっている。

さらに、前記凸条10の先端面には二つの係止部11,11が上下に所定間隔離間して設けられている。この係止部11は、図4(a)、(C)に示すように4つの係止爪11aによって構成されており、これら係止爪11aは外側に向けて先開きの状態となっている。係止爪11aは開いた状態から内側に弾性的に撓み可能となっており、係止爪の11aの先端部には、先端に向かうに従って漸次内側に傾斜する傾斜面11bが形成されている。

また、係止爪11aの先端部に形成されている傾斜面11cは、係止部11が孔13に挿入される際に、孔13の入口縁部によって押されて、係止爪11aを内側に押圧し始める、つまり、係止部11を縮径し始める際のガイドとなる。

なお、嵌合部8,9を中空部3a,3aに挿入する際に、嵌合部8,9の外面または中空部3a,3aの内壁面に接着剤を塗布しておき、この接着剤によって嵌合部8,9を中空部3a,3aの内壁面に接着固定しもよい。

また、接合部材6の凸条10を縦框材2の凹溝12にはめ込む際に、凹溝12の側面の突起が、凸条10の側面の突起間に係合することによって凹溝12と凸条10の嵌合が強固なものとなる。なお、凸条10を凹溝12にはめ込む際に、凸条10の外面または凹溝12の内壁面に接着剤を塗布しておき、この接着剤によって凸条10を凹溝12の内壁面に接着固定しもよい。
