<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functionalization device of a bathroom, facilitating repairing and replacement with a substitute part when a functional device built in a box-shaped case breaks down, and replacement with the latest functional device. <P>SOLUTION: The functionalization device of a bathroom includes: a pair of ladder-like frames 8, 9 disposed opposite to each other on the bathroom side 1 and the adjacent room side 3 through penetrating holes provided in a wall body partitioning between the bathroom and the adjacent room and connected to each other; and a cylindrical box-shaped case 11 removably provided in an opening part between the upper and lower horizontal frames of the ladder-like frames 8, 9 position on the bathroom side 1 or the adjacent room side 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

本発明は、収納スペースや空調機器等の各種機能ユニットの組み込み用として使用する浴室の機能化装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
浴室と洗面脱衣室との間の壁に設けた貫通穴にニッチパネルを設置して、このニッチパネル内を収納スペースや空調機器などを組み込んで使用するリフォーム装置が知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

しかし、従来の技術で述べた装置のパネルは、所定の大きさに区画した収納スペースを予めパネル自体に形成してこれに空調機器等を組み込む構造であり、収納スペースの大きさ、組み込む空調機器等の機能を一旦選択してこれを施工してしまうと、施工後において他の機能を有する機器への変更が困難となる。
すなわち、一般的に浴室そのものあるいは浴室ユニットの耐用年数はパネルに組み込まれる空調機器等の耐用年数に比べて長く、パネル施工後においてパネルに組み込まれた機器が故障した場合にこれの修理又は代品との交換が必要となるが、パネルへの組み込み形状、寸法が同一の代品機器を確保することは難しく、また、特にテレビやオーディオ機器のように技術開発が盛んなパネル組み込み機器を最新の機器に変更する場合においても、パネルへの組み込み形状、寸法が同一の最新の機器にすることはきわめて困難であるからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、組み込まれた機能機器の故障時における修理や代品への交換、最新の機能機器への交換を容易とした浴室の機能化装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は次のものに関する。
（１）浴室と隣室とを仕切る壁体に設けた貫通穴を介して浴室側と隣室側に対向して配設され互いに連結される一対の梯子状フレームと、上記浴室側又は隣室側に位置する梯子状フレームの上下の横フレーム間の開口部に取り外し可能に設けられる筒形の箱状ケースとを備える浴室の機能化装置。
（２）筒形の箱状ケースが、角筒形の胴体部と、胴体部の一方側の端部外縁に嵌合し浴室側の梯子状フレームに固定される浴室側フランジ部と、胴体部の他方側の端部外縁に嵌合し隣室側の梯子状フレームに固定される隣室側フランジ部とからなる上記（１）記載の浴室の機能化装置。
（３）筒形の箱状ケースの断面が、正方形である上記（１）又は（２）記載の浴室の機能化装置。
（４）筒形の箱状ケースの浴室側の開口と隣室側の開口のいずれか一方又は両方を覆って扉が設けられる上記（１）〜（３）のいずれかに記載の浴室の機能化装置。
（５）壁パネルと壁パネルとの間に柱フレームが立設され、この柱フレームに上記壁パネルの側端部を嵌め込んで接続する浴室ユニットからなる浴室であって、浴室側の梯子状フレームを、梯子状フレームの側端部に備えるフランジを前記柱フレームに嵌め込んで取付ける上記（１）〜（４）のいずれかに記載の浴室の機能化装置。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明において、浴室側と隣室側とに対向して配設する一対の梯子状フレームのうち浴室側の梯子状フレームは、浴室と隣室との間仕切壁などの壁体に設けた貫通穴の部分に浴室側の壁面と略面一となるように配置し、隣室側の梯子状フレームは隣室の室内側に配置して、浴室側と隣室側の梯子状フレーム同士は連結部材により連結され、梯子状フレームの左右の縦フレーム間に横方向に走設する上下の横フレーム間の開口部に筒形の箱状ケースを差し込んで、浴室側と隣室側との一対の梯子状フレーム間に、収納スペース又は機能機器を組み込むための筒形の箱状ケースが配置される。

筒形の箱状ケースは、角筒形の胴体部と、浴室側フランジ部と、隣室側フランジ部とで構成し、胴体部の両端を浴室側の梯子状フレームに固定する浴室側フランジ部と隣室側の梯子状フレームに固定する隣室側フランジ部とで挟み込んで嵌合する構造とし、浴室側の梯子状フレームと隣室側の梯子状フレームとの連結部材による組み立ての際に奥行き方向寸法に組立誤差があった場合にも、箱状ケースの組み立て時に胴体部と浴室側フランジ部又は隣室側フランジ部との嵌合部の差し込み寸法を調整することにより、一対の梯子状フレームの前記組み立て寸法誤差を吸収できるようにするのが好ましい。

上記筒形の箱状ケースの交換や箱状ケース内に組み込んだ空調機器等の機能ユニットの故障時の修理又は代品への交換の際は、梯子状フレームに固定された箱状ケースの浴室側フランジ部及び隣室側フランジ部を取り外し、角筒形の胴体部を横フレーム間の開口部から抜き出す。

浴室内でのシャワー使用による飛散水などによって収納スペースとしての箱状ケース内に収納したタオルや衣類などが濡れることがないように、箱状ケースの浴室側の開口には扉を設けるようにするのが好ましい。

なお、本発明による機能化装置を、壁パネル間に立設する柱フレームに壁パネルの側端部を嵌め込んで接続する構造とした浴室ユニットからなる浴室に適用する場合には、本発明の機能化装置における浴室側の梯子状フレームを上記浴室ユニットにおける壁パネルと同一の接続方法で柱フレームに取り付けるようにすることで、施工作業が簡単にできるようにするのが好ましい。

【実施例】
以下、本発明による浴室の機能化装置の実施例について、図１乃至図５を参照して具体的に説明する。
図１は本発明の機能化装置を適用する浴室ユニットからなる浴室の設置状態の斜視図、図２は本発明の機能化装置における梯子状フレームを設置した状態の浴室ユニットの斜視図、図３は本発明による機能化装置を設置した状態の浴室ユニットの斜視図である。
図１において、浴室ユニットからなる浴室は、床パネル３と天井パネル４の間に柱フレーム５が立設して配設され、床パネル３、天井パネル４と柱フレーム５からなる開口部に、壁パネル６、出入口ドア７が嵌め込まれる。
図１中に示す浴室ユニットからなる浴室の浴室側１と洗面室等の隣室側２とを仕切る建て屋の間仕切壁及び浴室ユニットの壁パネル６には浴室側１と隣室側２とが連通するように予め貫通孔を設け、この貫通孔を介して図２に示すように、浴室側１に位置する梯子状フレーム８と隣室側２に位置する梯子状フレーム９とからなる一対の梯子状フレームを対向して配置する。

図２に示す一対の梯子状フレーム８，９は其々同じ上下間隔で横方向に走設する横フレーム８ｂ，９ｂを備えており、浴室側の梯子状フレーム８における上下の横フレーム８ｂ，８ｂ間の開口部に、図３に示すように箱状ケース１１を取り外しできるように差し込んで装着する。
なお、図３に示す実施例においては、浴室の収納スペース１５として使用する部分の箱状ケース１１には開口を覆って扉１２を設け、上方に位置する部分の箱状ケース１１には浴室暖房機１４を組み込み、その他の機能ユニットを設置する予備スペースとしての箱状ケース１１の開口は、必要に応じて取り外しできるように閉塞部材１３で閉塞した。

次に、上述した一対の梯子状フレーム８，９及び箱状ケース１１の詳細な構成について図３中のＡ−Ａ断面図である図４を参照して説明すると、浴室側の梯子状フレーム８は側端部に備えるフランジ８ａを、浴室ユニットの壁パネル６が嵌め込まれた柱フレーム５に嵌め込んで取り付け、この浴室側の梯子状フレーム８と隣室側の梯子状フレーム９とを対向するように連結部材１０で連結する。
図３で示した箱状ケース１１は、角筒形の胴体部１１ａ、浴室側１の梯子状フレーム８に固定する浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ、隣室側２の梯子状フレーム９に固定する隣室側フランジ部１１ｃとで構成し、胴体部１１ａの両端外縁に浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ及び隣室側フランジ部１１ｃを嵌合し、浴室側フランジ部１１ｂを浴室側１の梯子状フレーム８に螺子を使用して固定し、隣室側フランジ部１１ｃを隣室側２の梯子状フレーム９に螺子を使用して固定することにより、箱状ケース１１を図２に示した浴室側及び隣室側の梯子状フレーム８，９に備える上下の横フレーム８ｂ，８ｂ及び９ｂ，９ｂ間の開口に取り外し可能に保持する。
図４において、箱状ケース１１の浴室側１の開口には扉１２を設けた。
なお、上記のように箱状ケース１１の胴体部１１ａ両端を浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ及び隣室側フランジ部１１ｃで挟み込む構造とし、胴体部１１ａと浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ及び隣室側フランジ１ｃとの嵌合部の差し込み寸法を調整することにより、浴室側の梯子状フレーム８と隣室側の梯子状フレーム９とを組み立てたときの奥行き方向寸法の組立て誤差が吸収できるようにした。

図３中のＢ−Ｂ断面図である図５に示すように、箱状ケースの浴室側の開口と隣室側の開口との両開口を閉塞部材１１，１１で閉塞する。
閉塞部材１１，１１で閉塞したこの部位は、浴室に設ける機能化装置の設置場所が浴室に設置される浴槽に面して浴槽により隠蔽されてしまう場合、又は予備スペースとして使用する。
なお、予備スペースとする場合には、必要に応じ閉塞部材１１を取り外して他の機能ユニットを設置することができるようにする。

図３及び図４に示したように浴室側から収納スペース１５として使用する箱状ケース１１の浴室側の開口に扉１２を設けることで、浴室内でシャワーを使用した場合でもシャワーの飛散水などにより収納スペース１５に収納したタオルや衣類が濡れたり汚れたりすることがない。

上記で説明した箱状ケース１１は開口を前面側としたときの縦断面が正方形となるように形成して、浴室側又は隣室側の梯子状フレーム８，９における上下の横フレーム間の開口部に、９０度、あるいは１８０度回転させて設けることができるようにした。
これにより箱状ケース１１の浴室側の開口を覆って設けられる扉１２の開閉方向を右開き、左開き及び上下の４方向への開閉が可能となり、扉１２の回転軸を箱状ケース１１の下側に水平に設けて扉１２の開閉角度を９０度に規制することで、扉１２を開状態で置き台に使用することも可能となるようにした。

なお、実施例では、箱状ケース１１の浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ及び隣室側フランジ部１１ｃの両方とも胴体部１１ａと同様の開口を有する形状として、収納スペース１５（図３参照）となる箱状ケース１１の浴室側、隣室側の両方の開口に扉１２を設けるようにしたが、これに限らず、扉１２は浴室側１又は隣室側２のいずれか一方に設けるようにするか、浴室側フランジ部１１ｂ又は隣室側フランジ部１１ｃのいずれか一方を開口のない板状のフランジ部とすることも可能である。

また、図３に示す実施例では上方の箱状ケース１１に機能機器として浴室暖房機１４を組み込んだが、浴室暖房機等の空調機器に限定されることはなく、浴室あるいは隣室に必要な機能であれば、テレビジョンやラジオ等の映像音響機器、ごみ箱、電話やインターフォン等を適宜組込むことが可能であり、例えば、浴室１側にスピーカ、隣室２側に市販のＣＤプレーヤー等の音声出力を接続するための音声入力端子、電源コンセント、ＣＤプレーヤー等の収納スペース１５とすることも可能である。

さらに実施例では、浴室側と隣室側とに対向して配設する一対の梯子状フレーム８，９における水平方向に走設する横フレーム８ｂ及び９ｂ（図２参照）をそれぞれ上下方向等間隔に設け、両側の縦フレームと横フレームにより形成される開口の形状が略正方形となるようにしたが、これに限らず、横フレーム８ｂ及び９ｂは適宜外すことができるようにして、鉛直方向の寸法を箱状ケース１１の整数倍とした機能ユニット、例えば、複数の噴射口を設けた全身シャワーユニット等を組み込むことができるようにすることも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明による浴室の機能化装置は、浴室と隣室とを仕切る壁体に設けた貫通穴を介して浴室側と隣室側に対向して配設され互いに連結される一対の梯子状フレームと、浴室側又は隣室側に位置する梯子状フレームの上下の横フレーム間の開口部に取り外し可能に設けられる筒形の箱状ケースとを備えており、浴室と隣室との間の壁体部分に配置する箱状ケース内の活用により浴室に収納スペースや空調機器等の機能ユニットを設けることができるとともに、箱状ケースは梯子状フレームの開口部に取り外し可能に設けているため、箱状ケースを取り外すことで居住人数の変化、年齢による必要機能の変化等の生活環境の変化に対応した機能ユニットに簡単に交換することができ、また、浴室に対して耐用年数の短い機能機器の故障時に、修理や代品への交換が容易に行える。
