本発明は、名札やIDカード、携帯電話等を首から吊り下げて使用する際に利用される懸吊具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、名札を取り付けるピンで服に孔が開くといった問題も生じず、また、名札をクリップで取り付けるためのポケット等が不要であり着る服を選ばないなどの理由から、名札やIDカード等を取り付けて首等から吊り下げて使用するタイプの懸吊具が使用されるようになってきている。そして、このようなタイプの懸吊具には、使用者が首から吊り下げる際に使用する懸吊ひもに被懸吊体である名札等を取り付けるための連結装置を設けている。この連結装置としては、例えば、前記懸吊ひもを通すリング部及び被懸吊体を挟むクリップ等を具備し、このリング部に前記懸吊ひもを通すと共に、前記クリップにより名札を挟持させて前記懸吊ひもと被懸吊体である名札を連結するものが挙げられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前記構成の連結装置では、前記懸吊ひもを前記リング部に通して連結しているだけであるため、この連結装置に対して懸吊ひもが、ずれてしまう。従って、例えば当該懸吊ひもに、この懸吊ひもに対して不意の張力がかかった際には懸吊ひものループ状態を解除し使用者の首を絞めてしまわないような安全装置などを取り付けたとしても、この安全装置を好適な位置に維持することができないなどの不具合が生じる。また、前述のようなずれを防止するためには別体の金属製のかしめ具等を用いなければならなかった。

そこで、本発明は上記課題に着目してなされたものであり、前記被懸吊体を取り付ける取付部材を有し、この取付部材を用いて被懸吊体を懸吊ひもに連結する連結装置において、前記懸吊ひもにより形成したループ部分を引っ掛ける引掛部材と、この引掛部材との間に前記懸吊ひものループ部分を挟持する挟持部材とを具備し、懸吊ひもに対して張力をかけた際に、この懸吊ひもを前記引掛部材及び挟持部材に圧接させた状態で保持させることを特徴とする。

以上の構成により、簡易な構成にて前記懸吊ひものずれを防止することができ、例えば安全装置などを設けた場合にも、かかる安全装置を使用者に対して好適な位置に保持したまま懸吊具を使用することができる。

本願発明の懸吊具Bは、図1に示すように、使用者が被懸吊体である名札ケースAなどを首から吊り下げて使用する際に利用されるものであり、首にかけるための懸吊ひも1と、この懸吊ひも1の長さを調節する懸吊ひも調節機構2と、前記懸吊ひも1を名札ケースAに連結する連結装置3と、この懸吊ひも1に対して一定以上の張力がかかった際に、この懸吊ひも1のループ状態を解除する安全装置4とを具備してなる。

以下、各構成を詳述する。

名札ケースAは、合成樹脂等にて平板状に形成された正面視略矩形状のクリアケースであり、内部に名札等を収納可能としているものである。

懸吊ひも1は、その長手方向と直交する方向に略矩形状の断面を有する平織り等で形成した扁平なひもであり、図1に示すように、使用者が、当該懸吊具Bを首から吊り下げられるようにしたものである。

そして、本実施の形態の懸吊具Bは前記懸吊ひも1の長さを調節する懸吊ひも調節機構2を有している。

この懸吊ひも調節機構2は、図2に示すように、合成樹脂等にて一体に成型されるもので、前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11を一端側に延出させて当該懸吊ひも1の第一の重合部分13を包み持つ包持部材21と、前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11を係止させた状態で前記懸吊ひも1が当該包持部材21から抜け落ちるのを防止する抜止部材22と、この抜止部材22に前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11が密着するのを防止する密着防止手段23とを具備している。

包持部材21は、図2乃至図5に示すように、前後壁21a、21b及び左右側壁21c、21dにて形成された筒状のものであり、その内包に懸吊ひも1の第一の重合部分13を略緊密な状態に包持可能な程度に開孔する挿通孔21eを形成し、この挿通孔21e内に前記懸吊ひも1をスライドできるようにしている。そして、第一のループ部分11を形成する懸吊ひも1の第一の重合部分13を包み持つと共に、前記挿通孔21eの一端側から、前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11を延出させている。更に、この包持部材21の前後外側面には、図3に示すように突起271を有する持ち手部27を具備し、使用者が、当該懸吊ひも調節機構2を握持し易いようにしている。

抜止部材22は、図4に示すように、前記包持部材21を基端22aとすると共に、先端22bを自由端として片持ち的に形成されているものであり、前記懸吊ひも1を係止する係止要素221と、この係止要素221を前記包持部材21に支持させる支持要素222とを具備し、図6に示すように、前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11を係止して前記懸吊ひも1が当該包持部材21から抜け落ちるのを防止している。また、この抜止部材22の先端部と前記包持部材21とを、懸吊ひも1の厚みと略同程度に離間させて当該懸吊ひも1を通過させる通過口24を形成し、この通過口24に前記包持部材21から延出する第一のループ部分11を通過させて、抜止部材22の先端側から懸吊ひも1を引っ掛けることができるようにしている。

係止要素221は、前記包持部材21と、この包持部材21から延出する懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11との間に位置し、前記挿通孔21eの上方に当該挿通孔21eの開口を横架する状態に設けられるもので、使用者が、懸吊ひも調節機構2を用いて、最も前記第一のループ部分11の長さを短くして使用者の首にかける懸吊ひも1の長さを長く調節した状態で、前記懸吊ひも1の第一のループ部分11を係止するものである。
支持要素222は、前記係止要素221と直交する状態に当該係止要素221から前記包持部材21側に屈曲させて、前記包持部材21の側壁上面に連続する状態に一体に形成されているものである。

また、この懸吊ひも調節機構2は、前記懸吊ひも1のループ部分を、前記抜止部材22の係止位置に向けて誘導する、つまり前記抜止部材22に係止する方向に誘導するガイド部25を備えて、前記懸吊ひも1が、前記抜止部材22に係止され易くすると共に、懸吊ひも1の滑り止め部26を設け、懸吊ひも調節機構2を好適な位置に維持できるようにしている。

第一の本体部材3Aは、合成樹脂等にて一体に成型されるものであり、前後壁3a、3b及び左右側壁3c、3dとを具備し、その内方に懸吊ひも1が挿通する挿通孔21eを形成している。また、後壁3bの裏面から突出する係合部37を、第二の本体部材3Bに開口する被係合部36に相対回転可能に係合させて、この第一の本体部材3Aと第二の本体部材3Bを相対回転可能としているものである。
また、その上端部に、前記前後壁3a、3b及び左右側壁3c、3dとから構成される束ね部33を設け、図11に示すように、懸吊ひも1の第二のループ部分12を一端側に延出させて当該懸吊ひも1の第二の重合部分14を束ねられるようにしている。また、図13,14に示すように、この束ね部33を構成する左側壁3dに上端に向けて開口する切り欠け部33aを設けて懸吊ひも1を当該連結装置3に取り付けやすくしている。具体的に懸吊ひも1をこの連結装置3に取り付ける工程を説明すると、図10に示すように、まず背面視において懸吊ひも1を挿入方向、つまり懸吊ひも1の取付姿勢に対して傾斜させた状態で第二のループ部分12を当該束ね部33に挿入して、右側壁3cに設けた開口から一部を突出させながら第二のループ部分12を引掛部材31側に延出させる。その後、片持ち的に設けた引掛部材31の先端31bから当該第二のループ部分12を引っ掛ける。

取付部材35は、図12に示すように、弾性変形可能な弾性片351を有し、この弾性片351の前面に名札ケースAを挟持する挟持側に突出する係止爪351a及びこの係止爪351aを反挟持側に離間させる押出部351bを具備している。そして、この押出部351bを押して弾性片351を後方に弾性変形させた状態で、名札ケースAの上端を取付部材35に挿入する構成としている。そしてその後、弾性片351の押圧を解除して保有弾力で復帰させ名札ケースAに設けた開口部A1に前記係止爪351aを係止させると共に、前記前後壁35a、35b間に名札ケースAを挟持させて取り付けている。

また、この懸吊具Bには、懸吊ひも1に不意の張力がかかった際に、使用者の首を絞めてしまわないように、安全装置4が取り付けられている。

なお、本発明における構成は、以上説明したものに限定されないのは勿論である。例えば、前記密着防止手段23は、前記抜止部材22に凹部を設けることにより構成しても良い。また、前記抜止部材22を軟質部材により構成し、前記第一のループ部分11を持つ際に当該抜止部材22を凹ませて摘み空間232を形成して密着を防止することも考えられる。更に、本実施の形態においては、前記包持部材21が前後左右側壁21a、21b、21c、21dにより閉塞した筒状をなしているが、一部に開放部を有していてもよい。また、本実施の形態においては、連結装置3を第一の本体部材3Aと第二の本体部材3Bとの別体にて構成しているが、合成樹脂等にて一体に成型してもよい。加えて、本実施の形態においては、被懸吊体を名札ホルダAとしているが、ICカードの他、携帯電話などを懸吊することもできる。その他の構成も本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形が可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、前記被懸吊体を取り付ける取付部材を有し、この取付部材を用いて被懸吊体を懸吊ひもに連結する連結装置において、前記懸吊ひもにより形成したループ部分を引っ掛ける引掛部材と、この引掛部材との間に前記懸吊ひものループ部分を挟持する挟持部材とを具備し、懸吊ひもに対して張力をかけた際に、この懸吊ひもを前記引掛部材及び挟持部材に圧接させた状態で保持させることを特徴とする。これにより、簡易な構成にて前記懸吊ひものずれを防止することができ、例えば安全装置などを設けた場合にも、かかる安全装置を使用者に対して好適な位置に保持したまま懸吊具を使用することができる。
