Abstract
Description
【0001】

The present invention relates to a cogeneration system that operates a gas engine generator or a fuel cell generator using city gas, LP gas, or the like, generates electricity, and uses heat generated as a by-product for heating hot water of a hot-water storage type. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, after construction of an air conditioner or at the time of test operation, air bleeding by injecting water is usually performed by a water injection program. As an air bleeding method using such a water injection program, for example, there is a method disclosed in
[0003]
However, in the method of bleeding air for the air conditioner disclosed in
[0004]
In addition, as a cogeneration system, a gas engine generator or a fuel cell generator is operated using city gas, LP gas, etc. to generate electricity, and heat generated as a by-product is used for heating hot water of a storage type. (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-379405). [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique has the following problems.
(1) In the conventional water injection air bleeding method, it is necessary for an operator to confirm the completion of the air bleeding by a sound of air bubble discharge or the like. Since it is difficult to determine the point of time when punching was completed, there was a problem that the working efficiency was poor.
(2) The conventional method of bleeding air has a problem that the water injection operation is completed before the air in the circulating system has sufficiently escaped, and the reliable bleeding of air cannot be performed.
(3) In the conventional water injection air bleeding method, even if the air bleeding in the hot water storage tank or the circulation system is completed in a short time, the water injection operation does not end until a certain time elapses. Therefore, there is a problem that energy saving and workability are lacking.
(4) In the conventional water injection air bleeding method, when water bleeding is performed in a cogeneration system having a plurality of circulation systems together with a hot water storage tank, air is likely to remain in the hot water storage tank and the piping of the circulation system, and reliable air bleeding is performed. Cannot be performed.
(5) In the cogeneration system filed by the present applicant, water that has passed through the circulation system at the time of water injection can be discharged from the hot water path to the bathtub through the bath reheating system, so that a separate drain port and the like are additionally provided. Although it is not necessary to install it, the water injection air can be vented with the existing system, but the inlet side is connected to the water supply port and the outlet side is equipped with a hot water storage tank connected to the hot water path via the circulation system, and water is injected into the circulation system If water is to be injected into the hot water storage tank beforehand, the hot water storage tank is pressurized from the water supply port by tap water, etc., and the water filling valve is opened to start water injection. It is necessary to pay attention because the air injected into the bathtub etc. in a state where it is compressed by tap water pressure and the water injected with the compressed air vigorously jets, and it is arranged in the circulation system There is a possibility that the amount sensor damaged idles at a high speed by passage of the air compressed, improvement has been desired.
(6) In the cogeneration system filed by the present applicant, an automatic air release valve is provided at a position where the air discharged from the hot water storage tank in the circulation system passes in order to safely release the compressed air in the hot water storage tank. Although the air was bleeding out, if the water pressure applied to the water supply port was a high pressure of about 370 kPa, the compressed air also became high pressure and exceeded the allowable pressure of the automatic air bleeding valve. It had been.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and prevents the flow sensor from running at high speed and being damaged by air compressed with tap water or air mixed with water at the start of water injection and at the time of water injection, and Water can be injected into the hot water storage tank in a short period of time while preventing it from squirting into the bath tub, and the completion of water injection into the hot water storage tank is automatically determined, and air bleeding by reliable water injection with no residual air can be performed. An object of the present invention is to provide a cogeneration system that can perform the cogeneration system.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a cogeneration system of the present invention has the following configuration.
[0008]
A cogeneration system according to
[0009]
With this configuration, the following operation is provided.
(1) While adjusting the opening degree of the hot water proportional valve so that none of the values obtained from one or more flow sensors disposed in the circulation system on the outflow side of the hot water storage tank or the hot water filling path exceed a predetermined value. It can be opened gradually and water can be injected into the hot water storage tank while discharging the air in the hot water storage tank to the bath tub through the bath reheating system. It is excellent in durability without being damaged by idling.
(2) At the start of water injection and at the time of water injection, the air compressed and the water injected by the tap water are gradually discharged, so that the air or water does not squirt into the bathtub and the jetted water flows around. Excellent usability without scattering.
[0010]
Here, the control device adjusts the opening of the hot water
Water injection into the hot water storage tank is started by inputting a signal to start water injection to the control device by turning on an operation unit such as a remote controller or a test run switch provided on a base of the control device. When water injection is started, the control device opens a water filling valve provided in the water filling path and drains water injected from the water supply port to the bathtub. Before starting water injection, it is necessary to open a valve or the like of a water supply port so that water flows into a hot water storage tank by tap water pressure of a water supply connected to the water supply port.
[0011]
The cogeneration system according to
[0012]
With this configuration, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation of the first aspect.
(1) By adjusting the opening of the hot water proportional valve so that the value obtained from the water supply flow rate sensor becomes the maximum allowable value, the amount of incoming water from the water supply port is maximized within the allowable range. Injecting water into the hot water storage tank in a short time.
[0013]
Here, as the allowable maximum value, the maximum value of the allowable flow rate set in the water supply flow rate sensor or the like is used. In addition, it is preferable that the maximum value allowed for ensuring safety is set lower than the maximum value of the allowable flow rate of the feedwater flow sensor.
When the value obtained from the filling water flow sensor disposed on the filling water path is large, that is, when a flow rate equal to or more than a predetermined flow rate is detected, the water supply flow rate is small even if the value obtained from the water supply flow rate sensor is small. Adjust the opening of the hot water proportional valve so that the amount of water entering from the mouth does not increase. If the value obtained from the filling water flow rate sensor is small, that is, if a flow rate exceeding a certain predetermined flow rate is not detected, obtain from the water supply flow rate sensor. The opening of the hot water proportional valve is adjusted so that the value obtained becomes the maximum allowable value. Thereby, water can be injected by maximizing the amount of incoming water from the water supply port within a range where the flow rate sensor provided on the outflow side of the hot water storage tank such as the hot water filling flow sensor is not broken.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the cogeneration system according to the first or second aspect, the cogeneration system further includes a filling water flow sensor disposed in the filling water path, and the control device includes the water supply flow sensor. If the value obtained from the hot water filling flow sensor is the same as the value obtained from the hot water filling flow sensor, it is determined that water injection into the hot water storage tank is completed.
[0015]
With this configuration, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation of the first or second aspect. (1) When the passing water entrains the air, the hot water filling flow sensor detects a value larger than the actual flow rate of the water because the pressurized air passes, or the air enters the circulation pump. As a result, the circulating pump idles and thus shows a value smaller than the actual flow rate of water, and thus does not show an accurate flow rate. Therefore, the value obtained from the feed water flow rate sensor (the amount of water input from the water supply port) and the filling flow rate If the value obtained from the sensor (the amount discharged to the bathtub) is the same, it is determined that the water injection into the hot water storage tank has been completed, so that it is possible to accurately determine the completion of water injection, and to ensure that there is no residual air. It is possible to perform the injection air bleeding and the like without wasteful water injection.
[0016]
The cogeneration system according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the cogeneration system according to the third aspect, wherein the at least one circulation system and at least one on-off valve disposed in each of the circulation systems are provided. The control device, after judging that the water injection into the hot water storage tank is completed, sequentially opens and closes the on-off valves arranged in the circulation system to inject water into the two or more circulation systems for each system. Sequentially.
[0017]
With this configuration, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation of the third aspect.
(1) By sequentially opening and closing the on-off valves provided in each of the two or more circulation systems, the water injection into the two or more circulation systems can be performed sequentially for each system. Air is unlikely to remain and water injection can be reliably vented.
(2) It is possible to perform water injection cleaning in which foreign substances remaining in the piping of the circulation system and foreign substances such as dust caught in valves such as an on-off valve disposed in the circulation system are discharged together with water and air. It is possible to prevent the performance from being lowered due to the biting of dust.
[0018]
Here, the circulation system forms a predetermined circulation path by opening and closing a predetermined valve in the system, and also through a part of the circulation system from a water supply port to a drainage path or a discharge side of a bath reheating system or the like. Form a communicating path. For example, by opening the on-off valve provided in the circulation system, the water can be drained from the water supply port to the bathtub through the circulation system, the hot water path, the bath reheating system, and in this case, the water supply port is disposed in the hot water path. When the water filling valve is closed and the circulation pump disposed in the circulation system is driven, water injected into the circulation system can be circulated in the circulation system by the circulation pump.
Further, two or more circulation systems may have lines shared with each other. If the on-off valve is provided on a shared line, the on-off valve is preferably provided on an independent line so that water can be injected into only one of the respective circulation systems.
[0019]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the cogeneration system according to the fourth aspect, the control device opens the on-off valve of one of the circulation systems, and after a lapse of a predetermined time, the circulation device to be subjected to the next water injection. The on-off valve of the system is configured to open.
[0020]
With this configuration, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation of the fourth aspect.
(1) After the on-off valve of one circulation system is opened and water injection into the circulation system is performed, the operation automatically shifts to water injection into the next circulation system after a predetermined time has elapsed, so that water injection into a large number of circulation systems is automatically performed. In addition, it can be performed in a short time and is excellent in labor saving.
[0021]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the cogeneration system according to the fourth or fifth aspect, the cogeneration system further includes a circulation pump disposed in the circulation system, and the control device performs the water injection for all the circulation systems. After that, the circulation pump is driven to circulate water in the circulation system, and the circulation system is controlled based on a value obtained by an auxiliary heat source flow sensor disposed in the circulation system on the outflow side of the hot water storage tank. It has a configuration to determine the completion of water injection air removal or water injection cleaning.
[0022]
With this configuration, in addition to the function of
(1) The circulation pump is driven to circulate water in the circulation system, and the flow rate of the circulating water is detected by the auxiliary heat source flow sensor. At this time, if air remains in the circulation system, the auxiliary heat source flow sensor detects the flow rate. Since the obtained value is not constant, it is possible to reliably perform air bleeding and cleaning of the system by judging the completion of water injection or water cleaning based on the value obtained by the auxiliary heat source flow sensor, Completion of air bleeding and cleaning can be automatically determined.
[0023]
Here, a plurality of circulation pumps and auxiliary heat source flow rate sensors may be provided in each of the two or more circulation systems, or may be arranged in a line shared by the two or more circulation systems.
[0024]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the cogeneration system according to the sixth aspect, the control device is configured such that the time during which the value acquired by the auxiliary heat source flow sensor is equal to or more than a predetermined value exceeds a predetermined time. Accordingly, a configuration is provided in which it is determined that water injection air bleeding or water injection cleaning of the circulation system has been completed.
[0025]
With this configuration, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation of the sixth aspect.
(1) If air remains in the circulation system, the value obtained by the auxiliary heat source flow sensor does not become constant, so the time during which the value obtained by the auxiliary heat source flow sensor is maintained at or above a predetermined value is predetermined. By judging that the air bleeding or rinsing has been completed due to the time being exceeded, it is possible to accurately judge the completion of bleeding or cleaning, and it is possible to reliably perform the bleeding air bleeding or cleaning, and to complete the air Since water is not continuously injected after the water is removed, unnecessary water injection and work time can be omitted, and the workability is excellent.
