Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure between a ceiling rail and a ceiling rail provided at an upper end of a partition device without damaging a ceiling of a room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 14 shows a vertical section of a partition device for partitioning a large room space, the lower end of which is in contact with the floor surface and the upper end thereof reaches the ceiling. An adjuster (c) is placed on the floor rail (b) fixed to the floor (a), and the baseboard (d) supported at an appropriate height by the adjuster (c) is a panel (e), (E) stand up at predetermined intervals. The upper ends of the panels (e) and (e) reach the ceiling panel (f), and the ceiling rail (g) screwed to the ceiling panel (f) and a panel guide (h) attached to the ceiling rail (g). ) Supports the upper end.
[0003]
The space from the floor to the ceiling is partitioned by both panels (e) and (e), and the ceiling rail (g) is screwed to a base material (i) to which the ceiling panel (f) is attached. Therefore, if the partition is disassembled and removed, the ceiling panel (f) will have screw holes, and the ceiling panel (f) will also have to be replaced.
[0004]
In addition, a lighting fixture exists on the ceiling, and an air-conditioning outlet, a sprinkler, and the like are provided. When installing the partitioning device to partition such a space, the partitioning device may hit such lighting equipment, air-conditioning outlets, etc., but in the conventional ceiling structure, these facilities are easily moved. It is difficult. However, in recent years, a system ceiling has been developed, and has a structure in which the arrangement of the above facilities can be relatively freely changed.
[0005]
FIG. 15 shows a case where a ceiling rail (g) of a partitioning device is attached to the system ceiling. Ceiling bars (nu) extend in all directions on the ceiling at predetermined intervals, and the edges of the ceiling panel (f) are supported on the ceiling bars (nu). The ceiling rail (g) of the partitioning device is fixed to the ceiling bar (g) by screws. However, also in this case, the ceiling rail (g) is screwed to form a screw hole in the ceiling bar (nu). If the partitioning device is dismantled and removed, the screw hole remains in the ceiling bar (nu). Would.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional ceiling has the above problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. The present invention is directed to a system ceiling in which lighting fixtures, air-conditioning outlets, sprinklers, and the like can be easily mounted and changed. Provided are a connecting structure for an upper end of a partition device that does not leave scratches, and a connecting bracket for fixing a ceiling rail.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
The present invention is a connection structure with a ceiling in which a ceiling rail at the upper end is fixed to a ceiling with screws so as not to be damaged when a partitioning device is installed to partition a large room space. The ceiling structure according to the present invention is directed to a system ceiling, and ceiling bars are provided extending in four directions at regular intervals, and the edges of the ceiling panel are mounted on and supported by the ceiling bars.
[0008]
The ceiling rail is not directly screwed to the ceiling rail on which the edge of the ceiling panel rests and is supported, but the connection bracket is attached to the ceiling rail, and the ceiling rail is screwed to the connection bracket. Here, the connection fitting is not necessarily limited to metal. Accordingly, no screw holes are formed in the ceiling beam, and no trace remains even when the partitioning device is disassembled and removed.
[0009]
By the way, the connecting fitting must be in a form that can be attached to the existing ceiling, that is, it is configured so that it does not need to be performed simultaneously with the installation work of the ceiling. Therefore, the connecting bracket is provided with a pair of engaging claws in a diagonal direction of the substantially rectangular lower plate so as to be attached with one touch, and both fitting claws are fitted to the ceiling beam and rotated, so that the mounting portions of the ceiling beam are attached. Engage to hug.
[0010]
The tip of the engaging claw is bent vertically to extend the fastening piece. The fastening piece may be provided on both engaging claws or on one of the engaging claws, but the fastening piece is fixed to a fixed position so as to lock on the ceiling beam and prevent the connecting fitting from moving. . The fastening piece is screwed to the ceiling beam as required, and is engaged with an engaging projection formed on the ceiling beam to prevent displacement. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a longitudinal section of a connection structure between a partitioning device and a ceiling. In the figure, 1 is a ceiling panel, 2 is a partition panel, 3 is a ceiling rail, and 4 is a ceiling bar. As shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling beam 4 is a long member composed of a mounting portion 5 having a U-shaped cross section, a connecting portion 6, and a hanging portion 7, and the ceiling beams 4, 4,. It extends in all directions. The ceiling bars 4, 4,... Are suspended by hangers.
[0012]
By the way, in the present invention, the partitioning device is installed at the same position as the ceiling bar 4, but the ceiling rail 3 for positioning the upper ends of the partitioning panels 2 and 2 and covering the gap between the partitioning panels 2 and 2 is as described above. It is attached to the ceiling beam 4. However, in the present invention, the ceiling rail 3 is attached to the ceiling rail 4 via the connecting metal fitting 8 without being directly attached.
[0013]
That is, the connecting bracket 8 is engaged with the U-shaped mounting portion 5 of the ceiling bar 4, and the ceiling rail 3 is screwed to the connecting bracket 8. The connecting fitting 8 is attached to a necessary position when the partitioning device is installed, and the connecting fitting 8 can be removed from the mounting portion 5 when disassembling and removing the partitioning device. Accordingly, when mounting the ceiling rail 3, it is not necessary to form a screw hole in the mounting portion 5, and even if the partitioning device is disassembled and removed, no scratch marks remain.
[0014]
Incidentally, the connection fitting 8 has a shape as shown in FIG. A substantially rectangular lower plate 9 has an elongated slit hole 11 at the center thereof, and has substantially L-shaped engaging claws 10a and 10b standing diagonally. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the mounting portion 5 is fitted between the engaging claws 10a and 10b, and the lower plate 9 is pressed against the mounting portion 5, and in this state, the lower plate 9 is rotated in the direction of the arrow. The two engaging claws 10a and 10b are engaged so as to hold the mounting portion 5 as shown in (b), and the lower plate 9 is attached in the same direction as the mounting portion 5.
[0015]
The ceiling rail 3 is screwed and attached to a slit hole 11 provided in the center of the lower plate 9, and even when the same clockwise rotating screw is screwed into the slit hole 11 and tightened, the engagement of the connection fitting 8 is achieved. The claws 10a and 10b do not come off the mounting portion 5.
[0016]
5 to 8 show another embodiment showing the connecting structure according to the present invention. This connection structure is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and a connection fitting is engaged and mounted on the mounting portion of the ceiling bar, and the ceiling rail of the partitioning device is screwed to the connection fitting. The connection metal fitting is pushed up on the edge of the ceiling panel placed on the mounting part and attached to the mounting part. When the partitioning device is disassembled and removed, the connection metal fitting is also removed from the mounting part.
[0017]
The form of the connecting fitting used in each embodiment is slightly different, and in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the connecting fitting shown in FIG. 9 is used. The mounting portion of the ceiling beam 12 is made of a long and thin plate material, and separate holding plates 13a and 13b for holding the mounting portion are separately provided. It is attached with. The lower plate 9 is not in contact with the mounting portion, and a screw is screwed into the slit hole 11 to mount the ceiling rail 3.
[0018]
The connection fitting shown in FIG. 10 is attached to the mounting portion of the ceiling rail of the embodiment shown in FIG. Although the shapes are slightly different from each other, the basic configuration is the same, and has a pair of engaging claws 10a and 10b, and both the engaging claws 10a and 10b are engaged with and mounted on the ground portion.
[0019]
FIG. 11 is another embodiment showing a connection fitting according to the present invention. The engaging claws 10a and 10b shown in FIGS. 3, 9 and 10 are attached to the mounting portion 5 by engaging with the upper surfaces 14 and 14. In this case, the engagement claws 10 a and 10 b holding the mounting portion 5 may move along the longitudinal direction of the ceiling bar 4. That is, the engagement claws 10a, 10b are in a state of merely holding the mounting portion 5, and do not have a mounting structure for fixing the connecting fitting 8 in a fixed position, for example, when rolling occurs due to an earthquake. .
[0020]
Therefore, the ends of the engaging claws 10a and 10b can be extended in the vertical direction to form the fastening pieces 15a and 15b. The fastening pieces 15a and 15b are provided at the ends thereof through holes 16a and 16b through which screws are inserted. Therefore, when attaching the connection fitting to the ceiling bar 4, the mounting portion 5 is fitted between the two engaging claws 10a and 10b as shown in FIG. Hit and rotate in that state. The two engaging claws 10a and 10b are engaged so as to hold the mounting portion 5, and the lower plate 9 is attached in the same direction as the mounting portion 5. Then, the fastening pieces 15a and 15b come into contact with and sandwich the connecting portion 6.
[0021]
FIG. 12 shows a case where a ceiling rail is attached to the ceiling bar 4 via a connection fitting 8. The overall structure is the same as the mounting configuration of FIG. 1 described above, and the two engaging claws 10a and 10b of the connecting fitting 8 are engaged with the mounting portion 5 of the ceiling bar 4 to engage therewith, and the fastening pieces 15a extending upward. , 15b are screwed to face the connecting part 6. The ceiling rail 3 is screwed to the connection fitting 8 and the partitioning device is connected to the ceiling rail 3. However, by fixing the connection fitting 8, the partitioning device is stable without displacement. I do.
[0022]
Here, at least one of the fastening pieces 15a, 15b may be screwed, and the load acting downward for suspending the ceiling rail 3 is borne by the engagement claws 10a, 10b. Then, the fastening pieces 15 a and 15 b are screwed to the connecting portion 6, so that the connecting fitting 8 cannot move along the ceiling beam 4. FIG. 13 shows another embodiment in which the connecting fitting 8 is attached to the ceiling beam 4.
[0023]
The shape of the connection fitting 8 is as shown in FIG. 11, but the fastening pieces 15a and 15b are not screwed. Instead, the convex portion 17 is formed by drawing the connecting portion 6 of the ceiling bar 4. The fastening pieces 15a and 15b cannot move along the ceiling beam 4 by being locked to the projections 17. Here, the fastening pieces 15a and 15b need to be in a state of being in close contact with each other by applying a spring force to the connecting portion 6 when the connecting fitting 8 is attached to the ceiling beam 4.
[0024]
The connecting fittings extend from the engaging claws 10a and 10b shown in FIG. 3 to form fastening pieces 15a and 15b. Similarly, the fastening tabs can be formed by extending the tips of the engagement claws 10a and 10b of the connection fitting shown in FIGS.
As described above, the connection structure between the partitioning device and the ceiling according to the present invention is such that the connection fitting is attached to the mounting portion of the ceiling beam and the ceiling rail is screwed to the connection fitting, and the following effects are obtained. Can be obtained.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
In the partition device of the present invention, the ceiling rail can be screwed to the connection fitting engaged with the mounting portion of the ceiling bar. The connecting fitting has a pair of engaging claws, and can be easily attached by engaging both engaging claws with the mounting portion. Therefore, even if the partitioning device is installed, there is no need to directly screw it to the ceiling, and no screw marks remain when the partitioning device is disassembled and removed.

Then, the engaging claws provided on the connection fitting engage with the mounting portion of the ceiling beam, but if the connection fitting is made of metal, stable attachment can be performed without rattling due to the action of the spring force, The ceiling rail serving as the upper end of the partitioning device can be attached without displacement. Then, if the tip of the engaging claw of the connection fitting is extended in the vertical direction to form a fastening piece, and the fastening piece is attached by attaching the connection fitting, the fastening piece faces the connection portion of the ceiling beam and is fixed with screws or the like. Accordingly, the connecting fitting does not move along the ceiling beam, and thus the displacement of the partitioning device can be prevented.
