Description

【0001】
【0012】
Δt=−A(αΔt+βΔti−1+γΔti−2) (1)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The room temperature control method in the conventional air conditioner controls the cooling and heating capacity by changing the operating frequency of the compressor according to the difference between the room temperature set by the user and the actual room temperature detected by the suction temperature sensor. The room temperature was adjusted to be stable at the set temperature. Further, in order to improve the living environment, a radiation sensor is used for the indoor unit, the influence of radiation in the room is measured, and the control method and control data are changed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-62-77537
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in an actual house, the influence of solar radiation is large, and the required cooling and heating capacity changes greatly. Therefore, it is not always possible to accurately control the set temperature only with the preset cooling and heating capacity control data, and the influence of radiation, Even if the room temperature is as set, the perceived temperature may change, or temperature unevenness may occur in the room, and it may not always be a comfortable living environment. It is necessary to change the control method and the control data by measuring the influence of the radiation of the laser beam. However, this method requires an expensive radiation sensor and increases the number of parts.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides a control device that controls the room temperature without using a radiation sensor. As a result, comfort can be easily improved.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an air conditioner that controls room temperature, an outdoor temperature detection unit that detects an outdoor temperature, and an outdoor temperature signal that is an output value from the outdoor temperature detection unit, and accumulates an outdoor temperature signal. An outdoor temperature change amount calculating means for calculating an amount of change in temperature per unit time; and a room temperature control signal determination for determining a room temperature control signal according to an outdoor temperature change amount signal which is an output value from the outdoor temperature change amount calculating means. Means. By using the fact that there is a correlation between the amount of daily solar radiation and the change in outside air temperature, the amount of radiation is estimated from the amount of change in outside air temperature, and the room temperature control data is corrected, so that an expensive radiation sensor is installed. Control without considering the amount of radiation.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention is a control method in an air conditioner that controls a room temperature so as to reach a temperature set by a user or the like, in which control data is corrected based on a time change amount of an outdoor air temperature per unit time. The following embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows a graph of the room temperature when the cooling operation is performed with the outside air temperature and the room temperature set to 20 ° C. on a sunny day. FIG. 2 shows a graph of the outside air temperature on a cloudy day and the room temperature when the cooling operation is performed at 20 ° C. 1 and 2 show a case where the room temperature is controlled by the conventional method of determining the frequency of the compressor based on the difference between the set temperature and the room temperature without considering the radiation.
[0009]
(A), (b), and (c) in the figure respectively show (b) that the amount of solar radiation increases and (b) that the amount of solar radiation decreases, and (c) of a cloudy day where the amount of solar radiation is small and the amount of change is small. Comparing the room temperature when the cooling operation is performed at a set temperature of 20 ° C. on a sunny day and a cloudy day, the actual room temperature is obtained in a) in which the amount of solar radiation increases, b) in which the amount of solar radiation decreases, and c) which is a cloudy day. However, the comfort actually felt by humans is also different. Therefore, the characteristic that the outside air temperature rises when the radiation amount due to the solar radiation increases and the outside air temperature falls when the radiation amount decreases is used.
[0010]
Specifically, as shown in the control flowchart of FIG. 3, first, the outside air temperature is measured and stored every T1 time. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, for determining the outside air temperature change amount for each T1 time, the current outside air temperature t i and the ambient temperature before T1 time t i-1 difference Delta] t i, T1 hour before the outside air temperature t difference i-1 and 2 · T1 hours before the outside air temperature t i-2 of the difference Δt i-1, 2 · T1 hours before the outside air temperature t i-2 and 3 · T1 hours before the outside air temperature t i-3 Obtain Δti -2 . At this time, the current air temperature change amounts Δt i , Δt i−1 , and Δt i−2 before T1 hours and 2 · T1 hours before are set to α + β + γ = 1 by setting weighting constants to the latest three. The average change amount of the times can be obtained.
[0011]
Next, the room temperature correction amount Δt is obtained from the above-mentioned outside air temperature change amount using a constant A of about 0.2 to 1.5, which is optimally set to match the influence of radiation, according to (Equation 1). Is changed to t = t + Δt.
[0012]
Δt = -A (αΔt i + βΔt i-1 + γΔt i-2) (1)
After changing the set room temperature, the above operation is repeated every T1 hours. However, it is not performed during protection control such as overload protection.
[0013]
FIG. 5 shows a result when the control of the present invention is applied to an actual air conditioner. As can be seen from this graph, by correcting the set temperature in accordance with the amount of change in the outside air temperature, it can be seen that the actual room temperature is kept constant. In addition, air conditioning that is comfortable in terms of sensation is realized.
[0014]
(Embodiment 2)
In the present embodiment, the outside air temperature is estimated from the temperature data detected by the outdoor pipe temperature sensor only when the air conditioner is stopped. Thus, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained even in an outdoor unit having no outside air temperature sensor.
[0015]
(Embodiment 3)
In the present embodiment, only when the air conditioner is stopped, the refrigerant saturation temperature is obtained from the pressure detected by the outdoor pressure sensor, and the outside air temperature is estimated from the temperature data. Thus, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained even in an outdoor unit having no outside air temperature sensor.
[0016]
(Embodiment 4)
In a house affected by radiation, as described above, not only does the actual room temperature differ from the set temperature, but also a large temperature difference occurs especially between the top and bottom of the room, resulting in an uncomfortable state because the head is hot and the feet cool down .
[0017]
Therefore, in order to improve the comfort, using the value Shigumaderutati obtained by accumulating midnight to the present time in the timer with a built-in room temperature correction amount Δt represented by formula (1), in the case of ΣΔt ≦ a 1 vertical blade angle Based on the angle data θ set in advance, the upper and lower blade angle data is obtained when θ = θ + Δθ 1 and a 1 <ΣΔt ≦ a 2 , and the upper and lower blade angle data is obtained when θ = θ + Δθ 2 and a 2 <ΣΔt ≦ a 3 Is determined and changed to θ = θ + Δθ 3 every time T1. Here, the constants Δθ 1 , Δθ 2 , Δθ 3 , a 1 , and a 2 are separately defined for cooling, heating, and dehumidification as shown in Table 1.
[0018]
By changing the upper and lower blade angle data as described above, cooling is sent when the radiation is strong, cool air is sent upward during the dehumidifying operation, warm air is sent downward during the heating operation, and cooling and dehumidifying when the radiation is weak. By sending wind downward during operation and sending warm air downward during heating operation, the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the room is eliminated and comfort is improved.
[0019]
(Embodiment 5)
In the present embodiment, when the influence of the radiation is greater, the air volume of the indoor unit is increased in order to quickly reach comfortable air conditioning.
[0020]
The indoor fan speed data, using the accumulated value Shigumaderutati from midnight in timer with a built-in room temperature correction value Δt of the formula 1 to the present time, in the case of ΣΔt ≦ b 1 advance the indoor fan speed data than the set rotational speed data N, N = N + ΔN 1 , b 1 <ΣΔt ≦ b 2 of the rotational speed data if N = N + ΔN 2, b 2 <ΣΔt the rotational speed data in the case of ≦ b 3 N = N + ΔN 3 and every T1 time. Here, the constants ΔN 1 , ΔN 2 , ΔN 3 , b 1 , and b 2 are separately defined for cooling, heating, and dehumidification as shown in Table 2.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above, the present invention has an effect that a comfortable living environment can be realized by correcting the influence of the radiation due to the solar radiation using the change amount of the outdoor temperature without using an expensive radiation sensor. Play.
