Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is capable of variably controlling the relief set pressure between a maximum pressure and a minimum pressure based on an input from a proportional solenoid, for example, to a damper for vibration control of a railway vehicle or a damper for attitude control of an automobile. The present invention relates to a proportional solenoid type relief valve suitable for use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
By setting the relief set pressure when the proportional solenoid is turned off to any intermediate pressure lower than the maximum pressure and higher than the minimum pressure determined by the maximum input from the solenoid, the control force of the vibration control damper of the railway vehicle can be reduced. For example, a proportional electromagnetic relief that can be secured to a necessary minimum is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-74154 (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
This proportional solenoid relief valve is a system that controls from the highest control pressure to the lowest control pressure as the solenoid force increases, and a spring with a large initial load is provided opposite the solenoid to generate the highest control pressure. .
[0004]
That is, in this relief valve, first, second, and third three flow paths are provided in parallel between the inlet port and the return port, and an orifice is provided in the first flow path; A first valve body urged in the closing direction by a first spring for setting a relief pressure and a switching valve for controlling the opening and closing of the second flow path are provided in series therein, and a third flow path is provided. A second valve body biased in the closing direction by a second spring for setting a relief pressure is provided therein.
[0005]
Further, the switching valve and the second valve body are provided coaxially in series, and a third spring is provided at one end of the switching valve to bias the switching valve in an opening direction. Is provided with a proportional solenoid which biases the second valve body in the opening direction against the second spring and the third spring.
[0006]
In the proportional solenoid type relief valve described above, when the solenoid is demagnetized, the first valve body opens against the first spring to obtain an intermediate relief pressure characteristic proportional to the flow rate.
[0007]
When the solenoid is excited to close the switching valve against the third spring, the second valve body opens against the second spring to obtain the maximum relief pressure characteristic, and further reduces the current applied to the solenoid. When the second valve body is further opened while increasing the pressure and pressing the switching valve against the second and third springs, the lowest relief pressure characteristic is obtained.
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-74154 A (see FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above relief valve, due to the configuration of the valve, the initial load of the second spring is increased so that the second valve does not affect the cracking pressure of the first valve when the solenoid is demagnetized. Since the cracking pressure must be increased, the cracking pressure is reduced from the maximum control pressure to the minimum pressure by the solenoid force.
[0010]
For this reason, although there is no functional defect, improvement of the following defects is desired.
[0011]
First, when the relief control pressure is lowered, the second and third springs are used. In other words, the method of opening the second valve body while increasing the force generated by the proportional solenoid against the spring having a large initial load is adopted. Therefore, in order to keep the relief control force low, it is necessary to increase the large solenoid force against the second and third springs, that is, increase the applied current.
[0012]
In particular, when the use frequency of the low relief control pressure is high, for example, when the control power of the actual railway vehicle is low due to the running conditions, the power consumption of the solenoid increases, which is disadvantageous in economical efficiency. In addition, there is a problem that the performance is lowered due to an increase in the coil resistance value due to the heat generated by the solenoid.
[0013]
Secondly, two second valve bodies and a switching valve are provided coaxially, and a second spring for biasing in the closing direction is provided at an end of the second valve body, and at an end of the switching valve. Is provided with a third spring that urges it in the opening direction, so that the number of parts is large, the structure is complicated, and workability, assemblability, and economic efficiency are poor.
[0014]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a proportional electromagnetic relief valve which can reduce the power consumption of a solenoid, has a small number of parts, has a compact structure, and is excellent in workability, assemblability and economy.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the means of the present invention provides a proportional electromagnetic relief valve which continuously controls a relief set pressure from a minimum control pressure to a maximum control pressure with an increase in input from a proportional solenoid, An inlet port and a return port in the valve case, a first flow path and a second flow path connected in parallel to the inlet port, and an intermediate third flow path connected to the first and second flow paths; And fourth, fifth, and sixth flow paths provided in parallel between the third flow path and the return port, and a first orifice is formed in each of the first flow path and the fourth flow path. A second orifice is provided, and a first valve body urged in the same direction by a first spring for setting a relief pressure is provided in the fifth flow path. A switching valve for controlling the opening and closing of the second and sixth flow paths, and the switching valve is provided on one side of the switching valve in the sixth direction. A second spring for urging the flow path in the closing direction, and a proportional solenoid on the other side of the switching valve for urging the switching valve in the direction to close the second flow path against the second spring; Is provided.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
[0063]
1) According to the present invention, when the control pressure is reduced, the solenoid is provided to face the second spring, and this second spring can be set to a small initial load. In order to generate control pressure, the solenoid force for switching the switching valve is smaller than the method of compressing a spring with a high initial load and reducing the spring force to lower the control pressure, and therefore the amount of current applied to the solenoid is also reduced. Since less power is required, power consumption can be reduced.
[0064]
That is, the second spring returns the switching valve when the solenoid is demagnetized, and a small initial load is sufficient. Since the cracking pressure is determined only by the solenoid force, the solenoid current is small with a low control force.
[0065]
2) Similarly, since the switching valve can be formed by one single spool and only one spring is required, the number of parts is small, the structure is compact, and the workability, assemblability, and economy are excellent. I have.
[0066]
3) Similarly, since the heat generation of the solenoid is suppressed, the life of the material and the coil performance are improved.
