Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to frameless glasses for directly connecting lenses without a rim, and a joint structure of a vine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 is a specific example showing conventional general frameless glasses. The two lenses (a) and (a) are screwed by a connecting member (b), and the outer sides of the lenses (a) and (a) are attached with a screw (c) and (c) by screwing. . A vine (d) is attached to this lip (c) via a joint so that the vine (d) can be folded. Further, inside the lens (a), a nose pad ( E) is provided.
[0003]
By the way, both lenses (a) and (a) are screwed together with a connecting member (b), and the yoke (c) is screwed to the outside of the lens, but connected to the lens (a) with one screw. In the case of fixing, the structure must not rotate around the screw. In the frameless glasses, a structure is adopted in which a contact piece (f) that comes into contact with the outer periphery of the lens is provided on the connecting member (b) and the yoke (c) to prevent rotation of the lens and prevent rattling.
[0004]
As described above, the two lenses (a) and (b) are screwed to both sides of the connecting member (b), and the yoro (c) and (c) are screwed to the outside of the lens. If the slack occurs in (), (g),..., Rattling occurs even if the contact piece (f) is correctly in contact with the outer periphery of the lens. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a screw for eyeglasses which has a countermeasure against loosening, and a screw coated with a resin on the outer periphery of the screw and a screw formed with a slit groove on the outer periphery are known. However, even with such a screw, it is impossible to completely prevent loosening.
[0005]
On the other hand, the connection member (b), the yoroi (c), and the vine (d) constituting the frameless glasses are manufactured by cold-forming a wire. For this reason, a predetermined mold is required, and the mold cost becomes too high to mold the small rod part. Then, the work of screwing the lens to the connecting member (b) and screwing the louver (c) and (c) to the outside of the lens is not easy, and the man-hour required for assembly is increased.
[0006]
Furthermore, hinges are generally used for the joints of the vine (d) that can be folded on the yoke (c), but it is not easy to manufacture small hinges, and the vines are connected using the hinges. The work to do is hard. The vine connected via the hinge has a play immediately after the sliding surface is worn, and it is necessary to retighten the hinge screw of the hinge from time to time.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional frameless glasses have the above-described problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. The present invention provides frameless glasses that can easily manufacture each component and are easy to assemble and prevent rattle of the vine.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problem]
The basic form of the frameless glasses according to the present invention is the same as in the prior art. Both lenses are directly fixed to both sides of the connecting member, and a yolo is attached to the outside of the lenses. A crane is attached to the above-mentioned yoroi via a joint. By the way, the connecting member, the yoke and the crane, which are components of the frameless glasses according to the present invention, are not formed parts but are produced by cutting a metal plate having a predetermined thickness. The cutting method is not particularly limited, but punching, laser processing, wire cutting, and the like are common. In addition, it is possible to perform cutting, and it is possible to correctly process a predetermined shape using a computer.
[0009]
Further, the conventional screw is not used as the connecting means between the connecting member and the lens and the connecting means between the connecting member and the lens. In the present invention, a pin is integrally formed on the connecting member, and a pin is also integrally formed on the yoke. The pin has a saw tooth on the side surface, and the pin is fitted and fixed in the hole of the sleeve with a flange made of resin fitted into the lens hole. The collar with the collar is provided with a collar that does not fit into the lens hole by increasing the outer diameter, and the pin is fixed to the hole of the lens by fitting a pin from a direction without the collar. That is, when the pin is fitted into the hole of the resin-made sleeve with a flange, the saw tooth bites into the inner surface and cannot be removed.
[0010]
Therefore, the pins provided on both sides of the connecting member are fitted and connected to the flanged sleeve holes fitted in the lens holes, and the pins formed in the same shape are fitted and mounted in the flanged sleeve holes fitted in the lens holes. . In addition, a fitting piece provided on the connecting member and the yoke can be fitted into a groove cut into the outer periphery of the lens so that the lens does not rotate around the pin.
[0011]
On the other hand, the vine is attached to the tip of the yoke. A circular ring is formed in the yoke, and a resin disk shaft is rotatably fitted in the ring hole. Two arms are provided at the crane end, and claws are formed on the arms so as to face each other. Then, both arms are spread and the disk shaft is sandwiched and fixed. The arm bites into the upper and lower surfaces of the resin-made disk shaft, and the vine is fixed to the disk shaft. The vine can be turned around the disk shaft and folded. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an overall external view showing the frameless glasses according to the present invention. 1 is a lens, 2 is a connecting member, 3 is a yoro, 4 is a crane, and 5 is a nose pad. Lenses 1 and 1 are connected on both sides of the connecting member 2, and yoro 3 is on the outside of the lens. 3 are attached, and the vines 4, 4 are foldably mounted on the yoroi 3, 3. Also, nose pads 5, 5 are attached to the legs extending from the connecting member 2.
[0013]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the connecting member 2, the yoke 3, and the lens 1, 1 are separated, and a sleeve 7 with a rib is fitted into a hole 6 provided in the lens 1 from the back side as shown in FIG. At the same time, the pins 8 formed on the connecting member 2 and the yoke 3 are connected to each other by fitting them into the holes of the sleeve 7 with ribs. 3 shows the lens 1 alone, holes 6 and 6 penetrate on both sides, and cutout grooves 9 and 9 are provided on the outer periphery in pairs with the holes 6 and 6.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting member 2 is formed by cutting, cutting, or punching a metal plate into a predetermined shape as shown in FIG. , 8, fitting pieces 11, 11, legs 12, 12 are formed, and the legs 12, 12 have keys 13, 13 at their tips. Then, the connecting member cut, cut, or punched into the shape bends the legs 12, 12 downward as shown in FIG. 3B, and smoothly curves the mountain 10 to project upward. Further, as shown in (c), nose pads 5, 5 are attached to the keys 13, 13 at the tip of the legs.
[0015]
The nose pad 5 is fitted to the key 13 by a one-touch method with a mounting portion 14 projecting from the rear surface thereof, and is prevented from being detached by fitting the key 13 into a groove formed in the mounting portion 14. FIG. 5 shows a case where both lenses 1 and 1 are connected by a connecting member 2 and a case where a yoke 3 is attached to the outside of the lens 1. Here, similarly to the case of the connecting member 2, the yoke 3 is also manufactured by cutting, cutting, or punching a metal plate into a predetermined shape, and a resin-made sleeve 7 with a flange penetrating the hole is formed from the back side of the lens 1. 15 fits into the lens hole 6 so as to hit the rear surface.
[0016]
In this state, the pin 8 of the connecting member 2 is fitted into the hole of the sleeve 7 with a collar. The pin 8 has a tooth profile on both sides, and is fitted into the hole so that it does not bite into the inner surface. At the same time when the pin 8 is fitted into the hole of the sleeve 7 with the collar, the fitting piece 11 is fitted into the cutout groove 9 formed on the outer periphery of the lens, and the lens 1 is prevented from rotating around the pin 8. You. That is, the lens 1 is stably attached to the connecting member 2 without rattling.
[0017]
Similarly, in the case of the yoke 3, the pin 8 is fitted into the hole of the sleeve 7 with a collar, and the fitting piece 11 is fitted into the cutout groove 9 on the outer periphery of the lens. Therefore, the lenses 1 and 1 are attached to both sides of the connecting member 2, and the yolos 3 and 3 are attached to the outside of the lenses 1 and 1, whereby the frameless glasses shown in FIG. 1 are completed.
[0018]
The vine 4 is attached to the yoro 3 so that the vine 4 can be folded, but the present invention does not use a conventional hinge joint. As shown in FIG. 5, a ring 16 is formed at the tip of the yoke, and a resin disk shaft is rotatably fitted in the ring hole, and the vine 4 is attached to the resin disk shaft 17. Here, the means for attaching the vine 4 is not limited, but the vine 4 can be attached by sandwiching the upper and lower surfaces of the resin disk shaft between two arms formed at the ends of the vine.
[0019]
FIG. 6 shows a specific example of a method of attaching the crane 4.
(A) shows the end (joint side) of the crane 4 obtained by cutting, cutting, or punching a metal plate. At the end, upper and lower arms 18 extend, and small claws 19 are provided inside the arms 18.
(B) shows a case in which the crane 4 is attached to a resin disk shaft 17 fitted to the ring 16 of the yoke 3, and the arms 18 are extended with a pin 20 interposed therebetween.
(C) shows a case in which the crane 4 is attached to the disk shaft 17, and the upper and lower surfaces of the disk shaft 17 are fixed while the arms 18, 18 are sandwiched and bite into the inside.
(D) shows an enlarged cross-sectional view when the arms 18, 18 bite into the disk shaft 17, and the upper and lower edges of the vine 4 are substantially flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the disk shaft 17. I have.
[0020]
The resin-made disk shaft 17 is fitted in the hole of the ring 16, but the arms 18, 18 bite into the inside, so that the outer diameter increases, and a groove is formed between the ring 18 and the inner periphery of the ring 16. As a result, the disk shaft 17 does not come off the ring 16. Of course, the disk shaft 17 can be heated at a high temperature and compressed while the disk shaft 17 is fitted to the ring 16 so that the outer diameter can be enlarged so as not to fall off.
[0021]
Accordingly, the vine 4 can be turned around the disk shaft 17 and folded. Since the stopper 21 protrudes from the ring 16, when the crane 4 is opened, it hits the stopper 21 and stops at a predetermined position.
[0022]
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment showing the yoke 3. The basic form is the same, but the fitting piece 11 that fits into the cutout groove 9 formed on the outer periphery of the lens 1 is different. Since the fitting piece 11 is provided with the springs 22 and 23 so that it can move in the direction of the arrow, the fitting piece 11 that fits into the notch groove 9 urges the spring force to the bottom of the notch groove. 3 can be stably mounted without rattling. This fitting piece with a spring can also be applied to the fitting pieces 11 of the connecting member 2.
[0023]
FIG. 8 shows another form of the yoke 3, which has a shape that is approximately S-shaped and has a fitting portion 24. Then, the sleeve 7 with a collar is fitted into the hole 6 from the front side of the lens 1, and the pin 8 formed on the yoke 3 is fitted into the hole of the sleeve 7 with the collar from the back side of the lens. The fitting portion 24 is fitted and fixed in the cutout groove 9 on the outer periphery of the lens.
[0024]
As described above, in the frameless glasses according to the present invention, the connecting member, the yoroi, and the vine are processed into a predetermined shape through cutting, punching, or cutting a plate material, and a sleeve with a rim is fitted into the lens hole and the rim is fitted. The connecting sleeve and the pin formed on the yoke are fitted into the sleeve hole to connect the lenses, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The frameless glasses according to the present invention require less man-hours than conventional glasses, and can be made cheaper. That is, by cutting, punching, or cutting a metal plate or the like, it is possible to manufacture a connecting member, a spoiler, and a crane of a predetermined shape, which is simpler than a case where cold forming is performed using a conventional mold. It is. Then, by cutting using a computer, it is possible to cope with various kinds of small rod glasses.
[0026]
Also, the assembling work is simple. In other words, the sleeve can be assembled only by fitting the sleeve with the flange into the lens hole, and by fitting the pin provided on the connecting member and the yoke into the sleeve hole with the flange, and does not require screws. In addition, since the conical teeth are formed on the side of the pin, the pin once fitted does not bite into the inner surface of the sleeve hole with a flange made of resin, and does not come off. The parts are connected and fixed without being backlashed by fitting.
[0027]
On the other hand, the vine is attached by sandwiching the upper and lower surfaces of a resin disk shaft fitted into a ring hole formed at the tip of the yoke by both arms. This joint structure is also simpler than the conventional hinge joint structure, and the work of mounting the crane is easy. In addition, the resin disk that fits and rotates in the ring hole is prevented from wearing, and the vine does not rattle.
