Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating member storage device for an opening/closing body, which eliminates bother of key management, and improves the visibility of a keyhole, to thereby enhance the convenience of the owner and key operability. <P>SOLUTION: The operating member storage device 100 for the opening/closing body, which is detachably attached to an indoor surface of the same, is comprised of a storage hole 57 for inserting a locking/unlocking key 49 which is withdrawn from an engaging hole 47, an illuminating section 67 for illuminating the key 49 engaging hole 47 formed in the opening/closing body 29, a limit switch 71 for detecting insertion/removal of the key 49 into/from the storage hole 57, and a control means for on-off controlling the illuminating section 67 upon reception of an insertion/removal detecting signal from the limit switch 71. According to the opening/closing body which allows the locking/unlocking operating member to be inserted into/withdrawn from the indoor surface thereof, the operating member withdrawn from the opening/closing body is inserted into the storage hole 57 and stored in the same to ensure crime prevention. 本発明は、扉などの開閉体の屋内側の面に配設される施解錠操作するための操作部材を防犯上屋内側の面に対して挿脱可能にして構成される開閉体の操作部材収納装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
玄関扉などの戸体に装飾や明り取りのためのガラス窓を設けている場合、室外側からそのガラス窓のガラスを破壊して手を挿入し、サムターンが外部から不正に解錠操作される恐れがあり、防犯性が損われる問題点がある。また、この問題点を解消するために、上記ガラス窓が破壊されないように例えば防弾ガラスを採用すれば、コストが増大し、実用性に欠ける。そこで、このようなサムターンの有する問題点を解消し、外部から室内側の不正な解錠操作を困難にして、就寝時や外出時等における防犯性の向上を図ったドア、引戸等の建具が、下記特許文献1などで提案されている。

上記特許文献1に開示される図8に示すドア、引戸等の建具1は、戸体3を開閉可能に支持した枠体(図示せず)に、棒状もしくは鎌状の係止部材7が係合離脱される受座(図示せず)を設け、戸体3の室内外両面に、鍵操作により連動して戸体3内に設けられた錠5の係止部材7を受座に係合離脱させる施解錠可能なシリンダー11,13をそれぞれ設け、その室内側のシリンダー11は、通常時は鍵9を取り付けた状態にし、必要時に鍵9を取り外すように構成されている。

このように構成されたドア、引戸等の建具1によれば、就寝時や外出時等に室内側のシリンダー11の鍵9を取り外しておくことにより、外部から不正に解錠操作されるのを簡単な構造で確実に防止することが可能となり、防犯性の向上を図ることができた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記引戸等の建具は、防犯性向上の目的で室内側のシリンダー11から鍵9を取り外し可能に構成し、就寝時や外出時等には室内側のシリンダー11から鍵9を取り外すため、取り外した後の鍵9の保管場所を定めたり、持ち歩く必要があり、取り外した後の鍵管理に煩わしさが生じた。また、保管場所が特定されていなかったり、持ち歩く場合には、紛失することもあり、屋内側からの施錠が不能となる虞もあった。さらに、非常時などに、解錠操作を行おうとする場合に、取り外した鍵9の所在が定まっていないことで解錠操作を困難なものとする虞もあった。また、鍵9を取り外した後、再び室内側のシリンダー11に鍵9を挿入する際、周囲の明るさを確保できない場所では鍵孔の視認性が低下し、鍵9の挿入が行い難くなって、室内側からの迅速な施解錠が行えない不都合が生じた。

本発明は上記状況に鑑みてなされたもので、鍵などの操作を行うための部材の管理の煩わしさがなくなるとともに、鍵孔の視認性が高められる開閉体の操作部材収納装置を提供し、もって、利便性の向上、操作性の向上を図ることを目的とする。

次に、上記の課題を解決するための手段を、実施の形態に対応する図面を参照して説明する。
この発明の請求項1記載の開閉体の操作部材収納装置100(200)は、開閉体29を施解錠操作するための操作部材49が、前記開閉体29の屋内側の面31に挿脱される開閉体の操作部材収納装置100(200)であって、
抜脱された前記操作部材49を挿し入れる収納穴57と、
前記開閉体29における前記操作部材49の係合孔47を照らす照明手段67と、
前記収納穴57に対する前記操作部材49の挿脱状態を検出する挿脱検出手段71と、
該挿脱検出手段71から挿脱検出信号を受け、前記照明手段67をオン・オフ制御する制御手段81と、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る開閉体の操作部材収納装置の好適な実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1は本発明に係る操作部材収納装置の分解斜視図、図2は図1に示した操作部材収納装置の取り付けられた開閉体屋内面の斜視図、図3は照明手段の動作説明図、図4は人体検出手段の検出範囲を平面視(a),側面視(b)に表した動作説明図、図5は図1に示した操作部材収納装置の機能部品構成を表すブロック図である。

本実施の形態の操作部材収納装置100は、図1に示すように、合成樹脂材を一体成形してなる筐体21の一側面に、底蓋23をネジ25で固定した方形箱形状に形成されている。組立てられた操作部材収納装置100は、底蓋23の背面に貼着された取付手段としての磁石27を介し、図2に示すように開閉体としてのドア29の屋内側の面31に取り付けられる。なお、この取付手段は、取り付けられるドアなどの開閉体の素材により、例えばこの開閉体であるドアが鉄製などの場合は上記したように磁石とされ、その他の素材よりなる開閉体である場合には、開閉体の屋内側の面31に磁性体よりなる板材を貼着して磁着にて取り付ける方法や、両面テープ、面ファスナー或いは接着剤などを取付手段として構成して取り付けを行うこととしてもよい。

ドア29には図示しない錠箱が内蔵され、ドア29の木口33には、この錠箱に内蔵された施解錠機構によって進退が可能となったラッチボルト35及びデッドボルト37が、フロント板39の開口窓から突出されている。ドア29の屋内側の面31にはノブ41が突設され、ノブ41は錠箱の施解錠機構を介してラッチボルト35を進退させる。ラッチボルト35は、突出することによって開口枠43に設けられた図示しないストライク板の係合穴に係合し、ドア29を開口枠43側に閉止する。

屋内側の面31にはノブ41の近傍、例えば上方に、回動筒45が配設され、回動筒45は係合孔47を有している。この係合孔47には、操作部材としてのキー49が挿脱自在となっている。本実施の形態において、キー49は、合鍵である必要はなく、摘み部49aと、この摘み部49aから突出した単なる細板49bを有するものとして形成されている。回動筒45は、係合孔47にキー49を挿入して回動することにより、錠箱の施解錠機構へ回動操作力を伝え、デッドボルト37を進退させる。つまり、回動筒45に挿入されたキー49は、従前のサムターンとして働くようになっている。

操作部材収納装置100の筐体21には、図1に示すように電池収容部51が形成され、電池収容部51は、後述する回路基板69へ電源を供給する電源としての電池53を、本実施の形態では複数収容してカバー55によって閉塞されるようになっている。

筐体21には、前面に、乳白色な半透明の合成樹脂材からなるフレネルレンズ63の嵌められた窓部65が形成され、この窓部65は装置外部の赤外線を集光して装置内部へ取り入れるようになっている。

また、筐体21の下面には、図3に示すように、照明手段としての照明部67が設けられる。この照明部67としては、発光素子が用いられ、発光素子としては例えば所定の発光色の光を出射する発光ダイオード(LED)やレーザダイオード(LD)が用いられ、好ましくは白色に発光するLEDが用いられる。照明部67の本体67aは、略球体状に形成され、筐体21の下面に、その一部が下面より突出するように嵌め込まれ、筐体21に対して可動自在に取り付けられている。そして、この照明部67は、筐体21に対して所定の角度で首振り自在とされ、回動筒45を最適な角度で照らせるようになっている。

筐体21の内部には回路基板69が設けられ、回路基板69はガイド部61に対向する挿脱検出手段としてのリミットスイッチ71を実装している。リミットスイッチ71は、可動子71aを備え、この可動子71aが収納穴57に挿入された細板49bに押下されることで接点を閉じ(オンし)、細板49bが抜かれることで接点を開く(オフする)ようになっている。このリミットスイッチ71のオン・オフ信号は、後述の制御手段81へ送出され、照明部67の発光ダイオードのオン・オフ制御に用いられる。なお、可動子71aは、ガイド部61のストッパ61bによって、必要以上の押下が防止されている。

回路基板69には表示窓59に対向して表示手段としての表示灯73が設けられる。この表示灯73は、上記照明部67と同様に発光素子が用いられ、例えば緑色に発光する発光ダイオード(LED)とされる。表示灯73は表示窓59を筐体21内から発光させ、この操作部材収納装置100の動作中を示すパイロットランプとされるとともに、収納穴57の位置を示すようになっている。なお、この表示灯73の輝度によっては、表示窓59からの透過光によりキー49を照らすようになり、これにより、表示窓59の発光により、収納穴57の位置が示されるとともに、収納穴57の近傍が照らされ、収納穴57に挿し入れられたキー49を照らして、このキー49の視認性を良好とすることができる。

また、回路基板69にはフレネルレンズ63に対向して人体検出手段が実装される。この人体検出手段としては、赤外線センサや光電センサなど、人体の有無を検出可能なセンサよりなり、本実施の形態では赤外線センサ75よりなる。この赤外線センサ75は人体から発する熱エネルギー(赤外線)をフレネルレンズ63で集光して人の有無を検出可能としている。なお、赤外線センサ75の検出範囲は、図4(a)に示すように水平方向を角度90°程度、図4(b)に示すように上下方向を角度30°程度、検出距離を3〜5m程度とされる。

さらに、回路基板69には、赤外線センサ75の近傍に、照度検出手段としての光センサ77が実装され、光センサ77は周囲の明るさを検出してその検出信号を後述の制御手段81へ送出する。

回路基板69にはCPUなどのマイクロプロセッサからなる図5に示す制御手段81が実装されている。この制御手段81は、判別手段83と、計時手段85と、駆動制御手段87とを備えてている。判別手段83には、上記のリミットスイッチ(挿脱検出手段)71、光センサ(照度検出手段)77、赤外線センサ(人体検出手段)75が接続されている。判別手段83は、これらリミットスイッチ71、光センサ77、赤外線センサ75及び計時手段85からの入力信号に基づき照明オン・オフの判別を実行し、その制御信号を駆動制御手段87へ送出する。そして、駆動制御手段87は、判別手段83からの制御信号を受けることにより、照明手段である照明部67と、表示手段である表示灯73とをオン・オフ制御するようになっている。

次に、このような構成を有する操作部材収納装置100の動作を説明する。
ドア29は、就寝時や外出時等の必要時に、回動筒45からキー49が抜かれ、操作部材収納装置100の収納穴57に挿し込まれる。これにより、屋外側からの針金や棒等による不正なキー49の回転操作ができなくなり、防犯性が向上する。操作部材収納装置100は、キー49が挿し入れられると、リミットスイッチ71がオンとなり、他の検出信号の状況を判別手段83が判別することによって照明部67及び表示灯73がオン・オフ制御される。

すなわち、制御手段81は、リミットスイッチ71からのキー有り信号を受けるとともに、光センサ77からの暗信号を受け、且つ赤外線センサ75からの人検知信号を受けることによって、照明部67及び表示灯73をオン(点灯)する。このうち、いずれか一つの信号がない場合、すなわち周囲が明るく光センサ77が暗信号を発しない、或いは、人が近傍に居ず赤外線センサ75が人検知信号を発しない場合には、照明部67及び表示灯73をオフ(消灯)とする。また、これらセンサ75,77の検知信号は、リミットスイッチ71がオンとなることで検知の開始が行われることが好ましく、すなわち、キー49の挿入状態(リミットスイッチ71のオン状態)が前提となる制御となる回路構成が好ましい。

照明部67及び表示灯73が点灯する(オンになる)と、計時手段85のカウント値が初期化され、続いて計時手段85がカウントを始める。そして、所定時間、例えば15〜20秒程度経過するまでカウントは継続され、所定時間が経過したなら判別手段83から駆動制御手段87へとオフ信号が送出され、照明部67及び表示灯73が消灯(オフ)される。なお、この計時手段85によるカウント中の間、キー49が収納穴57から抜かれた場合には、再びキー49が差し込まれることで最初から所定時間がカウントが開始されることになる。

このように、上記した操作部材収納装置によれば、防犯上、ドア29から抜脱されたキー49が収納穴57に挿し入れられ、キー49がドア29の屋内側の面31にて保管可能となる。これにより、キー49の保管場所を定めて管理する煩わしさや、持ち歩く必要がなくなり、利便性が向上するとともに、キー49の紛失も防止される。また、収納穴57からキー49が抜き取られ施解錠操作を行う際に、係合孔47が照明部67によって照らされ、キー49の挿入性及び操作性が向上する。

そして、筐体21が磁石27によってドア29の屋内側の面31に取り付けられるので、既設のドア29に対する後付けを容易に行うことができる。
また、赤外線センサ75を備えるので、人が近づけば、照明部67によって係合孔47が照らされ、暗闇においても係合孔47にキー49が挿入されていないことが容易に視認可能となり、すなわち防犯状態であるか否かが確認可能であり、また、暗闇の中でのキー49の操作を可能とし、挿脱式キー49を備えたドア29の操作性を向上させることができる。

この実施の形態による操作部材収納装置200は、収納穴57がドア29の屋内側の面31に開口して、例えばポケット状に設けられ、挿脱検出手段であるリミットスイッチ71や制御手段(図示せず)等がドア29に内設されている。また、照明手段としては、係合孔47の周囲を照らすリング状に形成され、例えばリング状の面発光型発光ダイオードを用いて、キーガイド照明部93とし、回動筒45の前面に設ける。また、表示手段としては、図示しないが、キーガイド照明部93と同様に略リング状に形成して収納穴57の周囲を照らす構成としても良い。
この操作部材収納装置200によれば、ドア29からの突出物が収納穴57周りの部分のみであり、ドア29の意匠性や機能性を損ねることがなく、上記同様の効果が得られるものである。

なお、上記した実施の形態では、操作部材が単なる細板49bを備えたキー49である場合を例に説明したが、操作部材は、図7に示すように、ドア29の屋外側の面に設けられたシリンダ錠の合鍵91であってもよい。
このような例によれば、合鍵一つで操作部材との兼用が可能となる。また、合鍵91が収納穴57に収納できるようになり、合鍵91の新たな保管場所も確保される。この場合、回動筒45は、シリンダ錠である必要はない。

また、上記した実施の形態では、錠箱へ回動操作力を入力する手段として回動筒45を設けた例を説明したが、錠箱へ回動操作力を入力する手段は、この他、シリンダ錠(図示せず)であってもよい。
このような変形例によれば、係合孔47がシリンダ錠となり、このシリンダ錠が例えばドア29の屋外側シリンダ錠(図示せず)と同一となることにより、合鍵91が共用可能となる。また、この場合、操作部材を他部材にて代用することが困難になる。
