Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bib giving no effect to sleep of an infant and exchangeable with one-touch operation. <P>SOLUTION: This bib has a turnup 52 and a breast pad 54. The turnup 52 is folded on a collar of a wear and inserted into the reverse side of the wear. The breast pad 54 is attached to the surroundings of the breast on the face side of the wear. Both the turnup 52 inserted into the reverse side of the wear and the breast pad 54 attached to the surroundings of the breast on the face side of the wear each have at least one magnet of 56b and 56a. Both the magnets 56b and 56a put between the wear adhere to each other to be fixed to the wear. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は乳幼児や寝たきり老人等に使われるよだれかけに関する。

【従来の技術】
日常よだれかけは乳児にあって必要不可欠なものとなっていている。出てきたよだれをそのまま放置しておくと着衣の襟元を濡らし、また、首元の方に流れていき、首元周りのかぶれや湿疹を発生させる。また、着衣を濡らして風邪を引かせると云うことも起きる。よだれかけをしているとかぶれや湿疹の発生防止になり、また、着衣の頻繁な着替え防止などに役立つ。また、口元を少し汚したときなどはこのよだれかけですぐ拭き取ることができて大変便利である。しかし反面、乳児のよだれがひどく出る時期はすぐ濡れてしまうので頻繁に取り替えねばならず、母親などの介護人に手間を煩わせるものとはなっている。

このよだれかけは、概ね図８に示すような形状を成している。このよだれかけ１０は首当て部２と胸当て部４と２本の紐で６ａ、６ｂとで構成されている。首当て部２はＵ字形２ａの凹部を成した形状を持っていて、乳児の首に当接する。２本の紐６ａ、６ｂは首の裏側で結束するために設けている。胸当て部４は乳児の胸周りに当たって着衣の表面に取り付かれる。着衣の上から、首当て部２が乳児の首元に行くようにしてあてがい、首の裏側で２本の紐２ａ、２ｂを結束して取り付けるようになっている。このよだれかけは、外形が丸い形状を示しているが、略方形形状など色々な形状のものが現れている。

また、紐を使わないよだれかけとしては、実開平７−１００６号公報に開示された形状のものがある。このよだれかけは使い捨てのよだれかけで、図９に示す形状をしている。このよだれかけ２０は、首周り一周にわたってかけるよだれかけで、本体２１と内周２２と結着部２３と粘着テープ２４を有しているものである。内周２２を乳児の首元にあてがい、一周にわたって巻き付けて結着部２３を首の後部あたりにもっていき、結着部２３の所で粘着テープ２４で固定するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のよだれかけは、紐を使って結束するものにしろ、粘着テープを使って決着するものにしろ、いずれも乳児の首の後部の方で結びつけて固定するものとなっている。従って、母親や介護人が乳児の首または頭部を持ち上げ、両手を乳児の首の後方に回して紐をゆわって取り付けるとか、粘着テープに貼り付けて取り付けるとかの方法を取っている。また、少し幅広の２本の短い紐の先端部にマジックテープを設けたものも見受けれるが、それも乳児の首の後部でマジック止めするようなものである。

しかしながら、乳児がおきている時によだれかけを交換するのはさほど乳児に影響を与えないが、寝付いたときや熟睡しているときに上記の方法でよだれかけを交換すると目を覚まさせたりしてしまう。このようなときには、乳児の睡眠に影響を与えないで取り替えられるよだれかけが欲しくなる。

また、母親や介護人が大変忙しいときに、ミルクを大量に吐いてすぐ取り替えなければならないときは少し取り替えの手間もかかることから、母親や介護人にとってはそのせわしさから精神的な影響を受ける。このようなときには、ワンタッチ方法で取り替えられるよだれかけが欲しくなる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題に鑑みて成されたもので、乳児の睡眠に影響を与えずにワンタッチ方式で素早く取り替えられるよだれかけを得ることを目的にして成されたものである。そして、その目的を達成する発明として、本発明の請求項１記載に係る発明は、折り返し部と胸当て部とを有するよだれかけであって、前記折り返し部は着衣の襟元で折り曲げられて着衣の裏面側に挿入され、前記胸当て部は着衣の表面側胸周りに当てられ、前記着衣の裏面側に挿入された折り返し部と前記着衣の表面側胸回りに当てられた胸当て部との双方に少なくとも１個のマグネットが設けられて、着衣を挟んで双方のマグネットが吸着して着衣に固定されることを特徴とするものである。このよだれかけは折り返し部を着衣の裏面側に差し込んで胸当て部と双方マグネットで固定するものである。乳児の首や頭部を動かさないで取り付けられるので、静かに取り替えを行えば目を覚まさせることなく取り替えできる。また、マグネットでの固定であるから取付け取り外しもワンタッチ方式に簡単に行える。

また、本発明の請求項２記載に係る発明は、折り返し部と首当て部と胸当て部を有するよだれかけであって、前記折り返し部と前記首当て部は重畳して設けられると共に前記折り返し部は着衣の襟元で折り曲げられて着衣の裏面側に挿入され、前記胸当て部は着衣の表面側胸周りに当てられ、前記着衣の裏面側に挿入された折り返し部と前記着衣の表面側胸回りに当てられた胸当て部との双方に少なくとも１個のマグネットが設けられて、着衣を挟んで双方のマグネットが吸着して着衣に固定されることを特徴とするものである。折り返し部を着衣の裏面側に折り曲げて入れると首元が少し空くこともある。首当て部が首元を覆うので、首元に流れたよだれは首当て部でもって吸収する。

また、本発明の請求項３記載に係る発明は、前記折り返し部、胸当て部及び首当て部は少なくとも２層の綿布からなっており、前記マグネットは綿布の層間に移動しないように設けてあることを特徴とするものである。これは、マグネットを綿布層間に縫い込んで動かないようにするもので、常時一定の位置で固定できる。また、洗濯してもマグネットが移動しない。

また、本発明の請求項４記載に係る発明は、前記折り返し部に設けたマグネットは、前記折り返し部を折り曲げて着衣の裏面側に挿入したときに前記胸当て部に設けたマグネットと対面する位置にあることを特徴とするものである。これは、対面する位置に設けることによって吸着固定することができるもので、固定力も強くなる。

また、本発明の請求項５記載に係る発明は、前記折り返し部に設けたマグネットと前記胸当て部に設けたマグネットはいずれか一方が大きいことを特徴とするものである。これは、片方が大きいと多少位置がずれても容易に吸着が働く。

また、本発明の請求項６記載に係る発明は、前記首当て部はＵ字形の凹部を有して、被着衣者の首元と両肩に向かって張り出していることを特徴とするものである。これは、Ｕ字形状にすれば首元に沿ってよだれかけを覆うことができるので、よだれが直接首元の肌にあたらない。

また、本発明の請求項７記載に係る発明は、前記首当て部及び胸当て部には軟質で吸水性の良い綿布層が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。これは、乳児にとって肌触りが良いものとなり、充分によだれを吸収して、よだれが他の部位に流れていかない。また、取り替え回数も減らすことができる。

また、本発明の請求項８記載に係る発明は、前記折り返し部、首当て部、胸当て部には、その裏面に防水シートが設けられていることを特徴とするものである。防水シートが有ることによってよだれの水分がよだれかけから外に浸透しない。着衣を濡らさないで済む。

また、本発明の請求項９記載に係る発明は、前記胸当て部の表面には図柄や模様等の装飾が施されていることを特徴とするものである。装飾が施されていると見た目に美しさ、可愛さ、優しさ、清潔さなどが現れてくる。

また、本発明の請求項１０記載に係る発明は、前記請求項１乃至９のいずれか１つに記載のよだれかけを複数枚まとめ合わせてセットにし、包装を施したことを特徴とするよだれかけセット。よだれかけは沢山の枚数を使う。３枚セットとか５枚セットなどにしておくと求めやすい。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について、以下図をもって説明する。図１は本発明の第１実施形態に係るよだれかけの平面図、図２は図１に示すよだれかけを乳児に取り付けたときの状態を説明する正面から見た説明図、図３は図２におけるよだれかけ取り付け状態の要部断面詳細図、図４は図３におけるマグネット取付部Ｄの拡大図を示している。また、図５は本発明の第２実施形態に係るよだれかけの平面図、図６は図５におけるよだれかけの要部断面図、図７は図６におけるよだれかけを着衣に取り付けたときの要部断面詳細図を示している。

図１、図２、図３、図４より、第１実施形態に係る本発明のよだれかけ５０は折り返し部５２と胸当て部５４を有している。折り返し部５２と胸当て部５４との境目にはミシン目５３などが設けられていて折り目部分がはっきり分かるようになっている。５６ａ、５６ｂはマグネットで、折り返し部５２と胸当て部５４にそれぞれ１個づつ取り付けてある。５８は花の模様を刺繍で形成した装飾である。

このよだれかけ５０は、図２に示すように、乳児の首元や胸元周りに取り付かれるが、折り返し部５２は着衣５９の裏面側に挿入される。図中では、折り返し部５２は着衣の裏面側にあるので斜線で示している。そして、胸当て部５４が着衣５９の表面側に出て、外からは胸当て部５４だけが見える。

また、図３に示すように、折り返し部５２に取り付けられたマグネット５６ｂは着衣５９の裏面側に挿入されたとき、着衣５９の表面側にある胸当て部５４に取り付けたマグネット５６ａとほぼ同じ位置にきて、着衣を挟んで対面して吸着し合って重なっている。また、胸当て部５４に取り付けたマグネット５６ａは折り返し部５２に取り付けたマグネット５６ｂより大きいものを用いており、多少の位置がずれても対面してお互いに吸着するようになっている。この２つのマグネット５６ａ、５６ｂはどちらかが大きいのが好ましく、乳児の肌当たりなどを考えると折り返し部５２に取り付けるマグネット５６ｂが小さいのが好ましい。また、必ずしも大きさが異なると云うことでもなく、同じ大きさでも良い。

図４は図３におけるマグネット取付部Ｄの拡大図を示したものであるが、このよだれかけ５０は第１の綿布層５１ａと第２の綿布層５１ｂと防水シート５１ｄの３層から出来ている。マグネット５６ａは第１の綿布層５１ａと第２の綿布層５１ｂの間に設けられて、周りを縫い目５７によって動かないようになっている。

ここで、上記の第１の綿布層５１ａと第２の綿布層５１ｂは軟質で吸水性の良い綿布が使われる。羊毛や木綿、高分子ポリマーなどの材料から作った綿布などが好ましい。よだれの多くの水分をこの綿布層で吸収するようにする。この綿布層は本実施の形態では２層設けたものであるが、特に２層に限定するものではなく、３層或いは４層と多く設けても良いが、その分コスト的にアップする。マグネットを取り付ける関係上少なくとも２層は必要とする。防水シート５１ｄはよだれの水分をここから着衣５９などに浸透しないようにするために設けている。防水シートにはビニールシートやポリエチレンシートなどが選択できよう。

マグネット５６ａと５６ｂはお互いに吸着し合うようにＮ極とＳ極のものを対面するようにして取り付ける。吸着力が強くて板状の薄いマグネットを利用するのが良い。マグネットとしてはフェライト磁石が水に強いので好適に使用できる。２〜３ｍｍ厚の板状のものを使用すると良い。尚、吸着力の強いネオジム磁石やサマリウムコバルト磁石などは錆びやすいと云う特徴があるので使用には好ましくない。また、吸着力は着衣を挟んだ状態で２００ｇ以上あれば１箇所止め位で、３〜４ケ月位の乳児には、充分対応できよう。５ケ月以上経つ乳児は動きが激しくなるので、よだれかけの両横２箇所止めにするとか、更に吸着力の強いマグネットを用いるとかの方法を取ると良い。厚みの薄いゴムマグネットも使用できるが吸着力が弱いので面積を大きくして使用する必要がある。また、このマグネットは覆っている綿布を傷つけないために各コーナを面取りまたはＲ付けして使用するようにすると良い。

本実施の形態においては、マグネット５６ａ、５６ｂは１対だけ取り付けたものであるが、乳児が５〜６ケ月経ってくると手の動き、体の動きが激しくなる。手に触るものは何でも掴んで引っ張ったりする。このようになってくると一箇所の固定だけで弱く、２〜３箇所の固定が必要となる。このような時には、胸当て部５４がまくれづらい位置（例えば、胸当て部５４の両横端とか下端）を選んで２箇所或いは３箇所とマグネットを取り付けて、固定する場所を増やすと良い。また、吸着力の強いマグネットを使用するのも良い。

よだれかけを以上述べたような形状にすることによって、よだれかけを乳児に取り付けるときは、着衣を少し浮かしてよだれかけの折り返し部を着衣の下に差し込み、胸当て部は着衣の上の胸周りに置いて、双方のマグネットの位置を合わせて吸着させれば取り付けが完了する。また、取り外すときは、手で胸当て部を強く引っ張ると双方のマグネットが離れて吸着が解除されるので、そのまま胸当て部を上方に引っ張れば折り返し部が着衣の下から抜け出て取り外しが完了する。非常に簡単でワンタッチの作業で取り替えが完了する。また、乳児の睡眠中でも、静かに着衣を持ち上げてよだれかけの折り返し部を着衣の下に差し込んで取り付けるようにすれば、乳児が気付くことなく取り替えができる。従来のように、乳児の首や頭部を持ち上げて動かす必要がないので、目を覚ませることなく取り替えができる。また、着衣が２枚、３枚とある場合には着衣と着衣の間に折り返し部を差し込んでも良い。マグネットの吸着力からすると間に挟んだ着衣が薄ければ薄ほど吸着力が増す。従って、折り返し部を着衣と肌の間に差し込むより着衣と着衣の間に差し込むのが好ましいものではある。また、よだれかけの胸当て部の表面に花や動物の図柄や模様などを施すと、見た目綺麗で、可愛さや美しさなどが現れて母親や介護人ばかりでなく周りの見る人にもすがすがしい気持ちを与える。また、乳児に対しても興味をひかせることになって良い。

次に、本発明の第２実施形態に係るよだれかけを図５、図６、図７を用いて説明する。本発明の第２実施形態に係るよだれかけ６０は折り返し部６２と首当て部６５と胸当て部６４とを有している。首当て部６５と胸当て部６４とは一体の綿布から成っていて、図中、ミシン目６３を境にして上側部分が首当て部６５、下側部分が胸当て部６４と云うようになっている。首当て部６５はちょうど首の形状に合うようにＵ字形６５ａを成して凹状に引っ込んでいて、乳児の首元周りにあてがわれる。

折り返し部６２は首当て部６５の近くに設けられていて、ミシン目６３で縫合されて首当て部６５並びに胸当て部６４と一体的に取り付けられている。この折り返し部６２は首当て部６５の裏面側でもって首当て部６５と一部重畳している。また、この折り返し部６２は、少なくとも２層の綿布から成っており、その層間にマグネット６６ｂが動かないように取り付けられている。また、この折り返し部６２は折り曲げられて着衣６９の裏面側に挿入される。

胸当て部６４は乳児の胸周りにあてがわれるもので、その一部分にマグネット６６ａが動かないようにして取り付かれている。そして、このマグネット６６ａは、折り返し部６２が折り曲げられて着衣６９の裏面側に挿入されたときに、折り返し部６２に取り付けたマグネット６６ｂと対面し、お互いに吸着し合うようになっている。この一対のマグネット６６ａ、６６ｂはいずれか一方が大きいのが好ましい。多少の位置ずれが発生しても吸着が可能となる。

本実施の形態では、首当て部６５は胸当て部６４と一体の綿布で形成したが、首当て部６５を別体の綿布で形成し、折り返し部６２と胸当て部６４とを一体の綿布で形成し、それを縫合して一体化しても良い。また、首当て部６５及び胸当て部６４は少なくとも２層の綿布から形成する。また、防水シートを設けるのが好ましい。

このよだれかけ６０は、折り返し部６２と胸当て部６４は着衣６９を挟んで一対のマグネット６６ａ、６６ｂを介して着衣６９に固定される。乳児は大きくなるに従って動きが激しくなる。一箇所の固定で不十分な場合は二箇所、或いは三箇所と固定する部分を増やして使用するようにすると良い。或いはまた、吸着力の強いマグネットを使用するのも良い。

本実施形態のよだれかけ６０は首当て部６５を有している。折り返し部６２を着衣の裏面側に差し込めば首元が空きがちになる。このようなときには、首当て部６５が首元を覆って首元に流れたよだれを吸収する役目を果たす。更にまた、首元周りの保温効果も果たす。

また、第１実施形態と同様に、よだれかけを着衣に固定する方法を取っているのでワンタッチでの取り付け取り外しができる。更にまた、乳児に負担をかけないで取り付け、取り外しができる。

以上詳細に説明したように、少なくとも一対のマグネットを設けた本発明のよだれかけは、乳児の胸周りの着衣をマグネットで挟んで吸着固定する構成となっているので、よだれかけの取り替えがワンタッチにできる。また、睡眠中の乳児に対しても静かに胸の着衣を持ち上げて取り替えができるので、睡眠を妨げることなく取り替えができる。

また、本発明のよだれかけは従来のように紐がない。よだれかけは毎日のごとく他の衣類と一緒にして洗濯される。従来の紐のあるよだれかけは洗濯中に他の衣類に紐が巻き付いてしまい、脱水後にそれをほぐすのに手間が掛かる。また、そのような時には精神的なイライラも募る。本発明のよだれかけは紐がないため、洗濯中に他の衣類に巻き付くようなことは起きない。大変楽に洗濯、乾燥処理ができる。

また、本発明のよだれかけはマジックテープのようなものも付いていない。従来のマジックテープの付いてるよだれかけは洗濯中に他の衣類に付いたり、他の衣類を傷つけたりもする。本発明のよだれかけはマジックテープが付いていないので他の衣類を傷つけたりするようなことは起きない。

また、乳児の居る一般家庭にあっては、よだれかけは複数枚用意されて使用されている。このよだれかけは比較的安く、何枚も使用する。また、汚れたら何回も洗濯して使用されるので持ち具合も短い。また、乳児の生育も著しいので数ケ月も経てば小さくて使えないと云うことも起きる。このような状況下で使われるので数枚単位になったセットを買い求めれば購入手間が掛からず大変楽である。例えば、３枚単位とか、５枚単位のセットが有れば便利である。しかも、そのそれぞれが模様などの装飾が異なっていれば、幾種類かの装飾の異なるものを手間を掛けずに一度に用意することができる。このように、複数枚セットにして販売すると購入者に取っては大変便利である。

また、乳児はその成長が著しい。体の動きや手足の動きが早いスピードで活発化していく。また、動かす力もそれに連れて大きくなってくる。従って、マグネットで固定する本発明のよだれかけにあっては、乳児の力に合わせて、それに耐えうる吸着力のあるよだれかけを用意するのが好ましい。例えば、０〜４ケ月用、５〜８ケ月用、８ケ月〜１．２年用とか云うように生育の度合いに応じて区分けしてして用意すると購入者に取っては非常に分かり易い。

以上、本発明のよだれかけを乳児を対象にして説明したが、まだよだれかけを必要とする幼児に対しても適用できるものである。また、寝たきり老人などは、食事時食べこぼしや飲みこぼしなどするので、本発明のよだれかけを有効に利用することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上詳細に説明したように、よだれかけに対のマグネットを取り付け、このマグネットを介して着衣に固定する構造を取れば、ワンタッチ方式で取り付け取り外しができる。更にまた、乳児に負担を与えないで取り付け取り外しができる。特に、睡眠中の乳児には睡眠を妨げないでよだれかけの取り替えができる。また、本発明のよだれかけは紐がないので洗濯中に他の衣類に巻き付くようなことが起きず、スムーズに洗濯処理がてきる。また、マジックテープも使用していないので洗濯中に他の衣類に傷つけない。
