本発明は、相直交するC型鋼材,I型鋼材の鋼材相互を交差部位で締付け固定する鋼材組立用金具、並びに、鋼材相互の各交差部位を金具で締付け固定させて複数本の直交配列するC型鋼材とI型鋼材とから組み立てられる鋼材組立体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、相直交するC型鋼材,I型鋼材の鋼材相互を交差部位で締付け固定する鋼材組立用金具としては、C型鋼材の両フランジ部を内側より押え込む押え板部と、押え板部の前後端よりC型鋼材の長手方向に延びる狭幅なU字状の湾曲板部と、各湾曲部の先端縁より内向きに折れ曲ってI型鋼材の各フランジ部と係合する掛止め片部とを設けた止め金具と、各湾曲部の相対辺間にねじ込む締付けボルトとを組に備え、各湾曲部の相対辺を締付けボルトで締め込むことにより、鋼材相互の交差部位を押え板部と掛止め片部とで挟込み保持するものが提案されている(特許文献1)。

その鋼材組立用金具は、金属平板等の物品を複数枚積載させて搬送し或いは複数枚積み重ねてストックするスキッドやパレットを組み立てるものとして提案されている。この鋼材組立用金具によると、金具自体の少ない部品点数により、スキッドやパレットを堅牢なものに組み立てでき、また、これを使用しないときには分解もできて再組立を行えるところから好ましい。

但し、その鋼材組立用金具の場合、止め金具をC型鋼材の長手方向端部から必要個数分だけ内側に予め組み付け、C型鋼材を長手方向で相平行させて間隔を隔てて複数本並べてから、上辺部の両フランジ部を各掛止め片部の内側に嵌め合せるようI型鋼材をC型鋼材の直交方向から組み付けねばならない。また、逆に、両湾曲部の各掛止め片部を上辺部の両フランジ部に嵌め合せて止め金具をI型鋼材に必要個数分だけ予め組み付け、この止め金具をC型鋼材の長手方向端部から内側に組み付けながらC型鋼材を相平行させるよう並べなければならない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して説明すると、図示実施の形態としては、図1並びに図2で示すように金属平板等の物品を複数枚積載させて搬送し或いは複数枚積み重ねてストックするに用いられるスキッド乃至はパレットを組み立てる場合が例示されている。この鋼材組立体(以下、「スキッド」という。)は、複数本のC型鋼材1(以下、「本体桟」という。)と、複数本のI型鋼材2(以下、「脚部桟」という。)と、二組対の組立用金具3とを構成部材として組み立てられている。

本体桟1は、側板部1a,1bの端縁を長手方向に沿って内方に折り曲げたフランジ部1c,1dを有する通常のC型鋼材で形成されている。脚部桟2は、I型を呈するようC型鋼材を二本背合わせに溶接接合したもので形成されている。また、面一となるC型鋼材の側板部を上辺部2aとし、その上辺部2aの端縁を長手方向に沿って下方に折り曲げたフランジ部2b,2cを備えて形成されている。この脚部桟2では、天地逆に組み付けられるよう下辺部2dの端縁もフランジ部2e,2fとしてフランジ部2b,2cと相対方向に折り曲げて形成されている。また、支持部2gは鋼材の二枚接合から剛直なものに形成されている。

その組立用金具3によっては、所定の間隔を保って本体桟1を長手方向で相並行に並べると共に、脚部桟2を本体桟1の両側板部1c,1dと脚部桟2の上辺部2aとで直交させて本体桟1の上に所定の間隔毎に配列し、その鋼材相互の各交差部位を夫々締付け固定することから本体桟1と脚部桟2とをスキッドとして組み立てられる(図2参照)。金具全体としては、締付けボルト32を受け金具30の通し穴31fに挿通すると共に、押え金具31のねじ穴に螺合し、ワッシャー33を含む受け金具30,押え金具31を仮組み付けさせて用いられる。
