Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a retractable chair provided in a lecture room or a conference room such as a school in which a backrest is tilted forward when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Chairs used in a lecture room or the like are arranged in parallel, and the chairs are stored so that people can pass through.
The applicant has previously developed a retractable chair in which a seat and a backrest are separated and stored compactly when not in use (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 8, a main support in which a fixed backrest 21 is attached to a fixed portion 20 provided on the floor so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction and an upper end thereof is connected to a front portion of a seat support 22. The link 25 is connected to the rotating portion at the lower end of the back support 21, and the rear portion of the seat support 22 and the center of the back support 21 are connected by an auxiliary link 23.
[0004]
According to this, when the backrest support portion is rotated rearward, the seat is substantially horizontal, and the seat can be seated. When the backrest support portion is rotated forward, the seat is folded in a substantially vertical state, and a person is placed behind the backrest. To form a space that can pass through.
Further, as another type of the prior art, as shown in FIG. 9, a seating portion 30 having an integrated seat and backrest is attached to a support block 27 fixed to the floor, and a front leg 28 and a rear leg 29 extend in the front-rear direction. There is also one that is swingably supported (for example, Patent Document 2).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 2927712.
[Patent Document 2] JP-A-2002-28043.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The retractable chair of Patent Literature 1 is compactly stored when not in use, and the front end side of the seat is inclined downward, so that seating or leaving the seat is easy. However, if a person passes behind the chair while sitting, as shown in FIG. 8, the person sitting on the desk should keep his / her weight at the desk with both hands and lift a little while Must be tilted.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the retractable chair of Patent Literature 2, it is possible to move the chair forward without lifting the waist unlike Patent Literature 1. But this move is not easy. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, when used, the legs that are tilted backward are rotated to the vertical state side, and the seats are moved so as to float up, so that it is difficult to move. The retractable chair is simple because the seat and the backrest are integrated, but has a drawback in that the front end of the seat does not easily hit the back of the knee when taking off or taking a seat or standing up on the spot.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a retractable chair that can be easily taken off and seated, is compactly stored when not in use, and can smoothly move the seat forward when a person passes behind while seated.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following solutions. That is,
In a retractable chair in which the seat support is supported by legs that can swing in a predetermined angle in the front-rear direction connected to the leg seat, and the legs are tilted forward and the rear of the seat is raised and stored, the legs are referred to as front legs. A rear leg, the front leg being connected in a substantially vertical or forward inclined state when in use, the rear leg having a backrest fixed thereto and biasing means for raising a seat when not in use; It is characterized by being connected at a position behind the axis of the leg.
[0010]
The front and rear legs need not be parallel. During storage and use, it is easy to restrict the swing range by contacting the stopper provided on the leg seat.
Also, to connect the upper ends of the front and rear legs to the seat support so that the chair can be easily moved forward when a person passes behind while sitting, the condition when the chair is in use is as follows: Desirably, it is substantially vertical or forward leaning, and the hind legs are also slightly leaning backward relative to the vertical line.
[0011]
In addition, it is necessary to take care not only to make the chair compact when stored, but also to keep the aesthetic appearance of the chair in use and in the stored state, and the inclination of the rear legs almost matches the inclination of the backrest. It is desirable.
The present invention is characterized in that the connection of the rear leg to the leg seat is moved rearward with respect to the axis. Therefore, the front leg and the rear leg when used are easy to rotate forward, and the front part of the seat acts so as to be slightly inclined, and there is no feeling of raising the seat, so that the seat moves extremely smoothly.
[0012]
Note that the lower end of the front leg does not necessarily need to be located forward of the rear leg. For example, as described in claim 2, the front leg has its lower end positioned above the swing shaft to which the rear leg is attached and connected. Is also good.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the overall appearance when the retractable chair of the embodiment is used, FIG. 1 is a side view, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view.
[0014]
As shown in the above figures, in this retractable chair, a seat support 2 having a seat 1 fixed on the upper surface is connected to a leg seat 10 fixed on the floor with bolts or the like by a front leg 3 and a rear leg 4. ing. An inverted U-shaped back support 8 to which a backrest 9 is fixed is fixed to the rear leg 4.
[0015]
The upper end of the front leg 3 is rotatably mounted on the front side of the seat support 2 by a horizontal shaft 3a, and the lower end is rotatably mounted on the leg seat 10 by a horizontal shaft 3b. It is mounted with a slight forward tilt.
The rear leg 4 is provided with a support cylinder 5 extending upward on a cylindrical leg body so as to be slidable, and a mounting member 7 is fixedly provided at a lower end. A gas spring 6 is provided as an urging means having an upper end attached to the support cylinder 5 with a pin 6b and a lower end attached to the leg with a pin 6a.
[0016]
The upper end of the rear leg 4, that is, the upper end of the support cylinder 5 is rotatably attached to the rear of the seat receiver 2 by a horizontal shaft 5 a, and the lower end of the rear leg 4, that is, the mounting member 7 is horizontally mounted on the leg seat 10. It is attached so as to be rotatable by a swing shaft 7a in the direction.
The swinging shaft 7a is positioned far behind the axis of the rear leg 4 (the center line of the leg and the support cylinder 5), and swings between the shaft 5a connecting the upper end of the rear leg 4 and the lower end. The straight line connecting the axis 7a is close to a vertical line.
[0017]
That is, the rear leg 4 has substantially the same inclination as the backrest 9, and the straight line connecting the shaft 5a and the swing shaft 7a is inclined rearward at a small angle with respect to a vertical line in a state of use.
As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the leg seat 10 is bolted to the floor and accommodates a lower portion of the front leg 3 and a lower portion of the rear leg 4 to regulate the front-rear direction when the chair is used and when it is stored.
[0018]
That is, a receiving member 12 to which the lower end abuts when the front leg 3 is tilted forward is fixed to the front of the leg seat 10, and a contact member 7c at the rear end of the mounting member 7 of the rear leg 4 is provided at the rear. A stopper 11 is fixedly provided to abut against the stopper.
In addition, 13 is rubber, 14 is a bottom plate, 10a is a cover, and 15 is a mounting hole.
[0019]
Next, the operation of the retractable chair configured as described above will be described.
When the retractable chair is not used, as shown in FIG. 5A, the backrest 9 is tilted forward, and the chair is stored as a whole in a forwardly inclined state. In this state, the support cylinder 5 of the rear leg 4 is raised by being urged by the gas spring 6, the seat receiver 2 rotates about the shaft 3 a at the upper end of the front leg 3 as a fulcrum, and the stopper 2 a of the seat receiver 2 It is in contact with the upper front end. The urging force of the gas spring 6 is still urging the seat receiver 2 even in this state, and the seat receiver 2 is in an inclined state in which the rear portion is greatly raised, and is folded compactly.
[0020]
At this time, the lower ends of the front leg 3 and the rear leg 4 come into contact with the receiving member 12, and the lower end 7b of the mounting member 7 of the rear leg 4 comes into contact with the bottom plate 14, as shown in FIG. ing.
When seating in a retractable chair, as shown in FIG. 5B, first, the backrest 9 is tilted backward. As a result, the front leg 3 is tilted rearward with the lower shaft 3b as a fulcrum, and the lower end is separated from the receiving member 12, as shown in FIG. The rear leg 4 tilts rearward with the pivot shaft 7a as a fulcrum, the lower end is separated from the bottom plate 14, and the contact member 7c at the rear end contacts the stopper 11 of the leg seat 10.
[0021]
In this state, the seat 1 is inclined forward and downward, and the space between the seat 1 and the desk is wide, so that the seat 1 can be easily inserted.
Then, when seated, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), the support cylinder 5 of the rear leg 4 is reduced, and the seat 1 is substantially flat. At this time, the lower end portions of the front leg 3 and the rear leg 4 are the same as the state shown in FIG. 6B in which the contact member 7c at the rear end is in contact with the stopper 11 of the leg seat 10, as shown in FIG. However, the front legs 3 are positioned substantially vertically by being seated.
[0022]
When a person passes behind when seated, as shown in FIG. 5D, the seat 1 is moved forward while the seated person is sitting.
This movement of the seat 1 can be performed smoothly because the front leg 3 is in the forward leaning direction, and the rear leg 4 is also slightly rotated to the vertical state and is backward in the forward leaning direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 6C, when the lower end of the front leg 3 is locked to the receiving member 12, it stops. Therefore, the seated person is not pinched by the desk.
[0023]
After the person has passed, if the seated person moves the seat 1 backward, the state shown in FIG. 5C can be restored. That is, a person can pass behind without taking any uncomfortable postures such as a person sitting or standing up.
Also, when leaving the seat from the seated state, if the user lifts his / her hips from the state of FIG. 5 (c), the rear leg 4 extends upward and becomes the state of FIG. 5 (b). Are widened, and therefore, it is possible to easily leave the seat.
[0024]
In the above embodiment, the front leg 3 is positioned at the front of the leg seat 10, but the lower leg of the front leg 3 is not necessarily required to be mounted in front of the rear leg 4.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the shaft 3b at the lower end of the front leg 3 may be provided above the swing shaft 7a at the lower end of the rear leg 4. FIG. 7B shows a case where the apparatus is installed on an inclined floor surface or a stepped floor surface. However, in the case of FIG. 7, since the front leg 3 and the rear leg 4 intersect at the time of storage, for example, two front legs 3 are provided at an interval, and one rear leg 4 is provided therebetween so as not to interfere. To
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the retractable chair of the present invention has a front leg connected substantially vertically or inclined forward when used, and a rear leg fixedly provided with a backrest and biasing means for raising the seat when not in use, In addition, since the connection position with the leg seat is located behind the axial direction of the rear leg, it is easy to sit and leave, it is compactly stored when not in use, and when a person passes behind when sitting, However, the seat can be easily moved forward.
