Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a water heater or the like, a small motor (motor driving device) with a speed reduction mechanism has been used for opening and closing of a valve for adjusting the temperature of hot water and a valve for adjusting the amount of hot water, and an example thereof is disclosed in
[0003]
As disclosed in
[0004]
By the way, conventionally, as a form of electrical connection between the terminal portion and the motor terminal portion, connection of each terminal pin by a lead wire has been the mainstream, but this connection form is to lead the lead wire and solder to each terminal pin. Due to the complexity of workability and the like in terms of assemblability,
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 10-191616 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such an FPC connection mode has the above-mentioned advantages, but also has the following problems.
That is, the wiring of the electric wiring system is free and easy due to the flexibility of the substrate material called FPC, but the flexibility makes the fixing of the both ends of the substrate unstable, and the terminal pins of the both ends are unstable. When soldering work becomes difficult, or when a sensor element that detects the rotational position of the output unit is mounted on this board, a fixing mechanism (reinforcement plate) that fixes the sensor element to ensure the detection operation is used. This is necessary and leaves room for improvement in assemblability.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary drive device which is compact and improves assemblability by simplifying an electric wiring system. Another object is to provide a rotary drive device that improves productivity by using common parts, and another object is to absorb vibration of a motor by using a buffer member. An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary drive device with low noise.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention according to
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the rotary drive device according to the first aspect, a terminal pin of the power supply terminal and the external connection terminal is provided so as to protrude in a motor axis direction, and the printed circuit board is mounted on the motor. It was arranged to be orthogonal to the side surface.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the rotary drive device according to any one of the first and second aspects, a gear transmission mechanism for transmitting rotation of a rotor of the motor to an output shaft is provided inside the case. The rotation position detection magnet was disposed on the gear, and a sensor for detecting the rotation position detection magnet was disposed on the printed circuit board in opposition.
[0011]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the rotary drive device according to any one of the first to third aspects, the gear transmission mechanism is provided on a gear post plate on which a gear post of the gear transmission mechanism is implanted. A new gear post installation mechanism for configuring a different gear transmission mechanism was prepared.
[0012]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the rotary drive device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, a buffer member is interposed between the bottom of the motor and the case.
[0013]
Here, according to the configuration of the first aspect, the horizontal position of both the power supply terminal for supplying the drive current to the excitation coil of the motor and the external connection terminal for making an electrical connection with the external control device (that is, the horizontal position) (Position in the height direction) on one plane, it is possible to interconnect the terminal pins by one printed circuit board, simplify the configuration of the electric wiring system, and solder the terminals. Since the attaching operation can be performed collectively on the same plane, the assemblability becomes extremely good.
[0014]
Further, according to the configuration of the second aspect, by arranging the printed circuit board at right angles to the side of the motor, the dimension in the motor axis direction can be shortened, and the rotary drive device can be made compact.
[0015]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the sensor for detecting the rotational position of the output shaft is mounted at an appropriate position on the printed circuit board, so that the sensor can be easily and reliably fixed, and a stable detection operation can be performed. Is obtained, and since each terminal of the sensor can be directly connected to the external connection terminal through the printed wiring of the substrate, the configuration of the electric wiring system can be simplified.
[0016]
Further, according to the configuration of the fourth aspect, since a gear transmission mechanism having a different reduction ratio can be easily configured according to the application, parts can be shared and productivity is improved.
[0017]
Further, according to the configuration of the fifth aspect, the noise (chattering noise) generated by the vibration at the time of driving the motor can be absorbed by interposing the cushioning member, and the low noise of the rotary drive device can be absorbed. Can be achieved.
[0018]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a single printed circuit board is provided by arranging the power supply terminal provided on the motor and the external connection terminal provided on the case so that the horizontal positions thereof are aligned. Enables the interconnection of the terminal pins. This simplifies the configuration of the electrical wiring system and allows the work of soldering the printed circuit board and each terminal to be performed on the same plane, so that the assemblability is extremely good.
[0036]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by arranging the printed circuit board at right angles to the motor, the dimension in the motor axis direction can be shortened, and as a result, the rotary drive device can be made compact.
[0037]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, by mounting the rotational position detecting sensor of the output shaft on the printed circuit board, the mounting and fixing of the sensor can be performed easily and securely, and the stable detecting operation can be performed. Is obtained, and since each terminal of the sensor can be directly connected to the external connection terminal through the printed wiring of the substrate, no extra wiring is required, and the configuration of the electric wiring system can be simplified.
[0038]
According to the present invention, a gear transmission mechanism having a reduction ratio according to a use can be easily configured by using a spare gear post installation mechanism, and common parts can be used. And productivity is improved.
[0039]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the noise at the time of driving the motor is absorbed by interposing the buffer member between the bottom of the motor and the case, so that the noise of the rotary drive device can be reduced. .
