Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0005】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling system using underground water heat.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a cooling system that utilizes the heat of groundwater in wells for cooling objects and cooling indoors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
1. Using energy obtained from nuclear, hydro or thermal power (fossil fuels), cryogenic energy is produced and used for cooling.
2. A borehole is drilled or a heat exchange pipe is inserted into the hollow part of a steel pipe pile or a concrete pile to use the underground energy of the heat exchanged circulating fluid without moving groundwater.
3. Pump well water directly from the well and use it for cooling.
4. A heat pump is used in combination with the
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
1. In particular, fossil fuels are being depleted because energy is produced and used from nuclear power, hydropower or thermal power (fossil fuels) for cold energy.
2. In the case of using directly pumped groundwater, freshwater is required, and it is a deep boring, so it is expensive and the boring diameter is small.
In addition, since the groundwater in the shallow layer contains a large amount of fine particles, the pump is rapidly deteriorated.
3. When using underground cold energy, groundwater movement is slow, and the temperature of the ground and groundwater rises due to heat exchange over time, which makes it difficult to perform cooling for a long time.
Further, in the case of a stratum having a high permeability resistance, energy acquisition is small, and most of the stratum uses heat energy of the stratum.
4. If the pumped groundwater is sent directly to a radiator or the like, the service life is shortened due to impurities adhering to the radiator.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The means for solving the problems are shown below.
1. Since the movement of the groundwater is slow, the groundwater is pumped once and stored in a tank, and the groundwater cooling energy is collected and used in the tank.
The tank can be made of any material, such as metal, concrete, or reinforced fiber plastic, which provides a function as a water tank.
2. The pumped groundwater is not used for direct cooling, but a tank is provided on the ground and new cold energy is secured in the tank by replacing the groundwater, heat exchange is performed in the tank, and cooling energy is indirectly collected.
The pumped groundwater is returned to the nearby well water return section (return well or seepage pit).
3. When using a large amount of groundwater energy, increase the pumping amount and secure the capacity of the tank, arrange a large number of heat exchangers in the tank, collect the heat-exchanged circulating fluid in the header, and use a thick pipe to the heat radiation side. Send in.
4. Isolate the radiator circuit so that groundwater does not affect the radiator.
5. Groundwater whose temperature has risen after heat exchange is pumped up, attracts new groundwater from below, exchanges groundwater, exchanges heat with the circulating fluid, and returns all pumped water to nearby wells. Use
6. When using groundwater in a shallow layer, the cross-sectional area of the borehole is made as large as possible to increase the groundwater capacity of the well, and to increase the heat exchange capacity per well.
7. If there is a risk of inflow of fine particles from the intake port of the pumping system, install a strainer and install a sand filter in front of the pump to prolong the service life of the pump.
8. In order to support the heat exchanger at predetermined intervals and positions, use is made of a suspending tool composed of a "suspension wire or a suspension rod" and a "fixing hardware for support".
9. Gravel is circulated around the wells to reduce the permeation resistance of the groundwater so that the groundwater can easily flow into the wells.
