Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a bamboo fence panel used for constructing a fence, a fence, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, artificial bamboo panels made of plastic having a natural bamboo texture have been frequently used in walls and fences of outdoor gardens, indoor gardens and corridors. This type of artificial bamboo panel is formed by molding a synthetic resin material into a panel shape so that a large number of split bamboo shapes are connected in the width direction. Not only does it have a shape, color, etc. that is comparable to that of natural bamboo Since it is formed in the shape of a panel, the construction is simple and easy, and since it is made of a synthetic resin, there is little deterioration in appearance due to corrosion, discoloration, etc., and high durability. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, so-called Otsugaki is shown in FIG. A bamboo fence panel 60 has been proposed. As this type of bamboo fence panel 60, as can be seen from the figure, a round bamboo panel part 70 composed of a plurality of panel components 71 is arranged on a frame 61 composed of a side frame member 62 and an end frame member 63. . Here, the panel component members 71 are alternately woven on the front and back with respect to the rod-shaped member 65 fixed to the side frame member 62, and the end of each panel component member 71 is inside the end frame member 63. The one fixedly held by the concave groove 64 is illustrated.
[0004]
However, in the bamboo fence panel 60 having the above-described structure, the panel component 71 is bent with respect to the rod-shaped member 65, and the end is inserted into the concave groove 64 of the end frame member 63 and fixed. Therefore, the restoring force of the round bamboo material 72 of the panel component member 71 is applied to the end frame member 63 as shown in FIG. This restoring force is a force for pushing up the end frame member 63, and there is a problem in that the end frame member 63 is particularly warped or bulged at a central portion far from the fixed portion of the frame body 61. (FIG. 4 is exaggerated for convenience of explanation.) For this reason, in the structure of this type of bamboo fence panel 60, the longer the length, the more the end frame member 63 tends to warp.

[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing one embodiment of the structure of the bamboo fence panel of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing one embodiment of the invention structure, and FIG. 3 is a portion showing a fixing structure of an end portion of a reinforcing round bamboo member. It is an expanded sectional view.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the round bamboo panel 10 according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a frame body 20 including an end frame member 21 and a side frame member 25, a bar-shaped member 30, and a round bamboo panel portion 40. The bamboo fence panel is provided with a reinforcing bamboo member 50 in the round bamboo panel portion 40.
[0012]
The frame body 20 includes end frame members 21 and 21 at both ends and side frame members 25 and 25 at both sides. The end of the end frame member 21 is fixed to a predetermined position of the side frame member 25 to form a rectangle. Things. The frame body 20 of the embodiment is made of aluminum and has a width of 1940 mm and a length of 930 mm.
[0013]
The rod-shaped member 30 is hung between the side frame members 25, 25 in the frame body 20. In the embodiment, a rod-shaped member in which an aluminum reinforcing pipe is inserted into a plastic pipe imitating a round bamboo is used. Three pieces were used at equal intervals.
In the round bamboo panel portion 40, a plurality of panel components 41 made of a round bamboo material 42 are bent and arranged orthogonally to the rod-shaped member 30, and both ends thereof are inserted and fixed in the concave groove portions 22 of the end frame member 21. They are organized into panels. As shown in FIG. 3, the concave groove portion 22 in this example has a tapered inner shape so that the end of the panel component 41 can be easily inserted.
[0014]
In this example, the panel component member 41 is shown as being alternately bent in the front-rear direction with respect to the bar-shaped member 30 as defined in claim 2.
Further, as shown in the drawing, the panel component 41 of the embodiment has a structure in which a plurality of (three in this case) round bamboo materials 42 are arranged in parallel. Of course, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which one unit is arranged in parallel.
In addition, as a configuration of the round bamboo panel unit 40, it is naturally possible to change the arrangement and the configuration of the panel constituent member 41 other than the structure as in the embodiment.
[0015]
The round bamboo material 42 has a natural bamboo texture made of a synthetic resin molded product such as AES resin, PVC resin, FRP resin, or PP resin, or a metal molded product such as aluminum. Note that the round bamboo material 42 is not limited to a synthetic resin molded product or the like, and natural round bamboo can also be used.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the reinforcing round bamboo member 50 is a straight tubular member having a round bamboo material 42 having screw grooves 56 at both ends and a reinforcing rod 55 inserted therein, as shown in FIG. 3. The reinforcing bamboo member 50 has screw grooves 56 at both ends thereof fixed to the upper and lower end frame members 21 so as to be juxtaposed with the round bamboo material 42 in the round bamboo panel portion 40. At a predetermined position of the end frame member 21, a through hole 23 smaller than the diameter of the reinforcing round bamboo member 50 is formed, and a nut 57 is tightened and fixed from both sides.
Note that the reinforcing rod 60 may be of a full screw type. In the figure, reference numeral 24 denotes a hole for inserting a tool for tightening the nut 57, and it is preferable that a blind cover or the like is provided in this portion after treatment in appearance.
[0017]
Next, an embodiment of a method of assembling the round bamboo panel 10 will be described.
First, a frame 20 having a predetermined size is formed using the end frame member 21 and the side frame member 25. Next, the reinforcing round bamboo member 50 having the reinforcing rod 55 inserted therein is inserted into the round bamboo material 42, and the reinforcing round bamboo member 50 is arranged at the center position in the concave groove 22 of the end frame member 21.
[0018]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a panel component member 41 made of three round bamboo materials 42 is sequentially arranged on the rod-shaped member 30 so as to be alternately front and rear. At this time, it is preferable that the reinforcing round bamboo member 50 is arranged as one of the round bamboo members 42 of the panel constituting member 41 so as to be distracted in appearance. That is, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, when arranged so as to be located at the center of the three round bamboo members 42 which are the panel constituent members 41, only the straight tubular reinforcing round bamboo member 50 is formed in the round bamboo panel portion 40. It can be arranged inconspicuously. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which two bamboo fence panels 10 and 10A are connected at an end of a side frame member 25 and are vertically combined. The bamboo fence panel 10A has a half-split decorative split bamboo material 17A arranged at the position of the rod-shaped member 30 to improve the appearance.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As shown and described above, according to the structure of the bamboo fence panel of the present invention, a straight tubular member in which a reinforcing bar is inserted into a round bamboo material in a round bamboo panel portion and both ends of the reinforcing bar are fixed to an end frame member. Since the reinforcing round bamboo member is disposed, the frame body is reinforced, and even if the bamboo fence panel becomes long, the bamboo panel does not bend under the influence of the round bamboo panel portion.
In addition, since the reinforcing round bamboo member is provided in parallel with the panel constituent member, the appearance is beautiful without a sense of incongruity.
