【0019】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the feed additive crude drugs described in Patent Literatures 1 to 3, meat quality of livestock and the like can be improved and weight can be increased. However, these are crude drugs that are widely applied to livestock in general, and there are no feed-added crude drugs specialized for piglets, boars, and sows, and for each development stage and sex as in the present invention. .
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to improve the quality of meat and promote the growth of piglets, thereby preventing growth stagnation and reducing the occurrence of accidents resulting from prolonged shipping days. To provide a feed additive crude drug. An object of the present invention is to provide a feed additive crude drug for boars that can improve boars' physical strength, in particular, a good summer batter prevention effect, and can thereby contribute to an improved implantation rate. An object of the present invention is to provide a sow feed additive crude drug for a sow, which has an effect of increasing the number of sows born, promoting estrus of the sow after weaning, and exerting an effect on perching.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a feed additive crude drug for piglets containing lignin leaves, malt and loquat leaves as essential components (claim 1). Here, the term “Glycium leaves” refers to dried leaves of Solanaceae lycium chinense miller (wolfberry). Malt is Gramineae barley Hordeum vulgare Linne var. vulgare (barley) germinated seeds are dried. The loquat leaf is obtained by drying the leaves of Roseaceae loquat Eriobotrya japonica Lindley. Each of these raw materials was ground as finely as possible and then mixed.
[0007]
The mixing ratio of these three types is, for example, 25 to 60% by weight of mulberry leaves (A), 25 to 60% by weight of malt (B), and 10 to 33% by weight of loquat leaves (C) ((A) + (B) + (C) ) = 100). If the compounding ratio of gugi leaf (A) is less than 25% by weight, the nutrition and tonic effects of gugi leaf are not exhibited, and a good growth promoting effect and meat quality improving effect cannot be obtained. When the mixing ratio of malt (B) is less than 25% by weight, the appetite-enhancing effect of malt (B) is not exhibited, and a favorable growth promoting effect cannot be obtained. When the mixing ratio of loquat leaf (C) is less than 10% by weight, the bactericidal action possessed by loquat leaf (C) is not sufficiently exhibited, and a favorable diarrhea preventing / treating effect and an effect of reducing the accident rate cannot be obtained. In addition, even if the compounding ratio of each crude drug exceeds the above upper limit, the effect is not effectively exhibited. However, these compounding ratios were obtained in view of the rules of thumb for traditional Chinese medicine and manufacturing costs, and there are few reasons to clarify their critical significance.
[0008]
In addition, the above three types of crude drugs can include ginseng, jujube, mountain herbs, and gold and silver flowers. That is, the present invention relates to a child comprising gugi leaves (A), malt (B), loquat leaves (C), ginseng (D), large jujube (E), herbal medicine (F), and gold and silver flowers (G) as essential components. It may be a feed additive crude drug for pigs (Claim 2). Here, the ginseng is the araliaceae Araliaceae ginseng Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer (Ginseng) root dried. Daijutsu means the buckthorn family Rhamnaceae jujube Zizyphus jujuba Miller var. Innermis Rehder (jujube) refers to dried fruit. The mountain drug refers to a dried rhizome (root-bearing body) of Dioscoreaaceae, Dioscorea japonica Thunberg (Yamanoimo) or Dioscorea batatas Decaisne (Naigamo), excluding the peripheral skin. Gold and silver flowers are dried flower buds of the honeysuckle family, Caprifoliaceae Shinobi Winter Lonicera japonica Thunberg.
[0009]
According to this, in addition to the nourishing and tonic effect of the above-mentioned Glycyrrhiza leaves (A), the nourishing and tonic effect of ginseng (D) and herbal medicine (F) can be expected. The effect of regulating the gastrointestinal function of dajutsu (E) and a palliative effect can be expected. The germicidal effect of gold and silver flower (G) and the detoxification effect of heat can also be expected.
[0010]
In this case, the compounding ratio is 15-25% by weight of lycopodium (A), 15-25% by weight of malt (B), 5-15% by weight of loquat (C), 5-15% by weight of ginseng (D), and Natsume (E) 5 to 15% by weight, Yamayaku (F) 15 to 25% by weight, Gold and silver flower (G) 5 to 15% by weight ((A) + (B) + (C) + (D) + (E) ) + (F) + (G) = 100) (claim 3). If the compounding ratio of each crude drug is less than that, the effect of each crude drug is not effectively exhibited, and if it is more than that, the effect is not exhibited effectively.
[0011]
The feed additive crude drug for piglets as described above may be, for example, 0.5 to 0.5% of the basal feed from the feeding stage at the stage of the milk for piglets and the artificial milk B stage (from birth to about 20 kg in weight). What is necessary is just to mix and give about 1 weight%, and thereby the growth promotion of a piglet and the effect of improving meat quality can be obtained. In particular, this can contribute to promoting the growth of piglets, preventing growth stagnation, and reducing the occurrence of accidents caused by prolonged shipping days.
[0012]
In addition, this feed additive crude drug is also effective in preventing and treating diseases. Specifically, diarrhea can be stopped with a probability of about 90% by giving 0.3% by weight for prevention and 0.5% by weight for treatment in a basic feed. It is also advantageous in that expensive antibiotics are not required, and the financial burden on pig farmers can be reduced.
[0013]
Further, the present invention is a feed additive crude drug for boars containing ginseng (H), lycopodium (I), yellow spirit (J), and mountain medicine (K) as essential components (claim 4). Here, the yellow sperm is Lilyaceae yellow sperm Polygonatum falcatum A. The rhizome of Gray (narco lily) Polygonatum sibilicum Redout is steamed. These compounding ratios are 5 to 15% by weight of ginseng (H), 25 to 35% by weight of lycopodium (I), 25 to 35% by weight of yellow spirit (J), and 25 to 35% by weight of mountain medicine (K) (( H) + (I) + (J) + (K) = 100) (claim 5).
[0014]
Huangsei (J) and Yamayaku (K) have a tonic effect on debilitating malnutrition due to weakness and chronic illness after the disease, and in that respect, are extremely effective in increasing the physical strength of boars. Similar to the above, this mixing ratio is also obtained in consideration of the rules of thumb for Chinese medicine and the production cost.
[0015]
About 50 g of the feed additive crude drug for boars described above is given once a day by hand. As a result, an effect of increasing physical strength, particularly a favorable effect of preventing summer batter, can be obtained, and seeding in summer can be performed. In addition, by giving it for three consecutive days, it is possible to suppress the decrease in sperm and contribute to the improvement of the implantation rate and the number of births. It is also effective in preventing orchitis.
[0016]
Further, the present invention is a feed additive crude drug for female pigs containing ginseng (L), Gong Kohide (M), large jujube (N), mountain medicine (O), and chickweed (P) as essential components. (Claim 6) Here, "Kaba Koei" refers to dried roots of the composite plant, "Taxaxum officinale Weber". Chickweed is obtained by drying the above-ground part of Caryophyllaceae, which is a reproductive species of Stellaria negrata Weihe. These compounding ratios are 5 to 15% by weight of ginseng (L), 25 to 35% by weight of Gong Gong (M), 15 to 25% by weight of jujube (N), 15 to 25% by weight of Yamayaku (O), and Hakobe. (P) 15 to 25% by weight ((L) + (M) + (N) + (O) + (P) = 100) (claim 7).
[0017]
Similar to the above, this mixing ratio is also obtained in consideration of the rules of thumb for Chinese medicine and the production cost. If the blending ratio of ginseng (L), gong gong (M), and mountain medicine (O) is too low, the nourishment and tonic effect of ginseng (L), the stomach and lactation effects of gong gong (M), The nourishing effect of the medicine (O) is not sufficiently exhibited, and as a result, no effect is obtained in sows before and after childbirth. If the blending ratio of the jujube (N) is too low, the relieving property of the jujube (N) is not sufficiently exhibited, and as a result, there is a disadvantage that appetite is reduced due to the irritancy of ginseng (L) and the like. Even if the blending ratio of each crude drug exceeds the above upper limit, its effect is not effectively exhibited, but rather, adding a large amount of ginseng (L) or the like causes an increase in production cost.
[0018]
The feed additive crude drug for female pigs was mixed at about 0.5% by weight with respect to the feed from about one month before the growing stage (with seeds). As a result, the health of the sow was improved, and the number of births could be increased. More specifically, about 99% of the pigs obtained after birth had 10 or more healthy piglets. In addition, it was confirmed that mixing and giving about 0.5% by weight after parturition exerted effects on promoting estrus of sows after weaning and stopping seeds.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, the effects of the present invention will be further clarified by showing examples and comparative examples of the present invention.
[0020]
<Food additive for piglets>
(Example 1) Kikugi leaf (20% by weight), malt (20% by weight), loquat leaf (10% by weight), carrot (5% by weight), jujube (10% by weight), mountain herb (20% by weight) And silver and silver flowers (15% by weight) to obtain a feed additive crude drug for piglets according to Example 1.
[0021]
About 0.5 to 1% by weight of the feed additive crude drug according to Example 1 was added to a group (120 piglets) of a piglet from the stage of feeding to the basic feed at a period of about 20 kg after birth. Gave. On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 is a group of pigs (120 pigs) only receiving the basic feed without any feed additive crude drug, all conditions other than the additive crude drug were the same, and administration of vitamins, antibiotics, etc. And infectious disease vaccinations were performed as needed. Table 1 shows the average shipping days, meat quality rank, meat quality, and the status of disease occurrence.
[0022]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004222547
[0023]
From Table 1, the piglets given the feed additive crude drug according to Example 1 had an average shipping time of about 15 days earlier than that of Comparative Example 1, indicating that the feed additive crude drug according to the present invention showed excellent growth. It can be seen that a promoting effect is exhibited.
[0024]
In addition, the piglets given the feed additive crude drug according to Example 1 had a higher meat quality rank as compared with Comparative Example 1, and also had a good appearance color tone and a good degree of marbling of the overall feeling, and therefore, the feed additive according to the present invention. It can be seen that crude drugs have an effect of improving meat quality. Furthermore, it can be seen that the piglets given the feed additive crude drug according to Example 1 have no disease occurrence and have excellent disease prevention.

(Example 2) A feed for boars according to Example 2, which contains ginseng (15% by weight), licorice leaves (25% by weight), yellow spirit (30% by weight), and mountain medicine (30% by weight). An additive crude drug was obtained.
[0026]
About 50 g of the feed additive crude drug according to Example 2 was manually given to male pigs for seeding (20 pigs per group) once a day. In addition, a group of pigs, which did not receive any feed additive crude drug and received only the basic feed, was used as Comparative Example 2. Table 2 shows the seeding status, sperm count reduction status, and orchiditis occurrence status.
[0027]
[Table 2]
Figure 2004222547
[0028]
From Table 2, it was confirmed that by providing the feed additive composition for boars according to Example 2, a physical strength-enhancing effect, in particular, a favorable summer batter prevention effect was obtained, and thus it became possible to seed in summer. In addition, it was confirmed that the reduction of sperm can be suppressed and the implantation rate and the production number can be improved. Furthermore, it was confirmed that it was also effective in preventing orchitis.
[0029]
<Food additive for sows>
(Example 3) Ginseng (10% by weight), Gong Kohide (20% by weight), Daijutsu (25% by weight), Yamayaku (25% by weight), and Japanese chickweed (20% by weight) were mixed. The feed additive crude drug for sows according to the above was obtained.
[0030]
A sow feed additive crude drug according to Example 3 was mixed into a sow (20 per group) at about 0.5% by weight based on the basic feed from the stage of breeding (about one month before seeding). . Herbal supplements continued to be given after childbirth. A group of sows to which only the basic feed was given without any feed additive crude drug was used as Comparative Example 3. Table 3 shows the average number of calves, the state of estrus, the state of growth of the born piglets, and the state of estrus after childbirth.
[0031]
[Table 3]
Figure 2004222547
[0032]
From Table 3, it was confirmed that by providing the feed additive composition for a sow according to Example 3, the health of the sow was promoted and the number of births was increased. More specifically, 11 or more healthy piglets were obtained with a probability of about 99% or more. Furthermore, it was confirmed that by giving the mixture about 0.5% by weight after parturition, it is effective in promoting the estrus of the sow after weaning and stopping seeds.
