Abstract
Description
【0001】
F=IBsinθ=I×B

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic linear actuator used for a linear compressor, a Stirling engine, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to drive an article that reciprocates linearly, a rotary motor is used to convert a rotary motion of the motor into a linear motion by using a crank mechanism or a cam mechanism. However, when converting the rotary motion of the rotary motor into linear motion using a crank mechanism or a cam mechanism, a place for installing the crank mechanism or the cam mechanism must be secured, and a large space is required. In addition, since the number of driving units increases, a problem is likely to occur.
[0003]
Therefore, in recent years, electromagnetic linear actuators have been widely used.
FIG. 9 shows a sectional view of a conventional electromagnetic linear actuator. A linear actuator LB shown in FIG. 9 includes a

Consider the relationship between magnetism and current. FIG. 10A is a vector diagram showing current, magnetism, and the force at that time, and FIG. 10B is a schematic configuration diagram of a magnetic field and magnetic flux. FIG. 10C is a graph showing an example of the magnetic flux density distribution on an arbitrary line segment in the state of the magnetic flux and the current shown in FIG. 10B. The operation principle of the linear actuator LB shown in FIG. 9 is based on Fleming's left-hand rule in electromagnetics. That is, as shown in FIG. 10 (B), when a current I flows through a straight conducting wire L disposed in a space of a magnetic flux density B, when an angle between the current I and the magnetic flux density B is θ, the current I is The force F acting on the conducting wire L by flowing is obtained by the cross product of the current I and the magnetic flux density B. That is, the following equation is obtained (see FIG. 10A).
F = IB sin θ = I × B
Further, by passing the current I through the conductor L, a magnetic field b is generated around the conductor. That is, when the current I flows upward from above and below the plane of the paper, a leftward force in the drawing is generated in the conductive wire L according to Fleming's law. When the current I is passed, the magnetic field b generates a counterclockwise magnetic field b when viewed from above (when viewed from above) (see FIG. 10B).
[0005]
The magnetic field b generated by the current I becomes weaker away from the conductor L. When the magnetic flux density B and the magnetic field b due to the current I are superimposed, the magnetic flux density distribution on the

Next, the operation of the linear actuator LB will be described in consideration of the above-described superposition. The linear actuator LB shown in FIG. 9 has a rotating body shape rotated around an axis, and only the right side in FIG. 9 is considered for convenience. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic linear actuator that can reduce the number of parts, can be reduced in size accordingly, and can be easily and accurately assembled.
[0013]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic linear actuator that can use an inexpensive permanent magnet with a small magnetic flux density, can improve the efficiency, and can manufacture the entire device at low cost.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electromagnetic linear actuator that reciprocates, a cylinder having a cylindrical shape, a piston installed inside the cylinder so as to reciprocate in the cylinder axis direction, and an outer periphery of the cylinder. A permanent magnet fixed to the surface, an inner yoke provided on the piston, a conductive coil surrounding the permanent magnet from the outer periphery and disposed facing the permanent magnet, and an outer yoke provided so as to cover the coil. have.
[0015]
According to this configuration, the piston for working outside is a component of the linear actuator, so that the driving force from the linear actuator can be directly transmitted to the piston, thereby providing a highly efficient linear actuator. Can be. In addition, a member for connecting the drive unit of the linear actuator and the piston is not required, so that the number of parts can be reduced, and the device can be made smaller and lighter.
[0016]
Further, by fixing the permanent magnet to the cylinder and providing the inner yoke to the piston, the gap between the inner yoke and the outer yoke is reduced, and a sufficient effect can be obtained with a permanent magnet having a small magnetic flux density. . Further, when a permanent magnet having a small magnetic flux density is used, disturbance due to repulsion of the magnet can be reduced at the time of assembling, so that it is easy to assemble.
[0017]
Further, in the present invention, the permanent magnet having the above configuration is divided, the number of divisions of the permanent magnet is the same as the number of divisions of the outer yoke and the inner yoke, and each divided portion of each member is in a one-to-one relation. Yes, it is.
[0018]
According to this configuration, since the permanent magnet, the inner yoke, and the outer yoke correspond one-to-one, the magnetic flux density is stabilized, and a more stable performance can be obtained.
[0019]
According to the present invention, there is provided a permanent magnet having the above-described configuration, wherein the permanent magnet has a cylindrical shape and is inserted and fixed to the outside of the cylinder.
[0020]
According to this configuration, it is very easy to assemble the permanent magnet, and it is possible to prevent the permanent magnet from falling off the cylinder. At this time, the cylinder and the permanent magnet may be provided with a means such as using a key groove and a key member that does not rotate around the axis, or by bonding.
[0021]
Further, the present invention can exemplify a structure in which the permanent magnet having the above configuration is attached and fixed to a groove provided outside the cylinder.
[0022]
Further, the present invention can exemplify a case in which a sintered product obtained by molding a soft magnetic material into a cylindrical shape without using a laminated core is used as the inner yoke having the above configuration. This saves labor such as lamination and allows the inner yoke to be manufactured according to the size and shape of the reciprocating piston.
Further, the present invention can exemplify one in which the inner yoke is inserted or attached to the outside or inside of the piston and fixed. Thus, the inner yoke and the piston can be easily and easily assembled.
[0024]
Further, the present invention can exemplify the inner yoke in which the axial length of the yoke is shorter than the axial length of the permanent magnet and the outer yoke.
[0025]
Further, the piston is not limited thereto, but may be, for example, a piston made of a non-magnetic material.
[0026]
