TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring the concentration of a dissolved gas in a flowing or stagnating liquid. The present invention is suitably applied particularly to measuring the concentration of a dissolved carbon dioxide gas in a liquid containing dissolved carbon dioxide gas, typically carbonated water or a carbonated spring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there has been a method for analyzing the amount, that is, the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide gas in a liquid phase, but it has been an electrical measurement method in which measurement is performed by chemical analysis or through a membrane or the like. These are time consuming tasks, and the people who measure are virtually limited to those with specialized knowledge. In addition, a measuring instrument that can directly measure the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide from the liquid phase is very expensive. For example, even if a person who wants to enjoy a carbonated spring in a home bath wants to know the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide, Conventional measuring instruments have not been readily available for economic reasons.
[0003]
It is also known to measure the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide gas by bringing carbonated water into contact with the membrane. However, in the case of dirty water, such as a bath, the function is immediately deteriorated due to contamination of the membrane. There was an inconvenience.
[0004]
JP-A-5-126711 proposes a relatively simple method capable of measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide dissolved in a liquid phase. That is, in this publication, after a certain amount of liquid is stored in a closed space, carbon dioxide gas is released from the liquid phase by reducing the pressure by expanding the volume of the closed space, and the liquid phase There is disclosed an invention for measuring the amount, ie, concentration, of dissolved carbon dioxide gas therein.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Taking carbonated water as an example, generally, the method of confining such a fixed amount of liquid in a fixed volume and decompressing the enclosed space to gasify carbon dioxide gas certainly causes gasification and reduces the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide gas. The part becomes a gas, causing a pressure change in the enclosed volume. When this is measured electrically and used as concentration data, the saturated concentration value of the dissolved carbon dioxide gas is greatly affected by the water temperature, and depending on the water temperature at the time of measurement, even if the dissolved gas concentration is the same, it is released. The amount of gas that is used changes. In addition, it is difficult to measure and correct the water temperature each time, and it is difficult to accurately determine how much remains in the liquid phase even if the correction is made. Therefore, it is practically difficult to accurately measure the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide in a short time.
[0006]
In the case of a measuring device that uses a membrane, etc., dirt adheres to the surface and causes clogging, and the carbonate ion can determine the numerical value by comparing the potential change with other ions inside the sensor. Disappears. Further, dirt adhering to the membrane significantly reduces the permeation efficiency of the gas-permeable membrane stretched over the dissolved carbon dioxide detection section. For this reason, long-term maintenance-free operation in an environment such as a bath where nulls and dirt are deposited is impossible. Further, in the case of the conventional one, it is necessary to consider a countermeasure for eliminating the interference of nitrite ions, and it is necessary to maintain the sensor accuracy by continuously filtering raw water with high purity, or to perform a membrane cleaning step using a chemical.
[0007]
Eliminates the need for chemical cleaning of membranes and replacement of expensive detectors when measuring the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide in artificial carbonated springs for business use where many people take a bath or for home use by limited people. There is a demand to measure the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide gas stably and efficiently for a long period of time.
[0008]
In addition, when high-concentration carbonated water (for example, 2000 ppm or more) is used as industrial cleaning water, there is a demand that the concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide be measured regularly and in a simple manner in order to maintain the stability of the cleaning power. There is.
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for sampling a dissolved gas in a liquid phase which is simple and convenient for stably measuring the amount of dissolved gas in a liquid for a long period of time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for measuring the concentration of dissolved gas in a liquid phase, which is simple and can stably measure the amount of dissolved gas in a liquid for a long period of time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a device for measuring the concentration of dissolved gas in a liquid phase having a simple structure.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, such technical problems are basically:
A fixed amount of liquid containing dissolved gas is accommodated in an enclosed space, and then the enclosed space is decompressed, and the liquid in the enclosed space is heated so as to have a predetermined temperature. This is achieved by sampling
[0011]
In other words, a certain amount of liquid taken in the enclosed space is released through a decompression and heating process to release dissolved gas, and this is, for example, confined in a small portable sampling container or the like and analyzed by gas chromatography or the like, or To supply the sampled gas directly to the analysis instrument to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide, or to detect the pressure in the enclosed space with a sensor, and convert the voltage output by the sensor according to a preset measurement line, for example. Then, the density is displayed on a monitor or the like prepared in advance. According to this, since the temperature of the liquid taken into the closed container is controlled so as to be always the same, the dissolved gas saturation concentration of the target gas can be kept constant. The concentration of the dissolved gas contained can be measured without being affected by the temperature of the liquid and the ambient temperature. Since no film is used for this measurement, complicated maintenance is not required. The present invention is applicable to a wide range from the fermentation field to the pollution measurement field.
[0012]
When measuring a liquid having a low concentration of gas-dissolved gas, relatively little gas is emitted from the liquid, and therefore the gas pressure is also low, and this cannot be accurately detected due to the capability of the pressure sensor. To cope with this, it is preferable to detect the gas pressure after increasing the pressure of the sampled gas to a pressure suitable for the capability of the pressure sensor. This is the same when detecting the concentration of the sampled gas, and it is preferable to detect the gas concentration after the sampled gas is pressurized to substantially increase the concentration. A plunger type decompression device can be mentioned as a decompression device suitable for this.
[0013]
Although the pressure in the closed space may be reduced by using a pressure reducing device, the pressure may be reduced by increasing the volume of the closed space. The extent to which the volume of the closed space is increased may be determined depending on the concentration of the dissolved gas contained in the liquid. For example, in the case of high-concentration carbonated water, the amount of carbon dioxide released by the liquid in the closed space is large without increasing the volume so much, and it is easy to detect this with a pressure sensor or a concentration sensor. . On the other hand, in the case of low-concentration carbonated water, it is possible to promote liquid gas release by sufficiently expanding the volume and increasing the degree of pressure reduction.
[0014]
When the dissolved gas is a liquid having a low concentration, it is preferable to reduce the volume of the enclosed space that encloses the pressure and concentration of the released gas when detecting the pressure and concentration of the released gas. As described above, when targeting low-concentration carbonated water, the release of carbon dioxide gas can be promoted by sufficiently expanding the volume of the enclosed space containing the carbonated water and increasing the degree of decompression, Since the amount of carbon dioxide is small, it is necessary to prepare a high-performance sensor to detect this. When the amount of carbon dioxide gas sampled is inherently small, as in low-concentration carbonated water, the volume of the enclosed space containing this carbon dioxide gas is reduced when detecting the pressure and concentration of carbon dioxide gas released by the carbonated water. By reducing the size, it becomes easy to detect the pressure and the concentration with a widely used sensor. To do this, after expanding the enclosed space containing the liquid and decompressing it and heating the liquid to a predetermined temperature to promote the release of gas, after reducing the volume of the expanded enclosed space by a predetermined amount , Gas pressure or gas concentration may be detected.

Here, the pressure reducing device 44 is preferably a plunger pump type pressure reducing device. With a plunger pump type pressure reducing device, the degree of pressure reduction can be set arbitrarily by controlling the stroke of the plunger. For example, the concentration of dissolved gas in relatively low-concentration carbonated water is measured. Sometimes, first, a large stroke of the plunger is maintained to maintain a large depressurized state for a certain period of time to promote the release of gas from the liquid phase, and then, after the plunger is slightly returned or returned to the position before the depressurization, the gas is discharged. The pressure or gas concentration may be detected. According to this, the gas pressure or concentration can be detected in a pressure range or concentration range suitable for the capability of the gas pressure detection or

In the second and third embodiments, the volume of the closed space is reduced after the closed space is enlarged and decompressed, and the liquid in the closed space is heated to a predetermined temperature to promote gas release. After that, the gas pressure and the concentration may be detected. In order to freely set such a stop position of the piston, it is preferable to employ a drive source that can freely set the stop position by a controller such as a pulse motor as a drive source of the piston.
[0078]
For example, when the present invention is applied to measuring the concentration of an artificially generated carbonated spring, if the measured concentration is displayed as a numerical value on a monitor, the user can take a bath in the carbonated spring of what carbon dioxide concentration. You can know while bathing. Further, for example, when the concentration of the carbonated spring is equal to or higher than the specified concentration, it is easy to take safety measures such as forcibly stopping the supply of the carbonated spring or forcibly reducing the concentration of the generated carbonated spring.
[0079]
Further, the present invention enables cleaning with high-concentration carbonated water and development of an apparatus for industrial and medical use. The present invention is indispensable for a washing machine for simultaneously removing insects, dirt, bacteria, etc. in fresh vegetables and the like, in order to improve work efficiency and maintain stable quality of HACCP (hasep standard) record management. However, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily and stably measure the dissolved carbon dioxide gas in the liquid phase to obtain such effects.
