【0019】
例えばインターネット等で代表される通信ネットワーク5は、一般公衆回線、ISDN(Integrated Service Digital Network)、WAN(Wide Area Network)、ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode)網、FTTH(Fiber ToThe Home)、ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)、VDSL(VeryHigh−Bit−Rate DSL)、衛星通信回線網、移動通信網、CATV網、VOIP(Voice over IP)、光通信網等で構成することができ、特にこの実施形態では、超高速電力線通信(PLC:Power Line Communication)が用いられる。 また、移動通信網では、PHS(Personal Handy−Phon System)や携帯電話等の無線通信線が通信媒体として用いられる。
【0020】
集積回路を用いた電子機器としては、ICカードや携帯電話、PDA(Personal Digital Assistance)、媒体としては、磁気カードなどがある。

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the power consumed in each home or company is measured by an integrating wattmeter installed in each house or factory, and the meter reader confirms the measured value, and the electricity rate is calculated based on the measured value. In such a system, a place where electricity is consumed (a house, a building, a factory, etc.) is specified, and a contractor associated with the specified place is notified according to the amount of power consumed at the place. Will be charged. Further, the billed electricity bill is a billed amount for the total power consumption.
For such an electricity bill settlement system, the following devices are available.

[0037]
Next, it is determined whether a measured value has been supplied to the specified device (step S204). If supplied, a new file is created in the device file 422, the consumption start time and the consumption end time included in the supplied data are recorded, and the power consumption and the power generation during that time are recorded. (Step S205). Step S204 constitutes a load power consumption acquisition unit and a generated power acquisition unit. Step S205 constitutes a power consumption recording unit and a power generation recording unit.
[0038]
It is determined whether it is time to issue a bill (step S207). For example, for a contractor who has a contract to issue an invoice every month, since the invoice creation time comes every month, it is determined whether one month has elapsed since the last invoice creation. .
[0039]
If it is time to create a bill, the total sum of the stored electric energy is totaled for each power using device. First, the power consumption is totaled for each device (step S209). That is, the power consumption accumulated in the device file 422 is totaled for each device having a different IP address. The electric energy collected here includes the electric power generated by the power generation facility. This step S209 constitutes a load power amount totalizing unit and a generated power amount totalizing unit.
[0040]
Next, the power consumption is totaled for each user (step S211). That is, the total power balance is calculated based on the power amounts of the respective devices totaled in step S209. FIG. 8 is a table in which the amount of electric power generated by a certain user (contractor) and the amount of consumed electric power are totaled for each device as a power balance table. The total power supply (power generation) per month for this user is 106 kWh, which is 103 kWh generated by the solar cell power generator and 3 kWh generated by the generator mounted on the running machine. It is shown.
[0041]
In addition, the user's total monthly power consumption is 323 kwk, and the breakdown is that the power consumption from the power line drawn to the house at the contract location is 231 kwh, and the outside The total amount of power consumed by connecting to the power line is 92 kwh. Then, the difference between the total supplied power and the total power consumption is 217 kwh, and a bill is created on the assumption that this user has consumed 217 kWh of power (step S213). This step S213 constitutes the electric energy totalizing means.
[0042]
FIG. 9 is a plan view of the created bill. The bill describes the power consumption of each device that has consumed power. As described above, since the amount of power consumption is displayed for each device used, energy saving measures can be taken for each device.
[0043]
In addition, since the amount of power consumed by connecting to the power line of another contractor is also grasped, the power consumption is not added as the power consumption of the other contractor.

[0047]
The information reading device 64 includes a connection portion with an information carrier owned by the power user, and acquires information about the power user connecting the power using device to the outlet via the connection portion. The information carrier is an electronic device or a medium that stores information about a power user, and includes, for example, an integrated circuit and a magnetic recording medium. Electronic devices using an integrated circuit include an IC card, a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistance), and a medium such as a magnetic card. The information reading device 64 includes a reading device that acquires information from these information carriers.
[0048]
For example, it is provided with a magnetic head for reading from a magnetic card or a wireless communication means such as a Bluetooth for reading information from an integrated circuit. The information carried by the information carrier is identification information given in advance to each power user, and specifically includes an ID number and a password of the power user.
[0049]
In addition, the information reading device 64 may be configured such that the user directly inputs his / her own ID number and password using input means such as a numeric keypad or a keyboard, and the user is specified by this information.
[0050]
The information reading device 64 as the identification information obtaining means obtains the ID number of the power user from the information carrier. After connecting the power using device to the outlet, the power user transmits his / her own information to the information reading device 64. When acquiring the user information, the control device 65 switches the switching means 63 to the energizable state. When the use of power by the power using device ends, the switching unit 63 is switched to the off state. Then, a packet signal including the measured value of the power consumption supplied from the wattmeter, the use start time, the use end time, the ID number of the power user, and the IP address of the
[0051]
The operation of the power measuring means 6 will be described based on the flowchart shown in FIG. A terminal is connected to the outlet 7 (step S301), and user information is acquired from the information reading device 64 of the power measuring means 6 (step S303). The information is acquired from an IC card or a magnetic card owned by the user via a reading device of the information reading device 64. The information to be acquired is an ID number or the like for identifying the power user.
[0052]
Next, a carrier signal carrying the IP address of the power measuring means 6 and the acquired ID number is output to the power line via the communication means, and it is determined whether communication is possible with the server 4 (step S305). If communication is not possible, an error message is displayed (step S307), and the process ends. If a response signal has been received from the
[0053]
If the user is confirmed, the switching unit 63 is turned on, and the power supply from the power line to the outlet 7 is enabled (step S311). As a result, power is supplied to the load connected to the outlet 7. Steps S309 and S311 constitute a determination unit.
[0054]
The power consumption is integrated by the wattmeter 61 (step S313). It is determined whether the power of the load has been turned off (step S315). This may be determined based on whether or not the terminal has been disconnected from the outlet 7. If not, continue the measurement. When the power is turned off, the switching unit 63 is turned off (step S317), and the measured value of the power consumption measured by the wattmeter 61, the use start time, the use end time, the ID number of the power user, and the power A packet signal including the IP address of the measuring means 6 is formed, and the packet signal is output to the power line via the communication device 62 (step S319). After that, the process ends.
[0055]
On the
[0056]
In step S205, a use place file classified by use place is created instead of a device file. That is, in the file of the user specified by the ID number, a use location file is created, and the power consumption, the use start time, and the use end time are recorded. As the place of use, an address registered in advance corresponding to the IP address of the power measuring means 6 is recorded. The unique information of the power measuring means 6 includes fixed information such as the address of the location and the owner name. From this unique information list, an address is selected and recorded. Such a step S205 constitutes a power consumption storage means.
[0057]
With the system configured as described above, the time, power consumption, and connection location of the power using device are stored as a usage location file. As described above, the place of use can be displayed in addition to the power consumption and time for each device. By adopting such a configuration, restrictions on the power use location are reduced. That is, as long as the connection terminal (outlet) has the device as shown in FIG. 12, any person can receive power from the connection terminal regardless of the owner of the connection terminal, The power consumption is recorded in the
[0058]
Further, for example, when a power outlet such as a personal computer is used at a coffee shop or the like by using the outlet at the same time, the provider of the place accesses the
[0059]
【The invention's effect】
According to the power management system of the present invention configured as described above, it is possible to know the amount of power consumption for each load used, and to use the detailed information on power saving for each load. it can.
[0060]
Furthermore, the power consumed by the power user in places other than the contracted wiring facility is managed as the power consumption of the user of the load by the identification information given to the load. It is possible to consume power without burdening costs. Therefore, with respect to mobile objects (electric vehicles and the like) driven by electric power, restrictions on the location of power supply are relaxed, their use is further facilitated, and the spread of such mobile objects can be promoted. .
[0061]
In addition, by using a power line as a communication medium, existing home wiring can be used as a communication line, and there is an advantage that construction of a new communication facility is not required.
