Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel supply pump and a tappet structure. In particular, the present invention relates to a fuel supply pump and a tappet structure suitable for a pressure-accumulated fuel injection device (AMPS: Amplified Piston Common Rail System) that uses a pressurizing piston to increase a large flow rate of fuel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to efficiently inject high-pressure fuel in a diesel engine or the like, various types of accumulator type fuel injection devices (CRS: Common Rail System) using an accumulator (common rail) have been proposed.
For example, as shown in FIG. 24, in order to easily switch the pressure of the accumulator according to the operating conditions of the engine, a

[0007]
Accordingly, the inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies and found that a communication portion is provided between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber, and the opening of the passage hole on the upper surface of the roller body as a part of the communication portion. By providing a conductive path in the area including the part, the flow of lubricating oil or lubricating fuel is free, and even when the cam and plunger are driven at high speed, a large amount of fuel oil can be sufficiently pressurized. I found what I can do.
That is, according to the present invention, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel controls the operation of the plunger even when the cam and the plunger in the fuel supply pump are driven at a high speed to increase the fuel discharge amount in order to cope with APCRS. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fuel supply pump capable of sufficiently pressurizing fuel without obstruction, and a tappet structure suitable for the pump.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in a fuel supply pump provided with a tappet structure including a roller and a roller body, a spring holding chamber for holding a spring used when pulling down a plunger, and a cam for moving up and down the plunger. A communication portion is provided between the housing and the cam chamber for accommodating the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel, and a passage hole for allowing the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel to pass through the roller body as a part of the communicating portion. And a fuel supply pump provided with a conducting path for passing lubricating oil or lubricating fuel at a location on the upper surface of the roller body including the opening of the passage hole. The point can be solved.
That is, in such a fuel supply pump, since the conductive path having a predetermined shape is provided on the upper surface of the roller body, the moving space is reduced irrespective of the assembly phase of the spring seat and the passage hole of the roller body. It is formed. Therefore, the movement of the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber is not hindered, and an increase in the pressure in the spring holding chamber can be prevented. Therefore, by using such a tappet structure for a fuel supply pump, the cam and the plunger were driven at a high speed, for example, the cam was rotated at a high speed of 1,500 rpm or more, and the plunger was driven at a high speed accordingly. Even in this case, since the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can freely flow between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel may hinder the high-speed operation of the cam and the plunger. It is possible to reduce the amount and pressurize a large amount of fuel.
[0009]
In configuring the fuel supply pump of the present invention, it is preferable that the bottom surface of the conduction path is inclined toward the opening of the passage hole.
With such a configuration, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can flow back and forth more smoothly without staying in the conduction path.
[0010]
Further, in configuring the fuel supply pump of the present invention, it is preferable that the planar shape of the conduction path be a circular shape or a perforated shape (a donut shape) centered on the center point of the horizontal cross section of the roller body.
With such a configuration, even when the positions of the passage holes of the roller body and the spring seat are slightly shifted, the communication portion can be easily and reliably formed.
[0011]
Further, in configuring the fuel supply pump of the present invention, it is preferable that a contact portion for the plunger is provided on the roller body, and a conduction path is provided around the contact portion.
With this configuration, the roller body can be appropriately brought into contact with the plunger, and the communication portion can be easily and reliably formed.
[0012]
In configuring the fuel supply pump of the present invention, the diameter of the passage hole is preferably set to a value within the range of 0.5 to 12 mm.
With this configuration, since the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel easily flows between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber, the pressure difference between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber can be reduced. become.
It is preferable that the diameter of the passage hole is determined according to the number of passage holes provided. For example, when one through hole is provided, the diameter is preferably about 8 mm, and when four through holes are provided, the diameter is preferably about 1 mm.
[0013]
Further, in configuring the fuel supply pump of the present invention, the fuel supply pump according to the present invention is used in a pressure accumulating fuel injection device for pressurizing a fuel having a flow rate per unit time of 500 to 1,500 liters / hour to a value of 50 MPa or more. Is preferred.
By using such a pressure accumulating type fuel injection device, it is possible to easily pressurize a large flow rate of fuel, so that it can be suitably used for APCRS. Therefore, it is possible to easily perform the fuel injection at the multi-stage pressure, and to increase the combustion efficiency in the fuel injection device.
[0014]
In another aspect of the present invention, in a tappet structure including a roller and a roller body, a passage hole for allowing a lubricating oil or a lubricating fuel to pass through the roller body is provided from the upper surface of the roller body to the non-roller portion. In contrast, for example, the side surface portion is provided so as to penetrate therethrough, and the upper surface portion of the roller body, including the opening of the passage hole, for allowing the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel to pass therethrough. It is a tappet structure provided with a conduction path.
That is, since the conductive path having the predetermined shape is provided on the upper surface of the roller body, a moving space is formed regardless of the assembly phase of the spring seat and the passage hole of the roller body. Therefore, the movement of the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber is not hindered. Therefore, by using such a tappet structure for a fuel supply pump, the cam and the plunger were driven at a high speed, for example, the cam was rotated at a high speed of 1,500 rpm or more, and the plunger was driven at a high speed accordingly. Even in such a case, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel is less likely to hinder the high-speed operation of the cam and the plunger, and as a result, the occurrence of seizure with the camshaft is reduced.

Therefore, by providing the piston pressure increasing device in this manner, the mechanical piston can be effectively pressed by the fuel having the common rail pressure without excessively increasing the size of the common rail.
That is, as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 13, according to the APCRS system, the mechanical piston includes a relatively large-area pressure receiving unit and a relatively small-area pressurizing unit. By considering the stroke amount, the pressure loss can be reduced and the fuel having the common rail pressure can be efficiently increased to a desired value.
More specifically, a machine that receives a fuel (pressure: p1, volume: V1, work amount: W1) from a common rail by a pressure receiving portion having a relatively large area and having a pressure portion having a relatively small area With the piston, higher pressure fuel (pressure: p2, volume: V2, work: W2) can be obtained.

(2) Injection timing chart
As for the high-pressure fuel injection timing chart, as shown in FIG. 14, it is preferable to show a fuel injection chart having a two-stage injection state as shown by a solid line A.
The reason is that the two-stage injection timing chart can be achieved by the combination of the common rail pressure and the pressure increase in the piston pressure increase device (pressure increase piston), thereby increasing the fuel combustion efficiency and reducing the exhaust gas. This is because it can be purified.
According to the present invention, it is also preferable to show a fuel injection chart as shown by a dotted line B in FIG. 14 by a combination of the common rail pressure and the pressure increase in the piston pressure increasing device (pressure increasing piston).
It should be noted that when the piston pressure increasing device (pressure increasing piston) is not used, that is, the conventional injection timing chart is a one-stage injection timing chart with a low injection amount as shown by a dotted line C in FIG.

(2) Passing hole
(1) Number and shape
The number and shape of the passage holes provided in the roller body are not particularly limited, but, for example, it is preferable to provide 1 to 10 circular passage holes.
The reason for this is that even if the number of such through holes is one, by considering the size and arrangement, the lubricating oil or lubricating fuel on the spring side can be efficiently transmitted to the cam side. It is. On the other hand, if the number of such passage holes exceeds 10, the arrangement in the roller body may be difficult or the formation may be difficult.
Therefore, it is more preferable to set the number of passage holes to a value in the range of 2 to 8, and it is further preferable to set the number in the range of 2 to 6.
Further, when the passage holes are also provided in the spring seat located above the roller body, it is preferable that the number of the passage holes of the roller body is equal to or less than the number of the passage holes of the spring seat. .
The shape of the passage hole is preferably substantially circular, but is preferably elliptical, square, irregular, or grooved.

Further, it is preferable that the through
The reason for this is that with such a configuration, a communicating portion can be easily formed between the tappet structure and the spring seat regardless of the assembly phase. Therefore, even with a large amount of fuel, it is possible to more quickly pass through the
In addition, with such an arrangement of the through holes, it is easy to form the through holes. Further, by arranging the passage holes in this manner, a decrease in the mechanical strength of the roller body is reduced.
In addition, regarding the arrangement of the passage holes 30b, as illustrated in FIGS. 15B and 20, the passage holes 30b are inclined from the upper surface of the
The reason is that if the passage holes 30b are arranged as described above, the passage holes 30b are not closed by the operation of the rollers. Therefore, even when the cam and the plunger are driven at a high speed, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can freely move between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber through the passage hole. .
[0046]

Also, the diameter of the
This is because if the diameter of the passage hole is less than 0.5 mm, it becomes difficult to freely move the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel back and forth, and the pressure in the spring holding chamber may increase. . Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a high-pressure condition of, for example, 50 MPa or more in a pressure accumulating fuel injection device using a piston pressure increasing device (pressure increasing piston) connected to the fuel supply pump.
On the other hand, if the diameter of the passage hole exceeds 12 mm, the mechanical strength of the roller body may decrease, or the durability may decrease.
Therefore, it is more preferable that the diameter of the through hole is in the range of 1 to 10 mm, and it is further preferable that the diameter is in the range of 2 to 6 mm.
[0047]
(3) Conducting path
▲ 1 ▼
As shown in FIG. 20, the tappet structure of the present invention is characterized in that a conduction path is provided on the upper surface of the
The reason for this is that, by arranging the conduction path in this way, a communication hole for allowing the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel to pass between the spring seat and the spring seat is easily formed regardless of the assembly phase of the tappet structure. This is because it can be done. Therefore, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can be smoothly moved between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber without considering the positional relationship between the passage hole of the spring seat and the passage hole of the roller body. it can.
[0048]
(2)
As shown in FIG. 20, it is preferable that the conduction path is provided around the
The reason for this is that, by arranging the conduction path in this way, the roller body can be brought into proper contact with the plunger, and the plunger can be efficiently moved up and down. Alternatively, a communication hole for passing the lubricating fuel can be easily formed. Therefore, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can be smoothly moved between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber.
[0049]
(3) Planar shape
As shown in FIG. 20, the planar shape of the conduction path provided in the roller body is preferably a circular shape or a perforated shape (doughnut shape) centered on the center point of the horizontal cross section of the roller body.
The reason for this is that, by adopting such a planar conduction path, a communication hole for allowing lubricating oil or lubricating fuel to pass between the spring seat and the spring seat can be easily formed regardless of the assembly phase of the tappet structure. This is because it can be done. That is, in such a planar conduction path, the conduction path itself becomes a passage hole regardless of the positional relationship between the passage hole of the roller body and the passage hole of the spring seat, and the lubricant oil or lubricating oil is used. It does not hinder the movement of fuel. Further, if the planar shape of the conduction path is perforated, the conduction path can be easily formed even when the contact portion is provided at the center of the upper surface of the roller body.
Therefore, the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel can be smoothly moved between the spring holding chamber and the cam chamber without considering the positional relationship between the passage hole of the roller body and the passage hole of the spring seat. .
[0050]
Further, the diameter of the outer edge of the conduction path is preferably set to a value within the range of 30 to 80 mm.
This is because if the diameter of the outer edge of the conduction path is less than 30 mm, it may be difficult to freely move the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel back and forth. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a high-pressure condition of, for example, 50 MPa or more in a pressure accumulating fuel injection device using a piston pressure increasing device (pressure increasing piston) connected to the fuel supply pump.
On the other hand, if the diameter of the outer edge of the conduction path exceeds 80 mm, the mechanical strength of the roller body may be reduced, or the durability may be reduced.
Therefore, the diameter of the outer edge of the conduction path is more preferably set to a value within the range of 30 to 75 mm, and even more preferably set to a value within the range of 30 to 70 mm.
[0051]
▲ 4 ▼ depth
Further, the depth of the
The reason for this is that if the depth of the conduction path is less than 0.1 mm, it may be difficult to freely move the lubricating oil or the lubricating fuel back and forth. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a high-pressure condition of, for example, 50 MPa or more in a pressure accumulating fuel injection device using a piston pressure increasing device (pressure increasing piston) connected to the fuel supply pump.
On the other hand, if the depth of the conductive path exceeds 10 mm, the mechanical strength of the roller body may be reduced, or the durability may be reduced.
Therefore, it is more preferable to set the depth of the conduction path to a value within a range of 1 to 8 mm, and it is further preferable to set the depth to a value within a range of 2 to 6 mm.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the fuel supply pump of the present invention, a predetermined communication portion is provided, and a specific conduction path is provided in the roller body. Lubricating oil or fuel for lubrication can be quickly and smoothly passed between the cam chamber. Further, according to such a fuel supply pump, even a large amount of lubricating oil or lubricating fuel can be quickly and smoothly passed.
Therefore, the fuel supply pump of the present invention is preferably used as a fuel supply pump used in a pressure accumulating fuel injection device (APCRS) of a type that uses a large flow rate of fuel to increase the fuel pressure by a piston together with a common rail. Can be used.
[0053]
Further, according to the tappet structure of the present invention, by providing a passage hole and a conduction path in the roller body, pressure pulsation caused by high-speed driving of the plunger is reduced, and even if a large amount of lubricating fuel is used, It has become possible to pass quickly and smoothly.
Therefore, even when the tappet structure of the present invention is used for a fuel supply pump of an accumulator type fuel injection device (APCRS) for increasing a large flow rate of fuel using a piston together with a common rail, the tappet structure is a roller body. A large amount of lubricating oil or lubricating fuel can freely move between the spring side and the cam side through the conduction path and the through hole of the plunger. The plunger can be easily driven at high speed without obstructing the operation.
