本発明は、低周波を発生する低周波治療器に関し、特に、低周波を発生する子機と当該子機を収納する親機とからなる低周波治療器に関する。

従来の低周波治療器としては、特許第3099014号公報に開示されるものがあり、以下図7または図8に基づいて説明する。図7は従来の低周波治療器の機能ブロック図、図8は従来の低周波治療器の全体斜視図を示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の低周波治療器は以上のように構成され、基本的に、1台の低周波治療器に全ての機能を詰め込み機器が大型となり、また、これからも多種多様な機能が付加されていく趨勢を考え合わせると機器の肥大化は進んでいくため、持ち運びに不便であるという課題を有し、また、同様の理由で使用者が機器の設置場所まで出向いて治療を行い面倒であるという課題を有する。

本発明は前記課題を解決する為になされたもので、既存の多種多様な機能を有して機器自体が所定の大きさを有するものの、実際に治療をする場合に機器の一部を持ち歩くだけで円滑に低周波治療が行える低周波治療器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る低周波治療器は、低周波を発生する治療用信号生成手段を有する少なくとも1台の子機と当該子機を収納する親機とを備える低周波治療器において、前記子機に患部に当接することで低周波を患部に伝えるパッドが接続され、前記親機は、子機が発生する治療用信号を特定するマッサージ情報を登録し、当該マッサージ情報を子機に転送し、前記子機は、親機から転送されるマッサージ情報に基づいて、親機に収納された状態で及び/又は親機に収納されず分離した状態で治療用信号生成手段により治療用信号を発生させ、前記パッドを介して低周波を患部に伝えるものである。このように本発明においては、治療用信号生成手段を有する子機とこの子機を収納する親機とからなり、親機がマッサージ情報を登録し、当該マッサージ情報を子機に転送し、子機はこのマッサージ情報に基づいて動作しているので、持ち運びに便利な子機のみ独立して動作できると共に、所望のマッサージ情報を親機に登録して親機がこのマッサージ情報を子機に転送し、子機がこのマッサージ情報に基づいて動作するという親機と子機とが連携して高機能な機能を実現することができる。

また、本発明に係る低周波治療器は必要に応じて、前記親機に前記治療用信号生成手段を備え、前記パッドを当該親機に接続し、前記親機が治療用信号生成手段により治療用信号を発生させ、当該パッドを介して患部に低周波を伝えるものである。このように本発明においては、子機のみでなく親機も治療用信号生成手段を有して低周波を発生できるので、子機のようにバッテリの残量を気にしながら使用するということなしに使用できると共に、既にあるマッサージ情報で動作していたとしてもマッサージ情報を変更しながら使用でき、容易に自分に最適なマッサージ情報を登録することができる。

また、本発明に係る低周波治療器は必要に応じて、前記親機が前記マッサージ情報を子機毎に登録するものである。このように本発明においては、親機が子機毎にマッサージ情報を登録するので、使用者毎にマッサージ情報を登録して使用する場合に自分のマッサージ情報に基づいて動作させる以外に、複数の子機がある場合に同時に子機を使用する場合にそれぞれの子機にそれぞれの使用者のマッサージ情報を転送することができ、同時に異なる子機毎に異なる動作をさせることができ、使用者それぞれに最適な低周波を提供することができる。また、子機の転送したマッサージ情報が消失した場合にも、親機に子機毎のマッサージ情報が登録されているので、マッサージ情報を消失した子機に対して再びマッサージ情報を転送することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(本発明の第1の実施形態)
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る低周波治療器について、図1または図2に基づいて説明する。図1は本実施形態に係る低周波治療器の外形斜視図、図2は本実施形態に係る低周波治療器の機能ブロック図である。
本実施形態に係る低周波治療器は、図1に示すように、開閉可能なノートブック形態であって閉じた状態で薄型矩形となる外形を有し、低周波を発生する治療用信号生成手段を有する2台の子機2とこの子機2を収納する親機1とからなる構成である。

本実施形態に係る低周波治療器の動作について説明する。子機本体21、取り外し式パッド22及び接続コード23を、それぞれ子機収納部11、取り外し式パッドホルダー12及び接続コード収納ポケット13に収納した状態で、電源16aへ電力を供給する。供給された電力を収納している子機2に応じた電圧及び電流に変換して充電回路16eを介して子機2に供給する。子機2は、この供給された電力をバッテリ21dに蓄える。

使用者が手動により使用する(以下、基本使用動作とする)場合は、まず、子機収納部11、取り外し式パッドホルダー12及び接続コード収納ポケット13から、それぞれ子機本体21、取り外し式パッド22及び接続コード23を取り出し、取り外し式パッド22と接続コード23の一端とを接続し、続けて、この接続コード23の他端と子機本体21とを接続する。子機2の組立てが完了した後に、取り外し式パッド22を患部に当接して、スイッチ類21aを操作することで、バッテリ21dからの電力を使用しながら、子機制御部21eがこの操作に応じたパルスをパルス発生21gから発生させ、接続コード23を介して取り外し式パッド22から低周波を発生させる。詳細には、使用者のスイッチ類21aの操作により、バッテリ21dから供給される所定電圧を昇圧回路を用いて昇圧し、又は、パルス幅若しくはパルス形を変えて接続コード23を介して取り外し式パッド22に治療用信号として出力し、この治療用信号により取り外し式パッド22の周辺皮膚表面に低周波電流が流れる。

使用者が手動により親機1に既存のマッサージ情報ではない使用者独自の使用者マッサージ情報を登録して使用する場合は、子機収納部11に子機2を収納し、この状態で使用者は自分が登録したい使用者マッサージ情報をスイッチ類15を操作しながら、親機1に指示する。親機1は、使用者からの指示をスイッチ類15を介して入力され、前記制御部16bがこの指示を使用者マッサージ情報として記録部16cに登録する。この使用者マッサージ情報は、前記記録部16c以外にも子機2の子機記録部21fにも通信部16dを介して子機制御部21eにより登録される。具体的には、予め複数マッサージ情報(おす、もむ、たたく、さする等)及びその強弱等が用意されており、これらのコース及び強弱等を組み合わせて使用者マッサージ情報として使用者がスイッチ類15を操作して入力することで登録される。また、実際に手動で使用している場合に所定期間の操作を記録しておき、この記録していた操作をそのまま使用者マッサージ情報として登録することもできる。

前述した基本使用動作の他に、この登録した使用者マッサージ情報に基づいて以下のように動作することもできる。前記基本使用動作と同様に、子機2を組立てた後、取り外しパッドホルダー12を患部に当接して、スイッチ類21aの中から特定のスイッチを押下することで、子機制御部12eが子機記録部21fに登録している使用者マッサージ情報を読み出し、この読み出した使用者マッサージ情報に応じた治療用信号をパルス発生回路21gから発生させ、接続コード23を介して取り外し式パッド22から皮膚表面に低周波を発生させる。

このように本実施形態に係る低周波治療器によれば、持ち運びに適していないい低周波治療器を、親機1と2台の子機2とから構成し、使用する場合に、子機2を構成する子機本体21、取り外し式パッド22及び接続コード23を取り出して組立て、取り外し式パッド22を患部に当接し、スイッチ類21aを操作して子機2が動作させることで、患部に低周波を発生させるので、親機1に比べて十分持ち運びが容易で、操作し易い形態を有する子機2のみを取り出して使用することができると共に、所望の使用者マッサージ情報を登録してこの使用者マッサージ情報に基づいて低周波を発生させる高機能な機能を提供することできる。

また、本実施形態に係る低周波治療器において、子機2の子機本体21を子機収納部11に収納した状態でマッサージ情報を転送していたが、子機本体21、取り外し式パッド22及び接続コード23を取り出して子機2組立てた状態でも、無線通信によりマッサージ情報を親機1から子機2に転送することもできる。

(本発明の第2の実施形態)
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る低周波治療器について説明する。本実施形態に係る低周波治療器は、前記第1の実施形態に係る低周波治療器と同様に構成され、親機1が子機2毎に使用者マッサージ情報を登録し、及び、前記親機1が任意のタイミングで子機収納部11に基づいて子機2毎に識別子を付与し、前記それぞれの子機2が識別子を表示することを異にする構成である。さらに、説明の便宜上、子機2を1台増やし3台とする。

前記親機1は、記録部16cの一部分を子機2の個数分に区分けして子機区分登録領域として使用し、各子機区分登録領域に子機2毎の使用者マッサージ情報を前記第1の実施形態で使用者マッサージ情報を登録した手順と同様の手順で登録する。登録することで、各子機区分登録領域に使用者マッサージ情報が登録された状態となる。

また、前記親機1は、現在子機2が収納されている子機収納部11に基づいて識別子を付与し、子機2はその識別子を表示する。例えば、親機1に収納する前に、3台の子機2がそれぞれA、B、Cと識別子を付与されており、この識別子に対応して子機収納部11も上からA、B、Cとされていた場合に、Aの子機2を使用していた使用者がBの子機収納部11に収納し、Bの子機2を使用していた使用者がCの子機収納部11に収納し、Cの子機2を使用していた使用者がAの子機収納部11に収納した時、親機1は各子機2を子機収納部11に応じてAの子機2をBの子機2に識別子を変更し、同様にBの子機2をCの子機2に識別子を変更し、Cの子機2をAの子機2に識別子を変更する。このように識別子を付与し直すことで、使用者が再び子機収納部11から取り出した場合に子機収納部11に応じた子機2を取り出すこととなる。なお、必ずしも子機収納部11に応じて識別子を変更する必要も無く、識別子が付与された各子機2の動作中であっても各子機2に任意の識別子を付与することもできる。例えば、使用者毎の識別子を付与することもできる。ここで、子機2での識別子の表示は、識別子の文字等が子機2に複数付され、この識別子毎にLEDランプが用意されている場合には、該当する識別子に対応するLEDランプが点灯することで行われる。他の方法としては、子機2自体に液晶表示を設け、この液晶表示に識別子を表示することで行うこともでき、使用者が識別子を認識できる方法であればよく、例示したものに限定されない。

次に、本実施形態に係る低周波治療器の動作について説明する。親機1に3台の子機2(Aの子機、Bの子機、Cの子機)が各子機収納部11(Aの子機収納部、Bの子機収納部、Cの子機収納部)に格納されている。この状態で、Aという使用者、Bという使用者、Cという使用者がそれぞれ前記第1の実施形態と同様の手順によりAの使用者マッサージ情報、Bの使用者マッサージ情報、Cの使用者マッサージ情報を親機1に登録する。親機1は、Aの使用者マッサージ情報をAの子機収納部11に収納されているAの子機2に転送し、Bの使用者マッサージ情報をBの子機収納部11に収納されているBの子機2に転送し、Cの使用者マッサージ情報をCの子機収納部11に収納されているCの子機2に転送する。Aという使用者はAの子機収納部11からAの子機本体21を取り出して接続コード23及び取り外し式パッド22と組立てて患部に当接し動作させ、Bという使用者はBの子機収納部11からBの子機本体21を取り出して接続コード23及び取り外し式パッド22と組立てて患部に当接し動作させ、Cという使用者はCの子機収納部11からCの子機本体21を取り出して接続コード23及び取り外し式パッド22と組立てて患部に当接し動作させた。各使用者は、自分が登録した使用者マッサージ情報により所望の低周波を患部に受けることができる。

以下、実施例について(特に使用者による各種スイッチ類15の操作方法について)図3に基づいて説明する。本実施形態に係る低周波治療器は、図3に示す通り、大型液晶14とスイッチ類15とが一体型となった操作部18を有し、親機1を構成する子機収納部11、取り外し式パッドホルダー12、接続コード収納ポケット13等はこの操作部18の下方若しくは上部に備えられている構成である。前記操作部18のスイッチ部15は、予め登録されている既存マッサージ情報を指令入力する自動コーススイッチ151と、使用者がマッサージ情報を作成するために各種マッサージ動作を指令入力する個別選択スイッチ152と、Aの子機及びBの子機における各々のマッサージ動作の強度を指令入力する強度スイッチ153、154とを備える構成である。
