The Karaoke booking device sends screen data for a booking screen for further inputting booking data to the booking database, screen data for an invitation screen for inputting invitation data for booking data in the booking database, and screen data for a partner selection screen for allowing a user to select another user as a partner to sing together for the invitation data. 本発明は、カラオケ予約装置、カラオケ予約システム、カラオケ予約方法及びプログラムに関し、特に、パートナーと一緒にカラオケをするためのカラオケ予約装置、カラオケ予約システム、カラオケ予約方法及びプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、カラオケ装置においては、デュエットができるものがある。そのカラオケ装置では、画面上に曲に合った映像が表示されるとともに、曲の進行に応じて歌詞が表示される。そして、例えば、男女のデュエットのカラオケの場合、歌詞表示において、男性のパートの部分と女性のパートの部分は、夫々異なる色で区別して表示される。
しかし、カラオケの利用者がそのようなデュエットで歌いたい歌があっても、デュエットの相手となるパートナーがその場にいなければ、カラオケのデュエットをすることはできない。そこで、デュエットのパートナーを紹介するシステムが提案されている（特許文献１参照）。
通信回線によって複数のカラオケ端末が接続されたそのシステムでは、カラオケ端末からのデュエットを行うためのパートナー紹介要求に応じて、他のカラオケ端末の利用者の中から適合するパートナーの候補の抽出が行われることによって、カラオケのデュエットを行うパートナーを探し出す作業が支援される。

また、一人でもデュエットしている雰囲気を味わえる装置も提案されている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。その装置には、デュエット曲について相手の歌唱映像及び歌唱音声からなるデータが、予め記憶されており、カラオケのデュエット時にそのデータが読み出されて、画面には相手の歌唱映像が、スピーカからは相手の歌唱音声が出力されるので、利用者は、映像等に合わせて歌うことによって、一人でもデュエットしている雰囲気が味わうことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述した前者の、デュエットのパートナーを紹介するシステムでは、デュエットのパートナーが、その時にカラオケ装置と通信回線で接続された他のカラオケ装置がある場所に居なければ、紹介されることはない。従って、パートナーが紹介される確率は高くない場合もある。
また、後者の、一人でデュエットしている雰囲気を味わえる装置では、同じ曲については、毎回同じ歌唱映像で同じ歌唱音声が出力されるので、変化がなく、利用者にとってはデュエットを十分に楽しむことができない。
そこで、本発明は、カラオケを一緒に行うパートナーを前以て探すためのカラオケ予約装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のカラオケ予約装置は、複数の利用者のデータを含む利用者データベースと、前記利用者のデータに係る一の利用者が他の利用者と一緒に歌いたい曲と日時のデータを含む予約データを格納する予約データベースと、該予約データベースに前記予約データを入力させるための予約画面の画面データを、前記利用者が使用できる端末装置へ送信する予約画面送信手段と、前記予約データベースの前記予約データに対する応募データを入力させるための応募画面の画面データを、前記端末装置へ送信する応募画面送信手段と、前記応募データに対して一緒に歌うパートナーとなる前記他の利用者を、前記利用者が選択させるためのパートナー選択画面の画面データを送信するパートナー選択画面送信手段とを有し、前記予約画面に応じて入力された前記予約データと、前記応募画面に応じて入力された前記応募データと、前記パートナー選択画面に応じて選択された前記パートナーのデータは、前記予約データベースに格納される。

本発明のカラオケ予約方法は、センタ装置と複数の端末装置がネットワークによって接続されたシステムを利用するカラオケ予約方法であって、前記センタ装置に、複数の利用者のデータを含む利用者データベースと、前記利用者データに係る一の利用者が他の利用者と一緒に歌いたい曲と日時のデータを含む予約データを格納する予約データベースとを設け、前記センタ装置は、前記予約データベースに前記予約データを格納するための予約画面の画面データを、前記利用者が使用できる端末装置へ送信し、前記予約データベースの前記予約データに対する応募データを格納するための応募画面の画面データを、前記端末装置へ送信し、前記応募データに対して一緒に歌うパートナーとなる他の前記利用者を、前記利用者が選択するためのパートナー選択画面の画面データを送信し、前記端末装置は、前記センタ装置から送信された、前記予約画面、前記応募画面及び前記パートナー選択画面とを表示装置に表示し、前記表示装置に表示された前記予約画面、前記応募画面及び前記パートナー選択画面に応じて入力されたデータあるいは選択されたデータを、前記予約データベースに格納する。
このような構成によれば、カラオケを一緒に行うパートナーを前以て探すためのカラオケ予約装置を実現することができる。

本発明のプログラムは、複数の利用者のデータを含む利用者データベースと、前記利用者データに係る一の利用者が他の利用者と一緒に歌いたい曲と日時のデータを含む予約データを格納する予約データベースとを有するセンタ装置と複数の端末装置がネットワークによって接続されたシステムを利用するカラオケ予約するためのプログラムであって、コンピュータに、前記予約データベースに前記予約データを格納するための予約画面の画面データを、前記利用者が使用できる端末装置へ送信する機能と、前記予約データベースの前記予約データに対する応募データを格納するための応募画面の画面データを、前記端末装置へ送信する機能と、前記応募データに対して一緒に歌うパートナーとなる他の前記利用者を、前記利用者が選択するためのパートナー選択画面の画面データを送信する機能とを実現させるためのプログラムである。
このような構成によれば、カラオケを一緒に行うパートナーを前以て探すためのカラオケ予約装置を容易に実現することができる。

また、本発明のカラオケ予約装置において、前記予約画面送信手段によって送信された前記予約画面に対して、前記予約データの入力があったときに、前記予約データベースの過去の前記予約データから抽出した前記他の利用者に、新たな予約データの入力があったことを伝える電子メールを送信する予約通知手段を有することが望ましい。
このような構成によれば、過去においてカラオケのデュエット等を希望した利用者による応募を勧誘することができる。

また、本発明のカラオケ予約装置において、前記利用者データベースは、前記利用者毎のプロフィールデータを含むデータベースであって、さらに、前記端末装置からのプロフィールデータ要求に応じて、前記端末装置へ前記プロフィールデータを送信するプロフィールデータ送信手段とを有することが望ましい。
このような構成によれば、利用者は予約者または応募者のプロフィールを事前に知ることができる。

また、本発明のカラオケ予約装置において、前記応募画面には、プロフィール要求ボタンが含まれ、該プロフィール要求ボタンが選択されると、前記プロフィールデータ送信手段は、前記予約データを入力した前記利用者の前記プロフィールデータを、前記プロフィール要求ボタンが選択された前記端末装置へ送信することが望ましい。
このような構成によれば、応募しようとする利用者は、事前に予約者のプロフィールを知ることができる。

また、本発明のカラオケ予約装置において、前記パートナー選択画面には、プロフィール要求ボタンが含まれ、該プロフィール要求ボタンが選択されると、前記プロフィールデータ送信手段は、前記応募データを入力した前記他の利用者の前記プロフィールデータを、前記プロフィール要求ボタンが選択された前記端末装置へ送信することが望ましい。
このような構成によれば、パートナーを選択する利用者は、事前に応募者のプロフィールを知ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
まず、本実施の形態に係わるシステムの構成を説明する。図１は、本実施の形態に係わるカラオケ予約システムの構成を示す構成図である。
１は、カラオケ予約装置としてのウエブサーバ装置（以下、サーバという）であり、各種データが格納されるメモリ装置２が接続されている。サーバ１は、通信ネットワークであるインターネット３に接続されている。４は、カラオケボックス等に設置された通信端末装置であり、５はパーソナルコンピュータ（以下、PCという）であり、６は、携帯電話である。図１では、カラオケ用通信端末装置４、PC５及び携帯電話６はそれぞれ１つずつしか示されていないが、それぞれが複数あって、インターネット３に接続されており、通信端末装置４、PC５及び携帯電話６等の各端末装置から後述するようなカラオケの予約、応募等をすることができる。なお、ここでは、カラオケ用通信端末装置４、PC５及び携帯電話６は、いわゆるインターネットサービスプロバイダ（図示せず）を介してインターネット３に接続可能であり、サーバ１に設定されたサービスサイトにアクセスすることができる。

サーバ１は、通信端末装置４、PC５及び携帯電話６等の端末装置からのアクセスがあると、アクセス内容に応じて画面データを生成して端末装置へ送信する画面制御ソフトウエアプログラム（以下、ソフトウエアという）を有する。画面データは、受信した端末装置において、表示装置上に画面が表示できるようにするためのデータである。サーバ１は、端末装置からのアクセスに応じて、後述するような予約画面、応募画面、パートナー選択画面等の画面データを端末装置へ送信する。送信された画面データに基づいて、端末装置において入力あるいは選択されたデータは、端末装置から、センタ装置であるサーバ１へ送信される。サーバ１は、端末装置から受信したデータを処理し、必要なデータを所定のデータベースに格納する。

メモリ装置２には、カラオケ予約システムを利用する会員リストのデータが格納されている利用者データベース（以下、利用者DBという）１０と、デュエットをしたい人がカラオケ予約をしたときに予約データ等が格納される予約データベース（以下、予約DBという）２０とを含む。なお、本実施の形態に係るカラオケ予約システムは、会員制のシステムであり、予め会員として登録された者のみが、本システムを利用することができる。従って、以下の説明において、本システムの利用者はすべて会員である。

後述するように、会員である利用者は、カラオケボックスの通信端末装置４、自宅のPC５、あるいは携帯電話６（以下、カラオケボックスの通信端末装置４、自宅のPC５、あるいは携帯電話６を、単に端末装置ともいう）から、サーバ１の予め決められたサイトにアクセスして、カラオケ予約、応募、パートナー選択等を行うことができる。なお、以下の説明では、利用者がデュエットのパートナーを探すためにカラオケ予約をする例で説明する。

図２は、本実施の形態に係るシステムを利用する会員に関する利用者DB１０のデータ構造の例を示す図である。データ項目としては、会員識別子（以下、会員IDという）１１、氏名１２、性別１３、年令１４、カラオケをやってきた年数を示すカラオケ歴１５、カラオケの得意ジャンル１６、過去に他人とカラオケでデュエットしたことがある曲１７、会員の写真識別子（以下、写真IDという）１８、会員の電子メールアドレス１９を含む。会員ID１１の項目には、会員を特定するための識別子データ（以下、IDデータという）が格納される。氏名１２、性別１３、年令１４及びカラオケ歴１５の項目には、それぞれで氏名、性別、年令及び年数のデータが格納される。得意ジャンル１６の項目には、会員がカラオケで得意とする曲のジャンルデータが格納され、１つ以上のジャンルが格納される。会員がデュエットしたことがある曲１７には、今迄他人とデュエットしたことがある曲のデータが格納される。写真ID１８の項目には、会員の顔写真のIDデータが格納される。電子メールアドレス１９の項目には、会員への連絡先としての電子メールのアドレスデータが格納される。

図２に示す利用者DB１０のデータが、メモリ装置２に格納され、カラオケ予約処理等において利用される。
図３は、予約データが格納される予約DB２０のデータ構造の例を示す図である。データ項目としては、会員ID２１、希望曲名２２、日付２３、時間２４、コメント２５、応募者２６及び選択者２７を含む。会員ID２１の項目に格納されるデータは、図２の会員IDと同じIDデータである。希望曲２２の項目には、デュエットをしたい曲の曲名あるいは曲IDのデータが格納される。日付２３の項目には、デュエットをしたい年月日のデータが格納される。時間２４の項目には、デュエットをしたい時間帯のデータが格納される。コメント２５の項目には、誰かとデュエットをしたい利用者がデュエットをする上での要望、コメント等があれば、その要望等のデータが格納される。応募者２６の項目には、応募データが格納され、具体的には、会員ID２１の利用者とデュエットをしてもいいとしてデュエットを応募した会員のIDデータが格納される。応募者２６の欄には、複数の会員のIDデータが格納可能となっている。選択者２７の欄には、カラオケ予約をした者が選択した応募者の会員IDのデータが格納される。

後述するように、図３の予約DB２０のデータは、予約処理等において、登録され、かつ読み出されて利用される。また、メモリ装置２には、他にも図示しないが、会員の顔写真のデータを格納する写真データベース（以下、写真DBという）、カラオケ曲の検索用の曲データベース（以下、曲DBという）等も含む。

つぎに、カラオケ予約からデュエットパートナーの選択までの処理の流れについて、説明する。
まず、カラオケ予約をしようとする利用者が、デュエットのパートナーを探すために、端末装置からサーバ１にアクセスして、予約画面を呼び出さなければならないが、その前に、利用者は、サーバ１にアクセスして所定の操作をすることで、図４の曲検索画面を端末装置の表示装置に表示させる。利用者は、図４の曲検索画面に従って、まずデュエットしたい曲を検索する。図４は、曲の検索画面の例を示す図である。

図４において、３１は、通信端末装置４、PC５及び携帯電話６の表示装置に表示される画面枠、またはウインドウ枠を示す。カラオケ予約をする利用者すなわち予約者は、デュエットしたい曲を検索するために、端末装置４等からサーバ１の予め決められたサイトにアクセスし、図４の曲検索画面を表示させる。画面上には、ジャンル入力フィールド３２と、歌手入力フィールド３３が含まれる。予約者は、ジャンル入力フィールド３２にデュエットする曲のジャンルを入力し、又は歌手入力フィールド３３に歌手名を入力した後、検索ボタン３４を選択すると、その選択されたことを示す検索コマンドと、入力されたジャンル等の入力データがサーバ１へ送信される。

なお、ここで画面上のボタンを選択するとは、ボタンに係る機能を実行する旨のコマンドが、サーバ１へ送信されることを意味する。例えば、PC５であれば、マウス等のポインティングデバイスを用いて画面上のカーソルを検索ボタン３４上に移動し、マウスのボタンをダブルクリックする等をすることによって、検索コマンドが発行される。その検索コマンドと入力データに基づいて、サーバ１は、メモリ装置２に格納されたカラオケ用曲データが格納された曲DB（図示せず）を、入力されたジャンルあるいは歌手のデータに基づいて検索を実行する。サーバ１は、検索結果をリスト表示形式で表示する画面データを生成して、画面データを端末装置等へ送信する。

図５は、サーバ１から送信されて受信した検索結果の画面データに基づいて表示された検索結果画面の例を示す図である。図５は、検索結果の曲の中から、予約者がデュエットする曲を決めるための画面である。検索結果画面３１中には、検索されて抽出された曲名がリスト表示形式で表示される検索結果曲表示部４１が含まれる。

予約者は、検索結果曲表示部４１中からデュエットする曲を選択し、決定ボタン４２を選択する。検索ボタン４２を選択すると、その選択されたことを示す曲決定データがサーバ１へ送信される。その曲決定データに基づいて、サーバ１は、図６の予約画面の画面データを生成して、画面データを端末装置等へ送信する。

図６は、デュエットのパートナーを探すためのカラオケ予約画面の構成例を示す図である。画面３１中には、図５で利用者が選択した曲名が表示される選択曲名表示部５１と、デュエットする日時を指定するために入力する日時入力部５２と、利用者のIDを入力するための会員ID入力部５３と、コメントを入力するためのコメント入力部５４を含む。日時入力部５２には、予約者が、デュエットをする予定の日時のデータが入力され、ここでは、日付と時分が入力されるようになっている。特に、日時入力部５２の時分については、幅をもって指定できるようになっている。会員ID入力部５３には、デュエットを希望する利用者である予約者のIDが入力される。コメント入力部５４には、デュエットをするに当たって、デュエットの相手を探している利用者の種々のコメントが入力される。

予約者である利用者は、図６の画面上の各項目５２、５３、５４に必要なデータを入力した後、予約ボタン５５を選択すると、図６の画面上に表示及び入力されたデータが、図３の予約DB２０に格納される。図６の画面上の会員ID５３のデータは図３の会員ID２１に、曲名表示部５１のデータは図３の希望曲名２２に、日時入力部５２のデータは図３の日付２３と時間２４に、コメント入力部５４のデータは図３のコメント２５に、それぞれデータとして登録される。
なお、図６の画面としては、他にも入力項目を設け、予約DB２０に登録できるようにしてもよい。例えば、カラオケの上手下手のレベルを入力できるようにして、自己レベルに合ったパートナーを希望することができるようにしてもよい。

利用者が図６の予約画面を利用して、デユエットのパートナーを探すためのカラオケの予約を行うと、上述したようにその予約データは予約DB２０に格納され、その予約内容が公開される。他の利用者は、公開された予約内容を参照して、デュエットのパートナーとして応募するか否かを判断する。

図７は、パートナーとして応募しようとする利用者が、その公開された予約内容の中から、パートナーとしてカラオケをしてもよいと思う曲の予約データがあるか否かを検索するための予約検索画面の例である。デュエットのパートナーを探している他の利用者の中で、応募しようとしている利用者は、自分の好きな曲でデュエットを希望している利用者がいるかをみるために、図７に示すように、ジャンル、歌手名または曲名で、予約内容を検索する。

その利用者は、検索条件入力フィールド６１に条件データを入力し、検索ボタン６２のところをダブルクリック等することによって検索ボタン６２を選択する。検索ボタン６２が選択されると、サーバ１は、検索条件入力フィールド６１中のジャンル、歌手、曲名の項目毎に入力されたデータに基づいて、予約DB２０に対して検索を行う。入力された条件が曲名であれば、図３の予約DB２０の希望曲名２２の項目データに対して直接検索が行われる。なお、入力された条件がジャンル又は歌手名の項目である場合は、サーバ１は、ジャンル及び歌手と、曲名とが関連付けられたDB（図示せず）に対して検索を行い、その検索結果のデータと、図３の予約DB２０の希望曲名２３の項目データとを突き合わせて、希望するジャンル又は歌手に関係する希望曲名が有るか否かを判断する。

利用者の端末装置において図７の予約検索画面を用いて利用者が条件を入力して、サーバ１が予約DB２０に対する検索を行うと、サーバ１は検索結果をその利用者の端末装置へ送信し、その端末装置の画面には、図８に示すような検索結果データを含む応募画面が表示される。

図８は、図７の画面において、例えば曲名を検索条件として検索された結果、利用者である利用者の端末装置において表示される応募画面の例を示す図である。
７１は、検索条件を表示する検索条件表示部であり、ここでは曲名が表示される。７２は、カラオケ予約者がデュエットを希望する日時毎にカラオケ予約内容が表示される予約内容表示部である。予約内容表示部７２に表示される内容を見て、予約者以外の利用者は、表示された予約に対して応募することができる。すなわち、ある利用者のデュエットをしたいというカラオケ予約に対して、他の利用者は、そのデュエット希望に応じてもよいという応募を行うことができる。

図８の画面をみてパートナーとして応募しようとしている利用者は、応募に先立ち、各予約者のプロフィールを参照したいという場合がある。その場合、例えば、図８の点線７３のところにカーソルを移動してダブルクリックすると、利用者の端末装置からサーバ１へプロフィールデータの要求コマンドが送信される。図８において、各予約者の番号を示す部分（例えば、７３で示す部分）が、プロフィール要求ボタンを構成している。サーバ１は、そのデータ要求に応じて、利用者DB１０から予約者の会員データを抽出し、その端末装置へ送信することによって、端末装置の表示装置に、予約者のプロフィール表示画面が表示される。

図９は、利用者のプロフィール表示画面の例を示す図である。図９において、画面中には、プロフィール表示部８１が設けられている。プロフィール表示部８１は、図２の各項目に対応したデータが表示される。すなわち、名前、年令、得意ジャンル、過去にデュエットした曲が、予約者のプロフィールデータとしてプロフィール表示部８１に表示される。さらに、プロフィール表示部８１は、予約者の利用者データの写真IDに対応する画面データを、写真DBから読み出して、写真画像として表示する顔写真表示部８２を含む。

従って、予約に対して応募しようとする利用者は、予約者のプロフィールを参考にしながら、予約に対して応募をすることができる。利用者は、図８において、表示されている予約内容の中から希望する日時のものを選択し、さらに会員ID入力部７５に自己の会員IDを入力し、応募ボタン７４を選択する。応募ボタン７４が選択されると、選択された予約に対して、応募されたとして、サーバ１は、予約DB２０中の応募者２６の項目に、応募データとして、応募した利用者すなわち応募者のIDデータを書き込む。

一方、予約者が、自分の予約に対する応募状況を知りたいときは、端末装置からサーバ１に対して所定のコマンドを送信すると、図１０の応募状況表示画面が端末装置の表示装置に表示される。
図１０は、予約単位毎に応募者数がわかる応募状況表示部９１を含む応募状況表示画面の例を示す図である。図１０は、表示項目としては、曲名と、年月日と、時間と応募者数が含まれ、応募状況をリスト表示形式で表示する。従って、予約者は、自己のカラオケ予約に対する応募状況を知ることができる。

予約者が、図１０において、応募者数表示部９１の中で、応募者数が表示されているところ、例えば、点線９２で示すところをダブルクリックすると、図１１のパートナー選択画面が表示される。
図１１は、パートナー選択画面の例を示す図である。パートナー選択画面は、曲名表示部１０１と、応募者表示部１０２を含む。図１１の応募者表示部１０２には、応募者がリスト表示される。図１０に示すように、応募者数が２であるので、図１１の応募者表示部１０２には、２名の利用者が表示される。

また、デュエットのパートナーを探している予約者が、応募者のプロフィールをみたいときは、例えば、点線１０３で示すように名前のところを、カーソルを移動してダブルクリックする等して選択すると、図９のようなプロフィール表示画面が表示される。図９のプロフィール画面は、図２の利用者DB１０のデータを読み出して表示される。

図８の応募画面と図１１のパートナー選択画面から、図９のプロフィール画面を参照できるようになっているので、予約者と応募者は、相互にデュエットする相手について知ることができる。
