【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the thermal mass flow sensor of the present invention, the control unit determines whether foreign matter has adhered to the sensor surface based on the output value of the temperature sensor provided in the thermal mass flow sensor. Since the control structure for determining is provided, it is possible to quickly detect foreign matter adhesion. Therefore, erroneous measurement of the flow rate due to the adhesion of foreign matter can be avoided, and malfunction of the device based on erroneous measured values can be prevented.
[0053]
Further, in the gas combustion device of the present invention, since the control means of the combustion device is linked to the control unit of the thermal mass flow sensor, when the gas supply to the gas supply path is shut off (in other words, when the combustion is stopped). (When the apparatus is in a stopped state), it is possible to make the thermal mass flow sensor determine whether or not foreign matter has adhered to the sensor body.
[0054]
Also, the combustion device is provided with an alarm output unit, and when a determination result indicating that there is a foreign object attached to the sensor body is obtained, the attachment of the foreign object is notified through the alarm output unit, so that the attachment of the foreign object to the sensor surface is suppressed. We can know immediately.
[0055]
In addition, by providing the combustion device with foreign matter removing means, and obtaining a result indicating that foreign matter has adhered to the sensor body, operating the foreign matter removing means to remove foreign matter attached to the sensor surface, thereby obtaining a sensor. Malfunction of the combustion device due to abnormal output can be prevented.
