Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0008]
As another conventional rotary solenoid, for example, one described in Patent Document 2 is also known. The rotary solenoid described in Patent Literature 2 includes a pair of left and right yokes on the outside and a core around which a coil sandwiched therebetween is wound, and is configured by resin-molding both yokes and the core. .
[0009]
However, since the two yokes and the core are separate members, their positions may vary when they are set in a mold during resin molding. Since the contact portions between the yokes and the core are easily displaced, the performance is reduced due to, for example, a gap generated thereby.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary solenoid capable of stabilizing performance.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken to solve the above technical problem in the invention of claim 1 are a core sandwiched by a yoke arranged opposite to a rotor having a pair of magnetic poles formed by permanent magnets, and a core wound around the core. In the rotary solenoid provided with a coil that forms a pair of magnetic poles in the yoke when energized, the yoke is formed with either a concave portion or a convex portion that can be inserted into the concave portion, and the core includes Either the concave portion or the convex portion is formed.
[0012]
According to this means, one of the concave portion and the convex portion insertable into the concave portion is formed on the yoke, and the other of the concave portion and the convex portion is formed on the core. Thereby, even when a displacement occurs between the yoke, the core and the core sandwiched between the yokes when assembling the core and the coil, the recess and the projection suppress the decrease in the contact area between the yoke and the core. , The performance degradation is suppressed.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the yoke includes a first yoke and a second yoke, which are a pair of separate members.
[0014]
According to this means, the yoke is composed of the first yoke and the second yoke, which are composed of a pair of separate members. Thereby, it is possible to prevent a magnetic loss due to a magnetic detour through the short-circuit portion, which occurs when the first yoke and the second yoke are integrated.

Alternatively, even in this case, according to the embodiment of FIG. 5, a convex portion having only one surface which is a flat surface may be employed. In this case, the number of processing steps of the core can be reduced by the reduction in the notch of the convex portion.
[0033]
-In the said embodiment, you may make a core into the substantially cylindrical shape which becomes uniform in an axial direction. That is, the end of the core is used as it is as a projection. Then, this core may be fitted (inserted) into a substantially bottomed cylindrical recess formed in the first and second yokes. In this case, the contact area between the end of the core and the first and second yokes (recesses) can be maximized.
[0034]
In the above-described embodiment, the core may be formed in a substantially quadrangular prism shape that is uniform in the axial direction. Then, this core may be fitted (inserted) into a substantially bottomed rectangular cylindrical recess formed in the first and second yokes. Also in this case, the contact area between the end of the core and the first and second yokes (recesses) can be maximized.
