Abstract
Description

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The hose connection structure according to Conventional Example 2 described in
[0010]
By the way, if the place where the hose connection structure is used is, for example, a place where rainwater is splashed, it is necessary to perform a rust preventive treatment such as applying a rust preventive paint to the outer peripheral surface of the metal tube. In the case of the hose connection structure according to Conventional Example 2 described in
[0011]
In addition to the above, the flange portion of the metal fitting is caulked to the enlarged diameter straight cylindrical wall at the insertion end of the metal tube, so the rust-preventive coating layer of the caulked part at the insertion end is destroyed, In addition to rusting due to rainwater, depending on the combination of the material of the metal tube and the material of the crimping fitting, corrosion may proceed due to electrolytic corrosion due to the formation of a local battery. In addition to such corrosion, when used in a high-temperature atmosphere such as in an engine room, for example, the high temperature softens the rust-proof coating layer at the insertion end, resulting in a decrease in the tightening force on the hose, Oil leakage may occur.
[0012]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is that there is no need to braze the nipple and the metal tube, and there is no danger of oil leakage even when used in a high-temperature atmosphere such as in an engine room, and there is no danger of rain water. Another object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost hose connection structure that is free from rust.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the feature of the means adopted by the hose connection structure according to claim 1 of the present invention is that the outer surface has A nipple portion formed with a bulge portion and at least one spool portion in order from the tip side, and a nipple portion at a portion where the rust prevention coating layer is removed from the tip portion of the metal tube on which the rust prevention coating layer made of resin is formed. A crimping fitting for externally fitting and crimping the distal end of the hose inserted to a position beyond the end position of the rust-proof coating layer and connecting the hose without contacting the nipple portion. .

Hereinafter, an operation mode of the hose connection structure according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the case of the embodiment of the present invention, as in the conventional example described in Patent Literature 1, the crimping fitting 3 is connected to the nipple. It is not necessary to caulk and fix to the portion of the

Further, according to the hose connection structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, there is no need to braze the nipple to the metal tube as in the hose connection structure according to the conventional example described in the above-mentioned reference 1, It has a very simple configuration. In addition, since a low-cost metal tube whose outer peripheral surface is rust-proof coated by a continuous manufacturing method is used, there is no need to apply rust-proof coating later. Further, the insertion length of the
[0030]
In the above embodiment, the hose connection structure for connecting the metal tube and the hose of the hydraulic piping used in the high temperature atmosphere of the engine room has been described as an example. However, the technical idea of the present invention can be applied to other than a hose connection structure used for a hydraulic pipe for an automobile, for example, a brake pipe, a power steering pipe, an air conditioner pipe, and the like of an automobile. It is not limited to the use for hydraulic piping. Further, the case where one spool portion is provided in the portion where the coating layer of the nipple portion is removed has been described as an example, but two spool portions may be provided. Further, depending on the place to be used, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a hose whose outer periphery is not covered with a reinforcing layer braided with a stainless steel wire is used.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the hose connection structure of the first or second aspect of the present invention, it is not necessary to fix the caulking fitting to a portion of the nipple where the rust-preventive coating layer is provided. Therefore, since a gap can be formed between the caulking metal fitting and the rust-preventive coating layer of the nipple portion, the rust-preventive coating layer of the nipple portion is destroyed or the nipple portion is corroded by electric corrosion. There is no fear.
[0032]
On the other hand, even if rainwater enters through the gap between the caulking fitting and the rust-preventive coating layer of the nipple, the inner surface of the hose is pressed and sealed to the outer peripheral surface of the end of the rust-preventive coating layer of the nipple. Therefore, rainwater does not penetrate to the portion of the nipple where the rust prevention coating layer is removed. Most of the inner surface of the hose is pressed against the portion of the nipple where the anti-corrosion coating layer is removed, so that even if the anti-corrosion coating layer is softened by high temperature, the crimping force does not decrease. No oil leaks. Therefore, the hose connection structure according to
[0033]
Further, unlike the hose connection structure according to the conventional example described in the above cited document 1, there is no need to braze the nipple to the metal tube, and the configuration is extremely simple. Further, since a metal tube whose outer peripheral surface is rust-proof coated by a continuous manufacturing method can be used, the hose connection structure according to
