Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0016】
ホース4を形成するゴムは、EPR(エチレン・プロピレンゴム)やIIR(ブチルゴム)などであってもよい。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a normal-type water-cooled cable used for high-voltage, large-current power transmission.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The International Fusion Experimental Reactor, the so-called ITER, is the final design stage of a compact reactor aiming at cost reduction. When attracting ITER to Japan where earthquakes are considered, a building that houses a tokamak type reactor (hereinafter referred to as Tokamak Building) Is a horizontal seismic isolation structure. For this reason, a power supply path that crosses the non-base-isolated power supply building and the base-isolated tokamak building is required. In response to this requirement, the applicants have developed a compact rigid water-cooled normal conducting conductor that can be used for ITER, and filed a patent application in another case. However, ITER has applied the tokamak building and power supply together with the rigid conductor. A flexible conductor that absorbs the shaking of tokamak buildings when an earthquake occurs between buildings is required.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The ITER has a compact design for cost reduction, and it is difficult to secure a space enough to arrange the bare conductor with a sufficient insulation space distance. Therefore, it is necessary to consider an insulated cable for the flexible conductor that absorbs vibration between the tokamak building and the power supply building. However, the cables used in Japan are for low voltage and high current or high voltage and low current, and there is no other high voltage and high current cable used in ITER.
[0004]
For this reason, there has been a need to newly develop a compact insulated cable for high voltage and large current that can be used for ITER.
[0005]
This invention makes it a subject to respond to the request | requirement.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a bendable core having several longitudinal grooves on the outer periphery or an internal rubber hose excellent in flexibility and a stranded wire are wound around the outer periphery of the core or the inner rubber hose. And a soft hose also serving as an insulating layer that covers the outside of the soft conductor, and a terminal that is sealed between the rubber hose and attached to both ends of the soft conductor. Provided is a high-voltage, large-current water-cooled cable in which an inlet / outlet communicating with an internal space of a rubber hose is provided, and pure water for cooling flows from the inlet / outlet into a rubber hose containing a soft conductor.
[0007]
A protective hose is attached to the outer periphery of the rubber hose that covers the outside of the soft conductor, and this protective hose is fastened with a band from the outside and fixed to the rubber hose, which makes it difficult to bend and protects the soft conductor inside the terminal (disconnected) Prevention).
[0008]
In addition, the rubber hose that covers the outside of the soft conductor is fastened with a band from the outside and fixed to the terminal, and the terminal and the soft conductor are fixed to each other by soldering, etc. Can be.
[0009]
In the above, a high voltage means a voltage exceeding 6.6 kV, for example.
The rubber hose is excellent in electrical insulation, pressure resistance, radiation resistance, etc., for example, a non-conductive braided reinforcement made of polyester fiber in a synthetic rubber such as SBR, EPR, IIR, etc. It is preferable to use a hose. Moreover, it is also preferable to provide a glass cloth layer in combination on the surface of the rubber hose or protective hose.
[0010]
In addition, it is also preferable to provide eyebolts for suspending cables at the end portions of the terminals.
[0011]
[Action]
In the water-cooled cable of the present invention, the soft conductor is forcibly cooled with pure water passing through the rubber hose, so that a high voltage and a large current can flow.
[0012]
Further, since the rubber hose functions as an electrical insulation layer, the insulation space distance between the cables can be shortened, and laying in a limited space becomes possible.
[0013]

[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the water-cooled cable of the present invention, a soft conductor composed of a stranded wire is arranged around a bendable core, and the outside is covered with a rubber hose that also serves as an insulating layer, and attached to the end of the soft conductor. The terminal was provided with a water inlet and outlet, and pure water for cooling was allowed to flow into the rubber hose from there, so the insulation interval between the cables could be reduced to allow high voltage and large current to flow, and it was designed to be compact. It can also be used as a flexible conductor between the ITER tokamak building and the power building.
