Claims (8)
- 単結晶(SX)または指向性凝固(DS)の品物(1)の表面(5)にMCrAlYコーティング(6)を付着させる方法において、局部的な領域でのみ電気メッキ法によってMCrAlYコーティング(6)を品物(1)に施すステップを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1のステップ(a)の間、品物(1)がγ/γ′コーティングまたはγ/βコーティングによって局部的に被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 局部的な領域でのみ電気メッキ法によってMCrAlYコーティング(6)を品物(1)に施すステップが、品物(1)の表面(5)の異なる局部領域で繰り返されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 局部的な領域でのみ電気メッキ法によってMCrAlYコーティング(6)を品物(1)に施すステップの間、コーティングすべきでない領域がマスク材料によってマスクキングされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- コーティングすべきでない領域がワックスまたは有機ポリマーによってマスキングされることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 異なる領域に異なるMCrAlYコーティングが施され、MCrAlYコーティングが酸化、腐食、熱的機械的疲労(TMF)の一つまたは組合せに関して前記領域で要求される性質に従って選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 方法が使用済みMCrAlYコーティング(6)のための修理プロセスとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 翼または羽根のようなガスタービンの品物(1)がコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
