<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a backward tiltable backrest in which sleeves and skirts are prevented from sweeping and the floor causing contamination when a clothing hung on the back of the chair are hung down with being separated from the backrest at the time of tilting the backrest backward. <P>SOLUTION: The chair C1 provided with a chair body 1 having a backward tiltable backrest 14 and a hanger part 2 equipped with a hanger body 21 on which the clothing CL can be hung is also provided with the clothing retaining member 4 equipped with a function for placing the clothing CL hung from the hanger body 21 in the space between the backside 14a of the backrest 14 and maintain the clothing CL in the state where the backrest 14 is tilted backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、オフィス等において好適に使用され、衣類を掛けることができる椅子に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、オフィス等において、自席でデスクワークを行う際に、上着を脱いで自分の椅子の背もたれに掛けるということが行われていたが、この種の用途に広く使われている椅子は、背もたれの上端の床面からの高さ寸法が上着の丈寸法に比べて十分大きくないことが多く、そのため袖や裾が床にこすれて汚れる等の不具合が生じていた。これを解決するために、上着を掛けるためのハンガー本体を有するハンガー部を背凭れに取り付けた椅子が種々開発されている。（例えば、特許文献１及び２参照。）このような椅子は、ハンガー本体を背もたれの上端の後上方に位置させており、このハンガー本体のみにより衣類を保持するようにしている。そして、上述したような椅子のハンガー本体や従来の椅子の背もたれの上端等の衣類を掛けることができる衣類掛け部に衣類を掛けると、衣類は衣類掛け部のみにより保持されるので、前記衣類掛け部から鉛直に垂れ下がる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような衣類掛け部のみにより衣類を保持する構成を有する椅子に、背もたれを後傾させる機能を設けた場合、背もたれを後傾させると、前記衣類掛け部は背もたれに追随して後下方に移動し、衣類は前記衣類掛け部に吊下げて保持させているだけなので、前記衣類掛け部から鉛直に垂れ下がった状態のまま全体が後下方に移動する。そして、該衣類は背もたれの背面から後方に離間した状態で前記衣類掛け部から鉛直に垂れ下がり、床面に接近する。その際、袖や裾が床にこすれて汚れる不具合が発生し得る。

本発明は、以上に述べた課題を解決し、背もたれを後傾可能に構成した椅子において、背もたれを後傾させても、椅子に掛けた衣類の袖や裾が床にこすれにくくすべく構成するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち本発明に係る椅子は、後傾可能な背もたれを有する椅子本体と、衣類の一部又は全部を背もたれの背面より後方に位置させるようにして掛けるよう構成した衣類掛け部とを具備するものであって、前記背もたれの背面との間に前記衣類掛け部に掛けられている衣類を位置させることができ、該衣類を保持する機能を有する衣類保持部材をさらに具備することを特徴とする。

このように構成したものであれば、前記背もたれの背面との間に前記衣類掛け部に掛けられている衣類を位置させた状態では前記衣類保持部材は該衣類の後方に位置するとともに、背もたれが後傾した状態において、衣類保持部材が前記衣類掛け部に掛けられた衣類の後方において該衣類に当接して保持するようにできる。従って、該衣類が背もたれの背面から離間して垂れ下がることを防ぐことができるとともに、該衣類を前記衣類掛け部から鉛直に垂れ下げた状態と比較して略全体に前上方に位置させることができるので、このような衣類保持部材を設けない場合と比較して袖や裾を床に接近しにくくでき、これらが床にこすれて汚れる不具合の発生を抑えることができるようになる。なお、「衣類を掛けることができる衣類掛け部を具備する」とは、背もたれが衣類を掛けることができる形状をなすもの全般を含む概念である。

このような椅子を簡単に実現する態様として、衣類保持部材を、前記衣類掛け部よりも下方に固定して設け、少なくとも一部が背もたれの後方において椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する形状に形成しているものが挙げられる。このようなものであれば、背もたれを後傾させた際には、衣類保持部材の背もたれの後方において椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する形状に形成された部位が衣類に当接して該衣類の後下方への移動を規制し、この衣類保持部材と衣類掛け部とにより該衣類を保持するようにできるからである。

このような椅子を簡単に実現する態様として、衣類保持部材の少なくとも一部を略椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する形状に形成しているとともに、この衣類保持部材を、衣類掛け部よりも下方に位置し、かつ略椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する部分が背もたれの後方に位置する衣類保持位置に配置可能にしているものも挙げられる。このようなものであっても、背もたれを後傾させた際には、衣類保持部材の背もたれの後方において椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する形状に形成された部位が衣類に当接して該衣類の後下方への移動を規制し、この衣類保持部材と衣類掛け部とにより該衣類を保持するようにできるからである。

特に、前記衣類保持部材を、背もたれの背面からの後方への離間距離が前記衣類保持位置より少ない第２の位置に配置可能にしているものであれば、非使用時に衣類保持部材を前記第２の位置に配置しておくことにより、見栄えを整えるとともに、この椅子の後方の通行を妨げないようにできる。さらに、上記第２の位置が、背もたれの背面に略密着する位置であれば、衣類を保持させたまま衣類保持部材を第２の位置に配置することで、衣類を背もたれの背面に略密着させた状態に押さえることもできる。

このような椅子を簡単に実現する態様として、衣類保持部材を、椅子本体から着脱可能に構成しているものも挙げられる。このように構成すると、衣類保持部材が必要でない場合には取り外しておくことができ、多様な使用態様に対応することができる。

衣類を掛けやすくするには、背もたれが起立した状態において、前記衣類保持部材の略椅子本体の幅方向に延伸する部位を衣類掛け部の略鉛直下方又はその後方に設定し、又は設定可能にすればよい。このようにすれば、背もたれを起立させた状態においてはハンガー本体に掛けられた衣類は鉛直下方に垂れ下がり、衣類保持部材はさらにその後方に位置するからである。

衣類に皺をできにくくするには、前記衣類保持部材を、椅子本体の幅寸法の略全域にわたって設けるとよい。このようにすれば、椅子本体の幅寸法は該椅子本体を使用する着座者の肩幅と略同一かそれ以上でないと椅子本体は椅子として機能せず、かつ着座者の衣類の幅寸法は着座者の肩幅と略同一であるので、衣類保持部材の幅寸法は着座者の衣類の幅寸法と略同一かそれ以上となり、着座者の衣類の両側端部が前記衣類保持部材に当接しにくくなるからである。

衣類を容易に衣類保持部材と背もたれの背面との間の空間に収納できるようにするには、前記衣類保持部材を左右１対に背もたれから突出させ、かつ離間させて設けるとよい。このように構成すれば、衣類保持部材間の離間部分に衣類を押し込むことにより前記衣類保持部材と背もたれの背面との間の空間に収納するようにできるからである。

さらに、衣類を確実に保持させるには、前記衣類保持部材の突出端を、その基端寄りの部位よりも背もたれに近づく方向に形成すればよい。このように構成すれば、背もたれが後傾した状態において、衣類保持部材の突出端の基端寄りの部位が衣類の荷重の大部分を受けるので、衣類が衣類保持部材間の離間部分から抜け出してしまうことを防げるからである。

このような衣類保持部材を左右１対背もたれから突出させ、かつ離間させて設けた椅子において、衣類に皺をできにくくするには、前記衣類保持部材を、前記突出端から、幅方向位置が背もたれの側端と同一又はそれよりも外方の位置まで延伸させるとよい。このように構成すると、上述した前記衣類保持部材を椅子本体の幅寸法の略全域にわたって設けている椅子と同様の効果が得られるからである。

袖や裾が床にこすれて汚れる不具合の発生をさらに効果的に抑えるための好適な構成として、には、前記椅子本体に取り付けられ、背もたれの上方に位置して前記衣類掛け部として機能するハンガー本体を有するハンガー部をさらに具備するものが挙げられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の第１実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。

本実施形態に係る椅子Ｃ１は、正面図を図１、側面図を図２、背面図を図３、平面図を図４に示すように、キャスタ１１１を有する脚１１と、座支持部１２と、座１３と、背もたれ１４と、肘１５とを具備する椅子本体１と、この椅子本体１に取り付けられ、衣類を掛けるよう構成された衣類掛け部たるハンガー本体２１を有し前記椅子本体に取り付けられるハンガー部２とを具備する。

前記椅子本体１は、前記図１〜図４に示すように、脚１１の上端から前上方に座支持部１２を延伸して設け、この座支持部１２の前端部に第１リンク要素１６、前記座支持部１２の後端部に第２リンク要素１７を設けている。そして、座受１３１を第１リンク要素１６及び第２リンク要素１７に接続し、この座受１３１を介して前記座１３を取り付けている。一方、背もたれ１４は、背もたれ下部フレーム１４１と、背もたれ上部フレーム１４２と、前記両フレーム１４１、１４２の前方において、着座者の背に触れる背もたれ面を形成する張り部材１４４と、前記両フレーム１４１、１４２と前記張り部材１４４との中間に位置し、背もたれ１４が受ける荷重に対応して弾性変形し、背もたれ１４にクッション性を付与する弾性部材１４３とを具備する。両フレーム１４１、１４２は、ともに第２リンク要素１７のブラケット部１７１に設けられた回転軸１７２に回転可能に取り付けられている。そして、前記背もたれ上部フレーム１４２を回転軸１７２中心に回転させ、背もたれ１４を図２に示す後傾位置Ｒまで後傾させることを可能にしている。また、弾性部材１４３は本実施形態では上弾性部材１４３ａと下弾性部材１４３ｂとからなり、図示しない接続部を介して接続されている。なお、本実施形態では、前記座支持部１２、第１リンク要素１６、座受１３１、及び第２リンク要素１７を構成要素とする４辺リンク機構により、座１３をロッキング可能にし、また、前記背もたれ下部フレーム１４１を回転軸１７２中心に回転させることにより前方の図２に示す背骨指示位置Ｓまで突出させ、背骨を支持させるようにしているが、これらの機能は省略しても構わない。

前記ハンガー部２は、前記図１〜図３に示すように、ハンガー本体２１と、このハンガー本体２１から下方に延伸して設けたハンガー支柱２２とを具備し、ハンガー取り付け具３を介して前記椅子本体１、本実施形態では背もたれ１４に取り付けられる。そして、ハンガー本体２１は、背もたれ１４の上端１４ｘの後上方に位置し、このハンガー部２１に衣類ＣＬを掛けると、衣類ＣＬはその全体が背もたれ１４の後方に位置する。なお、本実施形態では、衣類ＣＬとして、標準的な体格を有する成人のスーツの上着ないしハーフコートを想定している。

しかして本実施形態では、前記図２〜図４に示すように、前記背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの間に前記ハンガー本体２１に掛けられている衣類ＣＬを位置させることができ、背もたれ１４が後傾した状態において該衣類ＣＬを保持する機能を有する衣類保持部材４をさらに具備する。

具体的には、衣類保持部材４は、本実施形態では左右１対をなし、背もたれ上部フレーム１４２の下部にそれぞれ取り付けて固定するようにしている。さらに詳述すると、この衣類保持部材４は、前記図４に示すように、前記背もたれ上部フレーム１４２の側面から外方に延びる基部４１と、前記基部４１から後方に向けて湾曲して延びる側部４２と、前記側部からさらに椅子本体の幅方向中央に向かって湾曲し、背もたれ１４の後方において、略椅子本体１の幅方向に沿って、すなわち背もたれ１４の背面１４ａに略沿って延伸する形状の本体部４３とを一体に形成しているとともに、本体部４３の先端、すなわちこの衣類保持部材４の突出端４４が背もたれに近づくように形成している。また、前記側部４２は、その幅方向の位置を背もたれ１４の側端と略一致させている。すなわち、この衣類保持部材４は、前記突出端４４から幅方向位置が背もたれ１４の側端と略一致する位置まで延伸している。さらに、前記本体部４３は、背もたれ１４を起立させた状態では、図２に示すように、前記ハンガー本体２１及びこのハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの後方に位置する。すなわち、前記衣類ＣＬは背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材４との間に位置する。そして、この衣類保持部材４の高さ位置は、本実施形態ではハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの下端近傍に設定している。一方、この衣類ＣＬは背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材４との間に位置している。加えて、左右の衣類保持部材４の突出端４４間は離間しているとともに、前記突出端４４近傍の部位には、衣類ＣＬの滑り止めを行う機能を有する滑り止め部４５を形成している。前記滑り止め部４５は、具体的には、前記突出端４４近傍の部位の表面を、滑り止め作用を有する材料であるエラストマーにより形成しているが、エラストマーに代えて、ゴムや、エラストマー以外の軟質プラスチック等、他の滑り止め作用を有する材料により形成してもよい。

このように構成した椅子Ｃ１のハンガー本体２１に衣類ＣＬを掛けた状態で背もたれ１４を前記図２の想像線に示す位置まで後傾させると、ハンガー本体２１は背もたれ１４の上端１４ｘに追随して後下方に移動する。このとき、ハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬはハンガー本体２１から鉛直下方に垂れ下がろうとすべく後下方に移動しようとする。しかし、背もたれ１４が後傾した状態では、前記衣類ＣＬは背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材４、より具体的には前記本体部４３との間に位置し、すなわち衣類ＣＬの後方に衣類保持部材４、より具体的には前記本体部４３が位置するので、該衣類ＣＬがこの衣類保持部材４に当接することによりその後下方への移動が規制され、この衣類ＣＬは前記ハンガー本体２１だけでなく衣類保持部材４によっても保持される。より具体的には、前記突出端４４が前上方を向き、この突出端４４よりも基部４１寄り、すなわち基端寄りの部位が衣類ＣＬの荷重を受けてこの衣類ＣＬを保持する。そして、背もたれ１４を後傾させている間、衣類ＣＬの衣類保持部４に保持される部位より上方の部分は、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの離間幅を略一定に保つ。すなわち、本実施形態では前記衣類保持部材４の高さ位置をハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの下端近傍に設定しているので、衣類ＣＬの略全体が背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの離間幅を略一定に保ちつつハンガー本体２１及び衣類保持部材４により保持される。このとき、前記衣類保持部材４に当接している衣類ＣＬの下端近傍の部位は、このような衣類保持部材４が存在しない場合と比較して前上方に位置する。

以上のように構成することにより、本実施形態に係る椅子Ｃ１は、衣類ＣＬを背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材４との間に位置させることができ、このように衣類ＣＬを掛けた状態で背もたれ１４を後傾させても、衣類ＣＬの後方に位置する衣類保持部材４により衣類ＣＬが保持され、衣類ＣＬはこの衣類保持部材４より後方に移動しない。すなわち、この衣類保持部材４に保持される部位より上方の部分は、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの離間幅を略一定に保たれる。このとき、衣類保持部材４に保持される部位はこのような衣類保持部材４が存在しない場合と比較して前上方に位置する。従って、袖や裾が床に接近しにくくなる。このことにより、これらが床にこすれて汚れる不具合の発生を抑えることができるようになる。特に、ハンガー本体２１を有するハンガー部２を設けているので、このハンガー本体２１に衣類ＣＬを掛けるようにして、さらに上述した不具合を起こりにくくできる。加えて、前記衣類保持部材４の本体部４３は、背もたれ１４を起立させた状態ではハンガー本体２１より後方に位置するので、背もたれ１４が起立した状態では、衣類ＣＬがハンガー本体２１から鉛直に垂れ下がるとともに、前記本体部４３がさらにその後方に位置し、衣類ＣＬをこの本体部４３と背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの間に位置させた状態で掛けることが容易である。

また、本実施形態では、前記衣類保持部材４を左右１対に背もたれ１４から突出させ、かつ離間させて設けているので、衣類保持部材４間の離間部分に衣類ＣＬを押し込むことにより、さらに簡単に衣類ＣＬを前記衣類保持部材４と背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの間の空間に位置させることができる。

さらに、本実施形態では、前記突出端４４が背もたれ１４の後傾時に前上方を向き、この突出端４４よりも基部４１寄り、すなわち基端寄りの部位が衣類ＣＬの荷重を受けて保持するので、突出端４４間の衣類保持部材４が離間している部分から衣類ＣＬが落下することを防いでいる。

そして、衣類保持部材４は、前記突出端４４から幅方向位置が背もたれ１４の側端と同一となる位置まで延伸しているので、衣類ＣＬを背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材４との間に位置させるために幅寄せをする必要がなく、このことにより、衣類保持部材４の部分で衣類ＣＬに皺ができてしまう不具合が起こりにくくなる。

加えて、衣類保持部材４は椅子本体１に取り付けて固定するようにしていて、椅子本体１に着脱可能であるので、必要でない場合には取り外しておくことができ、多様な使用態様に対応できる。

次に、本発明の第２実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。なお、上述した第１実施形態に対応する部位には、同一の名称及び符号を付している。

本実施形態に係る椅子Ｃ２は、側面図を図５、背面図を図６、平面図を図７に示すように、上述した第１実施形態に用いた椅子Ｃ１の椅子本体と同一の構成を有する椅子本体１と、この椅子本体１に取り付けられ、衣類ＣＬを掛けるよう構成されたハンガー本体２１を有し前記椅子本体に取り付けられるハンガー部２とを具備する。なお、本実施形態では、衣類ＣＬとして、標準的な体格を有する成人のスーツの上着ないしハーフコートを想定している。

前記椅子本体１及びハンガー部２は、上述した第１実施形態に用いたものと同一の構成及び機能を有するので、詳細な説明は省略する。

しかして本実施形態では、前記図５〜図７に示すように、前記背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの間に前記ハンガー本体２１に掛けられている衣類ＣＬを位置させることができ、背もたれ１４が後傾した状態において該衣類ＣＬを保持する機能を有する衣類保持部材５をさらに具備する。さらに本実施形態では、前記衣類保持部材５を、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと前記衣類保持部材５との間に衣類ＣＬ等を位置させることが可能な衣類保持位置Ｕと、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａからの後方への離間距離が前記衣類保持位置Ｕより少ない第２の位置たる収納位置Ｎとの間で移動可能に構成している。

具体的には、衣類保持部材５は、本実施形態では前記背もたれ上部フレーム１４２に取り付けられる。さらに衣類保持位置Ｕにおける状態について詳述すると、この衣類保持部材５は、前記図７に示すように、前記背もたれ上部フレーム１４２の側面から外方に延びる端部５１と、前記端部５１から後方に向けて湾曲して延びる側部５２と、前記側部からさらに椅子本体の幅方向中央に向かって湾曲し、背もたれ１４の後方において、略椅子本体１の幅方向に沿って、すなわち背もたれ１４の背面１４ａに略沿って延びる形状の本体部５３とを一体に形成している。また、この衣類保持部材５は、背もたれ１４の幅寸法の略全域にわたって設けられている。そして、この衣類保持部材５の背もたれ１４に向かう面は、その表面を軟質樹脂により形成している。さらに、この衣類保持部材５は、図示しない係止機構により衣類保持位置Ｕに保持されている。背もたれ１４を起立させ、かつこの衣類保持部材５を前記衣類保持位置Ｕに保持させた状態では、前記本体部５３は前記ハンガー本体２１及びこのハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの後方に位置する。すなわち、この衣類ＣＬは背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材５との間に位置するとともに、前記本体部５３は前記ハンガー本体２１の後方に配置可能である。また、この衣類保持位置Ｕにおける本体部５３の高さ位置は、本実施形態ではハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの下端近傍に設定している。一方、係止機構を解除すると、前記端部５１を中心に回転し、全体が背もたれ１４の背面１４ａに略隙間なく沿う収納位置Ｎに移動する。

このように構成した椅子Ｃ２のハンガー本体２１に衣類ＣＬを掛け、衣類保持部材５を衣類保持位置Ｕに移動させて、衣類ＣＬを背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと前記衣類保持部材５、より具体的には前記本体部５３との間に位置させた状態で背もたれ１４を前記図５の想像線に示す位置まで後傾させると、ハンガー本体２１は背もたれ１４の上端１４ｘに追随して後下方に移動する。このとき、ハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬはハンガー本体２１から鉛直下方に垂れ下がろうとすべく後下方に移動しようとする。しかし、背もたれ１４が後傾した状態では、前記衣類ＣＬは背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材５、より具体的には前記本体部５３との間に位置し、すなわち衣類ＣＬの後方に衣類保持部材５の本体部５３が位置するので、該衣類ＣＬがこの衣類保持部材５に当接することによりその後下方への移動が規制され、この衣類ＣＬは前記ハンガー本体２１だけでなく衣類保持部材５によっても保持される。より具体的には、前記本体部５３に衣類ＣＬが当接し、この本体部５３が衣類ＣＬを保持する。そして、背もたれ１４を後傾させている間、衣類ＣＬの衣類保持部４に保持される部位より上方の部分は、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの離間幅を略一定に保つ。すなわち、本実施形態では衣類保持位置Ｕにおける前記本体部５３の高さ位置をハンガー本体２１に掛けられた衣類ＣＬの下端近傍に設定しているので、衣類ＣＬの略全体が背もたれ１４の背面１４ａとの離間幅を略一定に保ちつつハンガー本体２１及び衣類保持部材５により保持される。このとき、前記衣類保持部材５に当接している衣類ＣＬの下端近傍の部位は、このような衣類保持部材５が存在しない場合と比較して前上方に位置する。さらに、衣類ＣＬをハンガー本体２１に掛け、背もたれ１４の背面１４ａと衣類保持部材５との間に衣類を位置させたまま衣類保持部材５を前記収納位置Ｎに配置し、衣類ＣＬを背もたれ１４の背面１４ａに略密着させた状態に押さえるようにしてもよい。
